My ID no. [protected] . I recharge annual mix dhamal pack on 19.2.2015 with rs 2580 .Two three days back one massage appear in my TV Screen that due date is 22.8.2015. I received a massage that your request to add a music package 5/ per day is accepted'. I have not requested for music . PLEASE do not add any package.I want to continue mix dhamal pack only and due date is 22.2.2016 .Please correct it...

My STB is having problem since 6th of August 2015, STB is replaced 3 times in last 10 days but still I am facing problem.
It was swapped today morning also but after one hour the replaced STB is not working.

The quality of replaced STB is very poor their paint / finishing is very poor.

I also doubt on technical capability of your field engineer.

We are now fed up with support that we are...

I have been complaining about my set top box since last month no help was given to me since a month. but once the guy came at my place after a month he was so casual putting his hand in his pocket staring my tv for 15 mins den says"ha hojaega kaam hojaega aata hu mai 10 min mai" den never returns and morever dey even charged me with rs170 without any service and even my money is geting reducted day by day and i even not geting to see tv.tatasky...

Dear Sir, I am using tatasky for the last 5 years. In first two years there services were very good but from the last three years there services level had been dropped considerably and now they become very greedy and Quality of setup box provided by them are very poor as they regularly becomes faulty as soon as there warranty period expires and cost of replacing the device is very high I.e 170 RS VISIT CHARGES AND 350 RS BOX REPLACEMENT...

Hi, I am facing problem with tatasky more than 4 months. I called so many to customer care to change my setup box as tata sky is upgrading on MPEG tech. But still my box had not been changed. So I am unable to watch all the channel and I am still paying for the same. Hi on 24th july the tata sky installation person did relocation at my place by putting up the dish antenna. this was charged at rs 200 which i agreed to.
