They activating packs according themselves . They Don't have to do this TATASKY activated the pack from 3 months and charges of this pack was Rs. 180 per mon when i ask them to Deactivate this pack they sad this was locked for there more months what the hell. we dont even know about this channel. Miss using of there Powers.

    Hi, My Subscriber ID : [protected] . I have ordered tatasky HD on may 26th on a corporate offer. On corporate offer, Tatasky website mentioned that - 3 Months of grandsports package & 1 Month HD access as free. But now after 2 months ( I.e., 25th July ), I am getting notifications that - your base package has been expired. I have taken order because of the corporate offer. I am working in IGATE and its been clearly ordered. Please provide my 1 month grandsport package as subscribed.

        On[protected], paid one year's subscription of Rs.2550 through on-line system of my bank SBI but still an UNJUST (because the due date is[protected], I received an email as follows :

        "Tata Sky payment reminder

        Subscriber ID [protected]

        Your Tata Sky payment of Rs.289 is due on Friday, 07TH Aug.

        Please recharge to avoid deactivation of your services."

        I request to direct TATA SKY to be justified and not charge in arbitrary manner

            Tata sky with its service request Nos.1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. refused my request. Details as follows:- No sevice period due to up-gradation I made complaint on 3.4.2015 for no service of Tata sky. Then my complaint was rectified on 23.4.15 only by the technician sent by the Tata sky. Hence, no service period must be treated for 20 days. One month Charges are Rs.220/- Tata sky should be given as two third of the monthly charges ie equal to Rs.147/-. But, Tata sky had given only Rs50.61/-. They are not ready to show their calculation details even then it was asked by me. I have all SMSs received from TATASKY during the period from 3.4.15 to 23.4.15. as evidence. Hence, it is requested the sum proportionate of two third of monthly charges may be arranged to be given me after deducting the sum Rs.50.61/- given to me as credit please.               Sir, inform you that I have recharged my tata sky with Rs.351 today morning and as on 04.08.15 the balance is Rs.387 in my ID [protected] till 22.09.15. After a few time a sms came to me and stating that Monthly Active Smart Games has been activated in my ID and debited Rs.1.49. Also added that monthly rent is Rs.289 including Rs.49 for Active Game instead of month rent of Rs.240. When no phone call is made to customer care for the said matter how can it be possible to activate. My aged mother only see Bengali programme. Therefore you are requested to take necessary step for deactivation of Active Smart Game and refund my balance and if any debit is made further. On request and confirmation with customer care service provider, I have recharged with Rs. 240/- with local authorized dealer Siddipet-502103 . But my Tatasky activated upto 12th August-2015 instead of full month of August . Kindly change the package as " DHAMAL MIX PACK " Syed Mustafa Cell. [protected]

                  Tata Sky customer care, , Makes me conclude today not only to cease my Tata Sky account but also abolish my belief in Tata products 4 months back I had noticed some extra add on packs getting activated without our approval. Since then I had been struggling with this company to remove my add on packs.this job should not have taken more then 5 mins but let me tell you all what I have experienced. Not only 1 call but at least 10 Calls I have made in past 3 months to Tata Sky customer care from my registered mobile number and with minimum call time of avg 25 to 30 mins, and till date they haven't removed my add on packs which were added without our consent, I did not ask for any refunds but only removal of add on packs. If you don't believe try yourself one day calling if you are one of the customers of Tata Sky. They keep on transferring your calls from one executive to another and keep it on hold for not 1 to 2 mins but 5 to 10 mins of hold which is totally unacceptable.kindly note that these calls were made during different times of the day and at all times they hold your call on a reason that our executives are busy and then the call is ended abruptly in between without any solution. 4 months and till today I have those add on packs. What these people are not realising is that they are carrying name of Tata with them and they are ruining it, and with this behaviour and response from Tata Sky customer services I have totally lost faith in the services of Tata and I have made up my mind not to buy any stuff from chroma retail being a Tata enterprise. I know one customer will not make a difference to this company but I can see on the blog that many have complaints with the Tata Sky customer care unresolved till date. If TATA really care about its customers then kindly ensure that the head leader and team of Tata Sky customer services is given a strict lesson to improve their services else that day will be soon when Tata will start losing its reputation in the market just by poor services from one of its venture Tata Sky digital TV services.

                    Hi Team,

                    I am a very unhappy customer of yours i did not have connection for almost a week hence raised an issue and wanted a technician to come and rectify the mistake and had mentioned that I will not be paying for the tech as it is not my fault for which the lady executive informed that she will make a note and there will not be any charges

                    Today i get a message on my TV that my services is going to end My Sub Id: [protected] were as i have recharged my TV on the 1st of Aug for 200 rs while checking found that its been deducted for technicians charges which is completely wrong to do without my notice.

