On 19th feb 2016 i got a hd box upgrade on my secondary connection and i told the technician to check the signal also so that i should not find any problem in viewing hd channels. He didn't do anything and just installed the hd box and went. On 7th march 2016 my tata sky was not receiving any signal, i rasie a complaint through chat (Chat history enclosed) and tata sky person assured me that there will be no visit charges but if any material is replaced then i have to pay charges. I agreed upon that that i am ready to pay the material charges. Now when their technician came next day he said that dish plate installed is very old and company has ordered us to replace all the old dishes with the new bigger dishes. I said then why this thing not done on the day new hd box was installed? Then they have no answer. They just replaced my dish and when i checked the company has debited the dish charge as well as visit charge and my tata sky account stopped working because the balance goes in debit. From that date i have raised so many complaints, received so many calls from tata sky but they say you have to pay those visit charges. They are just making fool of customer by increasing their visits and earning rs.170/- from each customer. Now this is my first step of fighting with them legally, if they want to fight legally for rs.170/- then i am also ready. I am their 7-8 years old customer and i always pay annual subscription, but i think they don't care about their long term relationships.

    My tatasky id is-[protected]. I have subscribed annual dhamal pack on October and want to change to dhamal sports pack in between. how this will effect to the reaming amount of annual fee paid for the above pack I have paid. or i have to pay the full amount for the new pack again.

        Tata sky person.first asked us to do recharge of Rs 6270 for 1 year, .which is beneficial in monetory terms as compared to bi-annual reacharge.We paid as per that and told them but then they recharged just 11 months instead of 12 whole months.When calling them to complain, now they r asking to pay extra. Not solving the problem, just delaying it further and also cutting our calls from middle of conversation.We need the solution at the earliest

          Hello,

          I have followed up with Tata Sky 10-15 times from the last 20 days to solve the issue of some channels showing "No Signal". I stay in Hadapsar, Pune and the Techinicians just come and go back without resolving the issue and giving innovative reasons to not solve the problems.

          I need to register a complaint to the higher authorities.

            Dear sir/mam,
            i am ayush agarwal and i booked a new connection of tata sky on 1/3/16 reciept number 137922, v.no. 60810925 by appco marketing ltd . i gave a cheque of rs 4300/- to the executive and was promised to get the installation within 7 working days . its 18 march today and still not got my connection . please take immediate action on your end .whenever i call tatasky tollfree i am promised to get the connection in 2 days but it has been 18 days but no resolution .

              I am a TATASKY subscriber and I have been using this service for the last five to six years. So far it has provided nice service. At present some channels only coming some channel's are not coming.I have complained through the customer care about this matter five days back. Still my problem not yet settled. Kindly see that my problem is settled at the earliest.

                I've having Sub Id-[protected] had called frm my RMN -[protected] to ur tollfree helpline no -[protected] at 10.12pm on dt.17.3.2016 to know abt starsports free offer for world cup, but got misbehave frm one o[censored]r Odia CSE on a very bad manner like u people are recruits very illiterate people in ur process.Need explanations regarding that & pls activate free star sport3 in my account like other operators. And here wants to inform u that after that I am nt able to recharge & activate anything in my account.

                  B Y Phone Booking of TATA Sky on 17. 02. 16 my id no [protected] .Tata sky Technician is fitted The dish at my home around 2pm 17/02/2016 but sins setup box is not activated i have called your technician hi is telling within 2hrs running your setup box, i have called your tata sky help line center hi is also not working answering properly, tata sky & your technician was cheated me are you solved the problem or not please conform other was i have complaint to consumer court.

                    My Tata sky ID no [protected]. I have requested to customer care several time to drop multi TV connection. It is always advised that our team will contact u then it will be drop. But despite of our several reminder no action taken by u. When we call u its call charges is around 10 to 12 Rupees. On 16th march your deptt called me only four ring belled . I am trying to pick the call its line cut
                    I call back but no response. We once again request pl cut our multi TV connection without further loss of time. If no action will be taken by u then I will file complain in conser for. I preserve this file on our record for future reference.

                      I m tata sky customer i m from rajkot nd my name is sandip my tata sky no is [protected] i m recenty change my set top box acording to your engineer about 4 or 5 months now its agian closed so what i do? Change now with pay again 550 rs to you or buying new dish tv with 999 or local cable operator

                        Having persistent and recurring problem in? Setup box since 4-5 months.. Infield services delayed and by untrained personel.. No proper communication between customer care and infield services.. Delayed service with lot of excuses.. Not able to reach the problem..

