    My experience to the recent relocation of Tata Sky is as horrible as one messed up thing where you get really complicated and fierced. They charged me 1550/- including one month rental which is also equivalent to purchasing a new Tata Sky connection with one month free pack to all channels.

    Beginnning with the removal of dish from the source point, they charge INR 200/- to remove the dish; which if you find it hard to carry with (obviously there is no bag in market to fit that thing in) you'll leave it as it is. However I carried set-up box with card in it for sure. Now, when I called the Customer care, they raised a ticket to have the connection done at destination point. For that they charged me INR 300/-. And the dish, of course costs INR 400/- since I didn't carry it. Later, the wire/cable charges were INR 300/- separately. Finally the rental - one dhamaal mix pack+one english movie pack+HD channels pack costs INR 550/-.

    Apologies to go in detail and had you read all this. This is one of the biggest scams going on around since you can't even create competition by saying "I want to port to another service provider". They know your choices and hence distributed channels into packages where you abide by them like a disciplined hapless toddler.

    I refuse to pay for relocation charges and request you to help get me a waiver of 1000/- rupees.

    All the information given by you is a subject of evolution for process enhancement and policies are meant to be change any business model. Don't worry, I'm working on it.
    I have logged a complaint as representative from Tata sky charged me relocation charge of Rs. 300 cash and again got deducted from my account also.Representative Arjun from Agra also replaced the device costing Rs.200/- saying that this will not work. Though I think it's in good condition. Total amount charged is Rs. 800/- I logged a complaint with complaint no. 1888HLDA and also asked for immediate action but since two days nothing has been worked out. It's really annoying. If issue is not resolved I will be forwarding the issue to Senior officials.

      I'm highly disappointed in Tata Skys's services. My dish had broken during the Chennai cyclones and I got it fixed 4 days ago by a Tata Sky technician for Rs. 1300. The next day, I paid Rs. 300 (in cash) for a new digicard and Rs. 500 (in cash) for a new set top box. I received an SMS from Tata Sky for each transaction. However, the following day, my account showed a whopping Rs. 549 NEGATIVE AMOUNT and my Tata Sky was apparently "deactivated". I recharged for said amount and raised a complaint, to which the customer care representative said they will call back IN THREE DAYS. I received that call today, and guess what? Tata Sky denies getting any money from me. I have the messages I received from Tata Sky stating I had paid, so I don't see where the confusion is. There is one thing I have no confusion about, however. I'm terminating my Tata Sky service, and will demand a refund and switch to Airtel. Very disappointed, Tata Sky.

        I have recharged my account yesterday morning but I am not able to see any channels. For that I have complained to Tatasky and executive came yesterday but he couldn't resolve the problem. So he informed higher authority and tell me that your tatasky payment debited but any packs not activated. For that backhand team will do needful in 24 hours.
        Today afternoon after 24 hours I called tatasky number then they told me that my complain is registered today and my issues will be resolved till 2nd March ...
        I am not understanding why you people not taking my complain seriously and activating my package?
        I am really not happy with Tatasky services.

              My subscription ID is [protected]. I asked Anirudh for account balance and renewal date of my annual package and second TV annual renewal. He told me that I can avail 5 balance free showcase for which I told him to book one provided no charge is deducted from my account. He confirmed that no amount will be deducted. This activity no. is[protected]. I told him again that I wouldn't be interested if any charges get deducted. He booked Befikre and immediately Rs.120.00 got deducted. I told him to cancel the transaction and reverse Rs. 120.00 in my account but instead lodged complaint no. VH3MHFK.
              Please cancel the showcase booking and reverse Rs.120.00 in my account as there is no fault on my part and it is sole mistake of Tatasky representative. I haven't seen the showcase movie.

