    I am pratik shah, residing in gujarat having tata sky - subscriber id [protected].

    In their website, there is an option of taking long duration packs for 6 months & 12 months. As per that i have selected 6 different packages and paid its respective amount online. When i called on toll free no. To activate those packs, they said it can not be done and they can not activate it.

    They neither refund the money nor they recharge as per my request.

    Please help.

        Sirs, invariably daily there is an outrage of signal at 12.00 noon to 12.30 pm.
        This phenomenon is happening since 10 days.
        1. Your msg. Card of inline earth /sun/ your satellite twice in a year.
        2. Last 3 days i get msg card "cloudy raining etc." asking customer to chk the setopbox, black black.

        We are deprived of watching tv with tatasky. (Interruption).
        Hence in all fairness you have to extend the validity for equal number of days.

          This is not understandable.
          If any accesorios is to be purchased the service charge taken for no use is not advisable.
          If you don't give satisfactory answer i hav three connection would not mind disconnecting.

            I had lodged my complaint at 10.31am today. The lady on the counter assured me about resolution of complaint in 2 hours and promised me to send the technician in 2hours.i waited for him Till 6 pm and called upon customer care center. Mr Raj Kumar was on line. He only mentioned about registration of complaints but didn't provide the technician. I gave an ultimatum to send the technical person Up to 7pm today or else I would be constrained to disconnect Tata sky. No gain. I spoke to Mr Ravi senior manager twice but nothing fruitful came out. I have made a final call for disconnection for which he readily agreed. I wonder if such customer careless representatives are attending the complaint then it's better to close down the services. If I don't hear from u. I will seek the help of media and take suitable action against you. Kindly arrange for speedy refund of my balance amount.

              TATA SKY DID NOT PROVIDE US WITH PROPER HDMI CABLE . We realised this after one year when the tata sky technicians came to visit us on lack of signal receiving complaint this morning.
              I was really astonished when they told me about the cable and I bought it by paying charges for it, when i was actually supposed to receive it free of cost when i bought the HD set top box. I was helped by the current technicians but i feel cheated by the guys who came to install the new set box one year back.
              Its not matter of money but lack of information that is provided when new boxes are installed.
              I want everyone to know this and take cognisance of this poor service.

                This is to bring to your notice that your employees /service office people located to provide service to us (in hyderabad, pin code 500033) are being harrasing by not providing services, supplying the materials and solving problem since almost a week now. the employees are kranthi and kiran .

                Last week we complaind about the issue and a service man came, told us we need to change the boster at dish and would get back to us after going to office but dint, next day kranthi called and asked me if the problem is solved, i told no and explained what the serve guy told me and left, the kranthi assured me to send the person and get it solved . but till 3 days no of them came or called .

                yesterday 11th march i called the office and same guy kranthi spoke to me and was saying that the case was closed as it is solved, i reminded him that he was supposed to send the person and assured me 3 days back, instead of agreeing the mistake or appologising he was rude saying its closed what can i do etc, and i was trying to make sence that what should i do and is our fault in it, why cant he send now and rectify, he was not agreeing and asked to to call tata sky and complain, i did that and expalined tatasky agent over phone as how my case was handled etc, yesterday 3 pm she assured that a top service man will come and rectify, the people again from same office called, this time one person name kiran called and said in half an hour the service guy will come, but still another hour and half i waited and get a sms saying on 12th evening 5 pm visit is scheduled, i again called local office and upon asking same kiran refused to send any person yeaterday and said actually our service dosent fall in to their area and will divert the complaint to other area people. i was asking them about why cant the send when they sent people in past from same office and what its got to do with me and why should i face .

                what eve it is i should be attended and the issue should be solved, he then hung phone and even after calling 10 times they dint pick up calls. i again called tata sky and spoke to priyanka and explained all, she was of no help and was asking me to wait till today 5 pm . and gave me this email id to mail my complain so that an higher official will look into the matter.

