Tata Sky has wrongly billed us for cable while we never used the cable at all. It is unfair that they keep calling us again and again for paying this due. Surprising to see company like Tata Sky getting into such malpractices.

Cables used during installation belongs to us which is not understand by Tata Sky. We could send a technician and find this out easily which is not done by them

    I am trying to get activated my set up box after 6 month or more.earlier mine set up box was primary which is inactivated by my self and secondary box working properly now I have to activate mine. M calling on regularly basis but cuold not get succeed this is really very shamefully for such a big company like tata sky. Your tellycaller operators don't able to get my problem even...

      My tatasky setup box was not working.i lodged complaint to customer care.they sended technician .he checked and said that setup box will not work, u should buy new setup box.he took 900rs for the new one.the old setup box, old remote also he has taken.i asked for the old remote, but he is saying I will hand over the old Setup, remote to company.is it correct

        I take Tata Sky DTH connection vide id no [protected] in Nov 2016. From[protected] I received so many calls from that company that a offer is on my connection, if I recharge for a Year subcription only in Rs. 2700, then my connection is valid for a year and I will see all the chhanel except HD chhanel in november 2016 packege. Afterthat I recharge for Rs. 2700 and a confirmation call is received from the company and my connection is recharged upto[protected]. After that in my connection only one kids chhanel is showing. When I talked their customer care then they told that in this packege only one kid channel is allow but in november 2016 packege all the kids chhanel are allow

          I keep getting several calls from the past 1.5 years randomly asking if my name is Sanal/Jyothi etc and tell that my tata sky connection payment is pending. I keep telling them that this number belongs to me and my name is not whom they were addressing to. I have never taken any tata sky connection and only once I took a tata docomo sim and tata wifi dongle both of which I have discontinued. Each time I get a call I ask them to remove my number from their database but I still keep getting calls addressing some other person's name.

          I expect you to thoroughly check your database and remove my number([protected]) and please, please make sure I do not get any such unwanted calls.

            The worst company ever... I have to complain every 2 weeks. Its signal goes off and every visit either they change ur box @ 600 rupees which is bloody refurbished and doesn't work after one month which means pay again for another box. Plus every visit they charge us 200 rupees. Mr. Ratan Tata I buy tata products bcz o[censored]r honest reputation and work ethics. But it seems Tata sky is run by thieves.

              Sir, I am a new dealer of Nimbal village in Indi taluka. My dealer no is [protected]. Then my distrubuter no is [protected]. Its one problem to me, todays my account balance is 974.00 rupees. Distributors are 900.00 rupees debited in my account without my permission, balance amount is 74.00 in my account.               I have raised the complaint in 2 days back, still signal issue is not resolved, Every 3 month I am facing issue in tata sky connections, always getting the error a New software is getting downloaded.

              You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issues.
              Reference to our ID No.[protected] of Laxmidhar Mohapatra(RMN. [protected]).We have taken a package of 270/pm.But as per your record it is showing Rs.485/pm.How it is possible the above said amount increased gradually without our prior permission.Please advice your assistance to stop this type of practice.In this regard you are requested to settle our previous package immediately i.e.270/-pm till further advice from our side. Otherwise we go for other DTH service for this inconvenience caused.

                  I am a tata sky customer with customer id - [protected] residing in chennai. After the recent cyclone hit my tata sky stopped receiving the signal. I filed a complaint on 24th dec regarding the issue. The technician came to visit only after a week on 31st dec. He changed some wire and charged 200 (Visit charges) + 100 (Wire change charges)+20 (Some activating cost). When he left tata sky worked fine for about 3-4 hours after which the picture gets stuck every 4-5 mins. Today, after just 1 week, when i call them about this problem they say it's a different kind of problem so we will have to pay 200 visit charges again. So that means, every day if i face an issue i will have to pay 200 again and again. The issue was resolved only for 4 hours the day technician came and i am reporting it only after 7 days. What kind of customer service is this? On top of that your customer service agent was rude enough to shout and force me to pay more money.

