Unsuccessful recharge but amount was debited

We have recharged our tata sky for the amount 199 on 9/7/2021.the teachable was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from the bank account and till now it was not credited.kindly help us to get back our amount.

Tatasky irresponsible and rude poor service

Wanted to take tatasky connection in Bangalore, it took 30 days to get the connection as the arrogant and indecent technician did not come on time, after calling for 5 days he comes on 6th day with half information, n half tools. This way for 4 weeks we tried to call him for 28 to 30 times. Then he fix the box, after that for 3 days we had to request him to activate the connection as I already paid Rs. 3000, he gave connection then he said...

Set top box keeps showing a pairing error

The set top box keeps showing a pairing error, i have tried wiping it clean and again putting the card in, I have also tried setting it back to the default settings it still isn't resolved. It has been 4 days now....

I bought Tata Sky STB from one of their dealers in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai by the name M.K Network(Ph No.[protected]) on 24th February this year. I was asked to pay an upfront amount of Rs.1600 via UPI/Gpay at the time of the installation to their technician whose name is Hira Hathnore (Ph no.[protected]) which i did.(Proof Available and already sent to TATA Sky Support email - [protected]@tatasky.com)

About the Signals

Tata sky is the worst cable Connection so far because signal connection is very poor and waste of money. Even though the sky is clear it shows no signal and we couldn't watch television because of this ### cable connection. It happened mANY TIMEs intially ignored this but now it is very ridiculous and inappropriate they cut the connection if the payment is delay.But when ever the connection is poor and unable to watch the tv Tata sky...

Unable to view few particular channels

This is regarding Tatasky. We are the unable to view few particular channels though we have recharged and some channels are added individually paying money. If we complaint they are saying technical assistant reach our home and we have to pay them.

If there is a issue in signal why we should pay for them. If it a set of box issue then, we should not get any channels. but we are able view few channels and unable to view others....

I ordered a toy name Smile Aquarium from Tata sky zeetos on 14 Nov 2020
But the toy didn't come till yet ! and the toy fees was also deducted from my account...

Payment deducted but hadn't got recharge

Address:910, sector B, Scheme no 71, Indore

On 29th April 2021 i paid a amount of 300 via. Google Pay and the amount got debited from my account but till date hadn't got any recharge, i tried reaching customer care and they assured to help but at last nothing happened and they just denied about the transaction(I am having Gpay receipt as a proof that amount has been successfully paid to Tata Sky

On 2 july 2021 i did one more recharge of 300rs through their app via. Paytm...

Very poor quality

I have a tata sky account no [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected].

I have changed my set up box due to poor signal problems like two times and again I faced same problem with my setup box.

I must share my bed experience with tata sky and never suggest yo any one to take tata sky connection.

Also I am going to discontinued my all 3 accounts with tata sky.

Very disappointed....

I paid for connection but it's shows my mobile number not registered

I have submitted my new connection request in app which lead me to tatasky.com website after giving my details it asked for how I want to pay so I paid online after that I recieved mail with transaction I'd but no subscription I waited three days to call from installation no calls ..after that I called to customer care and they are saying my mobile number not registered and they asked send mail to [protected]@tatasky.com which I'm receiving automated...

Add additional channels without permission

Setupbox not Repair or Replace or Refund Balance

Received manufacturing defected Zeetos toy

Dear sir,
i am a customer of your tata sky company. My sub id is [protected] .i exchange zeetos 14th jun 2021 and received broken cricket toy 22nd jun 2021. When i saw recently i complain on 22nd jun but today 09 july 2021 not response on tatasky customer service. They are told me wait, but i am already wait 18 days and i have no more passence to waiting so i want to repalce the toy or refund my money immeditely. Thanks...

Payment Done but it didn't recharge

I did a monthly recharge of RS 559 and the payment was a success but the A/C Balance wasn't updated and didn't show any payment.
Recharge date : 07/07/2021
Then we paid it via another phone and the payment was successful

Kindly refund the previous RS 559 payment or kindly add it in our account balance....

Refund my money back

I had recharged through tatasky app and made the payment through Google pay (on 12th june 2021), my money got debited & I got the message that recharge was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account.I hd complained regarding this issue in tatasky app(my request & complaints) & I got a call on the next day & they were like within 7 days it will be refunded, but it's been 1 month, I have not got the money back.
Kindly refund...
