In the last week of July technician visited our place and payment was deducted from our account. But after one day the TV stopped showing any of the channels. Every month payment is being made and still that TV is not showing any channel. Whenever we call we are kept on long hold and nobody is there to attend the complaint. Reference to my earlier issues, I got many times verbal assurance from Tata Sky team that I will be not charged for Service Visit due to their service fault at back end but levied to the my account.

Now I am stuggling again to credit back from tata sky account and activate my set top box.
