    Hello, This Side Damini Parmar (Frustrated Customer) I have applied for tata sky connection on 03-Aug-2015 Subscriber ID [protected] and they committed that i got all channels within 430INR with HD channels (NO CHARGES FOR HD CHANNELS). Suddenly they changed their plans 430INR to 470 INR with HD channels 125 INR monthly. Also i have applied for refund (COMPLAINT ID JFLCIUB FROM MS PREETI) still no call from Tata sky. Everyday i am calling them regarding my connection but no help. TOTALLY HELP LESS. PLEASE HELP ME.

      I have 2 TVs and 2 set top boxes, in a multi-TV setup. This is a new connection that I purchased in April 2015 and the new set top box is under warranty. My new set top box stopped working on 2-Aug-15 while the other multi-TV HD box was working perfectly fine. I lodged a complaint about this on 3-Aug-15 to customer care clearly explaining the problem was with the new set top box under warranty. A service engineer came in but did nothing since the connection started working on it's own. He did NOT even open his bag. However, service charges of Rs. 170 were deducted from my account for false claims by the technician that he fixed something. I have been chatting and calling their customer service ever since and was finally assured a callback which came a whole 3 days later on 6-Aug-15. The callback ensued a technician call twice and I explained it three times today itself. The call center callback engineer then called to inform the case will be closed since their technician has confirmed he fixed something on the dish TV and not set top box, which is a BIG LIE. The technician never did anything on the Dish given its on a locked terrace which he has no access to without our permission. Second, the moment he visited, the set top box had already started working which means he had no reason to access the dish. This has been my worst experience in 4 years with tata sky customer service. It has also bought to light integrity issues of their technicians who are trying to make smart money without even opening their tool bags. The end result is my multi-TV is not functional for last 4 days due to lack of balance which I had duly charged but have been robbed of the balance (Rs. 170) which their technicians have incorrectly deducted. This is beyond the pain of a careless customer service executive and technical team who is interested in gulping down false charges only and have not shown a hint of resolving my problem at all. I would appreciate if this gets true, honest and immediate resolution from a brand like Tata

        We have a tata sky setup box. The box doesnt receive proper signal. Every 15 days it stops working. The person comes does some temporary thing and starts it. This issue has been going on since months. Inspite if several calls to them no permanent solution yet.

          From last two i am feeling suffocation regarding response to customer complaint.last year while we ask for advantage of once in a year holiday leave for tata-sky service, there response were not suitable to the level of TATA . This year once again without charging on due date i went for holiday, my Tata - sky connection was not disconnected and while i return after fifteen days i was still on .while they connected me i told them the story but every time they insist me on recharge without agree about their behaviour.

            We are unable to view channel of my Tata Sky set top box it is there fault and we had paid twice for that in a week and after 2 months we are unable to view channel I personally did complaints 4 times 2 times in service center o[censored]jjain as well but problems are still continue. Please give me Justice thanks

              D/SIR I want to bring in your kind information that I recharge my multi tv tata sky connection N [protected] (omprakash) I got information by the offer department that you recharge for Rs 1500/- for HD year access charge and Rs 1300/_for multi Tv for the whole year from April 2015 to .April 2016. While it was consumed on daily basis and the whole amount was consumed till 5th August 2015 without intimation.It is my humble request to rectify the problem . I also inform that I recharge in July 2015 of Rs 500/-. So please do the nedful as earliest. Otherwise I will go for legal prosecution as early Thankingyou Ragrds (OMPRAKASH)

                I processed payment of Rs.680 for my Tata sky connection to my TV set for two months rent from my ICICI Bank Credit Card but they refused to send the receipt.There was no fault in payment process.

                I have processed many such payment successfully even two today but they assgined no any reason for not accepting payment.

                  I had logged a complain that my tata skyis not working properly and i had ask tht resently i had upgrade your old system to new HD service set top box. And they had told me that u wont have to paid and visit charged as because it is in a warranty period.They had send technician at my home. On 6 august i saw that my account is deactivated because of low money. I had call up on helpline number and ask to this i am facing this problem, They reply to me get activate till evening but i wont get started yet. Again in evening i call up and ask to activate and they replyed me to activate in 15 mins. But right now its 9 pm and still i m facing the problem. I am feeling too helpless that m using this service.

