I want to drop some of the packs which i had taken earlier.
For the past 3 months when i try to drop the package and submit your system is always showing technical
error.
Now i spoke with your helpline number and representative Miss Kiran who was convincing me not to drop
the pack without answering my concerns.

    Please send someone to install asap. I have already called 5-6 times. Not done.

      I have a tata sky hd connection which is active since more than 2 yrs. Recently i've been facing this issue with certain channels not working. I tried reaching your customer service. The first time i spoke to a representative at 7:45 pm where he asked me to do a master reset while i was doing the process he cut the line. The second instance i got another representative who put me on hold and went blank. I kept saying hello with no response. Hence i cut the line. Again i called where i got connected but no response as if the representative took my call but put me on mute. Not sure is this the case with everyone. I always thought ts was a good service provider but today's experience was a disappointment. Please arrange for a call back or an engineer coming to my place to check the issue. Else i might rethink off continuing with you services.

      I have been trying to contact Tatasky since 22nd April. I have made nothing less then 25 call spoke to almost all the customer care executives as well as their seniors. I have not been getting any signal. work orders have been scheduled which have lapsed still no technician has visited my home. All I can say is Tatasky services sucks.

      Yes, I have been facing the same problem of no signal. I had contacted Tata Sky on 28th April 2016, and they said someone will call in 2 hours. No one called, they didn't even register the complaint.

      On 29th April I called and my WO #OIH87ZR. The technician came and found that the set top box is not working. He said someone will come tomorrow and change the box. That was a Friday. So from 27th to 1st May no service.

      On 2nd May, I get the replacement box but the card and the box is not matched so NO SIGNAL AGAIN.
      What was the point in sending the box when the card that is required to activate the channel is mismatched?

      The technician's job is done, he makes me sign the job sheet and he goes away. It is the back office technician's job now. I was told in 4 hours it will be activated.

      After 5 hours when I call the customer service, the executive is clueless. I get transferred to another person who tells me how the processing works?

      Why do I care how the card and the set top box works? I want to watch TV. No response, we will look into it, wait for half an hour that was the response I got.

      So whenever these people decide to work, I will get the channels and then for this 3rd grade service I have to pay Rs. 900/-.

      And after I post this, it will be marked resolved and no one cares. If you look at the Tata sky's website there is no forum to leave any comment or give a written complaint. They just don't want to hear complaints. And all the calls are recorded when we call Customer service?

      Who listens to these complaint calls? Clearly we call know the answer.

        My experience is there is No Need for Customer care centre when they do Not really care their customers. They are there Only to give false assurances/promises and nothing comes out fruitfully. It seems they do Not have any control over their technicians Or their technical department.

          I purchased my tata sky hd before 1.5 month. It is in base warranty and adapter stops working. I called 5 times to tata sky helpline. Then a technician came and he changed the adapter. After replacing adapter he said it is chargeable, though your set top box in under base warranty but adapter is not covered under warranty.

          The question is- why adapters are not covered under base warranty? Intentionally you are providing faulty adapters or what?

          Why we pay for this faulty adapter as its being only 1.5 month and there is an issue with adapter?

          And as per tata sky guy the amount will be added in my next bill...Why so? Why should i pay for this adapter? Do we don't have any other work??

          In short, tata sky is providing faulty adapters and they are not covering this under base warranty. We are not going to pay for this. I want it to replaced it under warranty.

            Dear sir

            I am sorry to inform you that after so many follow ups, none of any executive has neither talked to me nor visited the site.
            In today’s competitive atmosphere how can you ignore your customer for a new connection ?, specifically that customer who is remain loyal with you since a long time.
            Now please either do the needful immediately or give me the contact details of higher authorities of your company. So that i may escalate this matter to them.

            As in tata culture such kind of negligence towards customer/stakeholder is totally intolerable.

              Hi -

              Myself, Saumen Bhattacharya-[protected], a privileged customer since the year 2007. I was outside, few minutes back one TATA SKY Executive, Mr.Manoj Kaul called me & intimated that one channel, Active Smart Manager he is adding up in my bouquet in 'free of cost', even I 've tried to under stand about the channel! But, didn't able to!

              I 've not yet returned home / checked the channel, 548! Within 02 minutes 02 sms have come in my cell phone ([protected]); it has been intimated that Active Smart Manager' has been activated, TATA SKY will be deducting Rs.10 per day for the 91 day course! TATA SKY have changed my monthly tariff: Rs.430/- to Rs.455/- p.m. I am astonished.

              Plz stop this, 'am not at all interested in it. My next recharge date should be, 17th May'16 and tariff should be as usual, Rs.430/- p.m.

                Tata sky is charging unnessary amount for unsubscribed channal. I requested number of times that I do not need some channel which I don't see but they don't listen and charging unnessary amount from me since last six months. I am 80 years old doctor.I can not run after them.I don't have any record of my talks over the phone.I request you to see into this matter as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful.

                    I took connection on 3rd april and supposed to subcribe on 3rd may. The customer care started giving sms from 25th itself asking to recharge now to avail offers. Finally i recharged on 28th opting for a different package. The amount was adjusted to the old package. I called the customer care and informed about new package. The executive asked a couple of questions and never said the old plan will expire immediately. Is it a mistake to recharge beforehand. Next time onwards i want to recharge leisurely.

                      I am completely dissatisfied with price hike every month post connection of Tata sky. Its cheating people with low monthly subscription at start and then increasing as we are forced to pay the amount to continue subscription. Moreover alacarte channels are added at any instant by SMS and cannot be stopped by the same. Though I don't require that channel I'm charged for full one month but the matter is their bill transaction details shows everything on per day basis.oly their ad showcases that we pay for wat we want.

