We have been receiving false due notices for recharge frequently.most of the channels in general and regional channels are not relayed properly.We have called them several times no results.Always congestion and they would call us in 24 hours which has not happened.We have complained earlier also but no use, will write to competent authorities now.

    I hemant kumar, called tata sky customer care at [protected] at 11:34am 13/03/2016. after 3 min an executive peaked my call. she was unable to help me . she told that internet was slow she wanted to keep me at hold for 48 seconds.But after 6 min on hold no one replied.I disconnect my call.
    I paid 28 rupees to airtel for this bad service of tatasky executive. still my problem remains as it is

      I upgraded my HD setup box to a new HD plus Transfer set top box 3 weeks back. It comes with wifi dongle that can be connected to Wifi. Installer couldn't get it working the same day and left. Since then, I called Tatasky help desk atleast 7 times.. Technicians take appointment but never show up and wrongly update ticket with information that they visited place and wifi not connecting due to technical issues which is totally wrong. Technician says dongle does not work with ACT broadband.. Can you prove that? No answer.. I have 6 other devices including my Television connecting and working perfectly on wifi but this dongle doesn't. How can this be ACT internet problem?

      Helpdesk just don't listen.. Can you help me get my money back that I have paid for up-gradation (INR 7800) alongwith my old tatasky set top box.. More than happy to keep it if Tatasky is able to resolve wifi dongle issue.

          I had recharge to Dhamal mix pack for six month it will be expiery on 28th mar 2016, but our hindi movie pack is lock before time periods.
          we are complaint so many time your customer care but till date no action taken.
          We are you requested to you please do the needful on very urgent basis.

            Please note I have opted for the mega HD package for the 5th year and just paid Rs10000 for the renewal 7 days back on my Tara Sky ID [protected].
            I have 2 connections in all

            I was promised all new channels. While I have activated Super LNB on both my TV sets, the tata sky technician is not coming to our Green Oceans bldg to install super LNB on the main dish antenna which provides multiconnection to entire bldg.

            I have followed up wth the call centre for 7 to 10 days with 4 workorder nos and several commitments. Bur the call centre ppl are joking and laughing but not sending technician at the bldg to fix this. It is frustrating that 36 flats have to suffer for this. I seek escalated help and today I called 3 times and still no support person came to just enable and install the super LNB. False promises were given.

            Very unfriendly call centre (Naila, Harita, Sherleen) and if my prob can be fixed asap. I need to see all new channels since I have paid 10000 Rs for 2 connctions on mega hd package. Please help!!!

              DEAR SIR,

              My subscriber ID IS [protected]...I am a Loyal customer of TATA SKY since long period of time, but by recent Issue i really feel cheated. from now onwards they TATA SKY is frequently changing their Package charges and they differ from what they sent in SMS / website Either from their TELE Caller.

              I would say you peaple are not commited to concern.

              With the introduction of DTH we were assured a freedom from the local MAFIA which was controlling cables. It is now under CORPORATE MAFIA without any scruples !!! TATA is as bad in fact I had more respect for TATA brad which i don't after dealing with TATA SKY !!!

                  I have reinstall my tata sky set of box and it's not working.The tata sky employee said that this box is written off and now you have to buy a new connection. while installing the box i have called the customer care and they said that your box will be live in three four hrs. and then i install the box. And today they refuse that your box will not work and you have to buy a new connection, i have given money to installation person for installing set of box and for cable also.

                    Really Disgusting to here comments from executive & Senior person that pack is removed from site and for this you have to opt some other pack.
                    How customer will have faith on these kind of call received from tata.
                    If I cannot get the below Metro pack+hd channels on the total price mention below, then it is requested to revert the said amount. I am cheated by tata sky team commitment. So what your team speak telephonically should be recorded and received in writing. other I think tata sky survival is no more.

                    I was told by your executive Dt. 10/3/2016 and request
                    is put for Metro Pack + Hd Pack at that moment. It is
                    committed that the old price would be charged from you if
                    the recharge will be made on or before 12/3/2016 by 11 AM. I
                    have recharged my account in the evening by 11 Mar 2016,
                    20:43 hrs
                    Why there is a confusion to team, when it is finalised after
                    received call from tata sky dt. 10/3/2016 that Pack will be
                    changed to Metro Pack on Price Rs 4345/- and HD channel fee
                    -Rs 1925/-.

