Have been lodging complaints since 23 Jul 2015 morning. Despite being a customer for 5 years, Tata Sky just cant get my address right in the system. Over last two days, I have tried providing the right address five times and every time they assure me that this time they have changed the address in the system for the final time. I was using tata sky from last 8. 5 years and because of signal issue i have to go for disconnection and apply for cable connection. I have raised request almost 20 days ago for disconnection and after that i didn't get a single call or mail reply. Whenever i call tatasky only one reply will come that today they will call me. I really fed up with this. I think i have to file a case again them....

I have been relocated from odisha to bokaro (jharkhand). After completion of relocation I have given an amount of Rs 200.00 to the teachnician of Tata Sky. It happened with me on Sunday 19th July I was getting and error on TV and called up customer care he said he will send technician. The technician came removed the digi card washed it wipe it and again inserted that what he did. Tata sky next day deducted 170 Rs from my account.
