Wanted to purchase a new connection for tatsky ultra HD annual - its available for 15290 on the website, but am not able to select on the same, for Karnataka, though I am able to select the more expensive package. When I call their call centre, they are happy to give me the same package at a premium - Rs. 600 costlier. 15890. I was told this is because they are discouraging CC payment. At the same time, if I purchase over the phone, I am able to pay by CC. IF this is not cheating, then what is?

There is no signal in my Tata Sky I'd [protected], since last 2/3 days .
And message that recharge amount due is displaying.
Bt my due date is 29/12/16 . Kindly look into matter and do the needful to resolve the issue.
Also I want to change package to my earlier pack of Rs 99 + Hindi entertainment.
Kindly change the same also.

      Tata sky set top box issues for over a month

      Since nov 217 i have been having issue with set top box freezing or auto restart. They have replaced 4 boxes with no luck and to add to the misery, no body is clueless on the issue or resolution. Really disturbing to see this kind of service from tatasky.

      All 4 boxes i received were refurbished and had exact same issue. I have made almost 50+ calls to customer care and they appear to escalate but the service center who is addressing...

      I was using TATAsky since last eight years and the company had changed some setting where was not able to view certain channels in-spite of the payment made to them on complaining they have changed equipment and post that the connection was cancelled and the record with the company says that you have requested for cancellation and not ready to activate the same. I had done my recharge for annual package with the amount of Rs 9190 and they says you will get refund after 20 days.

        I am tatasky subscriber and have had several service disruptions since i have been a customer (Around 4 years). Every single time a complaint is registered using their helpline number i never get a call back and i have to keep chasing and following up on my complaint. They charge for services on a daily basis and i pay for my services annually - which means they get my full payment but i never have had disruption-free services. Either its the dish or the cables or the way they have installed the dish that is problematic each time. I am sick of calling tatasky customer services after every complaint just to follow up. They give the same [censored] script saying someone will call back within 2 hours but no one ever does, and it makes no difference speaking to the "supervisor" because they give the same [censored] script and tell you someone will call and they have "escalated" the complaint. Nothing happens unless you call them every single day after registering your complaint and speaking to someone at least 5 times each day. It is possible the worst service i have ever encountered, although bsnl is competing in terms of worst customer service of the century. Unfortunately in our building complex tatsky is the only one who provides services so i have no choice but to put up with their absolutely rubbish service. Message to the ceo/md/top bosses - do your job and make all the changes necessary to run this company efficiently.

            I am regular customer of tata sky and after had been relocated to the new location in same area, the signal problem had occured.
            after relocation from the 2nd week problem had occured.
            even i had been charged srongly from tata sky for the relocation amount.
            now when i am complainting for the singal error and the frequent disconnection of the chanel, tata sky care sying we will have to look into the issue and again charges will be applicable for it and after that again issue occur after fixing it on the 31st day they will again charge for the next visit of their representative.

            if this could be the servicce of the DTH opertaor where ordinary people like me have to go as i have been paying and recharging for the top package of TATA SKY.

                I am using tata sky since last months now, as a forcible option as had heard about their service and now have been personally facing it.

                I have subscribed for the package which gives me all the HD channels by paying Rs. 735/- every month and not able to view all the HD channels, for eg. SAB HD, Travel HP HD, Nat GEO HD and when I call the customer care they tell me that it is because my set top box is not under warranty and other nonsenses talks so I will have to pay Rs. 200/- to the engineer who will visit me, which is really not done for the service which is not properly being provided by them why should I pay it.

                Videocon D2H is the best, use it in my other house and have the best of service till date. Can someone help me with my query without anty further delay, or should I keep on addressing my issues hereon.

                  I am k. R. Aravind and my tatasky subscription id [protected] and a platinum member for more than 6 years. I have already complained about the non functioning of my set of box from 21/12/12'through online, phone, facebook and even by twitter. But they dont take care in satisfying customer. They havnt sent any technician for the repair so far.
                  Iam regularly paying the highest maximum subscription amount every year as a platinum member.

                    1)on nov 30 tata sky called my wife for new offer, which we never asked for but they called. They supposed to cal me. As my no been registered.
                    2)when my wife denied to take they forcefully activated without our permission.
                    3)i asked ur executive avinash and akash to transfer my calls they denied ti do that.

