My setup box was not working.i called customer care and lodged complaint on 11 jan 2017.technicain came and said ur set upbox will not work, u should take new set up.he took 900rs and kept new setup box and said three subscription will be free.but today tv was disconnected.nw I called customer care, they are not responding correctly, I called the technician he is saying me hd chaneels will be free, nt ordinary channels.u should recharge nw....

My mobile no-[protected] & ID [protected]. My monthly package is Rs 685/ monthly but this month my mobile received a sme for tata sky amount Rs. 1056/- without my permission . under these circumstances you are requested for deactivate the extra charges channels and credit the amount in my account immediately. I have already submitted the complaint on customer care center on 31/01/17 but they refused to take action....

Hi, I bought Tata sky 2 years back with monthly package of Rs.350 however, after every 2 or 3 months they increase the monthly fee and now the amount has reached to Rs.540 per month. This is something which is not at all acceptable. Any company can not increase the monthly fee without any prior intimation to the customer. Please look into this and take appropriate action. I had started making complaints from 2nd to 22nd Jan for poor service which i am not getting on time if resolves also then overcharged with out any intimation, I got at least15 incoming/outgoing calls from Tata sky but none of this care about the us.Are they authorized to collecting Black Money.

I am subscriber of tatasky no [protected].(Flat no.G-404 of aakruti township, Boduppal)-
on 29/1 your Representative has come to disconnect the connection to flat no G-604.However by mistake he disconnected my service.Later he realised the mistake, and requested that he will rectify, but till now not rectified .Is it system of your organisation. Already passed 26 hours. do it immediately....

Sir from Tata sky are cheating to customer on 31st December they have called and say that you recharge the rs1000 for one year and say That the installation will free and due to some problem I have call the y are saying that it will be charge and they have deactivate my account and yesterday when they again call and say that you recharge of rs600 and the pack will be activated for one year and now it is showing that it is for six months only...

Sir, sanjay phalkar customer id[protected] has used your service before o5 year, i have take plan of half year ly and this renew date is 30 jan 2017. If i cannot break this plan and renew before date, Why change half yearly amount if i can not break plan and i have a old customer give answer my dought is not take apply exceed amount another any company not take excess amount if i cannot break or not renew before due date please give answer...

We r complete 8 Jan but no body resolve this complete to last 21 day we r pay double money to tata sky my I'd [protected]...

My name is daniel rebello and my tatasky ID is [protected].
Its been 10 years now ive been using this tatasky..but fr the first time a pakage been activated without my knowledge...
I had activated only damaal sports pack a month or 2 months before and all the packages i had disconnected and specially english movies...ull can check..but all of a sudden it got activated again and my amount to pay monthly started showing...

My tatasky id no.[protected] rmn [protected] recharge validity upto 02032017, but it is being shown that setup box not receiving signals. inspite of checking of all connections, proper weather conditions the same message is being shown and channels are not telecasted. please resolve the problem immediately....
