Issue: My Tata Sky connection is down since 21st Aug'15. This is the third time it's down in this year. I called Tata Sky Help line number at around 8:30PM. They informed the service technician will call around 11AM on 22nd Aug. No one called, I called back 5 times during the day and the helpdesk kept promising of a callback. Now its close to 7PM and I still havent received any callback. This is one of the most pathetic customer service. Tata Sky helpline does have empathy towards its customers and just dont bother. They keep following their own script. Tired I am cancelling the service now.

    On dated 19 august i have logged a complain regarding set top box no signal Issue. So they send a technician for it but not found any issue it was found ok. The no signal issue created by tatasky itself and they send a technician to my home to resolved the issue. After visit the technician tatasky deactivated my account and send sms that your 170/= rupees visit charges are pending due to this your tatasky is deactivated now please recharge I called them and ask why you not informed me that it is chargeable visit. they said sorry it’s our mistake But you have to pay. Otherwise your account will deactivate They are deliberately doing this with me Yet they didn’t provide any bill regarding they are service visit charges. How can they do this thing without customer confirmation and why they are cheated the customer deliberately. They are knew that if they don’t provide any information regarding chargeable visit they cannot take charge from customer as well. Please look into this matter

      I have comunicate the tatasky costermer care for new installation. They told me the package with HD tata sky box + dhamal Mix pack + hd chanells for i year subscription for Rs. 4200 a combo pack. When they install the tatasky they ask me to pay the amount of 2150, i ask those person why u people are only need 2150 amount i have to pay 4200 as i had a talk to customer care person. They told me to i have only information to collect 2150 rs you can talk to customer care for more information i said ok. After talk to customer care they said i cannot do anything as your connction is activated with 2150 of amount i can not do anything for you. I said if you can not do anything just disconnect the connection and i want my whole money back, she said ok sir i m disconnecting the service you have got a call from tatasky regarding this. Again i called thecustomer care for my money back they are saying we can not return your money we cant do anything for you sorry. This is what company treat for user i am using tatasky before 5-6 years ago this is my another installation for another location. I am very disapointed i need a resolution please help me. Now I am being asked that my monthly subscription of Rs.240/- is due to be deposited on 28th August, which is incorrect. Pl look into and the correct due date be intimated. Thanks.           This is to report the bad business practices of Tata sky where they are cheating the consumers by selling product's with false services .

          Tata sky introduced the 4K UHD digital satellite box 4 months back and sold it for 6000 rs. I am existing customer of Tata sky ( subscriber id [protected]) asked for the up gradation of the existing HD box to 4K box. But in a month's time they deactivated the services of 4K chanel stating that they do not have content to run the chanel.

          The box is logically working as simple HD box which Tata sky actually upgraded by charging me 6000 with practically no use at present.

          They are now not ready to resume the 4k services nor agreeing to reimburse my money after repeated request.


          I feel being totally cheated by paying for incompetent product of TATA sky.

              CUSTOMER ID- [protected] There was fake information about the product given to to us. And it was also informed that we will receive all channels for Rs.6700 with discount money which is Rs.6300. But this was clearly fake as after turning on the DTH none of the channels were working even after the activation of the DTH, also there no was new cable inserted, as the person directly inserted to the VidoeCon cable it self by Mr.Gopal installation technician ([protected]) has not even informed us about the working of the DTH and has given us the wrong information that the all the channels will work in the DTH. The tata sky customer service was really hopeless as they had informed and promised us before that all channels will work if we pay Rs.6300 except for ten sport, as the channels were not we had contacted the customer service manger Ms. Somya had informed us that we should pay Rs.3500 for the all to work. They have cheated us by taking double the money and even after asking them for the disturbers number they told us that they have no relation with the distributor. As this is totally brutal. If the problem is not solved then we will inform the media about his and Tata Sky company is going to face only shame outside.

                My tata sky id is [protected] .my annual pack is Rs.365 . Now i got the sms in my regd mobile no. that the said monthly charge is changed to Rs.424 which is illegal.I have not add the Active pack, i.e. active cooking monthly Rs.59/-. I want to delete this active cooking .My monthly charge will be Rs.365/- as before.

                    My Subscriber ID : [protected]. I have tried to contact all possible way and resolve my issue but every thing is in vain. The screen of TV is showing the pop up that Set Top Box is not receiving Signal. Yesterday when i had a detailed conversation with call center floor manager on my charges as call are chargeable at there call center is routed to USA i think. He is saying to send a technician for signal issue i have to pay a amount of 170.. which is a funny surprise to me as the disc belongs to them the set top box belong sto them. and to check the isuue with there hardware i have to pay the charges. I feel its a scam what this tatasky is running. they intentionally stop the signal and after collection the charges they again restore the signal. I cannot imagine the currency they are making out of this I make myself very clear that if they want to resolve they have to come and resole what ever there instrument issue otherwise i may go to some other operator. I will not pay charges for there mistakes and signal issue or hardware issue. and i will take this to highest authority. Regards Sandeep Das

