On 12th March 2017, two marketing persons from Appco Marketing India visited my house and offered below service with a new connection of Tata Sky as a Holi offer (One was Miss Kalpana ([protected]) & her Manager – Miss Khusi([protected]) ) the receipt no. is 202396 and I am fighting to avail those false made promises;
1) Paid Rs 4, 300/- for two HD setup boxes for my two TV
2) The marketing person promised to give 3 months free viewing option with all the channels (including Hindi, English & Hindi news, English movie, Sports along with 3 regional channels – Kannada, Oriya, Bengali for life time free)
3) This offer would give HD Zapper technology, so viewers can watch the daily soap serials without any commercial breaks.
4) This would work using Smart card technology so monthly viewing charge would be less as charges would be calculated as per customer watches (per day charge)
5) HD Zapper technology would give picture like, the appearance would be full screen (as in the normal subscription some of the bottom & top part won’t appear for many channels)
On 2nd April '17 the installation was over by contacting Miss Priya from Tata Sky([protected]) but she is not picking-up calls since then till now and currently only I am recieving 12-15 channels (5 HD channels out of these). I tried to reach your officials, help line, customer care to get the service in points – 2, 3, 4, & 5 as above.
Today I called Appco Group India - [protected] & spoke to Miss Priyanka about my concern, but still there is no information about the action taken from your end. In the receipt it is written as package: DMP (Dhamal Mix Package) but as per Tata Sky customer care I have been provided with South Sports channel which is very low price package.
I had a discussion with Tata Sky customer care manager Mr. Tarun which was connected by Tata Sky customer care executive and according to him this dealer's fault but I requested him to modify the monthly free plan to Dhamal Mix Package (as promised/written in the receipt given by Appco Marketing India). I came to know that Appco Group India is the official business partner of Tata Sky and I am surprised that how Tat Sky is maintaining this partnership with so many customer complaints logged in for months together.
Being a Tata employee I thought there won’t be any fight to get these offers.
I want to fix this problem by the earliest or I have to reach some higher officials to get it done.
For your information I came to know that many customers are very much unhappy with Appco India service & organization rating is very low due to this. I think you need to improve your service process.
