[protected] i try to call from 3 days in customer service office..but my call is alway on hold...on this morning a lady call me from customer care office she ask to talk only in english she told me she was not able to speak hindi...i told her to talk in hindi but she disconect the call...this is not the way to behave...so plzz change my current package into 250 dhamal mix pack..

      1. I am Jaswant Singh and my consumer ID No.is [protected] and Mobile No. is [protected].
      2. I received a call from Mr. Rajeev of your company on 13 or 14 March 2016. He was requesting for adding of English Movies package @ Rs. 30 per month to my existing package. I clearly decline for the same and told him not to add this package but without any hesitation he added the same.
      3. So it is clear showing that your employees are least bothered to request/ words of clients and without any hesitation they do whatsoever they want to do for make commission/ money or for completion of their target.
      4. In view of above kindly initiate necessary action against Mr. Rajeev and intimate action taken against him to me at the earliest.
      5. This time I am bearing this loss (financial/ mental), I hope, I will not get a chance to go to Consumer Court from your End.

          Base package was changed from metro pack to some other pack without my knowledge and tata sky is not reversing it to original giving reason package is not available for new customers although i am not a new customer.
          Reason given was that some agent provided my subscription number and details to change it and they are not ready to reveal the agent details.
          However I have not visited or requested any agent to do so.
          The issue is open for 6 days now and still investigating.
          Tata sky asked me to recharge and continue with higher priced pack which they forced to my account

                Sir i have installed tata sky dth services on 2nd march 2016 in jaipur jagatpura pin 302017 my suscriber id is[protected] and this connection is not working propely from eveniong 1900 to 2200 hrs i complained about it to their customer care and they generate a message WO:NGW9LQK regarding this after making call to them 04 times they they didnt resolve my problem

                  Sir,
                  i have 18 numbers of tatasky set top box with individual ids. i want to add some specific channels to some of the ids. so, i requested the local dealer to do so and he said, a mail has to be sent and the same would be done - simple. i don't know why its taking so long - 1 month ?
                  therefore, please advice me how can i add specific channels to a particular id online or through RMN.

                      I have a tata sky connection at my house, i was desperately waiting for IND vs Pak t20 match with all my friends at home .
                      And suddenly tata sky is showing No Signal ! .
                      All the customer care number given on their website are not working.[protected],[protected],[protected]
                      it disconnects.
                      Spoiled our whole plan!
                      I pay 810 Rs per month for their service!

                        No courtesy of how to talk to a customer by ms. Asha senior person working at tata sky customer toll free call centre raised her volume n was very rude. Just saying sorry for the inconvenience doesnot resolve my query twice. For dismental and re location of shifting tata sky dish tv. Within 2 hrs i wil get a call the first person says by technician my 2nd call post 4 hrs i called i was gvn info u wil get sure a call in 2 hrs but now its post 6 hrs still i hvnt received the call. Pathetic service n plus no value for customers. Firstly plz train ur employee especially higher postion team and she dint transfered my call to manager on shift after requesting her.

                            Idont want the channesl to play in my a.C because when these were activated, i was assured that these are one month free and after my confirmation they will continue and charges rs. 60/-
                            They have not confirmed from me and charging rs. 60/-from my a/c.
                            I am not interested in these channesl whic are showing old movies of no use. So reuested so many times but not cared
                            Please help to get these channels no.298 & 299 be blocked from my a/c

                              I am constantly having a 'no signal' problem on your service. Have lodged a complaint several times and each time the technician comes and fixes something and 1 week later the same problem recurs! Today none of the customer care numbers are working so I cannot register a complaint also!

                                We have taken a new tatasky connection on 16th march for the flat b4-206, l& t southcity, arekere mico layout, off baneerghatta main road, banglaore. Mr baskar from your end came and installed it with a new set top box. On 17th we received some channels.From next day onwards, the red light in set top box is not coming and tv channels are not available. The signal strength is completely not there and we are afraid that some connections are interchanged.
                                When customer care was contacted, we understand that our registered mobile no [protected] ( also our residence no [protected] is registered in the name of mr munnah and the address is also different from ours. But we are receiving message from tatasky installation for this, in the given mobile number.
                                It is our serious concern that tatasky personnel are not acting in coherrant manner, with one person installing and registering in some other name etc.
                                Please lookinto this serious matter and make arrangements to set right things immediately. With in 48 hours of installation, the service from your side is very poor and we have reservations for recommending you to any new customer.

                                  I am getting 'no signal' message on the screen since last saturday i.E. 12-mar-16.

                                  Below are the complaint records:

                                  12th march 2016 -
                                  Called helpdesk and registered a complaint for this issue on 12th march. Complaint number is ndcvyz8. In spite of providing my alternate number, engineer called on registered mobile number which was with my father. He was out of city and not aware of the issue, so he cancelled it.

                                  14th march 2016 -
                                  Still issue was not resolved, so registered a new complaint. Complaint number is nem2ygb.

                                  15th march 2016 -
                                  Received a call from help desk on registered mobile number and advised that they will check whether there is any issue from their side and will get back after 2 hrs. But we did not receive any call after that and even the complaint got cancelled.

                                  16th march 2016 -
                                  Still issue was not resolved, so registered a new complaint in the evening. Complaint number is ngqxfq8. Have been told that an engineer will call next day i.E. 17th march before 10:00 am. But neither received any call from engineer nor he visited.

                                  18th march 2016 -
                                  Still issue was not resolved, so called help desk in the morning and asked to send a engineer at home to resolve the issue. Have been advised that we will receive a call from engineer within 2 hrs. When i said that i will escalate this issue if engineer does not call/visit, the support person responded that go ahead and escalate it. That means there is no hold of the upper management on these support persons and the complaints.
                                  No one called till 03:00 pm. Received a call from help desk at 03:00 pm and said the same thing that we will receive a call within 2 hrs, but again no calls further.

                                  19th march 2016 -
                                  It is 10:50 am and still not received any call from either help desk or engineer. Also the issue is still not resolved.

                                  So registering a complaint on this portal. Kindly help me to get this issue resolved.

The customer care executives said it will be added within 30 mins. Bt now its 9pm till now its not added. I am not able to watch the t20 match. I thought tata sky is the best bt this type o[censored]r response totally dissatisfied me.

                                      On 19th feb 2016 i got a hd box upgrade on my secondary connection and i told the technician to check the signal also so that i should not find any problem in viewing hd channels. He didn't do anything and just installed the hd box and went. On 7th march 2016 my tata sky was not receiving any signal, i rasie a complaint through chat (Chat history enclosed) and tata sky person assured me that there will be no visit charges but if any material is replaced then i have to pay charges. I agreed upon that that i am ready to pay the material charges. Now when their technician came next day he said that dish plate installed is very old and company has ordered us to replace all the old dishes with the new bigger dishes. I said then why this thing not done on the day new hd box was installed? Then they have no answer. They just replaced my dish and when i checked the company has debited the dish charge as well as visit charge and my tata sky account stopped working because the balance goes in debit. From that date i have raised so many complaints, received so many calls from tata sky but they say you have to pay those visit charges. They are just making fool of customer by increasing their visits and earning rs.170/- from each customer. Now this is my first step of fighting with them legally, if they want to fight legally for rs.170/- then i am also ready. I am their 7-8 years old customer and i always pay annual subscription, but i think they don't care about their long term relationships.

I have subscribed annual dhamal pack on October and want to change to dhamal sports pack in between. how this will effect to the reaming amount of annual fee paid for the above pack I have paid. or i have to pay the full amount for the new pack again.
