Sir/Maddam, I have the old custemer of tata sky DTH since 2005. My custemers id_[protected]. I have requested many times in custemers care regarding change my old set up box mp 2 since last 5 month and expence many money. But till date not change my set up box and i am very upset from custemer care services. I have sifted to another place so i want to re installatio and change my set up box as soon as posible. My old address- Land no-47, sri venkateswara nilya appartment, 2nd floor, room no-7, 1st main KR Garden, Murugesh palya, Bangalore-17. My New Address- Mr pappu kumar, Quarter no-42/6, Air Force Camp Murugesh Palya, Old Air Port Road, Bangalore-17. My RMN - [protected] & [protected] Another no- [protected].

    My id is [protected] as a facing some technical issues since afternoon spoke to agent they said they will send technician by tomorrow but before that I was asked to do certain settings from my tv but my screen got stuck on that particular page as I was asking your agent it's not going am not able to change the tv he asked me to switch off my tv till tomorrow and when I asked him the same he said yes and banged the phone on my face. This is how you people treat your customers? It's really very disappointing and disgusting that you people hire such illiterate people to talk to your customers. I had called at 2038 and spoke to Mr. Amit from pune call center. I would really appreciate if you look into this matter.

      Hi, Please note that my Subscriber ID [protected], when I recharge my account in very second day I have noticed that signal has not removed and when I called to tata sky customer care they take my call after 5-7 mints….time and finally told me that you have to pay one visit charges @170. I wanted to inform you that since may to till date I have noticed that tata sky which is belong from tata group but they are doing some unethical practice to earn money or generate revenue from their existing customer which is totally wrong practice such a tata group which very knows about his interiority and ethics and delivery to their customer . I have paid one charges in the month of May’15 then june I was not city due to summer vacation again I have paid charges in the month of July’15 and i have not re charged my a/c in the month of Aug’15 that’s by I could not have to pay in aug’15 but when I re charge in sept’15 and yesterday night I have seen TV and everything was ok but suddenly morning there was no signal due to yesterday late night I have recharged my tata sky id from Rs. 500/- Can you please look into this and take necessary action and get back to me with proper solution because I called to your service Eng. as well as customer care deptt….but they all are bother for increase revenue in wrong way so instead of provide me honest solution they give me very diplomatic answer that if you have any issue then you have to pay visit charges…..you are not paying me visit charges on monthly basis …last time you have paid in july15 not in aug’15….please check from your recording ….what is this ????? what is his mentality …….and you are taking care customer or you are trying to annoyed your customer …. Hope I am clear on my view and now I am getting very irritated so I am ready to write this mail up to Mr. Rathan tata as I am also part of Mahindra group please understand very well. I am expecting proper solution on this within the timeline…and visit you expert in my home against my complain and I want to verify that there is no any fault from my side so no charges should be taken from my tata sky a/c.         My DTH is nt working properly from last 15days.. my RMN no. is [protected] my subscriber id is [protected] The package i selected is of rs.230 and it does not show all the sufficient channels.. like news and music channels.. so i request you to kindly check and take whatever required action as soon as possible.. thank you..

          Pathetic service.unable to view some channels even after paying money. Everytime message displayed due to cloudy or rain channels not being viewed wherein there is no rain or cloud. None of the music channels can be viewed. When i called to complaint, their system not working so they cannot take a complaint. And everyrime if they send engineer for checking they charge us ... For what if channel cant b viewed due to their signal or watever issue why we will pay or suffer

            Sir i'm using tata sky connection for past 3 years. it happened twice with me when a forged call comes from [protected] and introduces themselves as calling from tata sky on my non-registered mobile no. Despite telling them i don't want any new package and after disconnecting the call i get a message on my registered no that your amt is deducted for availing new package. My query is how without the authority of customer or tatasky they can deduct my money. It really irritate me on my busy office schedules to call tatasky call centre again to cancel the new pack. i'm in loss as they my next renewal date comes early and then the executive adjusts the amount by increasing my monthly recharge. My humble request if you can call and solve my problem or else i will be forced to cancel the respective connection. regards, Sunesh Krishnan [protected]

                MY TATA SKY ID No..[protected] I do not have HD connection, haveing only Standerd connection.I was enjoying my favourit channel list before 16.9. 2015 without any problem.From 16.9.2015 channel no were changed, so why few HD channel atutomatically subsituted in place of Standard channel, in my favourit list of 50 channel. Now the problem is this...When i want to delete unwanted HD channel from my favourit list, they are not deleteing. When i press delete button, the information comes that ;you have not opted HD connection. NO. OF TIMES I HAVE COMPLAINT ON HELP NOs but no one is bother to solve to solve it, PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL IMMIDIATLY.

                  Please sir i already complained in tatasky help box that my basic package is dhama mix package which is cost 250 but charges shown 285 on the t.v so please help me and change this or check this problem. i already call on your help line number but hence no solution. solve this problem as soon as possible other wise i will change my t.v connection.                     For last 2-3 months I am unable to view channels like Ten Sports, History, Discovery Turbo. Inspite of logging complaints no action has been taken so far & it is not getting irritating. Sometime the channel says its raining outside hence no transmission even when the sun is bright & weather perfect. Pathetic services .