                    I took new coonection of tatasky, thay told us for online 1500, u wiull get free instalation and free for 1 month. and u ll pay online thaen same day installion will be done. when i paid, intalation was not done same day, after 1 month when i recharged for monthly . 220, thae deducted my money and cut the service. when i complained thaey told during instalition wire was used for that we are taking 200.which i was no informed during installtion. and when complained they are not responding.

                      I had upgraded from SD to HD Box on 24th July 2015 and ever since the audio is faulty. The engineer suggested to relocate the dish within the same premise for which a request was made on the helpline number by me. Next day, another engineer visited and said there is no need to shift the dish as the signal was perfect. Yet, I was charged for the same and despite repeated complaints no one is looking into the matter. My connection has been disconnected due to insufficient funds into the account despite being assured that the amount will be refunded. Name of Service Center: Balaji Enterprise (owned by Mr. Pramod)

                        On[protected], I paid one year's subscription of Rs.2550 through on-line system of my bank SBI but still an UNJUST (because the due date is[protected], I received REMINDERS through sms(s)& emails - "Your Tata Sky payment of Rs.289 is due on Friday, 07TH Aug. Please recharge to avoid deactivation of your services."

                        I have also gathered that the deduction from my deposit of Rs. 2550 has been done on daily basis with inclusion pf Rs 50 pm for ACTIVE ENGLISH package which was not asked for at all (I am a learned Ex-PGT& my husband is an Ex-Scientist and there no kids in my house - why should we need such a package).

                        I request to look into the matter and strict instructions should be issued to adhere to only justified demand and not charge in an arbitrary manner.

                        Thanks so much for the anticipated prompt action.

                          M not receiving tata sky services from 2 months and now fully fed up by tata sky services !! Tatasky also detucted nearly 600 rupees for the same problem and still not resolved that problem !! That's too much, I must say this is the worst television network !!

                            On getting a repeated call and TV reminders I recharged my a/c [protected] with an amt of 3800 on 21st july 2015 at 16 hrs for annual supreme sports kids pack renewal worth 3740. I recharged extra with an intention to use it if read for showcase, kids demand etc.there already was some balance in my account. At 1655 hrs request completed monthly had access fees 125 .current balance 3796.88 due date 25th Mar 2016. ...This was not at all requested by me. I was only to call them to renew my earlier package . When I called them on 23rd, talked to Mr. Waqar, but of no use, it seemed he was not following what I was saying, or pretending to as they must have been taught. This HD package also should have continued for at least a month from 22nd July to 21st Aug, but discontinued on 3rd Aug only and also exhausted my balance of rs 60 and my previous balance. This is shear cheating on the part of tata sky, Please help to resolve .

                                I have been called many a times by customer care. So, i thought it would be good to receive the call. Then the customer care executive told me that "active music -channel 650" is there and said to me that no charges will be deducted for 1 month and then again they will make final confirmation and the charges will be valid thereafter. I have asked again and again whether its free or not. As soon as they activated the channel, rs. 50/- charged. So, i therefore went to meet the customer care situated in our locality, but i was shock to see that regardless of helping me; they charged rs. 30 extra. For de-activating the channel. What kind of after sales service is from tata-sky. If this kind of behaviour continues, it would be good to alter my dth service.

Even though registered complaint with Tata Sky and keep calling on customer care at Jaipur of Tata sky, problem has not been resolved yet. Top of that Tata Sky customer executive make fun of customers and aggravate the problem instead of solving it. Kindly regularize the Mix Dhamal package.

Even though registered complaint with Tata Sky and keep calling on customer care of Tata sky, problem has not been resolved yet. Top of that Tata Sky customer executive make fun of customers and aggravate the problem instead of solving it. Very pathetic customer care service and very frustrating experience with Tata Sky.

                                      I am regret to stste that Tata Sky is only doing their business and not giving feed back /solution to customer.I have try on Help line &Facebook link but nothing response.My complaint is, "I have recharge in time in last month but my TV screen shows Payment reminder frequently."then i contact on help line through my land line phone, but no one available to hear me only recorded replay available.Meanwhile Representative contact on land line no.on day, my family members suggested to communicate on mobile to me.Because i was out of home.My mobile also registered with my Tata connection.But no one ask me my problem&cant get any solution.This is too much and not expected from TATA RAVINDRA OGALE ( i d [protected] )

                                        Today i have called at tatasky helpline number [protected] at 5:32pm. The Call center agent was not able to listen me and talking about out of the subject. when i request him to transfer the line to team leader, he said ok..after 1 min call disconnected. Such kind of disgusting service provided my tatasky was not expected. my contact number is [protected]
