What pathetic customer service from your end. The people from senior desk (Kavya, Santosh, Amrita, Sweta) are not at all responsible in taking up complaints seriously. My set top box is not receiving signal from past 2 days but it has yet not been resolved. I am loosing my patience as after taking your premium services, i am not being served well. Same problem has occurred again in past 10 days, i didn't expected this kind of customer experience. If i would have not paid for an yearly subscription from you people i would have definitely discontinued with your services. The complaint was raised on 4th April 2017 and it has been more than 24 hrs that it has been taken into consideration. Do you people actually care for your customer/ customer service? I already have an answer, NO! If you cannot handle complaints, kindly shut down the company.
