      I have been suffering from TATA sky services since last more than 1 month. My ID [protected] having two connections 1 primary & 1 secondary. In both the connections, boxes have been changed & Rs 520 has been debited twice. Then again in primary connection one more box has been changed yesterday & again I have been charged Rs 520/-.Its very very surprising that instead of improving quality of your boxes you are penalising the customer for your poor quality of boxes which can't last even for a month less than a local set top box.If i have to bear the cost of Rs 520/- for box every month. Then I would prefer to STOP using Tata sky. Would request you to either reverse box charges of Rs 520/- charged yesterday & restore my services or withdraw same permanently Sanjayh Jalota [protected]

        I am requesting to deactivating one of my multi tv connection, for the last 16 days, but they are not deactivating it. Each time they provide a Job Request ticket number and assures that concerned person will call you and deactivate the connection. But nothing happens. I have saved the chat script, these are chat reference ID is 0000BaAT7CW7SPDY dt 31/08/2015 chat reference ID is 0000BaAY4SA4084B dt 11/09/2015 chat reference ID is 0000BaAY4SA43905 dt 16/09/2015 Till nothing moved.

            My tatasky subscriber id is [protected], i have purchased a multi tv connection from them a few months ago but when i asked them to deactivate my second connection they are just not responding and also deducting the extra Rs.200 for the 2nd settop box which i am not using... I filed a complaint last month but before recharging my account this month when i called them to confirm they said no such complaints have been registered only and i also didnt had that complaint number, so i filed a fresh complaint (JTE1C95 complaint number) but this complaint was closed the next day only without even informing me and when i called them to know the status of my complaint they said my phone was not reachable so they closed my complaint, but i failed to understand that how can a landline number be not reachable... But anyways i again had to file a new complaint (JXFHALT complain number) and its been 5-6 days now since then, but everytime i call them they say yes u will get a call from our technical team today or tomorrow and thus the days keep going without any progress... I have made some 10-12 calls to them for the same issue, but no help and thus registering a complaint against them now, hoping it might help me from the fraud that tatasky is doing...

              I am one of the loyal citizens of india who wish to promote be india and by indian. I am one of the subscribers of tatasky dth and viewing southern sport package. Tatasky are probagating long duration packages and they have unleashed sms / inadequately trained telecall marketing forces. Based on their repeated calls and promises i paid rs 2420 / ( rs. 220 existing balance and rs.2220/ fresh payment. On receipt of payments i received receipt indicating next due date as 31 may 2016, whereas it should be sept 2016. On taking up the matter tatasky say that the southern sport package is not covered under ldp. They have swallowed my money.Failed to market properly. I had d doubts about the intentions of tatasky marketing as they have not advertised the product clearly in print. No email or sms from them . Their customer care dept also equally good. They donot come out with reply they vomit the filth they consumed. Very poor and bad of tatas

                I have dropped the below mail to TATA SKY on September 1, 2015 and i am still awaiting for a reply. I have re-dropped the mail twice to the nodal officer as well. I am raising a concern regarding falsely charging me for the Premiere HD packs. As per earlier conversation with your executive I had already explained the situation that I had received a call from your Customer Care person on 13/7/2015 (around Evening time) on my registered Mobile No. regarding a request for Activation of STAR WORLD PREMIERE & HBO PREMIUM CHANNELS, he said it will be free for the first month and then the monthly charges will be applicable. Hearing him out i flatly refused for the service, since i was happy with my current Package, again I received the same call on my registered number for the same Request which again i refused. The following day the Customer care person gave a call at my alternate number for the Activation of the Premium channels. My Mom had picked up the call, she didint understood what he was trying to say and disconnected the call after which your executive took it as a yes and activated the Premium Channels. Now I have a few Queries for which I want to the point answer. 1. When I had flatly refused for the premium channels twice from the registered mobile number, Why was the need of calling the alternate number and reconfirming it? 2. Why wasn't I informed on my Registered Mobile Number after the Activation of the services? 3. When will I get refunded back the amount which got deducted due to the Premium Channels? I also want to raise a concern on 100 Rs deducted from my TATA SKY a/c saying (Hdlg Chrgs of SLNB 28 Aug 2015). May i know the reason for the same. Being a Loyal Customer of your Brand I am pretty Disappointed by this approach of yours. I would like you to Escalate the above request and revert as soon as possible otherwise i will have to report to the Consumer Court for the Same. Subscriber ID : [protected]

