This is to bring to your notice that your employees /service office people located to provide service to us (in hyderabad, pin code 500033) are being harrasing by not providing services, supplying the materials and solving problem since almost a week now. the employees are kranthi and kiran .
Last week we complaind about the issue and a service man came, told us we need to change the boster at dish and would get back to us after going to office but dint, next day kranthi called and asked me if the problem is solved, i told no and explained what the serve guy told me and left, the kranthi assured me to send the person and get it solved . but till 3 days no of them came or called .
yesterday 11th march i called the office and same guy kranthi spoke to me and was saying that the case was closed as it is solved, i reminded him that he was supposed to send the person and assured me 3 days back, instead of agreeing the mistake or appologising he was rude saying its closed what can i do etc, and i was trying to make sence that what should i do and is our fault in it, why cant he send now and rectify, he was not agreeing and asked to to call tata sky and complain, i did that and expalined tatasky agent over phone as how my case was handled etc, yesterday 3 pm she assured that a top service man will come and rectify, the people again from same office called, this time one person name kiran called and said in half an hour the service guy will come, but still another hour and half i waited and get a sms saying on 12th evening 5 pm visit is scheduled, i again called local office and upon asking same kiran refused to send any person yeaterday and said actually our service dosent fall in to their area and will divert the complaint to other area people. i was asking them about why cant the send when they sent people in past from same office and what its got to do with me and why should i face .
what eve it is i should be attended and the issue should be solved, he then hung phone and even after calling 10 times they dint pick up calls. i again called tata sky and spoke to priyanka and explained all, she was of no help and was asking me to wait till today 5 pm . and gave me this email id to mail my complain so that an higher official will look into the matter.
I still dint mail so far and waited, today morning the service guy called and visited us at 9am and told same that the dish has to change and the boster . and told him to go ahead, he assured to go get the material and fix but till 4 pm dint turn up, when i called him at 4 he said i informed at office and they were supposed to send a person to do the job .
laters at 4.30 another guy service man calls up and tells that he will come, then dint turn up till 5.45, i called him again and he said that office people are not giving materials.
what am i supposed to do and think, why are we harrassed by your people . now am mailing so that these people who ever is doing so need to know that they cant do this, so i hear by request you to look into and let me know what action is been taken, will lot allow any one come attend my complain till i know what action is being taken against kranthi and kiran .
If i nothing is done then will go to the court of law.

Complaint marked as Resolved Don't know what action they have taken against their office ppl who are fully corrupt and rude . But very next day after complaining here( registering here ) Tata sky has acted upon and sent the service man with materials and finished the job .

Updated by chandrashekher reddy I complained to Tata sky help mail I'd yest but they they respond so far and just sent an sms saying my complain is registers and will sent service man today by eve, where as am asking to take action against ppl who are doing purposely by not providing service or solving the issue . Two service men told that office people are not giving material to replace at my place .
