Maine tata sky remote purchase kiya tha. Company ne do baar mere account se paise kat liye. magar abhi tak refund nahi kiye. Care center wale har roj keh dete hai k jalad vapis ho jayenge magar abhi tak nahi huye. My Subscriber ID is [protected]. Last 2 months se preshan kar rahe hai. Kabhi kuch problem to kabhi kuch.

    I have been facing serious issues with the network of Tata Sky for past 1 month.
    We have no signal due to some wiring problem and everyday I call the customer care to complain, they send some unknown technician who rectifies the problem at night by morning we don't have TV services again. this is been happening since July 2015.

    The technician also does not take our consent and closes our complaints without our acknowledgement.

    Even the customer service representatives are very rude on calls and refuse to understand any of the situation. Now our recharge is due but we do not want to pay till our services are resumed and problem sorted by Tata Sky.

          Sir, Without my consent it seems that active cooking package has been included with my existing monthly pack. So I do not like subcribe to active cooking package.             I have two HD connections for which have paid subscription fees in advance. I have now lost count on how many times the tata sky connection has troubled me and i have called on the helpline number. Despite the weather being clear, I am unable to view the services for a prolonged period. I thereby request that the balance amount be refunded at the earliest as I would be very happy to move back to Local Cable service provider.

              This is to let you all know that after placing a disconnection due to POOR service / Call centre agents skill my account is getting deducted everyday basis in TATA SKY. The channels I placed order hardly viewable and after placing a complain to rectify it, I was surprised to know that my address is completely wrong in the system. However the funny thing is in that wrong address engineer visited few months back. So please recruit some good call centre who know basic spelling. No response from NODAL officer. Good bye TATASky, never expected this kind of service in TATA Product. Subscriber ID : [protected]

              Tatasky Nodal office contacted me. They sent engineer and fixed the issue. This was a repeated issue and after dropping mail to Nodal office they has taken care the issue. Thanks.

                Hi my id is [protected] i have India cricket channel in my subscription for which tata sky is charging my A/c .BUT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE SERVICE FOR THAT channel.when i called their helpline they refused to talk to me as they just disconnected the phone could you please help me to sue the channel.

                  I have requested for dish to be installed due to relocation, on 21st July 2015 I was charged 200/- for which the technical person never visited my home. I had raised complaint with them continuously yet no resolution. Complaint numbers are JE9CXUT & JJO7C8K. Tata Sky assured me now for 24 hours callback to resolve.

                      For the last 3-4 days, my set top box has not been receiving any signals. After complaining on 09.08.2015, call centre executives told me about scheduling the visit of technician at my home as per my convenience. Next day on 10.08.2015, I received a call from tata sky executive asking me the time of visit at my home. I told them to have visit after 7 PM at my home. The executive agreed and confirmed me for visit after 7 PM. Immediately on 10.09.AM, I got an SMS from tata sky informing visit time between 14.00 to 14.40. I was surprised as to what communication these people are having with the customers. I waited for the technician's visit at my home at 7 PM as scheduled telephonically, but no person came. Again I called tata sky help line where the executive told me that my complaint order was already cancelled due to non availability between 14.00 to 14.40 (as conveyed through message that time) and suggested me to register one more request with them. Then, I got angry and told him to put me online with his senior executive. He transferred the call to his senior and his senior told me that now technician visit has been re scheduled on 8 PM and requested me to remain at my home at 8 PM. Again, I waited at my home, but nobody came at my home. I felt cheated by these people. Kindly take appropriate action against Tata Sky and inform me at my e mail ID- [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no. [protected]

                      I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

                        Hi there, I am the current Tata Sky Subscriber with ID [protected], Shivaji Nagar Pune, as I mentioned in my previous complaint : My set-top box restart randomly.I am facing this problem since last 5 months.months. Tata Sky technicians visit every time, do some trial and error, charged me, but the problem didn’t resolve. They cheated me with the following charges: 1)First service = 170.00 (Said signal gain is poor, I modified it, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 2)Change my Original Set-top Box = 350.00 (Said set-top box is the problem, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 3)Another Visit = 170.00 (Said software up gradation is the issue, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 4)Change the card of New Set-top Box = 300.00 (Said card change will solve the problem, But DIDN’t solve the issue) 5)Irregular service since last 5 months (365*5) = 1825.00 (Could not watch a single episode of any program without interruption) 6)Customer care Calling charges = 200.00 TOTAL = 3015.00 (Unlimited suffering ) I want to end up with their service but before that I want to get my money back.                           Hi this is sudhir, mob[protected], customer id [protected]. I have got the new conmection three days back and recharged and paid exta money also to fix issue but after technition went within 1 hrs connection gone. Right from there i started calling him and its 4 days about to go but still not resolved.Th This is totally loss for me and quality of cutomer service is really bad. Request you to resolve asap otherwise return my money back and take ur conection back.

                            Tata Sky, Customer ID[protected] F-4, South City - 1, Gurgaon Connection Card No.[protected] B[protected] Above connection is not working at all. The problems persists for the last two months. Complaints have been made various times to our local co-ordinator Mr. Anil Kashyap and Mr. Satya - Technician but they were not able to set right the connection. Your site does not mention any grievance/complaints resolution links. You are requested through this form to attend the complaint.                               I called the Tata Sky Customer Care Service Number to Change the location of my Set Top Box From 1 room to another room On 07/08/2015 . and was promised within 24hours the complaint will be attended and solved . So on 08/08/2015 i get a call from the tata sky executive telling me he will come around 4:30 pm and will change the location of the set top box, but he did not turn up . On 09/08/2015 he called again and said due to rain he was not able to come, so will come around 5:00 pm today but again he did not turn up . And today on 10/08/2015 i get a call from this guy Sahil from tata sky and i ask him what is it with you guys, for 2 days you have been calling and telling me you will come around 4-5 but do not turn up, what is the matter and the reply i get is and i Quote " band kara do agar sabar nahi hain, hum toh apni marzi se aayege . karana hain toh karao ." and he cut the call . I was shocked to here this from an executive of such a reputed company . Is No one overseeing the operations that now executives have started misbehaving with customers. Please solve my problem and Need a response to my Complaint . Phone - [protected]

                                We have made complain of not getting signal on 31st july 2015 and nobody is attending that complain - every day we are told it would be done within 24 hours and nothing is being done except sweet talking by them.                                   Charges for visit, charges of a New Adaptor debit in my account. A Rs.400/- recharged amount removed from my account. so there is disconnect connectivity by the channel. Not response by customer care side. always lisen the problem and cut the phone without give any solution. from 3 days, I made many calls to Customer care. But not till now any solution comes out. Government should be comes portbility scheme as per mobile.

                                      Sir, I unable watch any channel for more a minute because it is strucking simultaneously. I have given complaint to customer care & one executive came to my home and he advice change the dish as it is very old as per his advice I have change and paid Rs 850/-. after one 2 days same problem started.                                         Our customer id is [protected].there were some issues in our network and so we called technician from your side, but suddenly prior to that the network got started and we cancelled the appointment of your technician.but still I can see the balance is deducted of rs.170/- and also they have started the package without our approval and they claim that we will look into the matter and resolve it within 24 hours and 4 days have been passed and still i have not got my dues back.i have contacted to mrs shilpa arbaz pathan(their customer care assisstants)but in vain We request you to look at the same and do the needful as soon as possible
