For annual package Rs 4081/- digital payment on 5th Jan 17
Before that Rs 240/- paid online on 29Th Dec 16.
Still why it is showing due to be paid and
network deactivated since mornings. When approached customer care[protected] ms Dipti forr complains, it was refused to take complain and no satisfactory answer.t he issue couldn't be resolved even My numerous valuable hours wasted.

    I had taken the connection of tata sky dth of ID [protected] by using the dish of Sun Direct on 9/1/2016 of Rs 1285/- but after sometime some channels show signal problem then customer care calls from their ownside with number regarding the service satisfaction then i told them everything about the problem then thru telephonic call on my registered no they had asked to reset the the setting of DTH but in this meantime they were not able to rectify my issue then I registered a complaint and a reprensative from TATA SKY Dth has came and change the LMB without taking our concern and charge the visit charges of Rs300/- for their own fault.Customer care didn't told about this fact and saying its a free service.
    When i recharge my DTH with Rs 285/- on 6/1/2017 then they automatically deducted the amount without taking our concern. this is totally a fraud and intentionally charge with the customer.
    total dissatisfaction.

      I got a greetings from tatasky, charges payable towards wo# u1r8yqy completed on[protected] is rs500. I dont no what is this?
      Then i got a call from tata sky as on[protected]
      They says, you make a complaint tata sky is not working shall i come to repai.
      But am not give any complaint to tata sky because it working good.
      Yesterday i make a payment rs485. But they shows still payment is not paid.
      Today is due for deactivation. So clear this problem as soon as possible.

        My tatasky customer id is [protected] and my existing subscription pack is for rs.230/-. But I have been charged with another Rs.85/-per month for providing for some other services which Inever requested for. this has happened earlier also and I am very much annoyed at this type of cheating from the company side.please ensure that the hd pack services which was charged without my consent is withdrawn and refunded the amount unauthorisedly collected. registering telephonic complaints also makes additional losses towards callrates.my mobile no linked to the account is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

          Without my permission you had activated the miniplex channel. Cancel it.
          I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop miniplex and reimburse any additional amount deducted.

            Dear sir,

            On 3rd Jan 17 tata sky install person installed new connection in my front flat (IVY Esate/Umang Homes/ Wagholi/Pune).
            He cut my dish cable & connected it again due to which signal not coming on my TV as well as he cut my nearby other tata sky dish cable. Then he used same cable for New connection.
            I have attached snaps for this. PL go thru it.
            These people purposefully doing malpractice like this.
            I also checked our society gate. Only tata sky person Mr. Sambhji Bhosale ( Tata sky service person ) accessed the top terrace lock key. From that point of time, My Connection got disconnected.
            This is very serious issue.

            Also, I have raised complaint in evening to Tata sky customer care & they sent the service person to resolve issue on 4th Jan.
            I already told to customer care reading this malpractice. So no service charge should be cut from my account. But still you cut Rs 200/- from my account.
            If your person doing such malpractice then how you will cut service charge from my account??? (Complaint no. U71LHGDS & U72Q418 )
            So Kindly revert my amount deducted because the issue is created by TATASKY Person.

                We requested for a reinstallation of Tatasky DTH in our new home, still they are yet to come. They sent an operator for un installation but re installation is still a struggle. We have called atleast 6 times for past two weeks, but the only reply we get is "we will send an operator soon". I regret choosing Tatasky. I wish for surrendering the set top box and get my refund.

                  (1)"you do not have transaction history for last 3 months." i pay through sbi card dated 30/12/2016.
                  (2) statement by tata sky

                  (4) statement by sms "your rev fee could not be renewed (01 jan 17)
                  (5) statement by tata sky your annual access fee only for standard definition not for high definition. For high definition you again recharge rs 1936.56
                  Because of different statement every time i want to close the tata account immediately. Nodal officer statement"if you wish to cancel your account. We would like to inform you that we will not be able to process the refund towards the set top box. The set box will be retrieved by our installer." i paid set up box separately at the time of installation. I want to know how much amount can be refunded by tata sky.

                    You guys have given us HD saying you have many channels bla bla bla...but no use. we donot require HD service because they are basic channels we are getting no additional channels you guys giving. I request you to kindly remove this HD service from our thing ASAP. and also change the amount to Rs.250/- HD costs us Rs.450/- without any use.

                      My consumer no is [protected] and have been a premium tata sky customer since mant years ..have 2 Tata sky connections at my residence..1 HD and another an ordinary add on.
                      over the past 3 months my tata sky boxes have given a lot of trouble ..and one has been replaced 2 months ago...
                      inspite of repeated calls to replace the box Tata sky helplines insist on no warrantys..so is Tata a 1 month warranty product..
                      i do not want numerous calls on this..if my box is not replaced with a brand new one free of cost i will take his matter up further as well as disconnectmy tata sky connection asap..

                        I have Tata Sky Connection Subscriber ID - [protected]. By Tata Sky Executive Give me information Pay Rs. 1890/- than Change your Tata Sky Simple Box Box with HD Box and provide your 1Year Subscription Free.

