For my complaint WO#VJJGSXZ, they said no service changes as it is under service warrant for one year. but they deduct 200 as service changes by saying fault is from customer end. I paid for the part but paying for service changes should be revert back.

Customer care department simply cut phone call by saying sorry sir... we cant help you when for such thing where I can ask for help?

    Hi, you can always login to www.mytatasky.com > enter your RMN/ Subscriber ID> click on my account and enter password> under profile tab you can modify the RMN
    I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will get in touch with you & assist you in updating your regd. mob no.

      Feb 4 we purchased tata sky set up box. Before the limited days the signal was cut. After we recharged. But still six day we did not got any signal in setup box. We called to customer car but they could not help us. So they said to miss called to [protected]. But i directly called to thisayanvilai brother who is the dealer of tata sky set up box. But he said i can't so give any other repairing center. But i did not find any other repairing center. For one year by guaranty every repairing maintenance fees is free. Please kindly help us

        2 major complaints

        1. TATSKY has blocked my email ID after I had complained of bad service and caught them not performing the proper customer service as per mandated customer service and consumer rights

        2. This year I am not being allowed to continue with the tatasky yearly annual package at the rate I had booked it last year and had been discounted and many customers are getting the same discounted rate this year as well

        TATSKY is harassing and discriminating against me as their customer who gave them feedback as soon as I had seen any issue or faced dissatisfaction of Services and found the same service given to our neighbours or other customer's

        Why IS TATAKY CHEATING US ??

        Also the call centre and toll free Number we call are so provocative and so pathetic In giving resolution that you cannot imagine talking Sensibly with them and it is the worst resolution and escalation desk and NODAL TEAM co speed to Any organization in the world

        One of the MOST CONFUSED AND IRRATIC CONFUSED SYSTEM AND PROCESS IS --
        - the tatasky call centre

        nobody has any idea what they are doing .. Spoke to 10 people today and got 20 different answers and they are unable to connect me to the person who called me from the special team to RETAIN THE CUSTOMER

        1 year package currently expired today and I am due on renewal for next 1 year

        THE OFFER TEAM CALLS ME AFTER CALLING ME IN CALL WAITING ON 3rd MARCH since I was on another call they dint call me back for the special offer they were giving

        AGENTS DONT UPDATE THE NOTES CORRECTLY nor is the name of the person mentioned from the special team who was trying to reach me for the 50% off offer

        If I do not get the offer I am afraid that after facing such a harassment of trying to know why they called me on 3rd and 4 th march I will NOT CONTINUE WITH TATA SKY THIS YEAR AS IS IT THE MOST DISSATISFYING EXPERIENCE TO TALK TO THE CALL CENTRE FOR ANY RESOLUTION PLUS

        IN THE WORLD WITH FREE TV ON THE INTERNET AND AMAZON PRIME AND NETFLIX AND FREE JIO TV WITH ALL CHANNELS AVAILBLE ON INTERNET AND YOU CHANNEL ETC WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU 8000 rs for 1 year as fee when I can see free TV channels on the internet including HD channels

        HAVE you not seen all channels and infact they are better clarity online on wifi compared to the tatasky dish !!

        Plus ACT is giving 500 channels with 68 HD channels in our building with HD for hardly 2500 to 3000 rs per year

        COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH TATA SKY !

        Very very shameful and SAD !

        PRAVEEN CUST CARE executive from TATASKY NUMBER[protected] called me to ask me the details ... that too after 8.30 pm today after office business hours !!

        HOWEVER he disconnected the call after saying THANKYOU without waiting for me to finish the MAJOR ISSUES AND COMPLAINTS

        Strange behaviour from the CSD team Praveen from tatasky bangalore customer team

        WHY DONT THEY HAVE THE PATIENCE TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS GRIEVIENCES NOR TELL WHAT IS THE NEXT PLAN OF ACTION OR RESOLUTION TIME PERIOD AND WHO WILL CALL ME BACK ??

        VERY unresponsive and unethical least bothered method of responding to customers by tatasky

        I was not allowed to finish the call before Praveen just said he will talk to the legal team and banged the phone down !!

        Praveen did not care to ask further questions nor tried to inform me what all he understood on the matter and what all are the problems !!

        What kind of response is this from tatasky after raising a CONSUMER COMPLAINTS !!

        Neither DID HE TRY TO RETAIN ME AS A TATA CUSTOMER NOR TELL ME TO CONTINUE WITH TATA SKY NOR TELL ME HOW LONG TO WAIT DESPITE ME TELLING HIM TO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND THAT ILL EMAIL N CHANDRA - THE MD IF I HAVE TO ..

        Is this what Tatasky has stooped so low towards customer retention and customer service

        I am demanding justice and not prepared to pay for their tatasky services anymore without a proper apology and retention plan from tatasky and they have blocked my email ID reaching their @Helpdesk and [protected]@tatasky.com email as well ..

