Disconnection of Service

I booked a Tata Sky connection in June 2015 and recharged every month. Just after recharge on 13th August, 2015 some channels started going blank with message "No Signal". After few days all channels went blank. On complaining the technician visited and said cable needs to be changed against fresh payment of charges. Very cleverly this happened just after recharge for the month. It appears that to extract more money from me they have deliberated...

Starting of fresh pack without request.

My Tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected] in the name of Kishore Kinjra. Today I have recharged my plan. All of a sudden I have received an SMS confirming that your monthly music pack has been activated at an additional monthly charge of Rs. 59.00 PM thereby increasing my monthly charge from Rs. 470/- to Rs. 529/-. Most of the Channel are blank

Hi myself Prathamesh Parkar subscriber ID: [protected] I had purchase Grand Sport Pack with one-year subscription but after four month the most of channel are blank i had complain about it to the tata sky hekppline but no action taken aslo everytime all call i ask for the complaint but they tell me to follow the procedure remove the plug and plugin again after 10 sec or master reset etc... costing me for my mobile bill...

Very poor service

No new english songs on active music

The channel says, "English hits and classics" but all that comes is old boring songs. Moreover, the new hits never come. You should definitely add then, especially taylor swift's songs. 6 weeks ago, the song playlist was quite good, but now it's not. Pls change this system....

Refund of monthly recharge 405.00 rupees

My tata sky ID [protected] was recharged on august but due to some internet problem it was not done. but the rechrged amount 405.00 rupess was cut from my bank account but my tata sky was not activated. I complaind to tata sky cuctomer care servive, they assurance me that the amount 405.00 rupees would be credited to my account . . . but still they have not take any action...what should i do ? was it my fault or mistake ?...

Complaint

I have booked tata sky connection on 19 august they have fixed it on 20 th heads off but it was not activated till 23 august . i have called 20 times in customer care but they sad that we can not activate it only the person who fix it he will activate this any how it was activated on 23 eve and suddnly remote stop working on 5 sep just after 13 days and customer care exe rauf disconnect my cl without any prior information so dont go for tata...

Service charges charged twice for one complaint in 24 hours

This is Rajesh aggarwal. Tata sky DTH ID number- [protected]. On 17/08/2015, we reported a complaint for signal problems under work order WOJM8UGBG. In evening, engineers arrived and checked, signals were proper. They said we need to change the adopter. We said ok, kindly change. They took Rs 125 + rs 170 service charges. But the adopter was not the problem. Next morning, the same signal problem occurred. We again reported complaint on 18/08/2015...

Not refunding my balance to my account

Device not working
