Requested sir/madam, Myself praveen kumar singh from past 1 month i am facing problem with your tata sky.There is very poor signal strength everyday i have to face this problem.Several times i have called your customer care executive but till now weak signal strenght problem has not been resolved.Sometimes there is no signal and sometimes there is weak signal strength even after the weather is totally clear.You tell me how many times i should call you i think its my fault that i have installed tata sky.Please, either look into this matter and resolve it permanently as soon as possible or refund back my money. thanking you, praveen [protected]

    Me Mr. Vijay kambli Id No.[protected]... all d people in our building v hav nt been recieving signal since 30th august... frst d problm was limited to only daytime since d uv rays wer intense during daytime... bt now during nite also ders noo signal... nw tell me wer d hell are uv rays at nite... ua people said wat d problm bt isn't it ua responsibility to fix d problm too...!!??!! N v put up for a long time wid us problms... Plzz look into d problm so v cn view d television both at day n also during nite... n i[censored] CNT fix it den plzz let us knw... v will look fr some other operator...

      My tata sky ID [protected] was recharged on august but due to some internet problem it was not done. but the rechrged amount 405.00 rupess was cut from my bank account but my tata sky was not activated. I complaind to tata sky cuctomer care servive, they assurance me that the amount 405.00 rupees would be credited to my account . . . but still they have not take any action...what should i do ? was it my fault or mistake ?

          I have booked tata sky connection on 19 august they have fixed it on 20 th heads off but it was not activated till 23 august . i have called 20 times in customer care but they sad that we can not activate it only the person who fix it he will activate this any how it was activated on 23 eve and suddnly remote stop working on 5 sep just after 13 days and customer care exe rauf disconnect my cl without any prior information so dont go for tata sky take another one

            This is Rajesh aggarwal. Tata sky DTH ID number- [protected]. On 17/08/2015, we reported a complaint for signal problems under work order WOJM8UGBG. In evening, engineers arrived and checked, signals were proper. They said we need to change the adopter. We said ok, kindly change. They took Rs 125 + rs 170 service charges. But the adopter was not the problem. Next morning, the same signal problem occurred. We again reported complaint on 18/08/2015 8:43 am. The work order provided was JMQ8IL7. We told them that we reported for the same problem so they said for the same complaint service charges won't be applied twice. Around 1 pm, engineers came and said the wire is rusty. They cleaned the wire. They said no service charges will be charged and no voucher was signed for service charges either. But on 24/08/2015, you deactivated our multi tv connection although we have paid Rs295 on 19/08/2015. Our connection is still deactivated. We contacted the customer care. They said the balance has been finished since they charged the service charges twice. Please look after this matter that why service charges has been taken twice for the same complaint within 24 hours.

              My dth no [protected]. We are facing signal issue tata sky dth. complaint given on Tuesday No one has come and solve our problem. Tata sky is giving the pathetic service to the customer. We want to discharge in your connection. please arrange to close the same and we are very disappointed not to able to view the channels even there is no rain or cloudy in our location. Poor service. We are planning to take this matter into customer court to get the compensation. There are plenty of service providers are there in the market. We dont we your relationship at all. Please dont give this kind of service to the other existing customer. If you do like this type you will loose the customers. Dont advertise your companies advertisement in media, new customers will differently get the exploitation.

                I am a premium user for Tata Sky with three HD connections. I am a annual subscriber and pay the fees upfront in advance for the full year. When I bought the third connection(HD Recordable) in May 2015 I paid the full amount of Rs.8500/- upfront in cash on May 16, 2015, which included: 1. Cost of new HD Recordable Set Top Box, 2. Annual subscription for Mega HD Pack for all three connections 3. Karaoke annual subscription Rs.1, 300 In addition to the above Rs.8, 500/- I also paid in cash an amount of Rs.500/- for extra cabling of new HD Recordable connection. All these amounts were paid to one gentleman named Mr.Ajay Yadav. Despite my repeated requests, I was not given a proper Receipt detailing the break-up of amounts paid by me and the period covered. I was informed verbally about the break up of amounts paid by me which I noted down in a dairy. THE REAL ISSUE: When I started my Karaoke channel (Channel no.651) on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 my Set Top Box displayed a message "THERE ARE NO SONG PACKS AVAILABLE ON YOUR STB". Upon calling the Tata Sky Helpline to resolve the Karaoke issue I was told that a person with technical expertise would visit my home next day at 10am and resolve the issue. wen the person did not come I called up the helpline again and I was told that I have not paid the Karaoke subscription money for the full year. I still have no idea that what the Rs.1300/- I paid was for! There was no proper explanation provided to me for the amounts paid by me. In absence of any documentation I am still unclear as to what is paid for and what is unpaid. This type of dealing by a reputed company like Tata Sky is extremely unprofessional and I feel CHEATED for whatever I have paid so far. May I request that a Public Interest Litigation be filed against the company so that many other small customers like do not get cheated again.