        I informed him and TO tatasky through TWEET that as per new TRAI rules TATASKY IS NOT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE "" HD ACCESS FEE "" OF RS 1925 TO ANY CUSTOMER anymore !!

        Tatasky has not responded neither called me and the person who called Mr Praveen or the concerned authorities are least bothered !!

        Rather ban and avoid tatasky and watch free channels on the internet
        Tatasky is not responding to serious consumer complaints and has become the most unethical irresponsible company under TATA GROUP

        Tatasky does not care for retaining customers and are overcharging despite Govt Norms and good competitors offering the same at a lower service and better customer care

        Please also note tatasky is deviating from consumer rights in india !!

          You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve the due date discrepancy issue you have been facing.

            Dear Executive,

            Customer id: [protected]

            I was not at home and the Tata sky officials from Ocean DTH Servies / Ocean Systems, Malviya Nagar, Delhi came and installed the tata sky connection.

            1. They installed the wrong connection, instead of Tata sky 4k they installed Transfer+ to get more money from my wife
            2. They forced to pay cash rather than accept online payments (card/paytm/cheque) and refused to leave without taking cash
            3. They did not give any tax invoice

            I called up Ocean Systems/Ocean DTH Services but seems nobody can speak to Mr. Vivek Sharma (the owner of Ocean Systems)

            With small children at home, my wife had no solution but let them go and then lodge a complaint/request. We lodged the same with request no.[protected] and another one for change of transfer to 4k. The officials refused to go without taking payment and took all the cash we had at home.

            Please assist in resolving the complain.

                      You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will assist you in changing your package.

                        Tata sky id: [protected]. And ref no. 1-[protected]. I have activated my tata sky package for 6 months on october 3 2016 for rs. 1420. But after 5 months (28th february 2017), they have disconnected my tatasky. And customer care fooling me that u dint call after payment.

                        When i was activating my box, i was on call with their customer care, then why is it legitimate to call back?

                        Now tata sky is not resolving my problem and trying to escape.

                        I have also sent an e mail on February 28th 2017 regarding this issue. But they have not replied yet.
                        On call, they are saying their plans got changed after October 2016, but why those plans had troubled by prepaid ongoing plan ?

                          I am a customar of Tata Sky(ID #[protected]) Konni, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, one months our cable Tv was not working, today morning one lady call from your customer care and ask me why you not recharge your line we told her the line notworking she told us charge 410 INR and we send the technician and repair it today morning we recharge for 410 and one technician came and he told the sensor is damage and he change that and he take from us 300 INR and the tv is working after he left with in 10 minutes the TV chanel not working tahts why we call your customer care and one lady attend the phone we told her about the problms but her behavior with customer is not good we told her if not working refund our amount which we recharge and we leave the amount of 300 for the replacement of sensor, she told call senior engineer, we would not like to call any one because they call us from todaymorning and tell rechrge, after told change senser and now they telling want change setup box and its cost is 800, how the lady sitting in your office know the setup box have problm, so we dont need your services in future so please refund our recharge amount 410 only,

                            Signal of thetata sky dth is frequently lost with the message that that it is cloudy outside or bad connections. Neither of the two are valid reasons. No signal despite power supply and connections being ok and bright sunny day.

                            Happens every 15 -30 days.
                            Always asked to pay 200 rs as service charge. And no apparent problem in the dish or connections.
                            Cant afford to pay like this every 15 days for no reason.
                            If we ask for cutting off the subscription or membership, signal resumes on its own. Feel some highly suspicious activities behind this

                                  I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and rectify the network problem you are facing.

                                    I made a request for upgradation of existing setup box (ID [protected]) from HD to HD with Karaoke system and renew of Annual subscription of Mega HD Pack. I was told to deposit 16, 400/- which I transferred online. When Engineer came to Upgrade, he forced me to recharge for additional 500/- without which he was unable to proceed. That too I did online. Now My account is showing due as 193/-. Please clarify.

                                      This is regarding a new Tata Sky Connection installed at my place about two weeks ago. The wire used for the connection was the same which was available at my Place for my earlier local cable connection and no new cable was used due to which after 10 days the connection stopped working. I Have been calling the customer care since the past 3-4 days and all I am getting is hoax promises and it seems to be impossible for tata sky to help me with a simple connection problem. Also out of disappointment when I asked them to take away their set up box and give me my money back I was clearly told " now you have purchased it you cannot get the refund ". The person who installed the connection at my place gave me his personal no. to call him directly in case of any problem as he was the local area technician in their terms. he is not picking up the phone. I have had the worst experience with a brand like TATA sky and must say a local cable service provider charging merely 100 rupees per month had better services to provide. Really Pathetic Tata Sky.

                                        I am a Tata sky user since 2015 and my ID is [protected]. I could say it has become the worst dth I could ever imagine in my life. I could request u the customer care service is very bad as they need to know the pin code and does not respond and when we tell our problem they show attitude as we have done something wrong. It is the worst and bitter experience of my life
