On getting a repeated call and TV reminders I recharged my a/c [protected] with an amt of 3800 on 21st july 2015 at 16 hrs for annual supreme sports kids pack renewal worth 3740. I recharged extra with an intention to use it if read for showcase, kids demand etc.there already was some balance in my account. At 1655 hrs request completed monthly had access fees 125 .current balance 3796.88 due date 25th Mar 2016. ...This was not at all requested...

I have been called many a times by customer care. So, i thought it would be good to receive the call. Then the customer care executive told me that "active music -channel 650" is there and said to me that no charges will be deducted for 1 month and then again they will make final confirmation and the charges will be valid thereafter. Change of tata sky package without seeking permission of custmer

My Sub ID is [protected] for Tata sky . I have taken Mix Dhamal package but after 26 July 2015, tata sky has been changed the package. Even though registered complaint with Tata Sky and keep calling on customer care at Jaipur of Tata sky, problem has not been resolved yet. Top of that Tata Sky customer executive make fun of customers and aggravate the problem instead of solving it. Kindly regularize the Mix Dhamal package....

No Signal and making fun of customers

Even though registered complaint with Tata Sky and keep calling on customer care of Tata sky, problem has not been resolved yet. TV screen shows Payment reminder frequently.

Call Disconnect by Call center agent

The Call center agent was not able to listen me and talking about out of the subject. when i request him to transfer the line to team leader, he said ok..after 1 min call disconnected. Misuse of our money

They Don't have to do this TATASKY activated the pack from 3 months and charges of this pack was Rs. 180 per mon when i ask them to Deactivate this pack they sad this was locked for there more months what the hell. we dont even know about this channel. Details as follows:- No sevice period due to up-gradation I made complaint on 3.4.2015 for no service of Tata sky. Then my complaint was rectified on 23.4.15 only by the technician sent by the Tata sky. Hence, no service period must be treated for 20 days. Zero response with customer care

Tata Sky customer care, , Makes me conclude today not only to cease my Tata Sky account but also abolish my belief in Tata products 4 months back I had noticed some extra add on packs getting activated without our approval. Since then I had been struggling with this company to remove my add on packs.this job should not have taken more then 5 mins but let me tell you all what I have experienced.
