Hi, I am facing problem with tatasky more than 4 months. I called so many to customer care to change my setup box as tata sky is upgrading on MPEG tech. But still my box had not been changed. So I am unable to watch all the channel and I am still paying for the same. I don't you to whom I need to contact to sought out my problem . it's ridiculous that that customer care don't have any satisfactory answer.. Pls do the needfull.     “I have a tatasky DTH ID No.[protected] .After number of complaints to tata sky ( JB8HANO, J6H5LIE etc.) informing that I had not been able to view tatasky for number of weeks my defective set top box was changed with a repaired set top box on 30/7/15 by one illiterate Tatasky engineer Ashish upadhyay(from authorized tatasky agent Riyya Enterprise). This set top box too stopped functioning in two weeks, even though I watch TV only for about 1 hour.
    On new complaint JLPKHPC Ashish upadhyay again installed another set-top box today, which too is defective. which switches on & off after multiple operations instead of one operation. Even connecting pin from fine adapter has to be repeatedly inserted to the faulty set-top box to make it work. On seeing this upadhyay was himself saying “ I don’t know for how many days it will work” and he insisted on me to buy a new HD set-top box from him for receiving non HD Tatasky services.
    Upadhyay always brings very defective set top boxes. There is no check on him or his employer “Riyaa enterprises”. Updhyay always has heap of work orders sheets in his hand, about twenty at a time when he comes to my house at 6.30 pm. It appears that during the day he collects many faulty set-top boxes from other customers’ houses and installs one of them, which is less faulty and somewhat in temporary working condition to the house of customer like me and easily picks pocket of Rs 500/-. Such set-top box work for few days to the harassment of customer and then again he is ready for another booty. I always write down faults of his service and instruments on his order sheet, but no tatasky officer ever reads them. Tatasky people have unauthorizedly stolen hundreds of Rupees from me in the last 6 months without providing services for weeks every month.
    For this defective set top box Rs. 500/- have been debited today from my account, when tatasky senior executive had assured me on phone no charges will be deducted. . Tata sky people are so shame less that they have deducted hundreds of rupees from my account without providing services for weeks. I should not have been charged any amount for third class service.
    In todays News papers headline C & AG has inducted Tata Power Discom for fleecing public of hundred of crores at Delhi. This is what once a reputed company TATA SONS have become today.

    In this way TATA SKY will be forcing me to go to THE CONSUMER FORUM for compensation for harassment being given to me, especially when I am regularly paying monthly charges. I will also disrepute them of their misdeeds on all international and national consumer forums.”

      Dear Sir, My Tata sky set top box HD+, which is in warranty period, is not switching on I registered a complaint with Tata sky and they took away the set top box to be replaced but they say they dot have spare set top box .         I have been using Tatasky since more than 6 year now... My ID No. [protected] Since the month of JAN-15, I am getting "No Signal"problem Monthly basis. I have complained several times but the problem is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended by our technician. and every time they demand 300 Rs. for visit. So, every month we spend 300 Rs. for continue Signal... Kindly do the needful.

                Tata sky mechanic executive came and do not done any thing and charged Rs. 200/- cash. And said that he will change the digicomp device box by next day and that is Friday 14th August 2015. Since it was 5 days gone no one came and changed the device. And when I called the CCE they were replying, will get a call from a representative, but still no one called and my money is also wasted and I am not able to see my tv channels. The mechanic executive's name is Dipankar. Please take a legal action against TATA SKY.

                  Hi on 24th july the tata sky installation person did relocation at my place by putting up the dish antenna. this was charged at rs 200 which i agreed to. But fraudulently tata sky also charged me rs 170 more as service charges for a digicard which i purchased from tatasky dealer. The digicard actual cost is Rs 225 and if it is installed by engineer only then tatasky can charge a service visit charge. But i did not agree to service visit as i can insert the digicard simply by myself and no external help is required for the same. Therefore i would be responsible for paying only for the digicard. My Subscriber ID : [protected]. I have spoken numerous times to customer service but they all refused help. This is just case of false charges without providing any service

                    Since 1 and half month I m not able to see the TV because of bad signal. I did call to customer care for many times but they didn't send the technician to solve my problem. I m getting fustrated now because I m not able to see the TV even after doing the recharge of RS 450. Also my recharge is deducted and now it's showing that the balance in my account is zero. So plz look into it and solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my recharge amount on my account.

