I am customer of tatasky from last 7years. Till 5yrs there was no single complaint. 2 1/2 yrs back i have changed my set up box to HD. 1 year it was good with no complaints. After one year the problems started. I recharge with semi annual plan with offer of paying for 5months and get 6 months subscription. 1st time after recharge i could not get signals due to which i had to call technician and have to pay for the service charges I thought this is problem with by TV or Dish But I observed that the same thing repeated at the time of my 2nd recharge also.

Now this is 3rd time a am facing the same problem, i have recharged in 1st week of Dec and from next week signals are coming and going. i did not understand it first. But then I understood the game Tata Sky is playing. They are saying 1month free subscription and collecting that amount by way of service charges.

Today I again called for technician as i dont have any other option when the techinician came it was working properly and nothing was done but as i have called technician they will charge 200/-.

Everytime i will get complaint registration number on my mobile but this time when i called and told them i am going to give complaint in consumer complaints i did not get the message of complaint number also. i again called them and taken the complaint number. When i have asked them about customer grevience cell number of tata sky they dont have that number.

They dont have any customer grevience cell to listen and solve customer issues.

    Dear sir/madam

    I am anupam kumar consumer of tata/sky services for that my
    Ubscriber id is [protected]. I had recharged with 3850 rupees as annual package (Kids and sports package) and i called up to tata/sky for activation same day 23 nov 2016 but my services were not activated. Suddenly i was facing problem with no signal in my tata/sky setup box and as i made a call to tata/sky customer care they suggested to transfer the case to technical team, one technician send to my house he was not carrying tata/sky id card with him, he said my setupbox is to be replaced, he replaced with old one for that tata/sky deducted 600 rupees from my account but again after two days i had same problem again i made call to customer care to stop and deactivate my tata/sky services but after five day i am not able to receive my amount back.

    I want my money back for replacement and technician visit charges which was deducted from account.

      Good day sir/madam,
      My RMN[protected].
      From last few months my tatasky serial channels are stopped rest all other channels are working fine.
      When i make a complain, a technician comes and He restarts the service and takes money re200/-
      The very next day the same problem is raised.
      Again when i register a complain the same procedure is being followed.
      From last 1 week this is repeated every second day.
      Now today when i registered my complain they started the service from their side and again stopped it and now asking for rs200/- which i need to handover to their technician who ll come in the evening todayi.e 23Dec16.
      Kindly advice what needs to be done to get rid of this kind of monkey business.
      Tata being such a great name, never expected this kind of monkey business from such an esteemed company.

        My subscription no is[protected] and I stay at chennai. I raised complaint for Tata sky not working on Saturday 17th Dec, they booked a field person who would visit next day, I just restarted the Tata sky the same day and the issue got fixed. On 20th Dec Tata sky field person called and asked when he can come, I told that issue is fixed and no need to come. Next day on 21st call from Banglore, they asked if issues fixed I said it's fixed by myself. Next day 22nd Dec morning tatasky got deactivated. I called service desk by 8.30am and asked about it, they say Rs.200 was deducted for service that I logged, I said issue was fixed when I rebooted, so no field person came, call centre agent said he is creating service request and issue will be fixed in 24-48 hours, I asked why should I wait for 48 hours for the mistake Tata sky had made. He said 48 hours is maximum it may get fixed soon, I called Tata sky by 2pm to follow up and was on call around 30 minutes to explain to 3 different people and I was totally pissed off. 2 hours later call from Hyderabad comes, he asks me what's the problem again, this was like irritating again, he said I have to wait 48 hours to get the money refunded and then the services will be resumed or recharge to get the account activated there is no other he can help, I don't know why I should be impacted for the mistake tatasky had made who took charges for the service which was not rendered. Tatasky being national brand should not spoil their name like this and I lost the trust they show on television ADs

            We had cylone in chennai on 12.12.2016 and the signals were out.

            We had received signal on 21.12.2016

            While asking for reimbursement for 8 days, i was not given.

            The point is if we pay late they ask for late fee payment, disconnection of signal etc.

            But when we ask for reimbursement, they have a blank answer and that is we are sorry, we cant help you with this

                My subscriber ID is [protected], I had a trouble in my connection which is not working since 12th of December, i lodged a complaint on 15th December & the customer services associates assured that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. Called again after 72 hours and was told again that someone from the technical team would call however no one has called nor has anyone come to rectify the problem. Extremely dissatisfied with the services, Poor customer care service with unable to resolve any queries. Service associates like Praveen and Saurabh who are senior executives keep promising that it will be resolved soon.
                Even after asking for a refund have received no revert till date.Please confirm the refund policy for this poor service .

                      Tatasky id :[protected] complaint number:tu2qsoh due to setoff box issue due to signal problem taken the connection in 4 months back setoff box is not working customer care suggested me as free of replacement and backend they have charged 550 and disconnected my connection which having 4 months old setoff box.
                      Daily 30 min customer care make to wait and disconnecting the call and forcefully make me to pay the 550 rs else they will not ready to give the connection. Such worst quality of the setoff box being a customer why should suffer. Hope tatsky leaders will take the action regarding this and waiting for the helful reply to continue the tatasky.