                    My account no is [protected].My account has been cancelled without taking my acknowledgement.I am facing such a poor customer care(CC) help.The CC should be there to solve customer problem, but in my case because of CC wrong information logged in SR and without taking my confirmation for account cancellation how the CC representative cancelled my account.Because of CC representative mistake customer has to suffer, they are saying I have to again pay 200₹ to regain service. Such kind of bad CC service I have never faced. Please reactivate my account.

                    I was emailed to nodal officer of Tatasky regarding this matters and my issues have been resolved now.I got the satisfied response from Nodal officer of Tatasky.

                      Hi Team, My Subscriber Id is : [protected] . i got call from Tatasky executive that on recharge of 1300(Instead of 1360) we are providing you offer as you are privileged offer from last 2012.It will only charge 216 rs only. 60 rs is not a big amount if customer can pay 1300 but its a fraud to the customer which you guys have to think allot. Recharge Date : 11 September 2015 Next Date should be : 11 March 2016 near about Date showing : 16 Feb Even After Multiple follow up with Tatasky Team, Still i don't get any resolution. I called 3 times on Tatasky office and first time they disconnect the phone in between discussion and on second time i am hearing Tamil sound and they are putting hold and don't unhold(simply they are ignoring) Can anyon please help.                           Tata sky ID [protected] I am not receiving signal on my second room TV connection foe about two months. I complained on their email: [protected]@tatasky.com on Sept 1, 2015, then on Sept 10, 2015 and then on phone to Helpline[protected]. The problem is not solved. I requested them to disconnect my second room connection, but there is no reply. Their help line is most unhelpful. For making complaint first you listen advertisements and unnecessary information, for which I pay to mobile company. After long time some associate will come on line and ask the silly information which is already with them.

                            This is with reference to the ID [protected]. I have been calling the complaint helpline for the last 20 days as my setup box is not working. neither my complaint is being registered nor anyone is coming to attend the complaint. I called the local Chandigarh tata sky guys are inspite of reminders they fail to visit even once . Such poor services are not acceptable and the refund is urgently required by me. If my complaint is not attended within 24hrs a consumer forum case will definately be lodged for poor services and mental harassement to the consumer.

