My subscriber id is[protected] which is a new connection installed on 25th October 2015 at address - A2- 502, Riddhi gardens, Film city road, Malad east, Mumbai -400097. The service engineer had done a pathetic job here, there were 2 guys who installed the Tatasky dish tv. In my society we share a common dish for 4 connections. On 25th October 2015 at 3 pm our's connection was completed successfully. But, since then our neighbours are facing issues with the connection, everybody knows that the service engineer has done a false job here, so that he has to visit again and he can charge us again for the visits everytime. We are totally fed up with the services here. When ever we call the service engineer he says he knows what is the problem and he will charge us 1500 rupees to rectify the problem otherwise he will not come to resolve this. Is this how tatasky works ? Tata being an Ethical organization can never respond to its customers like this, but some of these jerks are ruining the entire image of such a big name.
