I am using tata sky since last months now, as a forcible option as had heard about their service and now have been personally facing it.
I have subscribed for the package which gives me all the HD channels by paying Rs. 735/- every month and not able to view all the HD channels, for eg. SAB HD, Travel HP HD, Nat GEO HD and when I call the customer care they tell me that it is because my set top box is not under warranty and other nonsenses talks so I will have to pay Rs. 200/- to the engineer who will visit me, which is really not done for the service which is not properly being provided by them why should I pay it.
Videocon D2H is the best, use it in my other house and have the best of service till date. Can someone help me with my query without anty further delay, or should I keep on addressing my issues hereon.

Raised the issue with tatasky, got the positive response they informed em that in will credited in 48hrs. 5days over still same condition.
I have added kids pack channels those channels not view able because it went to negative balance.
look like they are not user friendly they are cheater.
