Our secondary connection has been deactivated despite having paid yearly subscription in advance. Numerous complaints have been given but the problem has not been resolved.. Request no given was KXN8RZ6. My ID is [protected] I have only one primary and one secondary connection operational. I paid annual subscription of 10820/- In the year 2014 and annual recharge of 11695/- in 2015. If there are any other secondary connections existing against my name should be cancelled with immediate effect. In 2014 we had one primary and one secondary connection and same was to continue in 2015... Despite paying the full amount the secondary connection has been disconnected for which we have been continually complaining in the customer care bur no so.ution has been given to us. Kindly restore the the connection immediately or we will have to resolve this through consumer court now.     I have taken the Tatasky connetion on 31st August from Pai International 100 feet road Indira nagar Bangalore. Since Friday the 30th there was problem in my non HD Multi TV connection (2nd set up box)and I was not getting any kannada channels.I gave a complaint and a service man Vijai by name came and adjusted signal by turning the tatasky dish and made ready.For that he charged us Rs.170 and he says for each complaint Rs.170 will be deducted fro my account.But what is the guarantee period for your set up boxes.How can you charge for your free services.please make clear of it

      I am having Tata sky connection (Id : [protected])since last one year I am facing problem in TV telecast. TV is coming with lot of disturbance and we have complaint about that to tata sky customer care..They told that ur problem will be attended in next four hours...then after two days one representative of tata sky came and inspect our connection but he was unable to recognize the problem...He told me after two days another representative will come and attend the problem...but no one came up...again I called customer care and they again told that representative will come..again one person came and he didn't done anything...and told another person will come but no one came...As my Tata sky is still in warranty...so I should get full support...and after warranty will be over they will ask for visit charge..plz do something...They are cheating customers like this...and not responding for any problem

        I am really unhappy and shocked with your service. I will narrate the whole situation.

        Last week I shifted in Malpani Greens Society in Wakad Pune 411057 near Datta Mandir. There we saw a technician of tata sky who was installing Tatasky at one of the flat in our building. I asked him what offers he has and also I called him at home he said it will cost Rs 13000 plus for 2 Tatasky HD box annually. I saw the same deal on tatasky website for Rs 10500 So, I booked it online and the installation was scheduled for the next day at 8pm. I called up on the next day morning the customer service advisor said the technician will come at 8pm but the the technician called and said there is a problem with the cable operator in that area so it cannot be installed.

        My question to tata sky is if it is a blacklisted area they shouldn't have taken the money from me and how come the other flats in my building can get tata sky ? If the technician doesn't get commission he won't install ? I am really shocked if this is how Tatasky works. Please help me with filing a complain

          I am not able to watch all the channels! Moreover I have registered a complain for relocation of my tatasky hd+ setupbox. The person does not have a splitter for its connections please send the person with that. My subscriber id is [protected]

            Subscription id is. 11367070 clearly spoken to customer care, i need only tamil and hindi channels and after the advice i paid rs 425. then why this confusion and dodging? I shifted my plan from 595 package to 425 package (tamil & hindi channels) after talking to the customer care on oct 13 2015 where by billing cycle starts ftom then. They asked me. To switch off and on the set top b ox. Then why do they claim to pay us on nov 3rd.

              My tata sky id is [protected]. I have one year of warranty but after 1st service due to bad signal was done they charged 170 rupees. After calling their customer care service they assured me to refund the money but its been 48 hours no money has been refunded.

                  My tatasky ac/c no is [protected] I am facing problems since last 8 monts of no signal and diturbance in service but there is no perfect solution to it and when i asked their excutive to cancel my connection and refund my balance amont they refuse too, saying there will be no refund and for every visit they charge rupees 170 . As account expires on 26/11/2015 my current balance would be 450rs app and and i asked their excutive karuna to settle my account but there was no satisfactory answer. So I request you look forward for my complaints and take a quick action. Thank you

                    I have Tata Sky Connection with ID number [protected]. I have subscribed A package of around Rs 450.00 Per Month (Approx.). Few days back I subscribed their one month free offer for TV Everywhere on my tablet. But it is consuming too much of my Wi-fi subscription.

                    For unsubscribing T V EVERY WHERE I tried three times on their Toll Free number. First it is very lengthy process till you get to connect with executive. Once you are connected they will adopt delay tectics and ultimately they give up. Now Tata Sky toll free number is chargeable. In three calls I am charged around Rs 40.00 with nil result.