                        But when we have paid 1890/- and Change with HD Box and not Provide me Free Subscription for 1 Year. and demand me Recharge Rs.285/- per month other wise Stop the subscription .                           It is very shameful to write to you regarding the subject mentioned above. I am the old customer and purchased Tata sky(ID [protected]) in 2007 and it was functional till 2010. After that I have inactivated through call due to some unavoidable region. Now I am shifted to Sukhovi, Dimapur Nagaland and wanted to reactivate my old tata sky. I called on 28/12/16 and got reply that I have to recharge first, then Tata sky customer care will help me. I recharged for Rs 350/- Only on same day, but after recharge I was not able to see the videos, only sound was coming, then immediately I called the customer care and got reply that your set top box is old so you have to migrate your set top box to new version free of cost and regarding this complaints has been registered. But till date so many phone call has been received from many people of Tata sky and I also called several times but still no body has reported with new set top box till date. And also my recharge amount is gradually deducting.

                            Client no.[protected]. According to TATA SKY customer care representative Anju's telephonic call on dated 29/12/2016 Rev 2 Annual HD dhamaal access fee (special offer by company) will be 3135 Rs. I paid this amount dated (30/12/2016) before last date (31/12/2016) but again Rev 2 Annual HD dhamaal access fee could not be renewed & they are charging daily basis from 01 jan 2017 (Information by sms).Again I requested to TATA SKY Cs.C. to close my account immediately but they deny and told that you have no balance on your account and they are unable to provide hard or soft copy of bill at this time .At the time of payment window showed the dhamaal mix annual pack Rs. 2200 for SD & Rs. 3135 for H.D.. Now I want my refund. Till now no bill statement shown online.

                              I Avedesh Narayan Trivedy having an subscription with Tata sky pvt. Ltd. I have applied for a sub connection for another tv with same connection no.([protected]) for which I paid 1150/-(eleven hundred and fifty only) as security. Due to some reasons I cancelled the sub-connection and it was said to me that I will receive my money back.Today when I received a cheque dated[protected] from UNISYS ENTERPRISES, it was of amount 599/- (five hundred and ninety nine only). SO WHERE MY REST OF THE MONEY HAS GONE?

                                Dear Customer Care Team,

                                I have used TATA Sky Last 4 Years MY ID Is [protected] and My Register
                                No. [protected].

                                I would like inform that, Last 4-5 days is not working getting 'Input
                                Signal not received'. Complaint registered for rectification on 01.Jan
                                2017. I have called Tata sky service representative called one day but
                                he never turned up. I am chasing this everyday and we are calling Tata
                                Sky Customer care and explained about the problem. Today (3 Jan 2017)
                                I spoke to Ms. S Pooja and Explain to her but problem is not
                                rectified. Last 4-5 day in the Evening everyday 5 Pm to 12 AM still No
                                Signal indication Tata Sky channel But in the Morning all channel
                                automatically work and signal automatic received but in every evening
                                TV Shows No Signal.

                                And I Spoke to your Tata sky executive every day but there is no
                                solution and why I pay to service charges and your team not clear my
                                problem I already Advance Year payment Rs.5490, why I pay to Service
                                Charges. If the problem still and not to solve I Discontinue the Tata
                                Sky immediately and Going to Another Connection with Videocon or
                                Airtel I have to many option in market.

                                Kindly resolve the issue and confirm to me.

                                I hope you will take action against and give me justice.

                                  I am not receiving signal on Tata Sky due to some technical issues. When I called customer executive, i was told some options over phone that did not work. Then I was told that technician needs to visit my home and he will charge rs 200 visiting charges.
                                  My complaint is that why technician charges of 200 are being imposed when there are technical issues in connection. Can somebody please help?

                                  Technician visited my flat and noticed that there was issue with TataSky in the entire building. It has been resolved, however that if there is technical issue at my end in my flat, I still disagree that there should be visiting charges for the technician visit. Its not about Rs 200, its about right and wrong, and paying for technical issues for the services that I am already paying monthly subscription, is wrong. Thanks to ConsumerComplaints forum to notify this matter to TataSky!

                                  TataSky technician visited my place and as of now issue is resolved.
                                  It was told that there was issue in entire building from outside, it was not working for entire building; and there were no issues related to TataSky in the house. So, no visiting charges.
                                  However I fail to understand if there is technical issue within the house (and not within the building), why there are visiting charges for the technician? It should not be there - I strongly disagree - please think over it TataSky. Thanks.

                                    I have relocated my home near by dombivli in thane district. After many request of installation in my new address. Tata sky team is not arraying and it has been automatically cancelled by them self. I repeatedly called cutomer care to send team to install for 4 days and informed the issue which i faced by the tatasky local agent who is not comming and asking additional charges apart from installation. Please let me know can i get the connection activated or not. I am tired of following. Request hold on u2967qp, request cancelled on 29th december wo#u2z96cx, 31st also hold cancelled.                                       After the cyclone in Chennai TV is not working getting 'Input Signal not received'. Complaint registered for rectification on 18th Dec 2016. Tata sky service representative called one day but he never turned up. I am chasing this everyday and we are calling Tata Sky Customer care and explained about the problem. Till today (2 Jan 2017) problem is not rectified. But Subscription is deducted daily. I am paying subscription without using tata sky services. It is absolutely worst experience. Still we don't know when they are going to correct this issue.

                                        Dish antenna was damaged during cyclone in Chennai. Complaint registered for rectification on 19th Dec 2016. Tata sky service representative is calling us and reverted back that this area is not comes under his area. Everyday we are calling Tata Sky Customer care and explained about the problem. Till today (31 Dec 2016) problem is not rectified. But Subscription is deducted daily. I am paying subscription without using tata sky services. It is absolutely worst experience. Still we don't know when they are going to correct this issue
