Tatasky are again and again harassing us. They call us saying that you have an offer now, you dont' have to pay anything and new package "Dance Channel" will be added. Almost 15 times the tatasky caller have confirmed that there will not be any extra charge, but the moment we have disconeected, imetialty Rs 59 has been deducted and not msg came that total monthly package has been added. We have immediately tried to call the helpline number but no responcve. So we email the same to tatasky but there is sstill no responce. This is a sure case of fraud.

This is hapeening second time, where ehen it was informed that we dont want any package, they activated the same and the amount was deducted.

How to stop these culprits!!!

    My Names is jerin mathew koshy. My Registerd No is [protected].I have bought this tata sky connection almost 8 yrs back.
    The service provided by Tata sky nowadays are pathetic. There are few channels which we are not able to view from quite sometime. &tv, Asianet etc. the toll free no which is provided is seriously pathetic. I called atleast 10 times and nobody is entertaining me. And they are telling me that my estimated waiting time is 10 mns. once i thought to hold on for 10 mns. Even after holding for 10 mns, i couldnt speak to the customer care executive. This is Ridiculous. i want somebody to resolve this issue immediately.

        Date - 07.03.2016 - I have requested to reinstall my connection with dish as Tata Sky provided us connection as multi connection from others dish due to signal issue. Request Number - NAOHXO8.You

        Client Number - [protected] contact no.[protected]

        Person visited on 08.03.2016for installation but says it is chargeable. He doesn't clarify things.
        Once again I request to call center for re installation of the same, but no any reply.
        Yesterday night on 09.03.2016 once again I call to call center and talk to Technician regarding the issue and once again Launch the request, He says your particular time to visit, I have Given 10.03.2016 at 1.00 pm but till there is no any call and no reply regarding the same.
        Please look into matter and solve the situation.
        Do the needful for the same at the earliest.

          I purchased tata sky in April 2015. (Subscription Id [protected]) . Only a couple of months after installation, there started coming disturbace in the receiving of channels on t.v. There were several channels that dont come that are subscribed for.

          There were atleast 7- 8 complaints raised. Each time a technician visited my place to rectify the isuue. The used to do some setting in the antenna at the roof. but the problem was not resolved. And now they are saying that the antenna has not been installed properly and the problem can not be solved with the antenna at this place. They are telling that the antenna needs to be moved and i will have to pay the relocation charges for it.

          My question is that the first time, when i purchased the connection, why was the antenna not installed firmly and at the correct place. And if it is an installation fault by the tata sky technician and i am within warranty, why do i need to pay relocation charges at the same premises.

          The is really disappointing and am planning to discontinue the services if the problem is not resolved. because i dont expect such kind of behavior from a trustworthy organisation like tata.

            Dish tv and reliance dth like DIsh services provide HD channel over 1080p format Which is true HD But You Tata Sky provide It on 1080i resolutiion (Interlaced Scanning). It consume less bandwidth, but i don't care about that
            I bought your service because some told me you have best plan and picture quality but when i check your resolution that you provided i seen only 720p and 1080i and where 1080p was missed.

              Hello,
              I got a call from tata sky Customer care on 2/3/2016 saying that there is an offer for Me, since I had not used it for many a days they offered two months Subscription with a discount of Rs 100. I was also told that I can take any plan and I would get the Channel STAR SPORTS 1 as Free because of World Cup, whether its a basic pack or the pack offered by them . I asked the amount for which I should recharge to get the offer, she said You can go for basic Pack of 99 + 45 (Add on) and I would receive Star Sports 1 as Free . I called up the customer care again once I did the recharge, now they say that wrong Commitment was given to Me and there is No Free channel option, I was not going to Use the connection anytime, but since I got a Call from Customer care with these offer I recharged .
              Kindly give a solution for this, since Your person gave this commitment and not you are saying its wrong commitment, that's not my Fault, don't try to lure customers with these Cheap commitment when U can not stick to your Words .

              I had recharged day before yesterday and now they have deducted the money and made it to -30, saying that I did I not pay to technician, I had asked him if there is any payment to be done he said NO, how would I know of there is any payment to be done, even if it is there they should send technician or can call back to inform before deducting money .

                I have activated tatasky on 12/12/2015 for one month which ends on 11/01/2015 as per 30 days plan.
                Again i recharged with rs 425 on 09/01/2015 with the date ends on 10/01/2016
                Again i recharged with 450 with movies pack which costs 25 rs which ends on 11/02/2016 now again i recharged with 450 with dhammal and aaaaaahd channels the date of maturity should be 12/03/2016 but on my system it shows 09/04/2015 why it is so because you charge for 30 days.

                  My subscriber id is [protected], we cannot view around 15 channels for which I gave a complaint 4 days back but without my knowledge the customer care & technicians have put my complaint on hold without informing. I have called no of times but every call is unvain with no response.

                  Is this kind of service you provide to your premium customers???

                    SIR, one month before my old dish antenna was replaced with new one by company but after 30 days carbon deposited in cable connection near transponder in turn NO SIGNAL was viewed in my reception. when complain lodged the company has charged me Rs 170.00 against the rectification. My query is that why visit charge why not the charge against work involved.

                        We have signed up with TATA SKY almost six years ago and we have been a very loyal customer and thought of continued business with them but lately the kind of customer service i am recieving or the way i have been treated i am in the verge of cancelling the service.okay let me tell what exactly happened. .our remote control got damaged a month ago so we got it replaced and now its not been even a month its not working again..not only that our dvr is not working and we have called multiple times for tech visit and till now no one has visited us..to top it all when you called customer care 90% of the agents dont speak proper languages be it hindi or english..THEY ARE FRICKING RUDE .IF YOU SHOW YOUR UNHAPPINESS THEY WOULD SIMPLY HANG UP ON YOU OR PUT YOU BACK IN THE QUEUE.the quality of their customer service is very very very poor.but when it comes to charge you more they never hesitate..in the month of November 2015 my house got on fire so had to move to new location and since i was going through financial hardship i requested them to waive installation fee but the rep simply said we cannot.tatasky has gone to bad to worst. Its high time that tatasky should start rethinking their business values.

                          I am a Tata Sky viewer, in the month of November 2015 we got upgraded our set top box to HD channels, during this festive period we were told to pay Rs. 1500/- for set top box and the HD channels will be FREE for one year.
                          there after in the month of February first week our HD Channels were deactivated saying there is no balance in the account, an amount of Rs 502/- was also deducted for the said HD Channels.
                          Since February 10th 2016 we are complaining to customer care but in vain.