                    I think it is an exploitation of consumers. Please do something to save the rights of consumer.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This is to inform u that we have Total 28 number Tata Sky connection out of 28 connections one Set Top Box is dead from last Tuesday dated 27/10/2015 set top ID No is [protected] (1+3 connection)we have lock the called. Reference number is (KW9HCH7) your engineer supposes to come on same day by evening. But till date nobody has come. Today is 30/10/2015. We called up every day on your call center they are saying every day sending the engineer within 2 Hours but nobody has come so far. If this is your service quality then we have to think for another 27 connection whether will continue or disconnect.

                        I want remove my tata sky connection When i buy tata sky connnection the call centre employe told me that when you remove your tata sky connection we wlii refund your whole money But today when i talk to tata sky associates to cancelled my connection thy guys are told me that we are not refund customer money I want my money back

I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

                          Without doing anything tata sky has deactivated my service yesterday and my recharge date is 4th novemeber-2015. they charged 170 rupees without touching my antenna, remote, set of box or tv.                             My subscriber id is[protected] which is a new connection installed on 25th October 2015 at address - A2- 502, Riddhi gardens, Film city road, Malad east, Mumbai -400097. The service engineer had done a pathetic job here, there were 2 guys who installed the Tatasky dish tv. In my society we share a common dish for 4 connections. On 25th October 2015 at 3 pm our's connection was completed successfully. But, since then our neighbours are facing issues with the connection, everybody knows that the service engineer has done a false job here, so that he has to visit again and he can charge us again for the visits everytime. We are totally fed up with the services here. When ever we call the service engineer he says he knows what is the problem and he will charge us 1500 rupees to rectify the problem otherwise he will not come to resolve this. Is this how tatasky works ? Tata being an Ethical organization can never respond to its customers like this, but some of these jerks are ruining the entire image of such a big name.                               1. I want to change my registered mobile number for Customer I'd-[protected] as [protected]. 2. Channels are added by Tata sky of their own. If it will not revert to normal then I don't have any option left without consumer court because it happened many times before.

                                In the last week of July technician visited our place and payment was deducted from our account. But after one day the TV stopped showing any of the channels. Every month payment is being made and still that TV is not showing any channel. Whenever we call we are kept on long hold and nobody is there to attend the complaint.                                   Dear Sir, Recently we have shifted our house from Mahavir enclave to Mayur Vihar Phase- 3 and paid relocation charges of Rs 400, unfortunately we did not receive satisfactory level of service. We have contacted several times to the local service center located at Laxmi nagar. But our problem remains unresolved. We have also been contacted by Tat sky Hyderabad call centers and explained our problems in details has not yield any results. almost everyday, we face signaling problems and past two days our set top box stopped working. It is very unfortunate for everything, we have to pay the charges online first even before the complaint is attended to. It is like a scam and it requires legal authority to looked into as to why customers are asked to pay the charges before the complaint is resolved. Please take necessary actions.

                                    Dear sir, I would like to inform you that I am not happy with Tata sky service though I am a very old customer of Tatasky. Suddenly they have disconnect my tata sky service on 28th morning. I raised the complain with tatsky customer care service with complain no KWIZAI5 dated 27th October'15. but till now i didn't get good response from tata sky. my problem is in the name of relocation they have deducted my account balance 2 times within 12 days. Whereas my pack changed to Rs. 299/- without my knowledge or consent . I feel that there is no value of the customers .                                         I Susant Kumar Dash, Bam-10 Ganjam, Odisha, my ID [protected] to say that I have already customer tata sky since 6 months. I already charges Rs.240 rupees every month. Last month somebody call me Rs.10 extra charges grow tax so also etc. but at that time big brother death case we are busy to take swargdwar at Puri. From that days my account automatically grows 250 to 400+ . Last 13th October I have charges Rs. 250, but my account balancing charge also available date 23rd day of every month. So why I pay extra charges. Every only I charge only Rs. 250 extra charges nothing extra channel or extra item we do not seen the day. Previously company define free channel nothing extra we have see. No body responding to call toll free number only says what we have charge extra channel or programme. Nobody solve my problem.
                                        So kindly support me to solve this type of problems because I am already busy complete day. Please call me once to speaking something ok.

                                        I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
