Our tata sky is not catching signals from 4 days but we dont know what is reason for that when ever we call the customer care it is telling us to type this number or the other .till niw we have never spoken to the incharge .this is our 5 th complaint which we have been submitting to u we want u take this complaint seriously and monthly recharge pack is also getting wasted plz ensure that boy come and repair as soon as possible .

    With repeated phone calls from TATA SKY (our TATA SKY ID is - [protected]) we have changed our cable wire connection from existing to HDMI Cable. They offer the following benefits over mobile, which I think already stored in their system. i. HDMI Cable ii. HD Set Box iii Universal Remote (can use for both Set Box and TV) iv. One year free HD subscription. The total cost offered by the Tele executive of TATA SKY is Rs. 1500/- which we already paid in Cash at the time installing the Cable and Set Box. However, they did not provide Universal remote due to some damage in the remote that they have given on that day. The executive promised us he would bring another remote on the very next day. Instead of repeated phone calls to him on his mobile no: [protected], no response was received and said that you would get today or tomorrow etc. We have also contacted TATA SKY on toll free no: [protected] on 11.09.2015 at 5.10 p.m and replied that the company would come back to you. Till date neither we received the phone call from company or from any source. If we fail to renew the monthly subscription on the due date, due to various problems, they are charging Rs 10 for deactivation fee or some thing. In this case they failed to provide remote even though we paid full amount and how much we can claim from the company for non providing of proper service. If they cannot provide the same kindly refund our money along with our previous set box OUR REGISTERED MOBILE NO IN TATA SKY IS [protected] ALTERNATE NO. [protected]

      Today evening i got a call from[protected] and lady told me that you will get 4 HD channel in free and we will active it not.I said yes and then suddenly i got a sms that your monthly charges is Rs800 .My actual monthly recharge amount is Rs 715.TS Id-[protected].Kindly deactivate HBO Premium pack, Toppers, Star World Premiere.

          I stated that, i requested a tata sky customer care for stop my hd set top box earliear this month but they not a stop my service, again i have requested to stop my service with a complain id JZ9KHVK.again they ignore my request.for this service i have pay monthly of RS 515 for tata sky.please solve my issue

            Tata sky is an organization which has defined interesting ways to cheat people. I a 75 year old individual have taken Tatasky connection and have been made to run for the past one week to get the connection in operational state. I have paid them the connection amount but they have ensured that i don't have it as active. My ID: [protected].

              We have no service for last 15 days. On 30-8-15 and on 9-9-15, technicians came and did something's, issue is still the same. On 8-9-15, I was informed to expect call for crediting my loss of service 5 days, no call. On 10-9-15, called helpline, first they disconnected, next, transferred to senior department but again, disconnected.

                  Sub:- Tatasky connection – Subscriber ID No.[protected] – regarding. Ref:- Connection address-Block No.5, House No.573, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi Sir, I to bring to your kind notice the following facts regarding Tatasky connection:- 1. On 6th September, 2015 i called up the customer care department for seeking a Tatasky connection for the package called “South Special package”. 2. It has been informed by one Shri Gautam that the subscribed amount of the package is Rs.2020 including one month subscription and he had noted down the address of Delhi. 3. On 7th September, 2015, the technician had made the installation and after that he had sought Rs.2040 for the package. When, i sought a clarification from the technician regarding the package, he mentioned that the package name is different one (Dhamaka package) where as the package was booked for ‘South Special”. 4. Subsequently, the customer care was called up and were intimated that the package was totally different and wanted to withdraw if the ‘South Special”package was not provided to us. In response to that, the customer care had intimated that this south special package is applicable only for South. 5. However, (Shri Gautam) Customer care did not apprise the factual position about the south special package whereas while booking it was confirmed that this package will be installed at the New Delhi address provided by the customer. 6. Therefore, the customer care was requested to change this package to south special or disconnect the said package and return the money which has been paid to Tatasky. 7. Now, we are forced and compelled to use this unwanted package which has been thrust upon us for no fault of the customer. [It is like you go to a hotel and order a Veg meal but you are served with a Non-Veg meal). This condition, to thrust upon the unwanted package, to the customer is unacceptable. 8. Keeping in view the above facts, the following are stated:- i) Tatasky is requested to take their installation back and pay the money back ie. Rs.2040 along with adequate compensation (or) ii) Connect the package of south special as per the need of the customer and also compensate for the loss being incurred by the customer iii) Adequate Compensation has to be made to the customer for misleading me and causing mental agony and for putting the customer at pressure and in the process the customer has lost peace of mind instead of finding happiness by taking a connection and feel relaxed. 9. An immediate action is required in the matter otherwise, i have no other means but to approach the consumer courts will all facts of the case.                     "welcome to tatasky. How may i trouble you"

                    It is the fact that indian companies are bad in providing service and tatasky is one the best example

                    Problem description:

                    I was not able to view any channels on my tv due to flickering images. I had raised a complaint under ticket (Wo#: jxk3vyv)
                    The technician has visited my house and told the set top box is faulty, i will bring the "quality" setbox box in half an hour. He didnt come for 2 days

                    I have again called tatasky for followup for which they mentioned for set top box, they will not provide the new set top box but the quality one and i have to pay rs. 520 / - for it. And the quality set top box a technician has connected got corrupted within 3 - 4 minutes in front of technician itself. "what a quality!!"

