Respected sir
In my tata sky connection no [protected] picture is not showing clearly.it is stopping, skewing etc during display on screen.more often picture off.I have complaintent so many times but not responded yet and not visited to resolve the problem.some time it irritates upto that extent that connection should be disconnected.so pl order to take appropriate action to resolve the above said problem as soon as possible.Yhank you.

          HD Box upgraded on[protected] and HD channel is getting but proper resolution is not getting due to HDMI connection is not given to the TV. Now I contacted your local agent and they told that 6 months is over so that they cannot do anything on this.
          I have paid for one year subscription for viewing Tata sky channels. hence I request you that will you keep my TV to view HD channels properly or Should i found some technical persons from nearby. Expecting your valuable replay at the earliest.

              My Complaint Register Date04.02.2017, Still now not resolve my problems my compliant nos :Request number is V2L865O, Request number is V1YCIRC, For the last 2 weeks my Tata sky set-up box is not working. I reported
              to service center, they changed twice the set-up box but the problem
              till persists. And now they say it is due to TV and power distribution
              problem. But when i check with other Tata sky set-up box from my
              friend it is working good at my home connection with tv. Finally, the
              response from service center is very poor. If action is not taken
              immediately to resolve the issue, Still now your technician any one not contact with me .

                Hi!

                My name is fareed ahmed javeed. My subscription id is [protected]. I raised complaint on first week of february as i had issue with my tatasky services. We have a common dish in our apartments. So we were told to use super lnb frequency. The actual issue that i had was when i was using super lnb, my channels were getting freeze. I called the tatasky helpline number they asked me to change the frequency from super lnb to lnb (As they said that it is showing that my dish is a single separate dish). But when i was using lnb then i was not receiving hd+1 channels. So once after all the initial trouble shooting was done, the tatasky executive asked me if a ticket can be raised. I was also informed that no charges will be applicable for visit. Only when there would be hardware change, i would be charged. So the ticket was raised and initially a young guy from tatasky came home to solve the issue. But he left the issue unresolved stating that he is not used to work on common dish as he works only on single dish. He said that he will send senior engineer. I called tatasky helpline again and updated the same and asked them to send a senior engineer. Next day the senior engineer came and he saw the issue. He just changed the switch from one port to another port and issue was resolved. That engineer asked me for 300/- rupees. I said that why is it chargeable as i was told that there is no visit charges and moreover no hardware was changed. That engineer left my house and next day i received call to get the update if my issue was solved. I updated that my issue was resolved and ticket can be closed. Once the ticket was closed, i received an message yesterday (2/10/17) stating that 300 rupees has been charged. When i initially raised a complaint regarding this, i was told that i have raised the ticket for relocation where as i never raised such ticket. I was also told that no money will be refunded as they have all call proof. I called tatasky again and raised a new ticket. I have received a new update stating that the wo v1jcx7m has been raised by the dealer from their end using my id for relocation and they have deducted the charges. Please find my below concerns and questions and provide the clarification

                1. I was told that i am no more premium customer. I have been using tatasky from past 10 plus years now and i am not sure as why i am not a premium member anymore. I was never informed about this at all. Can a clarification be provided on this.

                2. How come my dish is showing a single dish at tatasky end where as we have only single dish for entire apartments. You can send anyone to check at anytime. Who has updated this and how has this been updated. You can use my address and verify that there is one common dish for my whole apartments

                3. How can a dealer raise a ticket from his end using my id for relocation and deduct the money from my account. This is clear case of fraud. I have all the proofs that no relocation was done.

                      Please consider changes in rate of packages for rural area, it must be less from urban rate of package,

                          I have been facing "no signal " and signal quality issues from past 3, 4 months. Even after repeated complaint issue is not taken upto. Service centre cancel complaint without fixing the problem and taking customer approval. Off late technical staff also miss behaved with me, they talk rudely. The parts are missing but because they are expensive, they are not installing it

                          I requested TAT SKY team for additional set box along with my primary connection however due to some urgency I did not want any secondary connection and for which I requested TATA sky customer care through phone and email many times to cancel my request for secondary connection but body ready to listen and everytime they give false commitment.
                          @Mohit I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and help you process the cancellation request.

                            I did monthly Recharge of Rs 415 twice once on 25th January and another on 29th January using Mvisa service .Both the time money got debited from my account but was not received by your company. My Recharge was not done .
                            I called the customer care and they said the money will be reversed in 7 days but I have not yet received the refund neither my account got recharged .Please do needful and Recharge my account and start our Tatasky Services immediately. If you can not do anything we will be forced by other service provider. Reply at your earliest.

                              The Tata Sky DTH service provider launched a new package entitled "Tata Sky Guru" and called on my registered mobile number to give the information regarding this package on January 11, 2017. They mentioned that there will be a free trial for the package for first 5 days and after that if continued further, the package will be charged. We refused for the package then and there itself while on the call even after continuous and forcible assistance of the Tata sky customer care personnel and told them that we do not need any such package. We mentioned them clearly that if we would need any such package we would do a recharge for such package or call the customer care for any kind of assistance. But even then they activated that package and we were not knowing that. It came to our attention a month after when we did our next monthly recharge and came to know that our monthly subscription amount has been increased and the due date has been reduced. After informing the customer care about the problem, they didn't agree to their mistake and said that it is our responsibility to inform them and ask them to drop that particular package which they have started on trial basis and continued without our consent even when we refused for the activation of any such package.

                              I simply wish to get back the amount they have deducted from my account and stop any such activity in future because it harasses customers like us.

                              I complained about the problem to Tata sky customer care on February 7, 2017 and the complaint number they provided was "V0EHDNU" and I received a reply call from them on February 8, 2017 at 12:02 pm. But he refused to resolve this issue citing some company policy reasons. The phone call of our conversations with them are recorded by the Tata sky and it can be verified from there if we gave permission for adding the package or not.

                                Last Sunday, due to voltage fluctuations my tata sky set box got damaged and I immediately called their customer service department to send the technician. There was no response for the next 2 days, then I called them again and finally they could manage to send 1 of there most untrained expert to check the setup box. Acc to him, the internal wires are burnt and he need to replace the set up box immediately. Going by his words, we asked him to replace it asap. Till then, we have been following up with there customer support department but no 1 is responding and that person is not picking up the call since past 7 days.

                                Guys, these companies are really fraud and they send the untrained professionals to your place to mislead the customers.

                                I am stuck now just because of the yearly package subscriprion service I availed from them.

                                Never go by their words and never subscribe to @Tata sky offers or any other services.

                                And, Beware!!! Next time u bring tata sky set up box at ur place.

                                Very worst customer service and charges are too much ...my Tata Sky set top box repaired and raised case..but they said ..box needs to be changed but it's still in warranty period ..                                       login to www.mytatasky.com > enter your RMN/ Subscriber ID> click on my account and enter password> under profile tab you can modify the RMN.
