Non working of set up box for last 20 days

Signal problems

Our tata sky is not catching signals from 4 days but we dont know what is reason for that when ever we call the customer care it is telling us to type this number or the other .till niw we have never spoken to the incharge .this is our 5 th complaint which we have been submitting to u we want u take this complaint seriously and monthly recharge pack is also getting wasted plz ensure that boy come and repair as soon as possible ....

Not providing proper service

Unnecessary channel added in my account and monthly package increased

No service, rude helpline, incompetent technicians

We have no service for last 15 days. On 30-8-15 and on 9-9-15, technicians came and did something's, issue is still the same. On 8-9-15, I was informed to expect call for crediting my loss of service 5 days, no call. On 10-9-15, called helpline, first they disconnected, next, transferred to senior department but again, disconnected....

No voice coming

No action on Requests made since an Year

It is quite a shame that entity like Tata has this kind of Customer support. Tata Sky had upgraded their Set Top Box and was changing for free of cost, which has not happened for my connection ID# [protected] till date.
