I'm highly disappointed in Tata Skys's services. My dish had broken during the Chennai cyclones and I got it fixed 4 days ago by a Tata Sky technician for Rs. 1300. The next day, I paid Rs. 300 (in cash) for a new digicard and Rs. 500 (in cash) for a new set top box. I received an SMS from Tata Sky for each transaction. However, the following day, my account showed a whopping Rs. 549 NEGATIVE AMOUNT and my Tata Sky was apparently "deactivated". I recharged for said amount and raised a complaint, to which the customer care representative said they will call back IN THREE DAYS. I received that call today, and guess what? Tata Sky denies getting any money from me. I have the messages I received from Tata Sky stating I had paid, so I don't see where the confusion is. There is one thing I have no confusion about, however. I'm terminating my Tata Sky service, and will demand a refund and switch to Airtel. Very disappointed, Tata Sky.