                          Dear respected authority,

                          I ms. Jyotiba jadeja would like to bring to your notice the pathetic customer service experience which i have been given by tata sky team. I am a loyal tata sky customer own's 2 set-top box with id [protected] ( my home ) and [protected] ( my parents home ).

                          Today on 17-mar-2016 at 15:00 hrs i called tata sky team on +[protected] to bring an issue to their notice which i and my parents facing from so many days. We are facing an issue that channel no 895 ( sandesh news ) and channel 151 ( home shop 18 ) are not coming from few days. Hence, i tried to call relevant team and every time when my phone gets connected agent comes on line and phone gets disconnected. After lots of trouble i was able to speak to one customer service agent name mr. Ravi to whom i described my problem. In reply, i have been advise that they need to send some technician to my home to check my set-top box for which i will be charged for their customer service. In reply i asked why i have to pay such charges without doing anything. I advise him that as we have not done anything so why we are been forced the pay such charges. In reply, he said they checked everything there is no problem on their side, hence there something wrong with our device and if want to solve issue i have to pay charges. Therefore, i requested him to transfer my call to come one higher authority. Hence, my call has been transferred to mr. Jaydeep (Sr dept.) from mithapur, again same i explained him my problem which i am facing. The person was bit arrogant and was not ready to listen to my issue and my views.

                          At last we have been advice that we have done something wrong to our device due to which we are facing such issue and we have to pay charges. Hence, i explained him last time that how can same problem occurred to 2 different device located at 2 difference places ( distance between my home and my parents home 10km ).
                          But officials are not ready to accept, only one statement i have to pay charges. Hence, i thanked him for his ridicules service and finished my call.

                          Now after this hilarious response i am planning to shift myself to other service provider who values their customers. Also, i am railway official so will share my experience with my team and other family members to think if they are using or planning to go for tata sky.

                          Hoping to receive proper justification from tata sky team and have to say such a pathetic untrained customer care team.

                          Congratulation for losing your loyal tata sky customer. Customer since 2012 (4 years)

                            When company send message on TV recharge on ID [protected] yearly pack rs.1670.we recharge on this ID but Tv not start.Rechare is successful on 4.3.16.Our Id is [protected] .when call customer care is u send msg and we recharge.company said we have refunded on retail account from u have recharge on 7.3.16 Tran.ID is TP[protected] .But we see on retailer a/c refund is not shown.we call company who says u send statement on email [protected]@tatasky.com we send statement on email 12.03.16., after we call company said u wait 7 working days from refund.today i call company and quitioned about refund he say we send refund.but refund no see on retailer account.

                              My Tata sky Id no. [protected]. Multi-TV service automatically stop even recharge regularly i.e. on[protected] for Rs.3000/- From last week three to four time this problem occurred regularly. First I send SMS but no response even Rs.-3/ cut from my mobile account. Two days earlier this problem solve by your helpline representative at your end.
                              On[protected] even i have not receiving the Signals first I send sms but problem not resolve Rs.-3/ cut from my account . Then I call to your helpline no., first representative said clean your cable's terminal if not rectify the same problem then again contact. I clean the cable terminal but problem not solve. A gain contact to second representative he said I can't help you due to his computer display not show my accounts status he suggest me call again and contact other fellow . I am very frustrated... Please restore my service as soon as possible so that protection of my service rights.

                                Between 12pm to 1pm every day, my tata sky goes dark, strength and quality becomes zero.
                                Rest of the time some channels are not viewable.

                                Please solve this as soon as possible.

                                  I want to watch T20 matches in HD but also want to keep the rest of my channels the same way they are but TATASKY didn't provide me the freedom to do so.
                                  And when I switch to HD pack, then also they are giving me non-HD channels. I don't need it non-HD channels when I have HD channels. I don't wanna pay for it.

                                    Dear CC,

                                    Two weeks back I recharged my tata sky connection, I found that signals are not coming to it and I immediately raise a ticket to Tata Sky CC care no .

                                    Two weeks has already passed and till date my problem is not resolved . It is almost impossible to get connected at tata sky help line nos . Every time they kept me hold for more than 15 min and even after that my complaint was not resolved .

                                    Yesterday only I got confirmation that somebody is being sent to attend my issue and today an engineer came to my house bit he again could not locate the dish as well as the problem . He assured me to came tomorrow again to resolve my issue .Half of my recharge value has already wasted in just waiting and I missed lot of events to see .

                                    I had never expected such a poor service from tata sky and literally it is harassing in reaching to tata sky CC support through help line nos . Pls try itself your help line nos and then you will understand the exact issue .

                                    I am still hopeful you will attend and resolve my issue tomorrow and see if my recharge value can be provided from the date of connection resume . Lets see tomorrow or I see some alternate for future .
