Tata sky is not providing proper service instead of cheating their customer. In may case i recieved a call from tata sky executive on 28 august 2015.The executive told me that since i m five year old customer so company has a special package for me.he told me that tata sky is offering you vedic maths pack for 3 months for only 6 rupees.so i accepted that offer but when the pack activated a massage came from tata sky service on my mobile no-[protected].Massage was about the charges of vedic maths pack.they are charging 6 rupees for one single day and for 3 months i will have to pay 524 rupees.On very same day i mailed a complain to company([protected]@tatasky.com) and told them to remove vedic maths pack immediately they called me back but did nothing till today. They are harassing their customer many ways.On 1st september i wrote a mail to company([protected]@tatasky.com) to remove fun learning pack as i don't need that.but did nothing till date and still charging for that pack. I want immediate removal of vedic mathas and active fun learn pack from my package. My id is [protected] Service Request number is JTPT8NQ Service Request number is JUGW1AA

    Company is not providing proper service instead of they are cheating their customer. In my case on 28 august 2015 I recieved a call from tata sky customer care number, the customer care executive told me that as i am a five year old customer company has special offer for me.He told me company is offering me vedic maths pack for 3 months for only 6 rupees so I accepted that offer.But when they activated vedic maths pack i recieved a massage from tata sky informing me about the cost of the pack it was 6 rupees for one single day and almost 525 rupees for 3 months.I mailed a complained on same day(28 august 2015) to the company they called me back but they did not do any thing till today. They are not doing these thing only but they harassing their customer many ways.On 1st september I mailed tata sky to remove active fun learn pack from my package but they did not removed it till now.this is not the first time they are doing they have done so many time with me only. I want my vedic maths pack and active fun learn pack be removed immediately. MY id-[protected] Service Request number is JTPT8NQ Service Request number is JUGW1AA

      On 27 August 2015 we did a complaint to Tatasky as signals were not coming to it.A technician came and change one part of dish that is LMB.He charges Rs 270 total for service. But after few hours the problem again occurs We again did a complaint on 29 Aug 2015.The technician came and want to charge for again for LMB. We deny for giving the rupees and he goes without solving the issue.We regularly doing complaint to Tatasky but nobody coming to solve the issue.

        Booked a complain on 29th of August for no signal no one has come so far and today morning received a call from Call center that they are closing my complain vide WO : JS7PZQN as the problem has been solved.           Dear Sir, We have recharge for Rs. 1200 on 1St Sept 2015. So far we have not yet received credit in our account. Alreay submit complaint to company.             Since I purchased tatasky, A very costly & cream product even their services & DVR are worst quality just in one year it's first DVR was stop working I swap it with its charge which one have just 1 month warranty only again stopped working in just 3 months now they asked another money for swapping. ..it's totally hopeless product & service as the level of Tata...shame on you & evenue if I want to purchase a new DVR they ask me to purchase another connection not just DVR I can get its too much yaar

              Subscriber ID : [protected] Amount recharge -300 Amount deducted net banking HDFC not credited in my tatasky account . Called customer care after 30 min - First time the person says its has been recharged bit will take sometime to get credit to your tatasky account . After 45 min i called again - the person says, it has not been recharged .Misleading . Its been an hour, no services yet .

                TataSky ID No : [protected] We registered for the basic package at 1500/- (including cost of setop box & activation) in June. We chose Grandsports package, which is advertised at 250/- a month on their website. But we have been consistently charged Rs.470/- This is the 2nd such issue I have faced with TataSky since instalation. Find below the mail on the first issue, which wasn't solved to our satisfaction at all. "On 04th July afternoon, when I registered, I was promised that the installation will happen between 5 & 6pm. this was confirmed through sms & phone. No body turned up. I called the customer care around 6pm & they said they would escalate the issue. I got a call again confirming my address & that he would install it in a few minutes. No one turned up. On 5th June, I called the callcenter again around 1.30pm, I asked to be patched through to the manager, but Sitaram(very indifferently) cut the call. So I called again, this time the representative put me on hold while he was busy punching the keys. While I kept asking him to patch me to the manager, he very casually kept saying "hold on", while he fought with the keyboard. He then suddenly put me on hold tone & then cut the call. While I type this call i'm on the phone trying to get in touch with these nitwits, been in the queue for the last 10 mins. I am talking to Akanksha now, she is apologetic & says she will transfer me to a senior executive but i have been waiting for over 18mins to no avail. They want me to cut the call, but ill be waiting till the battery dies out on my cordless. The irony is that the recorded voice is saying that "Your call is important to us & we will connect you to our representative".HAHA! Finally after the long wait, one Mr. Rajendran, apparently a senior manager, says this will again be escalated & the job will be done today. Do I trust him? No! Never expected this kind of incompetent, unprofessional & guileless service from TATA group. TATA has hit a new low.

                  I've been facing issue with tataskyr connection since 20.08.2015. Finally getting through the tough I and repeated drop calls, I get connected on 26.08.2015.a technician is send the next day. He replaces the set up box, takes rs 50 from me, with out providing any kind of receipt, nor informs that charges for the set up box would be applied on the tatasky account. The T.V works fine for a day, meanwhile i recharge my account. again the same issue. To my surprise I see the payment made for the recharge gets decuded and I get a message saying I need to pay by 05.09. I call again, a technician is send, and says nothing can be done and that I have to call technician myself. When I call the customer service, I get an abrupt response again. I am still with no service. Not happy with such unprofessional behaviour.