                        "3 months active vedic maths" subscription done and deducting Rs 183/-. One person calls and tells he is from tatasky and then due call gets disconnected. I want to know who the castomer care executive doing such uneathical crime and what action taken against? when will I get my balance returned to my main balance? Also Please stop the "3 months active vedic maths" subscription.

                          Sir/madam, i am very dissatisfied with suctomer care executives of tata sky on two different statement as on similar problems. My subscriber id is: [protected]. I had spoken with customer care executive as on 26th april 2016 for re-installation my tata sky account najagarh (New delhi) to selaquie (Dehradun) that guy told me about the charges related re-installation, he said new dish charges will rs.200.00, installation charges rs.300.00, setup box will replace free of cost, that particular amount deducted from recharge amount. Therefore i had recharge my tata sky account with rs.500.00 as on same day of activation and today as on 28th april 2016 i had rechaged my tata sky account within rs. 220.00 but still my account deactived therefore i have decided to spoken with customer care executive of tata sky at around 12:55noon as on 28th april 2016, he gave me complaint no. As: ohsmygc, that gut told me about charges new dish charged rs.400.00, installation charged rs.300.00 and new wire charged rs.100.00, when the fact is we did not used new wire from tata sky, we used our old wire, our old remote, our old remote batteries, one customer care executive told me new dish charges rs.200.00 and another customer care executive told me new dish charges rs.400.00, tata sky charged me extra amount of new new dish charges as rs.200.00 and new wire rs. 100.00, please see my problems as soon as earlier

                            We had purchased the tata sky set up box long ago and many a times it losts signal. We could cover up with the problem by checking the wires but now the case is diiferent. Now we are not able to watch the channels because the box does not catch up the signal. The only conclusion is to change the set up box. Please change it quickly. We are facing a lot of problems.

                              Pathetic service n No attempt to retain the customer. Here is the story - [protected]

                              Around 2 months back suddenly a TATA SKY reps walk up to my home, stating they need to do some adjustments in the antenna as some horizontal/vertical channels are not coming.

                              Post this exercise, some useless AD channels started to come however some core HD channels starts to loose the signal

                              On escalating to TATA Customer service, they said Switch on/off the TV and it will be work, and yes it worked exactly for 3 hours.

                              I recently called them again recently, they confirmed they would get the issue sorted and will also not charge me for the same

                              The executive came, did some stunt and left stating its sorted, TATA conveniently deducted the service charge. And My TV conveniently continued to say "Signal not being received"

                              I think its high time to throw these guys out of my house and also put a case of harassment against them.

                                I recharged for Rs 550/- on 26/4/2016 for our Tata Sky connection I D no.[protected]. More than 36 hours since then, i am not getting any signals and I am receiving only msg. that I should immediately recharge whereas the money has already been debited from my bank acciunt. Quite unfortunate for a pretty old

                                customer. In case, my connection is not restored within 15 minutes, I will be taking fresh connection from Airtel whose services are quite commendable and dump the Tata Sky Set Top Box in dust bin.
                                I will fight the issue legally separately.

                                  3rd feb ko maine tata sky ka connection liya tha. Us time pe dealar aur installer ne kaha ki 250 rs. Ka recharge per month karwana hoga. Jo ki first month free tha. Uske baad 250 m sirf 15 days me hi pack over ho jata hai. Call karne pe kahte koi kahta hai ki package activate hai to koi kahta hai ki hd activate hai. Unko khud hi nahi pata ki kya activate hai.

                                    Without consent of mine channel active services, miniplex channel, add on packs (English entertainmnt, music) etc has been activated at my tata sky set up box and deduct my validity get reduced by 10 days. Widout any request how you can deduct my account. I do not want these channel. Hence deactivate this channel with immediate effect under itimation to me at my email id [protected]@gmail.com
                                    I want my al deduction amount frm last 1 year.. Dat u hv deducted frm my both of acount widout any consent. I hv complained 3 tyms before also.. But tatasky is such a poor service provider.. Dat my problm hd not yet resolved.. U hv no liability to deduct my acount money.. Every day i get cal frm ur co. For promotional packages.. Fr which i hd refused.. But den also u people deducted my money.. N hv started dat bull channels.. N services.. Vry poor service

                                      I am calling Tata sky customer care as well as nodal office from last 5 days still no action is taken on my complaint.
                                      No body is calling back to take care of this.
                                      I am unable to see the picture on TV
                                      I am getting a blank screen
                                      None of the technician is able to trouble shoot the problem
                                      No body is taking any action on this.

                                      I want my money refunded and do not want to continue with Tata sky they have worst service .

                                      Tata Sky — I have to remove my movies pack and change base pack but can't get it done.

                                      Tata sky service is at his very low, it is getting it defaming by own, cheating is at highest peak, no one picking up call and machine keep saying wait for two minute even i hold for 15 min., just going to change poor service by changing tata sky box to some other set top box.

                                      I want to reset my password to get access to my tata sky for online payment. I am trying since yesterday. I receive message that" your new pass word has been sent to you to your e-mail and registered mobile No." But neither I have recieved the new password in the e-mail, nor on my mobile.

                                        Hi Abhishek, we would like to inform that the Smart Manager that was activated is a free 5 day pack and no amount has been deducted from your account. Your monthly consumption is Rs.285 towards Dhamaal mix monthly pack. Balance in your account left till date is Rs.255.53. If you still wish to drop the Smart Manager service, please get back to us with the last recharged amount.