                I m tatasky dth user but this year i m not satisfied with your tatasky package amount.I have multi tv connection.Last year my multi tv rechrge 2930 for 1 year. But this time same pachage charge approx 6000 so plz this charge change otherwise I exchange tatasky dth to Airtel dth because Airtel Dth monthly charge less than your tatasky dth annual charges.Airtel give Dth multi tv connection recharge just only 2790 Rs for 1 year

                  I ordered for new connection on 25/2/2017 the man came next day and took around 3 hours and just left without installing saying that hi will be back in 10 mins and after 30 mins i got msg saying that my subscribers has been cancled.i called again and the said that technission will come with in 2hrs but he is still hot here.the guy who came before has cut my old cable connection and now they are saying that they will come by tomorrow. Today my whole day was wasted because of this guys n they want me to wait for one more day. When iam calling custom care they are just listing and not responsing and iam getting calls they are listing and cut the phone veru bad service

                      Yesterday i called on the helpline number and asked to add two packs
                      - English entertainment
                      - English movies
                      Out of which the latter was not added where as I was said that it is added. In the first pack too hd channels were not coming only sd channels were coming so I complained and called technician. by the time technician came all my channels stopped working, even though i had subscribed to a annual pack...
                      Since yesterday noon I'm being said that their senior technician will come soon, but since then no one has come, and my channels anent working since yesterday...
                      PLEASE CHECK WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AND GET A SOLUTION OUT OF IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...!!!

                        Tatasky does not discloses the fact with their new customers that they will increase the monthly package price every six months. Their customer care executives seems to be trained to behave rudely with customers who bring up the issue of monthly package rental increase without and prior information. Limit of their high headedness is that they clearly say i[censored] can't afford this choose some cheap package. While talking to them they seem to be reading out script instead o[censored]nderstanding the actual problem. They even are not afraid of law or governing authorities as they know very well that all are hand in gloves with each other. Strict action (Civil and criminal) needs to be taken against such executives and companies so that they do not dare to resort to such means ever and other players engaged in similar activities also mend their ways of operation. With this kind of attitude i'm sure tata group will soon start getting befitting reply from customers and should be out of business. Government should cancel their licence to operate.

                          My customer id is [protected] i was recharge last 19feb.2017 of 285 its monthly recharge n after recharge i got msg next recharge is 19march2017 but today msg got recharge due date 16march how its happen and i have to complaint o[censored]r customer service they hold the customer on call and than disconnect the call one customer care executive told me the per day charge of this package is nine rupees than monthly charge did 270rs. But every time recharge was expired before 2 to 3 days its means this is cheat with customer so give the solution of this complaint n do the action of customer care executive

                              Ms purnima working in tata sky Lokhandwala office she is a lier, . tata sky shouldn't keep such staff ... I told her that send person by 6 pm she promised me and no one came to repair our tata sky from your company ... just to inform tata sky has bad service now avoid taking it .. if thy will give my money back I m ready to change it to any other dishtv company .

                                    I requested a new connection via online to Tatasky portal, "http://www.tatasky.com" and also made the payment of Rs 1800.

                                    Post that I receive an engineer call, who suppose to visit for installation, but denied to come. The engineer communicated a wrong message as, security people will not allow for installation, but this was a false statement.

                                    Even I personally talk to the security team and conveyed the engineer to come and install the DTH service, but he denied straight way .

                                    I need full investigation of the issue and take necessary action accordingly to solve the issue asap.

                                        I was facing issues with my Tata Sky as it wasn't working properly. I was assigned a technician and he came up to my house to check the issue.
                                        He suggested that we should go for HD box, but said the box wasn't available with him at the moment. We waited for a day and he didn't respond. I need to call him up again and follow up on the status. Today, at 7:30 PM he said, he will come at my place and get the box replaced.
                                        Now, I realized my TV is not full HD and thus cancelled the HD box that we ordered earlier. Now, he denied to come at my place and this is so sudden. 15 minutes back he agreed to come but denied as I cancelled the request to change the box.
                                        Is this the kind of service you guys provide? I really wanted to know, I can switch to another TV DTH provider.