                I still dint mail so far and waited, today morning the service guy called and visited us at 9am and told same that the dish has to change and the boster . and told him to go ahead, he assured to go get the material and fix but till 4 pm dint turn up, when i called him at 4 he said i informed at office and they were supposed to send a person to do the job .
                laters at 4.30 another guy service man calls up and tells that he will come, then dint turn up till 5.45, i called him again and he said that office people are not giving materials.

                what am i supposed to do and think, why are we harrassed by your people . now am mailing so that these people who ever is doing so need to know that they cant do this, so i hear by request you to look into and let me know what action is been taken, will lot allow any one come attend my complain till i know what action is being taken against kranthi and kiran .

                If i nothing is done then will go to the court of law.

                Don't know what action they have taken against their office ppl who are fully corrupt and rude . But very next day after complaining here( registering here ) Tata sky has acted upon and sent the service man with materials and finished the job .

                I complained to Tata sky help mail I'd yest but they they respond so far and just sent an sms saying my complain is registers and will sent service man today by eve, where as am asking to take action against ppl who are doing purposely by not providing service or solving the issue . Two service men told that office people are not giving material to replace at my place .

                  I have recharged 164 10/03/17 citi bank credit card payment through online. I have spoked more than 4 customer service people. No body rectify the issue. Everyday ur de activated I called u and u r activated this is the Tata sky service. I have totally suffered every month ur net work is very bad. My Tata sky no is [protected]. Ravi P.                     We are using Tatasky HD+from past two years. We got it replaced last year, as it stopped working, due to which we lost all the recorded contents and we paid for the damage too. Now again three months back same thing happened, we lost the contents and balance was deducted from our account, the set top box was again changed. From that day the quality of HD is not satisfying at all, the screen has a smaller view and there is some confusion regarding the cables.

                    This was not expected from Tatasky, one of the oldest d2h services. Please see to it ASAP.

                    Suddenly changed to 378 without informing.

                    No calls made to me. Intial one month free is also charged by dealer.
                    Only name sake free.

                    Every time same thing is being done to fleece customers packages are changed to higher prices ones without informing
                    I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

                        Dear Sir, I (Ranjeet Kumar) customer of Tata sky, my customer Id is [protected]. In 23rd Jan.17 received call from customer care & he advice free offer of English Movie channel(355) for one month from next month it will be chargeable Rs.90/- per month. If required then can continued or can discontinue. In feb 17 my due date was before the previous month due date, after I talk with tata sky customer care executive pl close English movie channel, they assure me channel is to be closed & from next month can recharge as per my plan. This month (March 17 ) again they deduct Rs.90/- for english movie channel & again I talk with Customer care executive, simply his word was sorry, from next month this will not happen. If they will harsh me then I will close my tata sky DTH.

                          I did complaint regarding tata sky signal in costumer care in the month of feb 2017 . he told me go throw my guideline i will set signal frequency but we failed in that attement. the costumer care executive was saying don, t worry we will send technician. i am waiting for technician, again i called 9th march 2017. the technician came and said your LMV has been damage the charge will apply 350. i said tata sky box is in warranty, no problem you can go i will talk with local tata sky person where i purchased.then again technician come back and set LMB box and he told me no charges will apply. but after few minute TV signal gone i called in costumer care he was saying i registered your complaint will refund with in four hours after long time i talk with svata she said we will call you 13 march this is costomer service?

                            1. gave me discounted package offer then cancelled in 1 day without informing me -

                            2. why and how can tatasky block my email id so that i can't email ceo desk and help line of tatasky with query and complaints and proof of calls and issue etc

                            Tatasky customer care and redressal team is not responding to serious consumer complaints and has become the most unethical irresponsible company under tata group

                            Tatasky does not care for retaining customers and are overcharging despite govt norms and good competitors offering the same at a lower service and better customer care

                            Please also note tatasky is deviating from consumer rights in india!!

