I am subscriber of tatasky no [protected].(Flat no.G-404 of aakruti township, Boduppal)-
on 29/1 your Representative has come to disconnect the connection to flat no G-604.However by mistake he disconnected my service.Later he realised the mistake, and requested that he will rectify, but till now not rectified .Is it system of your organisation. Already passed 26 hours. do it immediately.

January 11th 2016 i spoke with person regarding HD Channel deactivation but still my HD Channel is not deactivated

Being a costumer when i call costumer care the lady was holding the line and giving me excuse ?

You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

    Sir from Tata sky are cheating to customer on 31st December they have called and say that you recharge the rs1000 for one year and say That the installation will free and due to some problem I have call the y are saying that it will be charge and they have deactivate my account and yesterday when they again call and say that you recharge of rs600 and the pack will be activated for one year and now it is showing that it is for six months only they are calling and cheating to customer

If i cannot break this plan and renew before date, Why change half yearly amount if i can not break plan and i have a old customer give answer my dought is not take apply exceed amount another any company not take excess amount if i cannot break or not renew before due date please give answer

            You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

              User ID [protected] I have 3 (1+2) TV connectionshow of TataskyS. at Kolkata.
              Problem persists for several weeks. Repeated complaints could not rectified .Delayed response. Replacement of my good multiswitch by another old switch and asking payment of Rs350-400/- but improvement in signal. My existing 2 switchespecially they took away. Help lines and complaints in local office of not much help. Just assured sending technician but nothe able to rectify. I don't know if there is any competent authority in TataskyS to look after such grievances.

                          My name is daniel rebello and my tatasky ID is [protected].
                          Its been 10 years now ive been using this tatasky..but fr the first time a pakage been activated without my knowledge...
                          I had activated only damaal sports pack a month or 2 months before and all the packages i had disconnected and specially english movies...ull can check..but all of a sudden it got activated again and my amount to pay monthly started showing 415 where it supposed to be 380 rupees. ..
                          The best thing when i called the tatasky customer care the agent named MANOJ on [protected] at 21:45 pm on 25th of January was very rude and careless about the customer complain...and said on 5th of January tatasky agent called me for package promotion and i said yes for the offer for paying 1 rupee per day for english movies chanels...i was shocked as i stay alone at home and theres nobody besides me to receive the call...when i dint receive the call they who did and who said yes for the offer...and when i checked the call list there is no call details from tatasky on 5th.6th and also 4th..
                          Its very bad that ur tatasky agents make mistakes and we have to suffer, and the best part was when i was trying to explain the customer agent (MANOJ)he just hanged as if he doesn't care for anything. ..its really shameful that such kind of persons working who doesn't care ...
                          Plz if any body want to help me...plz cancel the pakage as i dont want to pay nything extra which i am not watching..as youll show big things on tatasky that we can choose our own channels...but it seems like ull decide by activating the pakages what we have to watch...
                          I am attaching the call log for 4th .5th and 6th plz see and decide..
                          Ill be anxiously waiting for your reply. ..

                              We have paid subscription for South Special Pack for the year2017 basis

                              Rs.180 per month ..As we renew the same south special pack of ID

                              No.[protected], the said amount has been paid for this year 2017. Kindly

                              let me know as to why it has not been accepted . We plan to change over to

                              another like AIRTEL if you fail to renew it.you are requested to rectify and

                                Two days ago i picked your service & now my tata sky is not running properly because some technically issues from your side, what is this tell me if i knowing that befor picked the plan i never ever take tata sky.                                     I had subscribed for a tata sky english movies package,
                                    Where you pay rs 1 for one month,

                                    One month ended on 22nd jan 2017.
                                    They sent an sms, indicating that to cancel subsciption
                                    End emem to 56633
                                    I sent an sms correctly, but i got message incorrect.

                                    Then i called on 23rd jan 2017, the call center staff told me
                                    That they would schedule a call on 25th jan 2017

                                    After the discussion with me a decision would be taken whether to
                                    Remove the said package.

                                    I ask

                                    Why should i wait for 2 days and pay for 2 days extra when i dont want the package.

                                    Also what do they mean they will discuss with me and then decide

                                    This is cheating.
                                    Tata sky is cheating the customer by forcing the customer to take a
                                    Product he does not want.

                                        The HD channels were not functioning properly since many months, after complaning about it for about 3-4 times the tata sky operator suggested to change the HD box. The problem was not resolved even after changing the HD box and thus i again launched a complaint for the same but no solution was given by the operator.
                                        I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and rectify the signal issue problem you have been facing persistently.
