Non-function of TataSky

Tata Sky, Customer ID[protected] F-4, South City - 1, Gurgaon Connection Card No.[protected] B[protected] Above connection is not working at all. The problems persists for the last two months. Complaints have been made various times to our local co-ordinator Mr. Anil Kashyap and Mr. Satya - Technician but they were not able to set right the connection. Your site does not mention any grievance/complaints resolution links....

Regarding Misbehaviour and Unresponsive

I called the Tata Sky Customer Care Service Number to Change the location of my Set Top Box From 1 room to another room On 07/08/2015 . and was promised within 24hours the complaint will be attended and solved . So on 08/08/2015 i get a call from the tata sky executive telling me he will come around 4:30 pm and will change the location of the set top box, but he did not turn up . Not able to view since last 10 days

We have made complain of not getting signal on 31st july 2015 and nobody is attending that complain - every day we are told it would be done within 24 hours and nothing is being done except sweet talking by them. Charges for visit, charges of a New Adaptor debit in my account. A Rs.400/- recharged amount removed from my account. so there is disconnect connectivity by the channel. Not response by customer care side. always lisen the problem and cut the phone without give any solution. from 3 days, I made many calls to Customer care. But not till now any solution comes out. Non-receipt of signals for a very long time

Struking of channels

Wrong Commitment / No any solution

Hello, This Side Damini Parmar (Frustrated Customer) I have applied for tata sky connection on 03-Aug-2015 Subscriber ID [protected] and they committed that i got all channels within 430INR with HD channels (NO CHARGES FOR HD CHANNELS). Pathetic customer service

I have 2 TVs and 2 set top boxes, in a multi-TV setup. This is a new connection that I purchased in April 2015 and the new set top box is under warranty. My new set top box stopped working on 2-Aug-15 while the other multi-TV HD box was working perfectly fine. I lodged a complaint about this on 3-Aug-15 to customer care clearly explaining the problem was with the new set top box under warranty. A service engineer came in but did nothing...

Very bad signal and poor service

Service related they are cheated me 3 times

Improper deduction of yearly subscription

Deducted my money for hidden charge

I took new coonection of tatasky, thay told us for online 1500, u wiull get free instalation and free for 1 month. and u ll pay online thaen same day installion will be done. when i paid, intalation was not done same day, after 1 month when i recharged for monthly . 220, thae deducted my money and cut the service. when i complained thaey told during instalition wire was used for that we are taking 200.which i was no informed during installtion....