                      One of your patron customer RAMKRISHNA JARIWALA, ID No. [protected] has been availing your Annual Mega peck TATA SKY HD+ for more than 5 years, but real problem starts in April 2015 when I found my Digicomp not working at all and we complained for the same and I am told to change new Digicomp as the existing one got out of order and irreparable, so i opted to change new Digicomp and beared Rs.300 for the new one. Again in July 2015, my Digicomp got out of order and again I was told to replace new one, I beared charges of Rs.300s second time, Had it been not enough in September 2015 again Digicomp broken down and we lodged complaint No. K 87 LAWT, I am asked to change Digicomp for Rs.300 by TATA SKY technician, However I told to customer helpline representative and technician that I am not going to bear any charges for Digicomp straight away, I don’t know what kind of Digicomp they installed every time. With that being said, I give Technician and representative two options either get me new Digicomp installed without any charge or Refund my entire amount of Subscription for Annual Mega Peck HD+ .However I expect positive outcome of this problem from your end ASAP. I have drafted this mail on behalf of my father, Please look in to the matter and resolve the same ASAP.

                        In this video you will get all the details and the proof .I am not getting service from tata sky. 10 out 100 channels are going blank screen including premium channels for which i pay 45rs/month/per channel with a month lock in period.Even when the weather is clear i am getting the same problem from starting of this year.They always ask for a technician visit and expect us to pay for their visit.

                            This is the third time i am facing this same No signal problem in last 6 months. Every time you cut ~200 rs for sending the technician. He does one or the other thing with the dish, problem solves for few days and again starts after some time. Why are you not providing proper resolution. There is some major problem with the technician who is not fixing the problem properly. Or he is doing this deliberately so that you can earn money after every 1-2 months. Now i am again started facing this problem. Mostly the screen fluctuates, No signal screen keeps on reappearing again and again. I will be escalating the issue this time because i am not going to give the money again and again every 2 months for the same issue.

                              Subscriber Id : [protected], raised four complaints from 15th Sep till 22-Sep. However the problem of "No Signal" is still troubling. The incompetent staff is not able to fix the problem. I am yet to avail the 6 + month service on annual package and have not been able to view any channels for more than a week now. This is so frustrating. Request Tata Sky team to fix the issue immediately.

                                I have a tata sky connection at home and my plan activated is dhamal mix . company has activated hd pack from 18 june 2015 without my consent and has charged me for that. now when i came to knew about this i have deactivated it today. i have raised a complaint with the company then it self. the charge is approx rs 260 for 2 months.. i request for the refund of the amount, and a strict action must be taken against the company for cheating costumers mr porwal subscriber id [protected]

                                  Dear Sir We have been using Tata sky services in Indore since long. The problem that we have been facing now is that after registering a request with the office for either non-telecast of channels or reactivating a parallel connection or replacing the set top box with an HD one, we are infested with telephone calls from the Vijaynagar, Indore office on our registered number [protected]. To quote an example: request no.K8SCAQ0 dt: 21/09/15 for replacement of set top box calls recd from: \[protected], [protected] (3 calls),[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], These many calls are received inspite of confirming the time to visit the location on 21st Sept for morning 22nd sept . Sir we happen to be working people and it may not be possible to receive the calls whenever your person calls up. Also each time the person is different and simply confirming the request. Its a kind request to you to kindly send us written confirmation and convenient time slots for all correspondence in future.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, This is second complant I have sending.Actually old box ID is [protected] but 10th.2015 I received offer call from custamer sevice for HD up grade. they collect all details from me.that day they replaced HD new box.That time not dispaly the channels because they upgrade HD box new ID i.e [protected].I spoke with custamer care and they done somthing now channels are dispalyed except HD with old ID([protected]). Then I spok Custamer care they told that you have two IDs and I clearly told this second new ID([protected]) details I don'y know.Finally they decided to be activate with new ID. But till date not activated.I was paid Rs.999/- Recently my Tata sky recharge mony was completed.I have not done recharge because whic ID I follow.                                       Since last two months my set up box is not working. After 40 days one technician came and tried to resolve the problem but he damaged the power supply pin of set up box/adaptor. Since last 7 days he did not came. I want my money back and return the set up box. I am happy with local cable TV

                                        When i called the CC, they were trying to hang up saying we will send a technician as soon as possible as problem cant be solved over the phone without even listening to the problem. I told them all the channels that i had ordered for were not visible. On explaining that a different subscriber([protected] instead of [protected]) was showing on my Set top box, he admitted that it was an internal fault and he had taken care of it and changed the same. When i said that the problems was still persisting and not all the channels that i had in my package are still not visible, he insisted on making me opt for a "chargeable" technician visit. When i asked him how do i register a complaint against them, they disconnected without giving a solution. This happened twice in a row. I don't know whom to talk to in order to resolve my problems.