                  My setup box not working, got replacement with another non working setup box. Got charged it and have to change one more setup. This happened in 8 days. 22 ND complaint lodged no end resolution. It was closed by giving fake information as it working. Second complaint no action and no resolution. Customer care disconnecting calls

                    I have tatasky connection no [protected], have paid for annual package of south dhamal mix.I am not getting at least 10 chanels for which i had paid.After calling to customer care they are not giving proper response and asking for visit charges of Rs200/- Earlier also in the month of June and Sept they have charged Rs200/- .Every 2-3 months they are asking the visit charges.and not repairing very properly, so as to solve the problem.Also for this 10 chanels why should i pay as this is tatasky tranmision and system probem and it should be free of cost
                    Even i can not check there massage on tv as this massage chanel is also not available and showing signal problem

                      I am using tatasky hd from last 5years..1year back i have shifted to location which is just 300mts from my last location. I have reinstalled my tatasky from their service team. After that every 1.5-2.0months i am facing no sign prob. And i have to pay 170-200rs everytime.. I am clue less what is the problem.. Again i am facing today same problem again they are telling u have to pay 200bucks for service visit.. Same guy is coming and doing nothing.. Plz help and discuss..

                            I had got my tata sky installed. My subscription id is [protected]. The technician came and said that it will required 50 m of wore to get my tatasky connected from my home in 4 th floor to topfloor. I refused to get it done and complaint to tatasky. They said that it will not happen and again sent the same technician and witboit telling they made an online bill of rs 600. Tatasky has been very unethical till now.

                                Tata sky has been increasing the price of dhamaal mix package for past 3 yrs. inspite of paying them as they wish, the recent recharge has stopped my few of the channels and now they are saying a technician has to be arrange which will cost another 200 rs which is completely unfair. So these is a clear case of startegy that tata sky has started to burden customer with more charges by sending technicians for the sysytem changes they have done from their end. IT seems to be a huge scam and need thorough investigation

                                  Since 6th Jan 2017, my Tatasky TV connection does not work and exhibits caption "Set TOp box is not receiving signal" I lodged a complaint today (7/01/2017) with their Customer care. A mechanic arrived at my place this afternoon and said a part has to be changed for which I have to shell out Rs. 400/- . I suggested that the dish could have changed orientation and requested him to check it. He loosened the dish and said I have to relocate the Antenna. I requested him to give a report to this effect which he said that it is not their system. I wonder what kind of system do they have?

                                    Hi All,

                                    I am going to disconnect the connections.

                                    My complaint with respect to update process, tatasky push the update on Dec19th, during that time my dad is not in town so that update didn't happen and it got failed and when he came back the Tata sky update stuck at 0%.

                                    So to fix this issue called Tata sky n they demanding RS:200 for service visit. Is this is joke, they pushed update and it didn't happen for that they charging customer and customer care person is telling your not in the town so it didn't happen n it's your fault so you have to pay service charge.

                                    Customer care is horrible they will follow just rule book and they will not listen to customer concern.

                                    Free advice to Tata sky, do update every month and attest you find 10% of customer not in the town or there Tv switched off and update will fail and to fix that you charge nice idea know...

                                    Guys my open opinion don't go for it, please select other provider how listen to customer.

                                      For annual package Rs 4081/- digital payment on 5th Jan 17
                                      Before that Rs 240/- paid online on 29Th Dec 16.
                                      Still why it is showing due to be paid and
                                      network deactivated since mornings. When approached customer care[protected] ms Dipti forr complains, it was refused to take complain and no satisfactory answer.t he issue couldn't be resolved even My numerous valuable hours wasted.

                                        I had taken the connection of tata sky dth of ID [protected] by using the dish of Sun Direct on 9/1/2016 of Rs 1285/- but after sometime some channels show signal problem then customer care calls from their ownside with number regarding the service satisfaction then i told them everything about the problem then thru telephonic call on my registered no they had asked to reset the the setting of DTH but in this meantime they were not able to rectify my issue then I registered a complaint and a reprensative from TATA SKY Dth has came and change the LMB without taking our concern and charge the visit charges of Rs300/- for their own fault.Customer care didn't told about this fact and saying its a free service.
                                        When i recharge my DTH with Rs 285/- on 6/1/2017 then they automatically deducted the amount without taking our concern. this is totally a fraud and intentionally charge with the customer.
