1.etv hd pack is not available in msale and customer app if customer want etv hd pack customer have to pay 28 for pack and 22for etvpack+ etv hd alacart channel

Estimatly customer loss 12 to 20 ruppes
And one more biggest problem I have faced 2.the telugu lite pack is 200 ruppes compony providing but I have make lot of 6m recharge I have maked using telugu lite pack and compony also make ads on 200 rupees
But suddenly compony change the telugu lite pack cost and interdused (new telugu lite pack) by this changes already having telugu lite pack 6m recharge customer are not received channel completly 180 day
Most of the people are understand this sudden change so dealer face problems
3. Dealer and customer are afraid about them six months pack recharge because of customer or dealer make 6 month recharge and in some days letter are between the six months time customer from the customer case or something elss in their pack Tata Sky channels for adding so they did not receive proper six months for 180 days completely not receiving packs are changing example adding Tata Sky cinemalu Tata Sky theatre etc most of the people are uneducated intimately in remote villages area they don't know anything if if additional Tata Sky channels are added they don't know how to remove most of the people lost their money it is very painful to customer so please bring 6 months Locked packs
4. Most of the six months recharge customers and 1 year recharge customers receiving offers two weeks offer under one month offer it is the biggest scam in Tata Sky if they recharge six months they received two weeks recharge in in today's letter by changing pack modification and one rupee difference offer is not applying really biggest scam
Dealers and technicians bring the new connections by tolding the company brand but after customer usage dealers are afraid about customer packages and recharge facilities above 2and 3 point please think about uneducated people also using Tata Sky and they are also your customers
I promising you bye you have changed above 2 nd and 3 rd points in village areas Tata Sky is not receive good response
And customer not use the tatasky connect ion longer
I hope and I believe Tata Groups never did wrong and never cheat the customer
Most of 1 year and 6 months recharge customers facing lot of problems about offer applying process and package changing in between 6 months and 1 year recharge between recharge amount having time lot of scams really
By using Tata Sky special channels most of money is wasting to the customer in village areas they never watch they are not interested but you are customer care at the channel by holding free of 5 days offer I am 7 days offer extra after their pack cost is increasing they don't know how to change their pack really big scam is this not satisfied about this especially Tata Sky channel adding process please don't do that I love Tata Sky always and Tata Groups never spoil that name thank you

    The tv wasn’t recharged for while (since 4 months ) now it is recharged but getting error like this is the wrong card for this set of box (paring error)

      Yesterday I enrolled for Free Trial of 7 days for Tata Binge Service, thinking that I have the option to choose this facility after 7 days Free - Trial.
      However, I find that you have raised Debit of Rs . 149 /-
      as A Month's Charges .
      Pl. Note, I have not utilized this service, even once
      and am not inclined to use it in future .

        Dear tata sky team
        My name is aman sundrani and i from agra up (west) my tata sky subscriber id is ([protected]) This is to inform you that i have availed the services of tata sky technician on 24th of july 2021 i.e the day before yesterday.and the technician visited me because i was unable to watch tv because of no signal .He visited me and make it good and today my account balance was in my tata sky app its showing in negative.I was'nt aware of the charges neither app shown me any intimation regarding charges for the services for visit and the technician does nothing except Tilt the dish antina here n there .First of all tell me am i mad ill give you the chrges for no reason . Secndly if there are monkeys they now n then hang on the dish make the dish move so everytime should i call technician and pay 175 rs chrges for no reason .Also you are taking the channel fees for minimum chrges of rs 150 and these channels are simply of no use .I only watch one channel and then also i pay for useless channels. I dont think your services are that good .and for me its like the day before it was ok for me and now i feel like the wire tv services are better than yours at least they give all the channels with free services of any default or any such other services.Its just i am wrting down this email to you because customer care is of no use they heard my complaint and said we'll escalate it and they closed my complaint without resloving it.Its just tatasky offering fake services i[censored] cant solve it then dont give false hopes.and the main reason i m writing to you is that i want the refund of the charges.its just i haven't avail any service from tata sky in whole year and this first time i hve availed and that too you have imposed chrges.Money does'nt grow on trees.Every now and then we pay charges for the services which technician does nothing.and this behaviour continues i wont take time longer to switch off from tata sky.I want the immediate refund of rs 175 chrges in my account back.and customer care are for help not for false hopes thanks.

            Last one month Tata sky channels are not showing but money debited daily. I tata sky customer care representative requested for service no one probably replied and response it. I requested permanent disconnect and refund money after also, they are not considered my request daily debited money without seeing Tata sky channel. They are cheated me.

              It's been 2 days that my TataSky settop box is not working due to fault in their settop box. They are charging Technician Visit Charges, although he didn't Change the Faulty settop box. If I'm supposed to pay for their faulty Box aren't they too responsible to reimburse me my subscription charges for the duration that I could not utilise their services. Very irresponsible and greedy attitude from the company.

                On 16th july 2021, i recharged my tata sky set top box[protected] of amount rupees 200 through bill desk using google pay. The amount is not reflected in my tata sky balance since then and also i have not received any refund yet. Its been 10 days now.

                    Hi. I recharged a wrong account [protected] by mistake instead of recharging [protected] subscriber I'd. Now Tata is refusing to process the refund saying wrong account I'd is in cancelled state hence refund not possible. If the account is in cancelled state how did this account accept 1000rs recharge? Its ridiculous, Tata is finding ways to cheat me, shameful act by a popular brand.

