Sir/madam, i am very dissatisfied with suctomer care executives of tata sky on two different statement as on similar problems. My subscriber id is: [protected]. I had spoken with customer care executive as on 26th april 2016 for re-installation my tata sky account najagarh (New delhi) to selaquie (Dehradun) that guy told me about the charges related re-installation, he said new dish charges will rs.200.00, installation charges rs.300.00, setup box will replace free of cost, that particular amount deducted from recharge amount. Therefore i had recharge my tata sky account with rs.500.00 as on same day of activation and today as on 28th april 2016 i had rechaged my tata sky account within rs. 220.00 but still my account deactived therefore i have decided to spoken with customer care executive of tata sky at around 12:55noon as on 28th april 2016, he gave me complaint no. As: ohsmygc, that gut told me about charges new dish charged rs.400.00, installation charged rs.300.00 and new wire charged rs.100.00, when the fact is we did not used new wire from tata sky, we used our old wire, our old remote, our old remote batteries, one customer care executive told me new dish charges rs.200.00 and another customer care executive told me new dish charges rs.400.00, tata sky charged me extra amount of new new dish charges as rs.200.00 and new wire rs. 100.00, please see my problems as soon as earlier
