Subscriber ID : [protected] Few months back the issue was not able to hear voice but can watch video. After restarting my set top box sound comes for 1-2 mins and then it disappears. It is happening again now. After lodging a complaint still unresolved, even my money is still getting debited. I want a resolution ASAP....

It is quite a shame that entity like Tata has this kind of Customer support. Tata Sky had upgraded their Set Top Box and was changing for free of cost, which has not happened for my connection ID# [protected] till date.