                      Service is good ... but be ready to give more and more... you recharge ur dth you will get msg again and again and before 3-4 days you will get notification on your Tv as well as mobile ... and last day like you killed some one and police are looking for you...and you cant survive now and i know for making this complain i have to login with g+ or facebook bcoz all linked

                          I purchased a new dth connection of tatasky on 21.07.2021 online from the website of tatasky.com for which I got the payment receipt from the mail of tatasky.

                          I took screenshots of the pages in which tata sky website was displaying that payment successful and confirmation message has been sent on my mobile number and my slot has been booked for installation but I didn't get any confirmation message neither on my mobile number nor on my email and my subscriber ID has not been generated yet.

                          I talked to several persons on toll free no. of tata sky but they are saying that nothing is displaying from my registered number.

                          My payment is successful and I have the payment receipt as well and screenshots confirming that payment is successful and slot has been booked for installation but still Subscriber ID has not been generated yet.

                          Kindly generate my subscriber ID and complete the installation asap on urgent basis.

                              Wanted to take tatasky connection in Bangalore, it took 30 days to get the connection as the arrogant and indecent technician did not come on time, after calling for 5 days he comes on 6th day with half information, n half tools. This way for 4 weeks we tried to call him for 28 to 30 times. Then he fix the box, after that for 3 days we had to request him to activate the connection as I already paid Rs. 3000, he gave connection then he said he will give complementary Amazon stick, after that its 3rd day now we have been again calling Tatasky people and very rudely they told us to wait. Basically it's a group of notorious, irresponsible and illiterate people sitting over there, from technician to customer care.

                                The set top box keeps showing a pairing error, i have tried wiping it clean and again putting the card in, I have also tried setting it back to the default settings it still isn't resolved. It has been 4 days now.

                                  I bought Tata Sky STB from one of their dealers in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai by the name M.K Network(Ph No.[protected]) on 24th February this year. I was asked to pay an upfront amount of Rs.1600 via UPI/Gpay at the time of the installation to their technician whose name is Hira Hathnore (Ph no.[protected]) which i did.(Proof Available and already sent to TATA Sky Support email - [protected]@tatasky.com)

                                  Installation was done properly and i recharged my account subscription plan the same day on the TATA Sky Application with Rs.1530 through netbanking, which should have lasted until November or December this year.(Proof Available and already sent to TATA Sky Support email - [protected]@tatasky.com)

                                  Everything was fine until June 17th when i received a text message from Tata Sky that my account balance is about to get exhausted. When i checked my Tata Sky App, there were three transactions on my account, one deposit and two reversals a little over Rs1000 in total missing from my account. So i called up the support and asked about the same, they said that my dealer had made the reversals without informing me or calling me up. And i was asked to call up my dealer and check about the same.

                                  When i called up my dealer, he clearly denied and said that it must be some internal issue with Tata Sky. After several calls with absolutely incompetent TATA Sky support staff members, finally one of their representatives gave me the information that some random TATA Sky Dealer by the name Sandeep P(Ph No.[protected]) had called them up with reversal request on 17th June and without even talking to me(the CUSTOMER) and verifying the information, they gave my money to this fraudulent dealer.

                                  I have made about 10-12 calls to the support staff of TATA Sky, and all they keep saying is that i, the CUSTOMER has to call up the dealer and sort it out. I am not sure which dealer are they referring to. However i tried calling the fraudulent dealer several times, but the number is never available. Now even my dealer is not receiving my calls.

                                  I need to understand a few things:

                                  -How can TATA Sky reverse a CUSTOMERs money to some random dealer as soon as they request a reversal without verifying with the CUSTOMER first.

                                  -On several calls, no CUSTOMER support rep. had my dealer details and no information about the reversal or at least they said they didnt, they kept repeating like ### that i have to talk to my dealer. How can TATA Sky hire such incompetent people, and even if they do, why dont they train them enough to answer basic queries. 

                                  -Finally, How on earth can TATA Sky expect the CUSTOMER to resolve an issue by calling up the dealers for their internal mismanagement and no fault of the CUSTOMER. This is an absolute Joke. Dont they have the dealer details of each CUSTOMER? If not, how the hell are they running such a massive business?

                                  Perhaps there are loop holes in their system and some fraudulent dealers are taking advantage of them, maybe some of the internal staff members of TATA Sky are helping these fraudsters to commit fraud, or there is no way for them to have my account information, or for that matter any CUSTOMERs information.

                                  I am tired of following up with TATA Sky since a month with no resolution. Their support staff are way too undertrained to take calls from clients and resolve issues.

                                  The primary reason for this complaint is down right frustration as a CUSTOMER, who is being cheated by one of the most trust worthy brands in India today, and being unable to resolve it even after a month. And so that no CUSTOMER in the future has to face such incompetence from a brand like TATA.

                                  I believe i have given all the information possible, and I sincerely hope this reaches the right people and prompt resolution is sorted.

                                  The amount is still not credited into my account.

                                    Tata sky is the worst cable Connection so far because signal connection is very poor and waste of money. Even though the sky is clear it shows no signal and we couldn't watch television because of this ### cable connection. It happened mANY TIMEs intially ignored this but now it is very ridiculous and inappropriate they cut the connection if the payment is delay.But when ever the connection is poor and unable to watch the tv Tata sky management is not bothered about our money.Total waste of money.

                                        This is regarding Tatasky. We are the unable to view few particular channels though we have recharged and some channels are added individually paying money. If we complaint they are saying technical assistant reach our home and we have to pay them.

                                        If there is a issue in signal why we should pay for them. If it a set of box issue then, we should not get any channels. but we are able view few channels and unable to view others.
