Tata sky has been increasing the price of dhamaal mix package for past 3 yrs. inspite of paying them as they wish, the recent recharge has stopped my few of the channels and now they are saying a technician has to be arrange which will cost another 200 rs which is completely unfair. So these is a clear case of startegy that tata sky has started to burden customer with more charges by sending technicians for the sysytem changes they have done...

Tata Sky - signal loss not restored despite complaints

Since 6th Jan 2017, my Tatasky TV connection does not work and exhibits caption "Set TOp box is not receiving signal" I lodged a complaint today (7/01/2017) with their Customer care. A mechanic arrived at my place this afternoon and said a part has to be changed for which I have to shell out Rs. 400/- . I suggested that the dish could have changed orientation and requested him to check it. He loosened the dish and said I have to relocate...

I am going to disconnect the connections.

My complaint with respect to update process, tatasky push the update on Dec19th, during that time my dad is not in town so that update didn't happen and it got failed and when he came back the Tata sky update stuck at 0%.

So to fix this issue called Tata sky n they demanding RS:200 for service visit. Is this is joke, they pushed update and it didn't...

On 3rd Jan 17 tata sky install person installed new connection in my front flat (IVY Esate/Umang Homes/ Wagholi/Pune).
He cut my dish cable & connected it again due to which signal not coming on my TV as well as he cut my nearby other tata sky dish cable. Then he used same cable for New connection.
I have attached snaps for this. PL go thru it.
These people purposefully doing malpractice like...

Reinstallation not done. Request not taken up at all.

We requested for a reinstallation of Tatasky DTH in our new home, still they are yet to come. They sent an operator for un installation but re installation is still a struggle. We have called atleast 6 times for past two weeks, but the only reply we get is "we will send an operator soon". I regret choosing Tatasky. I wish for surrendering the set top box and get my refund.

After that I have inactivated through call due to some unavoidable region. Now I am shifted to Sukhovi, Dimapur Nagaland and wanted to reactivate my old tata sky.