                    Again i have raised a complaint and they have provide me a new ticket (Wo#: jyvda9p) for which technician has visited and directly changed a set top box. Again the new "quality" set top box was not working. We told him that the problem still persist, to which he was asking us only what could be the issue. I told him, did you check the wires, to which he mentioned you buy a cable and check yourself. I only have set top box.

                    I have called tatasky senior team and the call center tata has opened to create blood pressure patients. Everytime you explain in detail to the executive and the call get disconnects while you are talking. You have to start from the scratch to explain to a new associate by dialling it again.

                    I got a call from tatasky for asking about my issue resolution. I thanked them for the followup which they forgot to install the working box. After 3 days, a new technician came and told us the problem is with the set top box. " happy realization!!"
                    He mentioned he will bring the working set top box in 1 hour and didnt come yet.
                    Finally the person who visited on the first day came with a working box and changed it. "good he remembered that he has to go back in 30 mins after 3 days!!"

                    Good job guys!! You won the award for the pathetic service!!

                    I am going to circulate this in social media to bring it to attention to everyone using tatasky. "isko lagadaala to life ki jingalaala!!"

                      Subscriber ID : [protected] Few months back the issue was not able to hear voice but can watch video. After restarting my set top box sound comes for 1-2 mins and then it disappears. It is happening again now. After lodging a complaint still unresolved, even my money is still getting debited. I want a resolution ASAP.

                        It is quite a shame that entity like Tata has this kind of Customer support. Tata Sky had upgraded their Set Top Box and was changing for free of cost, which has not happened for my connection ID# [protected] till date. I have raised request a Million times for the same, every time the request is registered but the irony is there is no closure on it! I even have been requesting that if technicians of Tata Sky have too much of problem in providing services in Mussoorie, I can carry the set top box and get it changed in Dehradun, but i am told that "No" they will visit to the location and do the change. Today yet again I was trying to test my luck and called the customer care no. to register my request but after speaking for some time, the representative starts behaving as if he/she cannot hear me and disconnects the call. If Tata Sky cannot provide services in Mussoorie, please confirm. will switch to another service provider. Appreciate an immediate response with a closure on the concern either ways.                           My tata sky ID :[protected] Since past four months tata sky has illegitimately changed my digicom rental from Rs.180/- to Rs.340/-, and deducted the amount paid same . in spite of repeated complaints, there is no refund from the company .                             Dear sir With reference to the above I would like to inform you that I have DTH Tata sky connection. My Id is-[protected].From 08/09/2015 evening hours I am unable to watch any program due to network(signal) related problem. I made a complain to customer care same time. My complain no-JY9L52F dated 08/09/2015.I am waiting for some body to rectify my problem but nobody attend my problem. I think this is lac of responsibility or negligence by customer care people. I am extremely unsatisfied with customer care people and your system. Please find out the actual problem and rectify the same as soon as possible.

                                I booked a Tata Sky connection in June 2015 and recharged every month. Just after recharge on 13th August, 2015 some channels started going blank with message "No Signal". After few days all channels went blank. On complaining the technician visited and said cable needs to be changed against fresh payment of charges. Very cleverly this happened just after recharge for the month. It appears that to extract more money from me they have deliberated disconnected some of the channels. Just imagine this happens only two months after installation of new connection. Till date they have not bothered to restore the connection. Wing Commander

                                  My Tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected] in the name of Kishore Kinjra. Today I have recharged my plan. All of a sudden I have received an SMS confirming that your monthly music pack has been activated at an additional monthly charge of Rs. 59.00 PM thereby increasing my monthly charge from Rs. 470/- to Rs. 529/-. This has been done by the Tata Sky themselves at their end without obtaining any consent whatsoever. Earlier also around 3-4 months back I had experienced the same action from Tata Sky. They had activated some other utility. My complaint is for this. I am aware, I can fight for this. But many others are not capable. These unethical practices should be stopped immediately or they should be suitably punished for this. Kindly take up my matter and get the pack deleted so stated by Tata Sky of their own.                                     Hi myself Prathamesh Parkar subscriber ID: [protected] I had purchase Grand Sport Pack with one-year subscription but after four month the most of channel are blank i had complain about it to the tata sky hekppline but no action taken aslo everytime all call i ask for the complaint but they tell me to follow the procedure remove the plug and plugin again after 10 sec or master reset etc... costing me for my mobile bill

                                      Dear sir, My self R P Pandey having tata sky multi TV connection my Custmer ID [protected]. I have two TV connection, my one TV secondary connection is not in function ( under repairing). my be its take more time and I want to continue only one primary connection till new TV arrangement . I requested tata sky Custmer care on dated 30august 2015 and told about above problem . He noted my request and after I called many times but till date they did not completed my request. I am paying two TV connection charge for one TV . Thanking you .

                                        My self Indu VERMA. Id no [protected]. I had recharged my connection for one year through cheque. But after 8 months they stopped connection and are asking to recharge. There service representative are not talking in well manners. I request to all never purchase tata sky connection as they are cheating their customers