                    My subscriber id of TATA SKY is [protected] (Bangalore). I have been a subscriber to Tata Sky for over 6 years now, and there has been no problem. The problem started in April 2015, when the signals stopped, and on checking with customer care, I was informed that they are shifting from one satellite to another and hence there will be no signal for about 10 days. I waited and waited, but there was no signal even after three weeks.

                    My subsequent calls to Tata Sky customer care had an automated system, which said that press '1' or some number (which I do not remember now) if my complaint is about 'No Signal', and that there will be a call back and a technician will be sent for rectification. No response after repeated trials and pressing the required number asking for a call back / technician's help.

                    So I decided reluctantly to shift to a local cable operator after being with Tata Sky for so many years. Since I used to always subscribe for annual or semi-annual packages (I had subscribed for the 'South Jumbo'), I continued to get statements from Tata Sky, deducting my monthly subscription from the credit balance even after April. So I called up Tata Sky again and informed them that since I have not been getting any signals and no one came to rectify my problem, why they are still charging me every month, and to refund my balance. I was informed that the subscription is non refundable and I will not get anything back, whatever may be the amount paid in advance. I have not been using Tata Sky for the last 5 months (since April 2015), and I had a balance of over Rs. 1600 at that time.

                    This is the first time I have come across a situation where a Tata Group Company is so UNETHICAL in their business practices. I would still like to reactivate my connection with them, but the company does not seem to be interested even in their LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. Is there no forum to take note of such injustices being meted out to individual customers in this country? IT IS A VERY SAD THING, IF NO ONE IN SUCH A COMPANY IS INTERESTED TO TAKE NOTE OF SUCH GENUINE GRIEVANCES.

                      My tata sky a/c no. is [protected]. this company service is very poor. Every month complain register by me but no response from there. A complain was registered at 16 august 2015 complain no. is JLU85BE . Customer care confirms that it wiil be solved at 15.30 & 4.10 but no response from there i tryed another time they say please wait somebody come at sight but no one come. Today 17/08/215 i received a call from customer care they told us it visited at 11 am. after that an another call confirm us it visited about 3 & 3.40 but no body come from there till time . my money is wasted because they take the charge against days my sunday totaly waste . it is not good. there customer care representative every time says what is the problem they are mocking.

                        I have already complained for above matter three times to Tata Sky customer care executive before two months.They told me to close this but til today my connection is charged. i Want to use only two connection and close one connection.Tata sky customer care executive don't give proper response and hold our phone more than half an hour so many times. I have already registered them my connection with Digicom number which i want to close. How can the charge for two months. See my account and inquire about your irresponsible executives to attend me. If with immediate effect from first close complain they don't credit my balance in my account, i have to go in media and news paper and Grievance of Telecom Ministry. So, Please Close My Connection of Tata sky of Digicom number which i mention in my complain to Tata Sky Customer Care Executive.This Is Sixth Reminder.

                          Subscriber No. [protected] I took one multiTV connection from Tatasky DTH in March'15. As per information from customer care executive I paid Rs.2200 for 12 months subscription. Suddenly on 14.07.15 my connection was deactivated on the ground that i do not have sufficient balance. As per information from the customer care again, Rs230 was deposited on the assurance that annual subscription from march '15 to march '16 will stay active and it is just a fee to keep a minimum balance in the account. Then again on 14.08.2015, they deactivated my multiTV connection on the ground of having zero balance. Then on enquiring with the customer care, we were informed to our surprise that there was no annual subscription active in the account. The annual subscription had been over in July before the last incident. Also they informed us that the Rs 2200 we paid before was not deducted for annual fee, only Rs 807 was deducted for fee till July and the rest was deucted for HD services they activated WITHOUT our request. Then a complaint was lodged with them in their customer care with the hope for some resolution. They called next day with the resolution that i will have to subscribe to annual multiTV subscription now to continue viewing TV. They are sorry for the misinformation their executives provided. But we are not supposed to suffer if a customer care executive gives wrong information and tells us to recharge wrong amounts for my TV. If only Rs 807 was supposed to be charged for subscription from March '15 to July '15 then we should have been instructed to recharge Rs 807, not Rs 2200. We hope to find a resolution so that we get the 1 year subscription we had been informed we would get on payment of Rs 2200. We refuse to pay any extra amount in this period.                             I have the following Tata sky boxes to view TV channels : Standard [protected] [protected] Primary Active Standard [protected] [protected] Secondary Active Standard [protected] [protected] Secondary Inactive HDPVR [protected] [protected] Secondary Active The HD box is within the period of warranty. It does not receive signals for days when it rains. Earlier, signal used to be disturbed during rain only for a few minutes. Gradually it became days. Every technician who visits has a different tale to tell of why signal does not come. For the past few months, the HD box works at will. Sometimes it gets signal, sometimes it doesn't. The visiting technicians said the box is faulty. It needs to be replaced. But not till they have first checked A, B, C or D. After all these checks, when the box still did not work, I insisted that the box be replaced. Box is still within warranty. Now, every time the technician comes, he brings along some other repaired old box. These boxes too don't work - obviously. They are somebody else's rejections - repaired. That is not the meaning of warranty replacements. We suffer. Tata couldn't care less.

