I had subscribed for a tata sky english movies package,
Where you pay rs 1 for one month,
One month ended on 22nd jan 2017.
They sent an sms, indicating that to cancel subsciption

I sent an sms correctly, but i got message incorrect.
Then i called on 23rd jan 2017, the call center staff told me
That they would schedule a call on 25th jan 2017
After the discussion with me a decision would be taken whether to
Remove the said package.
I ask
Why should i wait for 2 days and pay for 2 days extra when i dont want the package.
Also what do they mean they will discuss with me and then decide
This is cheating.
Tata sky is cheating the customer by forcing the customer to take a
Product he does not want.

January 11th 2016 i spoke with person regarding HD Channel deactivation but still my HD Channel is not deactivated