                    Confirmation for above statement is given twice to me. on
                    10/3/2016 & 11/03/2016. When I asked team to give me in
                    writing in mail they assured that the effect will be seen in
                    site very soon.

                      I am a subscriber of Tata Sky Network. I have additional set top box in the same subscriber name. In the month of December 2015, I got my services renewed for a year. I had clearly mentioned that I do not want to activate the additional set top box till further instructions.

                      Today, when I called up customer care, they are saying that they are deducting Rs.230/- for the additional set top box since Dec 2015 and I have been charged 230*3=690/- for 3 months.

                      Anjali, customer service, says that they were not instructed to cancel this service from my side and secondly, if there is balance in my account then you will automatically activate this service, without confirmation. How ridiculous.

                      For deactivation of service you need confirmation but for activation you don't need any.

                      I would request you to kindly look in this matter and refund the amount charged to my account as I had not got the service activated from my end and the error is in your side.

                      If no refund or action is taken immediately I will be forced to forward this complaint to consumer complaints forum.

                      Hoping for a positive and prompt response.

                        I have activated Tata sky DTH monthly pack. As part of the package I suppose to get Telugu channels, English movies. But I am not getting any channels and it's giving me signal problem. The same I am complaining to Tatasky customer care on daily basis from past 4weeks. Every day they r giving commitment as we will fix it today by sending technician but no one is coming. Every day my complaint is getting closed without any information and again I m calling them. These r the complaint references NOYIRQ7, NO9JVN7, MWYKOYED. Please do needful as my money is getting deducted for monthly rental and they r providing no service.

                          I called couple of times bcoz I was not Able to login to my account, Frst representative told me to restart the mobile and then try logging in ...and when I tried doing that this time I got a new error message which says my number is already registered to another subscriber in. And when I contacted customer service rep regarding this he acted as if this is the Frst time he is seeing this error message and there was no response frm his end for a long time .there was lot of dead air and I waited for 5 mins and finally had to disconnect the call. And the worst part is there is no after call feedback survey sent to the customers.

                            Worst worst customer service by Tata sky. This guy Dinesh (Bellary) office absolutely a fraud guy. He says coolly tat u can scold me anything.. But tis guy doesn't care about customer's then y he s working as customer service person. I don't think so tis affects Tata sky . Coz still no improvement on the behaviour of customer care. Really worst service

                              Tata sky installer for us didn't come on scheduled time. From Tata sky they have sent msg tat they will come & install by 17:30 on 11/03/2016. But customer care person named Dinesh (Bellary office) said tat it s not registered still & should be chkd online. Then y Tata sky ppl sent msg.For tat he s saying they r correct only.Total 5 customer care ppl no one responded properly. Worst customer service Tata sky.

                              Worst customer service by Tata sky. Product is good I agree. But if Tata sky changes these kind of customer care ppl those who don't know to care . Tata sky can go to the top. We r providing service to customer instead of customer providing service to us. Very worst . I dono who mind these complaints

                                  I P.chandra sekhar My tatasky account ID [protected] last year 28 th feb i purchased Dish tv online 5850 rupees 4500 Rupees grandsportsn pack activation & installation charges free of cost remaining amout they charged Dish and Tatasky HD. this year 28th feb i rechraged 4000 rupees supreme sports kids pack i.e. 3900(annual ) rupees including 163 channels in this 163 channle they mentioned HD channels also.but now they charges HD channels extra they not mebntion in this pack HD channels extra charge.My Previous pack grand sports pack 193 channels including HD channle free.

                                        Hi I am upgrade tata sky normal Connection convert to hd connection and I am pay 1500rupees but my hd channel cut for 8 March 2016 and tata sky customer care talking very bad and this is fraud for customers pls check it and I am writing this complaint Facebook twitter and other site because any new customers alert for tata sky fraud. Thanks