                        What a worst services ever I have seen in my life by Tatasky. I complained about network problem to tatasky customer care. They said they will send a technician to rectify the problem related to network or channel. Technician fixed the problem in 2 seconds by moving antenna 2° and asked to pay 100rs. I said I didn't get any information from customer care to pay money to you. Next day tatasky company deducted 200rs from my account. Dear tatasky team, you guys had to do a lot of homework before stealing money. This is not a correct way to deduct money. If there was any charge to visit technician, then why didn't you inform me before sending technician ?
                        I want my money back otherwise I will keep posting on all sites regarding your stupidity ...

                          As is inscribed in e mail from Tata Sky: "Go to http://www.mytatasky.com & recharge now" I found that an annual recharge amount against my my present pack ('South Sports' pack) is Rs 2200/-. While in mail received from the party dtd 17/12/16 the charge asked was Rs 2860/-. Why?
                          Also the due date shown their is 22/12/2016, different as in mail dtd[protected], Why?
                          As my query mail was not replied, on forcible submission of the amount Rs 2860/-, & during further clarification mail from Tata Sky end, I find the company's reply is incomplete.
                          I want details of rate change against my pack, 'South Sports'. Date of change, Previous rate & new rate at least these three points must be there.
                          Also these changes are to be reflected in their website, www.mytatasky.com also, so that I can cross verify & can use for further reference.
                          Inspite of repeatedly telling, the party is deliberately skipping details of change, as mentioned, raising more suspicion that the manner you have increased the rate/collected tariff from me is illegal.
                          I am fixing Chronological events.

                            I have been complaining about my issue with the tata sky and they haven been telling that its because of the cyclonic storm and we ll get back to you within tomorrow every time i call them.

                            I called them like 10 times till today but they have repeating the same thing again and again and not a single person turned up or called me till now. They ask us to recharge money promptly and not even allow a single day without paying money but if we complain there is not proper response from their side.

                            If the issue persist even after this, I am just going to disconnect my connection and move to other good service providers.

                                I raised a request for Signal problem in my TataSkyconnection on Wed 14. signal problem happened after cyclonic storm. have been following it on daily basis with customer care or online chat. every day they give response as 48-72hrs.Really do not know how many such hrs have to wait. i received call at last yesterday from this number

                                [protected]- received call that someone will attend today[19/12] or tomorrow [20/12]
                                +[protected]-Tatasky Senthil- he called me said will come in an hr until evening he didnot turn up and i followed it up then he informed he was assigned another task so he could not come and someone else will come tomorrow.
                                [protected]- Tatasky Kannan - he called me in the morning [20/12] after which i tried every hr, his phone is always busy. Never calls back.
                                till now no one turned at my house to fix the problem

                                  The tatasky dish antenna, fixed with a nail on the terrace on 15th floor, broke a few days ago on 15th or 16th december 2016. The dish antenna appeared flimsy, made of substandard metal.
                                  All other dish antennas on the terrace are intact. There was no rain or thunder.
                                  Tatasky has been contacted several times. They have been informed about the dish antenna lying unattended.
                                  The autoreply received is as follows:

                                  Thank you for registering your request through email.
                                  Your service request number is tq6vglg, our representative will get in touch with you shortly.
                                  Your subscriber id is: [protected]

                                  Their representative from customer service keeps calling up and saying that charges are to be paid. Why should we pay for defective material.
                                  We do not wish to pay for defective stuff. Tatasky must take required action.
                                  Photographs of the dish antenna have been forwarded to them by email.
                                  We want to take up this matter to its logical end.

                                    This is about tatasky chennai. The service has been disrupted and its been over a week there has been no response. No contact numbers available to be contacted.
                                    Other service providers are fixing the issue asap. The tatasky response has been at snails pace.

                                    All the customer care person could say is 48 - 72 hours. But its been like a week now still no response.

                                      On 20th Dec 2016 evening hours, a representative telephonically contacted and understood my problem, told me to send me a leaflet regarding recharge procedure through mail but till date i.e.22/12/2016 they have not sent any rate chart. This type of attitude will not prosper the company itself. Company's reputation should be kept by the staff of the company.

                                        I don't know when will I get my new connection ? How long I wait for that.. Give me a correct answer or else plzzzz cancel my booking.. I will very depressed my dad asked me daily. Already 4dayz gone.. I thought tata sky service is much better service than other service.. Bt now i knw which is better.. Dnt say lie.. Daily i called you you guyz are give the same answer repeatly that was"technician will contact you within 2hrz yesterday also called the executive he said the same answer.. No technician will call me still now.. When will he come ? Give me a correct answer r else plz cancel my booking.. Am n a city then no technician will near in my locality ? Plzz take this as my complaint and take quick action.. Thank you.
