I have taken one connection from tata sky. But they have activated 3 more connections in my name.

Now they are telling me to recharge account then only the termination will be done. I don't want to use product of a fraud company. I want my money back.

I am using dhamal mix pack (Pack of rs.285). After installation, hd channel are free for 1 month.2nd month company continues hd channels without take any confirmation and deducted charges of hd from my account. Because of that my 28 days pack expired in only 18 days. This mistake continued by company till date (Third month).

Hi i have complaint day before yesterday to tata sky as my tatasky dth was showing no signal even after recharge on time as my due date was 12th dec 2016. Today a technician called me and he said he has reached my colony and when i guided him to come towards my house over phone he said he is not able to find my house and he went without checking the problem in by tata sky dth.

I got tatasky digital setup box for getting dolby digital sound out put.
But there is no dolby digital effect.
And distributors are not knowing that how to connect cables to home theoter

They are commenting to call sony service engineers for this

So it is not advisable getting tata sky for sound quality.
But still i am trying to get good quality sound effect....

Since about a month many channels i.e. Aaj Tak, Zee News, Discovery, National Geographic Chanel etc. are either not playing smoothly or message of cloudy sky appears on screen. The screen turns blank for about 10 seconds or more then comes live for a similar duration and this repeats. Chanel like Aaj Tak gives onscreen message of overcast sky. Pl resolve. I have upgraded to new transfer box but not provided full material with the box, even the box seal was broken and I didn't know Waht was actually included in box after complaining to tata sky they told that adaptor is not provided with new box. What a great answer u will not be provided new adaptor to power on setup box. LOL.
BS service, I recharge for more than 12000 per year but [censored] service never go for tata sky u will be disappointed...

Govt told use net bank pay. but tatasky makes netpay horrible.. on 8th dec 2016, to recharge i opted sbi net bank - bill payment - payee tata sky ltd - sub id [protected]- debited rs 220 at 2108 hrs txn id ib 34907276 and credited tata sky ltd - sub id [protected] same time. till today rs 220 not credited to my id by tata sky ltd. i am not able to view tv. 2 complaints to cc - 3 complaints thro help site - 2 inward calls from cc - complaint...

I am a user of tata sky hd dth service. Having id [protected]. My monthly charge was rs. 505, but suddenly i got an sms that i have to chare rs. 525 instead of rs. 505. I want to remain with the previous package, i therefore gave missed call to a number ([protected]) they provided but got no reply.
I also request to stop such type of push package in future till i request them personally. If possible please take needful action & oblige.br...

I got n paid Tatasky connection from 3 Dec 2016.The subscriber Id in my TV screen didn't match the sub Id in my Registered mobile no. Logged complain to dealer, with no help. Logged complaint to Tatasky customer care, but it was just harrasment.
They closed the complaint ticket without resolving it. Paid for Dhamaal mix pack n English movies but left out with south special pack (I don't understand any southindian language).