                    This is not at all acceptable. This is second time happening with me.

                    Though i have check the recording and in recording its clearlly mention that my wife denied to take this offer.

                    U guys have to refund it or i will escalate it to mr harit nagpal.

                      Last month I had relocate my tatasky dish paying Rs 500. This month due to cyclone my dish direction got changed and I lodge complain for that I was informed that the same is covered under warranty hence there would be no deduction.
                      However it take about a week to rectify the problem and account has been debited by Rs 300 for that because the warranty period was lapsed due to the delay .
                      The delay was only from yours end, and I have suffer for that and again yours debited my account due to yours fault only.

                      Recently changed to HD box and its in warranty period till august month 2017, recently due to cyclone we were there service was not available one week after follow issue has been fixed. they deduction Rs.200 which was not suppose to do that because in under warranty.

                      Raised the issue with tatasky, got the positive response they informed em that in will credited in 48hrs. 5days over still same condition.
                      I have added kids pack channels those channels not view able because it went to negative balance.

                      look like they are not user friendly they are cheater.

                        I bought Tata sky remote control on 2nd december 2016 and it became impaired on 24 december 2016. Now tata sky is not taking responsibility.
                        If you are not taking responsibility of your product what would be the difference between tata sky and some local retailer. Tata sky must be ashamed of this.

                            There has been response till date from Tata sky after posting a compliant on this site. Guess this is the way they treat their customers.

                            Big mistake that I took connection from this company.

                            The best part is that today I got a message that my pack is expiring tonight and I should recharge it. When there is no transmission on my television since 12th December how can you even think of asking for a recharge. This clearly shows that the company senior leadership has no interest in resolving a customer complaint.

                              You have installed your system on 14/12/2016 at my home with your package of rs.1800/- which included one month free (Rs.560/- package) and we have paid rs.2000/- extra rs.200/-.
                              Now you have de-activated your service today e, i 25/12/2016 with out any reason to show your package have been completed.
                              Furthermore, our package will be completed on 24/01/2017 but you have de-active service today, i request to you resume my service from today and should be compensate my lost up to provide in service from your side.

                                For the last two weeks my tatasky cable connection s not functioning, mysubscriber id is [protected]. Sinc it is not useful to me i need this
                                Tatasky connection to get disconnected immediately today itself.

                                  We are a Tata Sky subscriber. With reference to an web advertisement of Tata Sky Karaoke service I ordered for the same through www.tatasky.com They asked me to deposit Rs. 8589/- in my account to get the services. After making payment, technician came to our house and upgrade the set top box (from HD to +Transfer HD) and provide a mike. From the day one we were not satisfied with the Karaoke service. The performance of back ground music while singing is not at all good. Its background music is not audible once we switch on the mike. We earlier used conventional karaoke but we find tata sky karaoke is not at all acceptable. Then we lodged complaint in www.tatasky.com. They sent the technician (who installed the set top box) but he was not capable to do any settings. He also realized that some thing is wrong when we switch on the koaraoke mike.
                                  As I am not at all satisfied with the product I requested Tata Sky to take it back and refund the money. But Tata Sky is not responding.

                                      I am customer of tatasky from last 7years. Till 5yrs there was no single complaint. 2 1/2 yrs back i have changed my set up box to HD. 1 year it was good with no complaints. After one year the problems started. I recharge with semi annual plan with offer of paying for 5months and get 6 months subscription. 1st time after recharge i could not get signals due to which i had to call technician and have to pay for the service charges I thought this is problem with by TV or Dish But I observed that the same thing repeated at the time of my 2nd recharge also.

                                      Now this is 3rd time a am facing the same problem, i have recharged in 1st week of Dec and from next week signals are coming and going. i did not understand it first. But then I understood the game Tata Sky is playing. They are saying 1month free subscription and collecting that amount by way of service charges.

                                      Today I again called for technician as i dont have any other option when the techinician came it was working properly and nothing was done but as i have called technician they will charge 200/-.

                                      Everytime i will get complaint registration number on my mobile but this time when i called and told them i am going to give complaint in consumer complaints i did not get the message of complaint number also. i again called them and taken the complaint number. When i have asked them about customer grevience cell number of tata sky they dont have that number.

                                      They dont have any customer grevience cell to listen and solve customer issues.
