      I recharged tatasky using mobile app and it failed but money got deducted.

      Customer executive asked to send the screenshot of transaction to validation.

      Please find it below. I checked my bank statement and it is not credited. I can share that also. It has been two weeks and continuosly chasing the customer care but they are just directing me to

        Binge service charged which was told is free for 3 months. But after 30 days charged 299 and then again 129 for amazon prime which is part of binge / and I don’t need both . I call and the consultant says can’t help charged is charged can’t be done anything. And refused to put to supervisor also.

        No value for customer or customer hard earned money.

        Need this binge canceled and the money refunded.

        No update for the past 2 days from Tata Sky team post the one call they made
        Yes someone called me and noted everything 2 days back. Was promised a call back after checking which never happened . It’s the same no resolution yet amount deducted for something I don’t want and I did not order
        We are on the job to sort this for you at the earliest! We will contact you shortly.
        It’s really very disappointing service from tata sky where no value for customer . Social media team calls and they say they cancel the service and it will not be charged again but not ready to refund the amount charged already without approval . No value for customer concern and on top of that when we keep questioning them she disconnected the line.
        No manager or anyone really cares for customer and looks like QA team does not do their work well as disconnecting a call when customer speaking is not a good practise …

              Technician nor customer care would try to resolve issue only sweet talk s from customer to charge you unnecessarily even for network issue or fault from their end.. And tatasky broad band I would advice no one to go for unless they want to lose their peace of mind.

                Almost a week now, I have not been able to watch certain channels to which I am subscribed, both paid and free channels because of signal issues. The issue was brought to the attention of the customer care section, and of the Nodal Officer but to no avail. I was told that to fix the issue I will have to pay the technician's charges!

                    I relocated and asked for installation along with HD upgrade for which I paid 999 for the HD box on 23rd June. The technician came in 24th June and completed the service and asked us the recharge to view the channel, so recharged for 300 which got deducted for installation charges, so we recharged for 500 but we were unable to see any channels so the technician said recharge for another 500 as there is technical error and the amount will get refunded but till date no amount credited and I have lost 1000 rupees . Multiple calls to customer care but no solution. My complain number is 2xws8ze2 which was to be resolved on July 4 but still pending.

                    I get a call from customer care saying the amount deducted is for Tatasky HD installation charges . 990 for HD and 689 is installation charges. I have been an existing customer since 2009. And the HD upgrade was taken based on the offer. Please find screenshots for the same and how the account has changed over time. This is not done. Tata sky is liable to answer for the deduction on this platform.

                          My account got deactivated since no recharge was done. I recharged my account today (23/07/2021 at 9:14) by logging in into my tata sky account, via google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account yet.Please provide refund for my loss.
