My subscription no is[protected] and I stay at chennai. I raised complaint for Tata sky not working on Saturday 17th Dec, they booked a field person who would visit next day, I just restarted the Tata sky the same day and the issue got fixed. On 20th Dec Tata sky field person called and asked when he can come, I told that issue is fixed and no need to come. Next day on 21st call from Banglore, they asked if issues fixed I said it's fixed by myself. Next day 22nd Dec morning tatasky got deactivated. I called service desk by 8.30am and asked about it, they say Rs.200 was deducted for service that I logged, I said issue was fixed when I rebooted, so no field person came, call centre agent said he is creating service request and issue will be fixed in 24-48 hours, I asked why should I wait for 48 hours for the mistake Tata sky had made. He said 48 hours is maximum it may get fixed soon, I called Tata sky by 2pm to follow up and was on call around 30 minutes to explain to 3 different people and I was totally pissed off. 2 hours later call from Hyderabad comes, he asks me what's the problem again, this was like irritating again, he said I have to wait 48 hours to get the money refunded and then the services will be resumed or recharge to get the account activated there is no other he can help, I don't know why I should be impacted for the mistake tatasky had made who took charges for the service which was not rendered. Tatasky being national brand should not spoil their name like this and I lost the trust they show on television ADs