                            1. tatasky does not renew or take the customer complaint and request for renewal forward and my channels have stopped on my tatasky

                            Channels are not working

                            2. would rather not recharge with such a service by tatasky

                            3. tatasky cust care are really pathetic at registering the complaint and follow up nor escalate the issue correctly

                            4. tatasky calls but disconnects the call and does not call back without discussing the problems faced by the customer

                            5. tatasky is not interested in customer's who are with them for last ten years

                            6. tatasky cust care does not know troubleshooting steps or escalation procedures

                            7. tatsky supervisors and managers and escalation supervisors promise a call back 3 different occassions and never call back even once - false promises and fooling the customers

                            8. after charging so high tatasky premium customer service is bad

                            Also in addition the my update about tatasky not taking my complaint seriously!!

                            I informed tatasky through tweet that as per new trai rules tatasky is not supposed to charge ""hd access fee"" of rs 1925 to any customer anymore!!

                            Plus tatasky discreminates against customers and has higher charges for few and lower for few like my neighbours for the same package at high discounts

                            My tata sky id is - [protected]

                            Tata sky gave me as a customer discount on the packages last year and the grand sports pack with all channels was around 5000 rs yearly and this year suddenly they have steeply increased the channels and packages cost illegally at a very high unethical cost than what is allowed.. This year after increasing the cost by another 1500 rs there is very less discounts and very dis-organized customer care and bad quality...

                            The market rate of all other dth and #reliance is half of tatasky cost and also we have free tv and free channels which tata sky does not give to the customers

                            Please help in fighting the misuse of customer's by tata sky and harassment thatvwe have to suffer with such a poor quality of customer service and delay in resolution.

                            Also tata sky has complete disregard to consumer court and consumer complaints

                            Tatasky does not bother or show concern towards customers complaints on www.consumer complaints.in

                            Despite new trai rules which are going to be gazetted - (U can search for this topic online) tata sky is still asking us to pay hd access fee of rs 1925 per year which is now since march 6th with the new rules being put into place an illegal fee

                            So tatasky is asking to me pay rs 6150 1925 annually and giving only 30% discount whereas they have hiked their fees by 200%

                            Tatasky rentention or escalation team is neither resolving nor concerned about retaining their customers resolving complaints and neither calls within a stipulated

                              I talk to ur agent today m query him active music rs1 channel no 1917 ur agent tell me no channel available in Tata sky channel no 1917 but m see my Tv channel no 1917 why ur agent tell me sorry sir this channel no is not available.m ur hd customer and I have two connection my id and my many relatives using Tata sky but m disappointed today

                                I m one of the tata sky customer, I called March 8th Morning, till now thy didn't take correct action. Problem is no signals. Thy r calling Evening 7pm, said they solved issue, but it is not correct time.

                                I called customer care thrice, thy r not taking correct and prompt initiative, thy are not giving correct feed back.

                                Please check do needful asap.

                                  We are not able to exhibit tata sky on T.V. since yesterday.no sound and no picture.our recharge is due on 27th Nov 2017.I dont no why it is so.We have checked all connections.Please look in to the matter at get it starded.I have got TATASKY connection in october 2016, I dont know why this problem arrise, because it is election time so i have to gone through election results of 5 states from 11th March so you please get the problem resolved as soon as possible

                                      i am not able to view chanels so i called Customer care department but he has given
                                      wrong information . then service person visited to my home and only setting in my box updated
                                      after that its visible but he charges 200 rs for that and is also deducted from balance . he not informed me also that service charge will deduct from your tata sky account.
                                      please revert back 200rs in my tata sky account

                                        I have taken the connection of tata sky dth connection and my id is [protected]. The conection was provided to me on 26th feb 2017. But to my utter surprise they have not given me the bill and also the person is not responding to my complain . I do not have their office no, mail id or the address from whom the conection is provided to me. The person name is sintheya mookherjee and her mobile no is [protected]. Kindly provide the office address and phone no from whom the connection was given to me. I have also made complain on mobile and the complain no is vnhcguu.Kindly look into the matter. If i donot received the information, i will not continue with your connection from next month.