                              My ID no. Is [protected] .I have recharged of Rs .240 for general pack excluding HD channels on 24 July but inspite of informing 3 to 4 times HD channels are still going on. When I contacted to customer care service they replied that on my account HD channels are deactivated but on my account it is still activated and due date is coming as 13 Aug but actually it should be 23 Aug instead of 13 Aug.Again I recharged of Rs. 300 on 14 Aug for normal pack and again HD channels are coming. I am not satisfied with your service at all.I have to bear financial lose every time. If my problem will not be resolved then it makes me compel to disconnect the connection.

                                Yesterday when i was on the tv, using tata sky remote i found it was not working. i was thought batteries of remote becomes weak. so i changed batteries. but still not working. so i didn't understand either set top box or remote is not working. please immediately consider my complain and take action and resolve my problem. thanks and regards.

                                  Sir, i have recently installed one tatasky DTH HD connection bearing subscription no. [protected] and for this i paid Rs1900/- to the dealer, at the time of making payment the dealer assured that a boy will come to install the DTH and he will hand over the bill receipts to me. but to my dismay the boy did not provide me the bill receipts. moreover the installation boy took Rs.100/- from me on the pretext that extra wire has been used to install the connection so he is taking the charges for extra wires receipts for the same were also not issue to me. Sir, at the time of booking i was told that Rs.1900/- includes one month subscription charges and free HD channels as complimentary. but the company has started threatening me to disconnect the connection if i dont recharge my account by 14.08.2015. i would like to mention that i had booked my connections on 30.07.2015 and the company is adoption unethical trade practice by not issuing receipts for my payments and forcing me to recharge my account as the balance in the said account is low. i am making the payment in protest and lodging this complaint to take strict action against unethical and unfair trade practice adopted by the this company.                                     I am using Tata Sky DTH service from the last 1 yr and from the last 4 months i am suffering from the problem in my signal and the connection. In each and every month the Installer visit to my home and resolve the problem and i have pay his service charge all the time. Now from last 4 Days again i face a same problem and try to contact the Customer Care but no one take it as serious and i am not getting any beneficial and proper result from there. Talk to Mr. Shahbad (Employee Id : 100133) but he always pressure me for the charges. Sir/Mam why should i pay a charge for that if they are not providing me a beneficial and permanent solution. Kindly do something i am really irritating from the service of Tata Sky

                                      My tatasky id is [protected] its in the name of k. G. Chaturvedi. Despite paying full payment of rs 240 per month i can view only 6 channels. Tata sky offered free replacement of existing setup box with hd setup box. Ireceived a message on my mobile no [protected] on 3. 8. 2015 that tatasky wo jel1k6q has been completed, whereas no replacemet of setup box has been made. Local tatasky office while enquiring intimated that we are not having setup boxes, why they have given fake message, kindly intervene and solve my problem, take action against fake messangers

                                        We have taken your HD+ services in the view that we would have seamless experience! However few days back the digicomp stop functioning and on July 30 had made the complaint. On July 31st the engineer visited my place and had offered me a replaced digicomp. On being questioned if the dicomp was new or not I found out it was used or repaired one and not fresh. I spoke to your customer care services for the same with all senior associates for which they commited to call back within 2 hours on 31st itself. However no call came. I accepted the replaced one on 3rd Aug from then till now no services from them, no broadcast tatasky says they will charge me money, for what?
