    Due to the cyclone effect, for the past 1 week i am unable to view channels in TV. I had raised a complaint on 17-Dec-16 they told like by Sunday our technician will call you and resolve the problem likewise, till now i didn't get the message, please assist me to resolve the problem with a technician. Let me know the tentative date so that i can decide whether to go with the service or not.

      On 26.11.2016 I submit the following complaint against Tata Sky:

      Tata Sky ID: [protected]

      I have a Tata sky connection in the name of Dinesh Jain with Subscription ID [protected]. Two days back i.e. on 24/11/2016 I talked to their customer care executive on toll free no. regarding recharge of my account to avail their dhamaal mix pack annual subscription. I was told by their executive that your set top box is deactivated as I haven't got it recharged for 3-4 months and after recharge it will be activated from their end. Last night i.e. on 25/11/2016, I recharged my account with Rs. 3135/- which is the annual subscription price for dhamaal mix pack. I called customer care executive to activate my set top box, but to my amazement the executive told that they are unable to activate it and engineer visit will have to be done for which I will be charged Rs 200/-. I asked why should I pay Rs 200/- as I have been misguided by your side, now either fix the problem free of cost or refund my recharge amount i.e. Rs 3135/-. I was told by the executive that he has processed the request for refund and their team for refund will call me in next three days. Today when their refund team called me, I was told that I will get the amount back through cheque and that too after 30 days and adding to that they will deduct Rs. 10/- from the amount as I have used the subscription for a day( for which my set top box was not at all activated). When I said that when the money has been transferred online, refund the money online, the executive told that it's company's policy. The money was denied to be refunded immediately and it will take a month at least. The problem doesn't end here only. To add to this their refund team executive told us that their engineer will be visiting within this period to take away the set top box and the dish installed on the roof. When I said that I have paid for it in the beginning and now the box and the dish belongs to me, the executive told that the amount paid in the beginning for purchasing dish and set top box were not purchasing charges, rather they were service charges and now we will have to return both the things for which we will not be paid our money back. That is height of customer embarrassment.

      Either refund my amount in total or activate my account and the yearly subscription should begin from the day my set top box is activated. I'll not be paying for any engineer visit as I have not requested for my set top box deactivation and also I'll not be returning set top box and dish as I have already paid for them in the beginning.

      Please look into the matter and do take the matter seriously with the company so that they don't keep on fooling with the customers.

      On 28.11.2016 I got a call from customer care executive of Tata sky that your refund will be processed within 24 hours and amount will be credited in full amount within 5 days to my account and complaint was marked resolved. More than 20 days have passed, but neither the amount has been received nor I have got any msg/call from their end.
      Kindly look into the matter so that refund can be processed at the earliest and we get rid from this pathetic company

Am so depressed about that.. I really feel very bad.. Then On Saturday I called them again and ask about the details bt They say the same answer..           As per mail received from TATA sky, dtd[protected], following link was inscribed: "Go to http://www.mytatasky.com & recharge now". Accordingly from it, I found that my (ID : [protected]) present pack is "SOUTH SPORTS".
          The annual recharge amount corresponding to the 'South Sports' pack mentioned in THE SAID COMPANY WEB INFORMATION is Rs 2200/-. While in the mail dtd 17/12/16 TATA Sky are asking Rs 2860/-. Why?
          Also the due date shown at my account in the said web page is 22/12/2016, different ( 20/12/2016) as in TATA Sky mail dtd[protected], Why?

            Sir on 5 Dec I had attended a call from your customer representative he informed me about ending o[censored]ltra pack so I told him to start dhamaal mix pack on my account. After sometime I had recharged my account with rs. 285. But now I am getting messages that my pack is ultra pack and it ending on 20 Dec. So kindly take necessary action and extend my pack validity according to dhamaal mix.

              Hi,

              If i am looking into tata sky package it is mention everywhere particular package applicable per month or might be days.

              Situation : i am using dhamal mix package rs 285 which is applicable for 1 month. When i am talking with customare care ther are saying 1 month is equal to 30 days, while it is not mentioned any where by tata sky 1 month can be 31 days and 30 days.

                  This incident happened on december 13

                  I have called tata sky three days back regarding signal issue, the customer executive said the technician will call tomorrow 10 am, but no call received. Next again i called them same response, and again next i raised a compliant with higher authority and chennai ispl, they said it will take another 72 hours and arguing that why you are hurrying. Still compliant is not resolved.. Poor customer service, poor higher authority too!!!..