                    I am currently staying in Pune. I was staying in Aundh and i had to shift to my new House in WAKAD. I bought tata sky from dealer in aundh, who took all the money on friday. Booked the Installation for Saturday, no one turned up. Then it was scheduled to Monday - 12:30 to 2:00. No one turned up. But on Sunday i got a call from Tata Sky employee - saying that we can not install tata sky at your location due to local cable union. I have to purchase that Tata sky from my area only. How come i can buy a things in advance in any area if i am unknown to that area. I have paid 1800rs to dealer, now noone is taking responsibility. Call center if i call they are not agreeing upon this situation. How come this big companies bowed down to such local gundas. If you have bowed down, return my money. So i will buy from them.                       I have a connection multi tv from tatasky, with id [protected], i had purchased annual subscription from tatasky. there are four connection now they are saying that i should recharge for one connection on monthly basis and rest three connections are on annual basis, how is it possible as i had paid for annual subscription for all the four tvs as per demand raised by tatasky. i think as per my experience with tatasky cust.care it is worst cust.care in world. they never try to understand customer problem

                        I got call from tata sky executive on 31st july 2015 for giving information about tata sky service, after that call that a*****e deducted balance from my account, i never demanded for tata sky active smart game pack, then after some time i got message that 49 rs has been deducted from my account. I had raised the complaint with id -sr[protected], but these [censored]s said they have verified th e call and they are unable to add balance back in my account. This is my subscription id [protected]. This is very shameful that tata sky has started cheating, fooling common people, this is fraud and unethical way to increase business.

                          DD Bharati is one of my favorite channels, and one of the reasons I subscribe to Tata Sky. But, DD Bharati, India's only channel dedicated to art and culture, has been taken off by Tata Sky from June 13, 2015 till date without any official information. "DD Bharati and some other important Doordarshan channels including DD UP, DD MP, DD Bihar and DD Rajasthan are not being carried by Tata Sky on its network, which amounts to violation of the Government of India rules. As per the Government order, it was obligatory for every DTH operator to carry all Doordarshan channels, irrespective of any bouquets or a-la-carte channels being subscribed by subscribers. The DTH operators shall also place the channels in the respective genre and shall display them in full television screen. But, when I contacted Tata Sky, I was told that DD Bharati has been withdrawn as per the policy of the company and reason behind this withdrawal cannot be shared. This act is not acceptable and Tata Sky should provide DD Bharati to its viewers without any delay.

                                  On 27th July one fellow from Tatasky spoken to me and explained about vedic maths. With out my concern they activated vedic maths and send a message as request considered, and new monthly charges rs 383.later received another message as pack activated. Immediately i send a message to diactivate. Immediately I received another message as sorry we are unable to process. Again I farwarded another message to diactivate.return same message as sorry we are unable to process. Later even though i am having balance up to September 3rd, they stopped my connection.                                     My tata sky id - [protected] I have called Tata sky multiple times and they were not willing to take a request to unsubscribe me from Everywhere TV service. In your web site no option for deactivate this service and this is joke. so please deactivate my tata sky Everywhere TV service.and stop the deduction of admin fee 60 Rs per month.                                       My Tata sky Subscriber name is karan kumar soni having id no is [protected] On 25.08.15 at around 9:50 p.m. I was recharged my account which shows the id on screen [protected] Already I talk with so many Representatives of your service center but i do not got any solution by your end. Currently My T.V.Screen showing the new id [protected] which is again not mine. Your Representative told me that its system fault by your side.They also told me to go to the shop and revert back the recharge but the shopkeeper has no any idea about that, he also spoke with your people but no any solution will be found. I shout the photograph of my T.V.Screen which shows wrong id. photograph attached here with. By this mail I am going to request you to please credit my account with the Rs.1600/- only and co-operate me.Due to your system mistake i already suffering lot. Hoping your positive response.                                         My subscriber id of TATA SKY is [protected] (Bangalore). I have been a subscriber to Tata Sky for over 6 years now, and there has been no problem. The problem started in April 2015, when the signals stopped, and on checking with customer care, I was informed that they are shifting from one satellite to another and hence there will be no signal for about 10 days. I waited, but there was no signal even after three weeks. My subsequent calls to Tata Sky customer care had an automated system, which said that press '1' or some number (which I do not remember now) if my complaint is about 'No Signal', and that there will be a call back and a technician will be sent for rectification. No response after repeated trials and pressing the required number asking for a call back / technician's help. So I decided reluctantly to shift to a local cable operator after being with Tata Sky for so many years. Since I used to always subscribe for annual or semi-annual packages (I had subscribed for the 'South Jumbo'), I continued to get statements from Tata Sky, deducting my monthly subscription from the credit balance even after April. So I called up Tata Sky again and informed them that since I have not been getting any signals and no one came to rectify my problem, why they are still charging me every month, and to refund my balance. I was informed that the subscription is non refundable and I will not get anything back, whatever may be the amount paid in advance. I have not been using Tata Sky for the last 5 months (since April 2015), and I had a balance of over Rs. 1600 at that time. This is the first time I have come across a situation where a Tata Group Company is so UNETHICAL in their business practices. I would still like to reactivate my connection with them, but the company does not seem to be interested even in their LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. IT IS A VERY SAD THING, IF NO ONE IN SUCH A COMPANY IS INTERESTED TO TAKE NOTE OF SUCH GENUINE GRIEVANCES.
