No Signal issue with the service

Subscriber Id : [protected], raised four complaints from 15th Sep till 22-Sep. However the problem of "No Signal" is still troubling. The incompetent staff is not able to fix the problem. I am yet to avail the 6 + month service on annual package and have not been able to view any channels for more than a week now. This is so frustrating. Request Tata Sky team to fix the issue immediately....

Activation of hd pack without costumer acknoeledgement

Repeated phone calls after making a request-Sub ID-1000257957

Forcibly registering Technician Visits due to their internal faults