                  But they will debit daily charges from the account for those five days..

                    Hi my no is [protected] and this is my registered no and i complaint for fixing our tata sky dish wire which is cut when cyclone came. I complained on wednesday customer executive said we will receive a msg . Now it is saturday till now we havent received a msg or a response from Tata sky ppl. What stupid customer executives makes us to cancel tata sky and shift to some other service. I dono y after several complaints tata sky ppl are still hiring this kind of ppl as a customer care executive. Really you think ppl wont do anything against you.

                      Dear sir/mem

                      My self amit detha and my tata skys customer id is [protected], and my cell no. Is [protected].

                      Me and my friend purchase a tata sky connection at same time. I am regulaly recharge of tata sky since last 3 years. And one of the my friend was very irregular than after the tata sky department gave him a dhamal mix pack. Only rs.1300/annum. And that same pack i got at rs.2970/annum. Why?

                      Than after i called on the dated of 26th october 2016 at your helpline no. And i request for same offer they told me we can't gave the same offer. Than i request i want to disconnect my tata sky connection and refund my annual pack amount which is balance as per rules and give the rs.200 also which is available in my balance. And i also clarify the tata sky officers discount my connection after deposit my above clarify amount in my account please. Because whenever our recharge expired at that same time tata sky disconnect our connection. You can't give us few hours, minutes, and seconds, then why you aspect's i am waiting for few days and hours for our refund money.

                      My connection disconnect on the dated of 16 dec.2016 at 8 pm at evening without any intimation whenever i called tata sky help line nobody can response us.

                      There are many customers who facing the same problem. Not a single person from junior to senior customer care executive who solved our problem. After many called at tata sky i m tired and took the decision to mail a consumer department to short out my problem and help me for refunding amount from tata sky.

                          I had a connection of tata sky about 3-4 months back and the tata sky installed a defective dish which i came to know recently. the signal problem continues and they visit every week and charge me 200. the company is fraud. i called the customer care and they didnt resolved it although i waited for an half an hour on call. i want my full refund as i dont want this fraud company at my home

                            With reference to caption subject i wish to tell you that i recently had a new tata sky connection. Past 3 day i am struggling to have a proper set up to my connection. I made 70 calls to customer care and raised 2 email complaint at your portal but till time i didnt get any resolution on the same.
                            When 1st technician come to my place he took extra charges from me and there was no proper set up in 2nd time the technician open all wires and left the house as it. Today this wiring are still open and society people raise complaint against me. So sir just tell me if anyone got hurt from these wiring who will be responsible for that
                            In customer care when i wrote to them they them self closing my complaint without any resolution.

                            I am very disappointed by the services provided by tatasky. If you dont want to resolve my query i am requesting you to please take away your set up box from my premises.

                            Please hire a good technician so that in future no customer get adversely affected by this.

After installation, hd channel are free for 1 month.2nd month company continues hd channels without take any confirmation and deducted charges of hd from my account. Because of that my 28 days pack expired in only 18 days. This mistake continued by company till date (Third month).

                                  Hi i have complaint day before yesterday to tata sky as my tatasky dth was showing no signal even after recharge on time as my due date was 12th dec 2016. Today a technician called me and he said he has reached my colony and when i guided him to come towards my house over phone he said he is not able to find my house and he went without checking the problem in by tata sky dth.
                                  If this is the way technicians of tatasky behave then i will have to think to change my dth.

                                    I got tatasky digital setup box for getting dolby digital sound out put.
                                    But there is no dolby digital effect.
                                    And distributors are not knowing that how to connect cables to home theoter

                                    They are commenting to call sony service engineers for this

                                    So it is not advisable getting tata sky for sound quality.
                                    But still i am trying to get good quality sound effect.

                                    Hi, your concern has been noted. We've raised a service request and shall call you soon to sort this.
                                    I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, send a service engineer to configure your home theater and resolve your issue.

                                      Sir,
                                      Since about a month many channels i.e. Aaj Tak, Zee News, Discovery, National Geographic Chanel etc. are either not playing smoothly or message of cloudy sky appears on screen. The screen turns blank for about 10 seconds or more then comes live for a similar duration and this repeats. Chanel like Aaj Tak gives onscreen message of overcast sky. Pl resolve.