                              Dear Sir, Regarding subscriber ID : [protected], I have effortlessly tried with the help of call centers and finally I had to write Harit Nagpad (Managing Director - Tata Sky) to get resolution to problems faced by me in getting signals since December, 2014 up to August, 2015. Since, before December 2014, I had problems in watching most of the channels and there was message of “No Signal”. I raised this issue with Tata Sky Call centers since then in December, 2014, February / March, 2015, June 2015 and August, 2015 but Tata Sky took 8 months to solve this problem of “No signal”. I had been given various reasons while calling at call center as to call centers was under migration so cannot take any request and Tata Sky is under satellite migration process so that was temporary. Whereas visiting engineers at four different times have given me different reason as to (a) change the disk and cam, (b) replace cable, (c) relocate it, and (d) lastly change the digicom during their visits for complaints entered in December, 2014, February / March, 2015, June 2015 and August, 2015. Finally, engineer visited and changed the Digicom which had resolved problem in August 2015 (if I recollect correctly it was 23rd August, 2015). Nonetheless, I had made humongous efforts since December, 2014 to get the service restored, Tata Sky failed to restore the service for 8 months and I had to compromise on the channels as I was not able to see almost 70% of the channels I had subscribed. Once the service was restored I raised numbers of issues with Tata Sky call centers as to refund the entire sum of subscriptions I paid since December 2014 till the service was restored in August 2015, but every-time I have been informed that there was no service request registered by me in past so they cannot process the refund. The forts I have made to resolve issue with call center can be evident from the trailing e-mails attached which were sent to [protected]@tatasky.com and Managing Director of Tata Sky Harit Nagpal (without any resolution by Tata Sky). I believe that no customer can have trail of entire service requests placed over the period, but I wound as to how Tata Sky could not have that. However, while running through my previous statements and e-mail, I could find out atleast one out of requests raised 4 to 5 times dueing December 2014 to August 2015. The request was raised in the month of December 2014 and engineer had visited to attend service requests (If I recollect correctly request no was 1.[protected] or 1.[protected]). This can be further evident from the visiting charges of Rs. 170 levied on 12 December, 2014 to substantiate that I has started efforts in December, 2014 to get service restored. However, the engineer could not resolve problem and accordingly I had to make efforts to resolve problems in February / March 2015, June 2015 and finally in August, 2015. Further service requests to continuation of efforts are JO604VV, JPEU6OZ, JPEA7OZ, JQK8YOK, JT15HAR, 1.[protected], 1.[protected], etc. Further, during visit by engineers I had specifically denied to levy any visit charges as every time Tata Sky cannot charge for service which it did not resolve in past. I understand when I got call back on 1st September, 2015 and 6th September, 2015 from Tata Sky against some of these complaints and it was wonder to know that Tata Sky do not have any service request registered in past including in December, 2014 which I have provided date of charges debited by Tata Sky and service request number. Further during call on 1st September, 2015 Ms Bhakti (Senior) had committed me to arrange call back within 24 hours from Nodal Office and agreed to send me relevant reference number for complaint forwarded to Nodal Office. I am yet awaiting reference number as committed and call back from Nadal Office. While taking to another executive today Ms Preeti (for complaint no JT15HAR / JT15HAB) it was even surprising to know that there was no such commitment given to me. I would advise in this situation to listen recording of call to understand way your executives fool your customer. If this false statement can be made by Tata Sky, there is no surprise that you do not have records in your system of complaints raised with you. With this I do not agree as to Tata Sky does not have recorded to service or they have intentionally chosen not to record the service. Having regard to inability of Tata Sky to restore the service during December, 2014 to August, 2015, I would like to get the entire sum of subscription refund which I have paid during this period and did not get service. Also Rs. 100, 000 compensation for the mental harassment caused due to forgoing and defect in service by Tata Sky. As per me, none of the service request is resolved and considered close though concerned executive have suo-moto chosen to close the service requests. Treat above e-mail as official complaint to the Nodal Officer’s office. Reach out to me at[protected] only if you can resolve this to my satisfaction. Regards, Ashok Suchak

Despite my repeated refusal your customer care officer activated package which is not required at all to me. Your officer also resettles my account and changes the recharge date by his own. I received message regarding activation in my registered number. Please check the matter and deactivate and resettle my account as it is total malpractice and deceive to the consumers. May I also request to take appropriate and strict action against such officer who does not care, listen and take note of the customers and act by their own will contrary to the request of the customers.                                       Our tata sky is not catching signals from 4 days but we dont know what is reason for that when ever we call the customer care it is telling us to type this number or the other .till niw we have never spoken to the incharge .this is our 5 th complaint which we have been submitting to u we want u take this complaint seriously and monthly recharge pack is also getting wasted plz ensure that boy come and repair as soon as possible .

                                        With repeated phone calls from TATA SKY (our TATA SKY ID is - [protected]) we have changed our cable wire connection from existing to HDMI Cable. They offer the following benefits over mobile, which I think already stored in their system. i. HDMI Cable ii. HD Set Box iii Universal Remote (can use for both Set Box and TV) iv. One year free HD subscription. The total cost offered by the Tele executive of TATA SKY is Rs. 1500/- which we already paid in Cash at the time installing the Cable and Set Box. However, they did not provide Universal remote due to some damage in the remote that they have given on that day. The executive promised us he would bring another remote on the very next day. Instead of repeated phone calls to him on his mobile no: [protected], no response was received and said that you would get today or tomorrow etc. We have also contacted TATA SKY on toll free no: [protected] on 11.09.2015 at 5.10 p.m and replied that the company would come back to you. Till date neither we received the phone call from company or from any source. If we fail to renew the monthly subscription on the due date, due to various problems, they are charging Rs 10 for deactivation fee or some thing. In this case they failed to provide remote even though we paid full amount and how much we can claim from the company for non providing of proper service.