                        On 3 / 8 / 15 i had recharged rs3240 / - on id [protected] after receiving sms on my mobile [protected].
                        Till today, 18 / 3 / 15, the tata sky service has not been restored. Tv shows - please recharge.
                        In spite o[censored]mpteen complaints to your helpline & sms to 56633 the problem remains unresolved. Your helpline personnel only give false hope with different solutions.
                        It is a shame that such a reputable company has so poor customer support service personnel,

                          From last 3 months i am telling them not to msg me about payment but in a week they 3 times do msg & same times they do mail, msg in tv set & on last day from morning itself a payment reminder with threatening of disconnection appears on tv set same i have complained atleast100 times but every time i receive call from nodal officer telling this is our routine & nothing can be done even i told them why aren't you giving reply in written ? other i have to take a refund of rs 330-00 from them as i have transferred a dish from 1 place to another in the month of march-15 & for this i have paid them rs 400-00, in may month my tv was not working for which i complained them so many times if require all details will be provided but no one came & ( they deducted170-00 for reconnection which afterwards they cr to my a/c) so i have to call outsided person for repairing to whom i paid rs 250-00 as he was knowing that company is taking 170 rs & time limit of repairing is unlimited, as accoding to me we are paying for to watch tv connection chgs already been paid then why i have to bear if dish is not working, 2 days tv was closed 30 rs for this & they are keeping phone lines chargeble on calling they kept me too much time on hold all the time details can be provided if require same every time in msg i have been mentioning them for this also so 50-00 rs for this. all with details i have msg them but nothing have improved. hope complaing to you can change something. thanks.                               My STB is having problem since 6th of August 2015, STB is replaced 3 times in last 10 days but still I am facing problem.
                              It was swapped today morning also but after one hour the replaced STB is not working.

                              The quality of replaced STB is very poor their paint / finishing is very poor.

                              I also doubt on technical capability of your field engineer.

                              We are now fed up with support that we are getting with TATA SKY team, and no one is helping us.

                                I have been complaining about my set top box since last month no help was given to me since a month. but once the guy came at my place after a month he was so casual putting his hand in his pocket staring my tv for 15 mins den says"ha hojaega kaam hojaega aata hu mai 10 min mai" den never returns and morever dey even charged me with rs170 without any service and even my money is geting reducted day by day and i even not geting to see tv.tatasky should feel ashmed that they reducting money from my id.my name M.N.shettty..id no.[protected].mobile no.[protected]...i want help thank u

                                  Dear Sir, I am using tatasky for the last 5 years. In first two years there services were very good but from the last three years there services level had been dropped considerably and now they become very greedy and Quality of setup box provided by them are very poor as they regularly becomes faulty as soon as there warranty period expires and cost of replacing the device is very high I.e 170 RS VISIT CHARGES AND 350 RS BOX REPLACEMENT CHARGES AND THE BOX THEY HAD REPLACED GIVES ONLY ONE MONTH WARRANTY. IN THE LAST TWO YEARS I HAD CHANGED MY SETUP BOX TWICE OR THRICE AND SUFFERED THOSE HIGH CHARGES. My tatasky id is [protected] and My contact no is [protected]

                                    Today one person came from local tatasky service station.He squeezed money responded dishonestly behaved rudely .please take acion against them.and very delayed response from the service desk.as i have paid annual subscription nearly 9000rs connection will be until 2016 january.we have left with no option.we will terminate our tatasky dth services in 2016 january.very miserrable experiances. my tatasky id no_[protected]

                                      Sir, It is kindly to submit that today morning at 10.40 am I have been received a call from the company representative and even my denying they active the pack which I donot required. First he told me that you are our valuable customer since last 6 years we are giving u a fun learn active pack. And the guy who is speaking too speedy and did not give chance even to tell any thing. Each time he told "THIK HAI SIR" so many times and in that reply I said only "HUNNN". I told him that I could not listen you as you are too speedy. After putting the call a message has been received on my mobile that your pack has been activated. Then after I called the tata sky custormer care i.e on[protected] on that they put me on waiting till 24 minutes and 32 seconds first they told wait for 2 minutes, then 4 minutes, 6 minutes and 10 minutes. My INR 48 balance has been deducted from my mobile. Sir it is my humble request to book my complaint against the company and if in future this type of complaint received and proved. The company should be fine for mental harassment and for the valuable time of the customer. The company is recording the call. They might record my call. I record the call on my mobile which I have been made to them.

                                        My subscriber ID :[protected] I am sorry to say ur service is really bad. U don't have an al-a-carte kind of packs.. Customers hv to watch what u provide?? Is this the way?? Does ur so called toll free no work?? I don't think so.. But ur other paid service call no.s work.. How is this possible.. When u r charging more from people than the local cable providers.. At least provide with a good customer care facility.. The website u maintain is an utter waste..is there an option there to activate packs, or deactivate packs.. No.is there an option at least to change The RMN.. No What kind of a service is this? With due precaution u can provide all these services in ur website.. But u people r so greedy u don't want to lose the calls (paid). I really regret choosing ur set top box on the first place..thank u so much for ur bad service
