I have query, why Tata Sky have same rate of packages for rural and urban area, is they don't know earning differences between rural and urban peoples.
Please consider changes in rate of packages for rural area, it must be less from urban rate of package,

I have been facing "no signal " and signal quality issues from past 3, 4 months. Even after repeated complaint issue is not taken upto. Service centre cancel complaint without fixing the problem and taking customer approval. Off late technical staff also miss behaved with me, they talk rudely. The parts are missing but because they are expensive, they are not installing it...

I did monthly Recharge of Rs 415 twice once on 25th January and another on 29th January using Mvisa service .Both the time money got debited from my account but was not received by your company. My Recharge was not done .
