MY tata sky dth no. [protected] got disconnected from 27/07/2015 till date weather condition is good .but still no SIGNAL appear on the screen . converses son with the customer care last night but problem is not solved the screen shows bad weather NO SIGNAL from 3.00 Hrs on 27/07/2015 complaint with tata sky customer care

    I have made complaints many times against Tatasky on your and other international forums for providing horrible service to their customers. My Tatasky ID-[protected]. I have been regularly paying their monthly charges but I don't receive signals for weeks. As pointed out earlier they shamelessly keep on debuting daily charges from my account without providing service. Tatasky service have been very erratic for last 2 months. TVs signals are not there for weeks. Now the latest problem is that for last 10 days again TV is not receiving signals and when I go to settings "Transponder" is automatically get selected at "AS8-1k6H instead of "IN4A-14. Inspite of best efforts "IN4A-14" is not getting selected by set top box. That shows their set top box is faulty. There set top box are of so cheap quality that they go out of order within few months and the customer is made to pay the replacement frequently.On Tatasky chat-box I talked to one Mahesh Munniganti on19/7/15 and he assured of service by 22/7/15 and gave complaint no.J6h5LIE. But till date no one has attended. Since they don't provide service for weeks I asked them to refund at least 500/- for no service, which they have failed. ---Akshay kumar, mobile no.[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

      My TATASKY ID is [protected] belongs to me BNKULKARNI in Bangalore. Service is very pathetic, I had Recharged Rs 350 after one year on 5th July 2015 to continue the same. Therre was no location but loose connection in Setup box we got reconnected on 19th and deducted Rs 170 which is genuine, but at the same time despite of my TV active mode amount got deducted. Agailn we got activated on 26th Rs 275 there was deduction of Rs 200 how is this ? All your executives are assuring of +ve responses all the time no higher authorities will call us . Hence it is necessary to activate the same on TOP PRIORITY.

        My tata sky was deactivated and have recharged it with 470 as advised by the representative. I have wasted more than 200 rs just to call tata sky customer care. Everyday my balance is being deducted and the irony is i don't have the connection up and running. Everybody says 24 hours you will have your tv working and this is 72 hours of waiting already

        I have recharge tata sky for whole year amount 2700/- but after payment not a single channel activated. i am continuously calling to customer care but they are not responding on right manner. even technical person has also visited to my home if any technical error but he is also found that there is no any technical error and he was told me that your channal is blocked by customer care.
        I am very unhappy for non-support from customer care & rough behaviour.

          My subscriber id is [protected].I have installed tatasky in December 2014.At that time, I was given one months package containing both non hd and hd channels(for free).After one month, I paid for 1 year subscription of metro plan(without hd) of around 2200 rupees.But your company has continued to deduct 130 rupees per month for the hd plan.On complaning about the same, your technitians say that you have to apply for closing your hd plan. I have not applied for hd plan initially also.It was your company's offer for first month of installation.This is ridiculous and shameless on your part to deduct money from the customer's account in lieu of your one month of free subscription.You people have deducted around 900 rupees from my tatasky account from January till july as h d charges.And now u want me to recharge my account again. I have never seen such kind of corrupt company schemes and tactics till now. You people are fooling your customers This is shameless on your part. I am working as a government doctor and I feel ashamed on your company's behaviour on this issue. In spite of complaining twice on phone, no action has been taken till now and every time I was asked to send a mail. I will complain about this on social media and newspapers and all your websites so that others will not suffer like me. If you will not return my money, I will not continue your services for future and recommend the same to others. This is one of the most worthless and bitter experience I have undergone

            Tata sky is thought to be the leading DTH provider in the country. But i would realy have to disagree. The customer care services are very disappointing. The waiting to get through to a customer care representative is almost unending (I have to wait nearly 20min every time that I call for a service related query, even though the customer service number is not toll-free). Their server are practically down almost 100% of the time and they even disconnect the phone without resolving the problem. Even no after services are provided after you take the connection including installation of the DTH box. Still thinking about taking a tata sky connection, think again!

              My name rakesh shah tata sky account number: [protected] my registered contact number: [protected] service request number sent to [protected]@tatasky.Com is : j89plb2 & jaqkw68, talked to zahir i never called to activate javed akhtar pack and as i dont check my email i never came to know that it is active since 01/10/2014 till now. Then i closed it immediately when i came to know about it and i filed a complaint on the phone having complaint no. Sr[protected], and the person on phone told me that we can not revert the charges. This is ridiculous. I never knew till 8 months in june 2015 that tatasky has been charging me 100 rps each month for 8 consecutive months. Until in june 2015. All i want is my 100 rps x 8 months = 800 rps plus tax for the javed akhtar pack that i never activated. Company can not start charging me just like that without asking me or taking my written permission, i want company to show me proof of recording that i have activated javed akhtar pack or my written concent. And if company can not provide me the same then i want my 800 rps plus tax back to my account. I want that refund. Regards

                  New installation for dishtv was done on 11July and No reception of signal since then.I registered a complaint on 18th July and Now technician has visited till today ie 26th..Money has been deducted for every day and inspite of making 5cakks per day no one has attended the complaint. Pathetic service..highly irresponsible... Doesn't respect customers time.

