I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too.     On 4th April we have registered complaint stating that our account I'd deactivated after the payment. Several agents have disconnected our calls without any resolution at last we decided to close the subscription. One of the agent from complain desk called bhanu contacted and convinced not to cancel and he will be sending an engineer free. Only if there is metal replaced we need to pay. Which was agreed. Now again after the visit of engineer it does not work and account has been deactivated when trying to contacts agent like sandhya and Shivam Kumar disconnected the call

      Hi,

      My Tata Sky ID is [protected], earlier the recharge amount was 560 now it is showing above 700. It was our experience that without any prior request they are keep changing the monthly plan and automatically the amount is getting deducted from the balance.

      Request to restructure the plan as earlier.

          I am an old subscriber of Tata Sky D T H Services with an add-on T V along with the main connection. It is over a week now that there is a sudden disruption in services to the add-on T V. Each time one switches it on or shifts to the next channel. a message appears asking the viewer to pay for the desired channel, besides redirecting to the site from which to effect the same. It is stated that I have no dues outstanding against me; having cleared the last bill on 31 Mar 2017 paying Rs 850/- (including charges for the add-on T V).

          I would, there fore, request that the present impasse be sorted out at the earliest.

I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will assist you in updating your name in their records.

                  I'm Rajiv having Tata Sky DTH connection ID [protected] having technical issue in my connection and can't get any signal, I have requested tatasky they sent person to check charged me Rs.200 for doing nothing says there was some loose connection at Terrace satellite, this was the 3rd time.
                  already two times they charged recently for same kind of issue. Customer care promised me that they won't charge but they deducted from my account balance. It must be resolved without any charge and customer representative responded unethically and rude.

                  Please look and intervene with Tata Sky way of charging wrong fees with customers, this is very bad.

                    I, Govind Saluja having Tata Sky DTH connection ID [protected] having issue in service since yesterday. When I tried to book complaint with Tata Sky CC, they asked me 200rs charges for visit of their executive to check the issue only. When I asked them on what basis you are asking 200rs charges, if the problem not identified in my house. I told them I checked all connections well inside my room and all is well connected and either issue at Terrace satellite OR your end so why you are asking fees for outside my home problem. It must be resolved at your end without any fees but they don't want to listen me and her customer care executive Miss Shewa responded bluntly and unethical way .

                    I need your support to check with Tata Sky why they treated and making money unethically from customers . They did not take my complaint yet and ask me if I am ready to pay then only send executive .

                    Please look and intervene with Tata Sky way of charging wrong fees with customers .

                    Received Tata Sky reference, the Service Request number is WG7R1RG. In future, please quote this number pertaining to your request.
                    Totally worst service that I ever experienced before 12 hours has been passed but still my problem is not being resolve by your end even I have called for 2 times to your toll free and lodged a complaint.

                        Is being misused by some unauthorised person.in my opinion this can't happen without the involvement of any tata sky employee.

                        You are requested to look into the matter & do the needful as i have suffered losses because my recharge amount is being utilised by someone else.

                          i have shifted my house and contacted tata sky for relocation.
                          The Tata sky team says it is two task. One is de installation and another is installation.
                          this is how they are misguiding the public and making money.
                          In fact the relocation means removal and refixing. but they are showing it as two different task and making money.

                            We have heard that the Tata Sky Group has already got a bad name when it comes to customer service, the pronunciation and language of staff is more than just pathetic and similarly their IVR system and commitments.
                            Also the best part is that if you are not satisfied with their customer service, you can write to their Nodal Officers as mentioned on their website and again the bestest part is that on their website itself they have mentioned that -"Benchmark- The benchmark for redressal of complaints through the Nodal Officers is ten days", just imagine!!! a consumer writes to a nodal officer for immediate support and Tata Sky has the statement above mentioned on their website that it would take 10 days !!!
                            Please check the attached image.
                            No wonder people have moved to Dish TV or Airtel for superior support and services.

                              Actually, my name is Habibur Rahman Mollah. RMN is [protected].and in my account I couldn't register my Redmi 3s prime mobile. When ever I entered my RNM, to login. It shows an error massage. like you device has already registered in an another tatasky account. But truth is I have never ever registered this device on tata Sky online TV before..

                                    What pathetic customer service from your end. The people from senior desk (Kavya, Santosh, Amrita, Sweta) are not at all responsible in taking up complaints seriously. My set top box is not receiving signal from past 2 days but it has yet not been resolved. I am loosing my patience as after taking your premium services, i am not being served well. Same problem has occurred again in past 10 days, i didn't expected this kind of customer experience. If i would have not paid for an yearly subscription from you people i would have definitely discontinued with your services. The complaint was raised on 4th April 2017 and it has been more than 24 hrs that it has been taken into consideration. Do you people actually care for your customer/ customer service? I already have an answer, NO! If you cannot handle complaints, kindly shut down the company.

                                        Last 10 day i am not able to see TV as because i not get signal in my Tata sky i register complaint and they Told that it is chargeable and i say closed my account and refund my balance but no action taken only herasment. I call more than 5 time and adviser are behaving like we are not customer and not take any thing seriously they do what they want to do as This is monopoly i am very upset from this service and finally take other DTH service and pay for it i need full compression for that