                    The guys in the call center are very ill mannered they have been putting me on hold and disconnecting today i called them thrice and they disconnected. I went on requesting them to put me to a manager they simply disconnected and i had to spend almost 30 rs

                    Please check the below screen shot and stop misguiding your customers yours is not a toll free number its charged 1 Rs per call this is sick.

                    If this is not been escalated and if my 200 rs along with one weeks subscription is not paid back, i will surely get the tata sky removed and also publish this in the social media

                    As you guys are cheating the customers.

                      Dear Sir, I lodged complaint regarding my tata sky that it is not working and one of their executive told me that their technician will come on Saturday i, e 01st August 2015 to do the needful on that day I called them for 15 to 20 times but they didn't took it in priority and got it done due to which I had to suffer a loss of 5, 000/- RS. as I planned a dinner and movie on tata sky at my place but due to no service I had to cancel the program but all preparation for dinner was done. Finally the guy came on Sunday. They charged 320/- Rs for another set-top box. I mailed them that I have suffered a loss of this much amount due to mistake of your executive you must reverse that amount but they are not ready to that. I would request you to please help me in the matter.

                        Service Request No.: SR[protected] Service Request number is 1-[protected] Hi As I have informed during that conversation that I had lodged complaint regarding this since August 2014. Attached is the mail copy from my side and reply from Tata sky for your kind reference. This amount is debited regularly month on month to my account though I intimated by mail. It is really a big mischief with the client. Once again when I observed since last 3 months that I am debited with this account so I mailed.                             I have raised complaint about signals which are not receiving very frequently from last 2 months, technician came after 2 weeks. At this time my box is working fine, he did some R&D, he played with antenna for 2-3 hrs, some converter is not working & I will come check in the evening and my working box he made to unworking and came back in the evening, and within 1 sec he told box is fine. And from customer they deducted 250/- from account, the technician doesn't did anything with actual issue.
                            Tata sky techinician is thief i already 200 Rs pay visiting charge to technician but my recharge balance 250 is deduct from my account.
                            They don’t have trained people and are not able to resolve any customer issue

                            Tatasky is very very bad service, worst worst worst worst worst .bad service.

                              my customer ID with Tatasky is [protected]. i have this connection for past several years. for last two days set top box is not functioning. i tried to lodge complaint by their hot line numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] but i have failed to convey my requirement because they have no menu for lodging a complaint in their hot line. i have sent three e-mails in their "contact us" page and there is no response.

                              i would like to know whether they have any contact telephone number in which one human being will listen to another human being to understand and resolve issues. I f there is such a number please inform me in [protected] or [protected] or email id

                                  My registered mobile no [protected]. I made neft pmt of rs 400 on 01-08-15 and 350 on[protected]. Both occasions the bank account was debited but tatasky not updated saying payment gateway error. Made a complaint to helpdesk as well as service request. But no use.

                                    Cust id - [protected]. Yesterday I saw brand equity ranking, and TATA topped the list. It can't be true, or the reviewers never used Tata Sky DTH. Every year i renew annual subscription at the end of earlier subscription, my pains begin. It just doesn't happen. Multiple calls and all in vain, you get to talk to bunch of dumb people who take a lot of your phone time and at the end when they can't resolve they disconnect the call. Each year have to connect with CEO helpdesk, Bangalore with a nice guy who resolves it for me. Same story this year. 1. For Tata sky's indiawide problem of satellite re-positioning and signal loss, we called them and waited for 4 weeks before we took a locale help to fix. No service, but jokers deducted the money for the entire month 2. I paid for annual membership but they deduct money for semi-annual 3. They added an Active fun pack on their own wish, charging me 50/month 5-6 calls, and jokers come to listen these issues and run away. There must be consumer protection law from such arbitrary behaviour of such service providers.

                                        I had this connection for more than 5 years, the connection died today afternoon. Upon contacting their customer care (which is horrible) & by the way the CC do not keep notes of the conversation & you get automatically disconnected, hence you have to explain the problems multiple times; Like I was saying that upon contacting the customer Care and after explaining my problem to them and after much tecno-dancing (resetting etc) I was told that a technician has to visit and I have to shell out 170 bucks for it ! Morally I do not agree to pay unless there are any hardware issues related to my mishandling or due to some fault of mine. They would update the software as per their convenience & any problems due to this could also be the issue but then too, we (customers) are asked to make the payments for their technician's visit. Why? Why should any customer be made to pay for technician's visit before knowing the fault? Subscriber ID : [protected]