                  I upgraded DTH set top box of Tatasky from HD to 4k type, after paying upgrade charges of Rs 5900 during 2015 world cup cricket match. On June 4, 2015, Tatasky informed us through sms that 4K content is being discontinued until further notice. I contacted Tatasky customer care for 1. Returning the 4K set top box which is useless without any 4k content, 2. Reverting to old HD set top box and 3. To get Refund of the Rs 5900 which they had charged me. However to my surprise their customer service representative declined mentioning that there is no provision to do so and if at all I wish to do so, I need to pay the necessary fees for changeover. I spoke to Mr.Vidyasagar - whom I was told that, is Customer Service Supervisor of Tatasky. Subsequently I send my complaint to Nodal officer of the state of Kerala. They too called up and informed that the money charged for 4K set top box will not be refunded as per their company rules. It is not expected from a reputed company like Tatasky to dupe customers, by not providing service for which customers have been charged. Please consider this as my official complaint and take up this issue with Tatasky.                       Hello Sir/ Madam, My Tatasky id is [protected]. I have recharged my Tatasky with 1200 rupees in the month of August but they are not adding balance to my account . The current month account balance would be around 600 rupees but it is still showing 320. I have called to Tatasky customer care many time from the last four days but they disconnected the call every time when they have to explain account balance . Today 03/09/2015, they have activated HD channels without my knowledge and deducting the balance from account . Can you please look into the matter and take a necessary action on them for harassing the customer. Herewith my attaching the activation message from tatasky.                           Since last three days the device is not working properly and even after lodging too many complaints with the local service provider no concern has benn shown by the service provider.Just a call has been given by the local vendor about the issue and no other step proceeded.

                            I am a long-term customer of Tata Sky. I have been paying in advance for 6 months at a time. A month ago I had 3 tv sets but I discontinued the 3rd set after due notice after informing the operator. To my utter mortification, disgust I find that the connection for the 2nd set is cut off and later a number of channels removed. Their 1860 number is of new use: they do not respond.                               Not able to view channels after recharge

                                My customer id is [protected]. My TV is not receiving signals due to disc dislocation. I requested the customer care to send some technician for correcting the location of disc. I have been allocated a complaint No WO:JUIUCHO with an information that the tatasky installer was scheduled to visit my residence between 6.00 PM to 6.55 PM. However, i received a SMS from your side at 6.45 PM informing therein that our complaint has been put on hold. I have been told to call at[protected] & that fellow gave me another number[protected].This fellow of your company at second phone number told me that the complaint shall be addressed tomorrow. I am sorry to the state of affairs at your company and the way the customers are being harassed for such a small issue. Please get it corrected immediately.

                                    Tata sky is not providing proper service instead of cheating their customer. In may case i recieved a call from tata sky executive on 28 august 2015.The executive told me that since i m five year old customer so company has a special package for me.he told me that tata sky is offering you vedic maths pack for 3 months for only 6 rupees.so i accepted that offer but when the pack activated a massage came from tata sky service on my mobile no-[protected].Massage was about the charges of vedic maths pack.they are charging 6 rupees for one single day and for 3 months i will have to pay 524 rupees.On very same day i mailed a complain to company([protected]@tatasky.com) and told them to remove vedic maths pack immediately they called me back but did nothing till today. They are harassing their customer many ways.On 1st september i wrote a mail to company([protected]@tatasky.com) to remove fun learning pack as i don't need that.but did nothing till date and still charging for that pack.                                       Company is not providing proper service instead of they are cheating their customer. In my case on 28 august 2015 I recieved a call from tata sky customer care number, the customer care executive told me that as i am a five year old customer company has special offer for me.He told me company is offering me vedic maths pack for 3 months for only 6 rupees so I accepted that offer.But when they activated vedic maths pack i recieved a massage from tata sky informing me about the cost of the pack it was 6 rupees for one single day and almost 525 rupees for 3 months.I mailed a complained on same day(28 august 2015) to the company they called me back but they did not do any thing till today. They are not doing these thing only but they harassing their customer many ways.On 1st september I mailed tata sky to remove active fun learn pack from my package but they did not removed it till now.this is not the first time they are doing they have done so many time with me only.