                    That sir my name is Anowar uddin Laskar of Buribail pt.3, Buribail, Dist.Cachar, Assam, 788025.That sir on 7th June 2015, my Tata sky Vide I/D [protected] stop functioning due to "No Signal ".That sir thereafter I tried to contact the dealer, Mr Farooq who is operating in Masimpur, P.O. Arunachal, Dist.cachar, Assam, but he paid no heed to the request even in exchange of money for repairing.That sir after failing to convince Mr Farooq for my legal rightful service I then contact the office at Silchar Assam through SMS who then contacted Us but by showing some silly excuse they escape from the service.That sir after failing all effort I came before you to get it repair and also get my month rent which I paid in advance for month of June and compensation for harrassment and agony.

                      Its really unethical behaviour fro Tata Sky though I am on of old customer (from 7 years), i was given offer of HD set top box to be given with special offer of Rs.590, I was contacted by Tata sky person PRASAD - [protected] for replacement of existing set top box. Later i followed-up for 3 weeks but his number is switch-off. when called customer care it was told that offer was only valid till 15th June. and now i need to pay Rs.990. I registered complaint against this, later one day when my mother was in home one person came & replaced my set top box with standard box. This is worst experience I received from Tata Sky. I am going to launch a cmplaint in consumer court against this.

                        I purchased tata sky 3years ago. And in the month of june 2015 i received a sms to change the set top box as the compony is upgrading and informed me that i will not be able to view channels unless i get the new set top box. Which was free of cost. But i was getting problem in viewing channels. I lodged a complaint vd company. Againt set top box was changed by company through an agent and charged me rs. 350 for set top box and rs. 170. For service charges. My tata sky id [protected]. My contact no. [protected]

                          My tata sky subscriber id - [protected], it happened with me on 21st july 2015. I was getting and error on tv and called up customer care he said to me i am sending technician and in this call i am confirming 3 - 4 times that i will not pay anything because i am facing problem from your side. Then she conferming me that no charge will be taken from our side. The technician came as on date 21 st july2015 and resolve the problem and this was related to digicard. Which is told by the technician and he is conferming that no charge will be taken by you. . But after this tata sky next day deducted approx 170 rs from my account. When i called up as on date 25th july2015 for my the customer care then his executive shekhar is saying this will be charged, then i told that person, without my verbal and written permission how you can charge. He has no answer except ye charge to lagega. I am feeling cheated by this company.

                            Have been lodging complaints since 23 Jul 2015 morning. Despite being a customer for 5 years, Tata Sky just cant get my address right in the system. Over last two days, I have tried providing the right address five times and every time they assure me that this time they have changed the address in the system for the final time. Due to this address problem Tata Sky technicians mistakenly land up at some other corner of the city and ask for directions. The last 48 hours has been a frustrating experience and disappointing more so given the "reliable" name of Tata on the other side.

                                I was using tata sky from last 8. 5 years and because of signal issue i have to go for disconnection and apply for cable connection. I have raised request almost 20 days ago for disconnection and after that i didn't get a single call or mail reply. Whenever i call tatasky only one reply will come that today they will call me. I really fed up with this. I think i have to file a case again them.

                                  I received a call from [protected] and tell me about additional package vadic maths and told me that an offer that you can watch 90 days.and tat sky executive added this package on my account.My phone no is[protected] and my ID is [protected].Please stop this unwanted activity which troubles consumers.after call ended I received message thatvadic maths charges Rs 183 and monthly charges Rs 691.
                                  I request you that pls stop doing this type of marketing.Pls cancel your upgraded message immediatly.

                                    I have been relocated from odisha to bokaro (jharkhand). After completion of relocation I have given an amount of Rs 200.00 to the teachnician of Tata Sky. But the same amount has been debited from Tata sky account. Now my account has been deactivated . In this regard I have complain over telephone to day at about 0940 hrs and 1435 hrs.

                                      Sir, I had paid money for south sports special as base pack, Hindi movies pack and HD access fees till November 2015 obviously to get benefit of long term recharge. On 12 th July 15, a Tata sky representative changed my base pack to supreme sports kid pack without my conset. I immediately lodged a complaint, Then they changed my base pack to sports pack and dropped hindi movie pack.my validty and balance is badly disturbed as he made this pack on daily basis. Since then I had made multiple complaints to Tata sky through Phones, Chat, Help desk, email etc, but after 11 days they have not rectified it. At present I am not able to see hindi movies pack and some channels of South sports special. My available balance at the end of 30 th june was Rs. 242 This balance is also gone as they are charging payment on daily basis.My main demand is to restore my base pack and hindi movie pack along with validity i.e. till 30 th november and credit my available balance of Rs 242 . and also compensate for loss of channels & sevices for last 11days. My complaint no SR[protected] due date 17 th July & subsequent complaints No SR[protected] & SR[protected] are closed without any solution. Your representative Mr. Prateek Ambegaonkar who talked me on 23rd July at 8.40 pm and promised me restore my base pack as south sports special, hindi movies and their validity till 30th November 2015 along with My available balance on 11th July i.e.Rs 242 (after deducting charges for alacarte channels) he changed my base pack to south sports special and added hindi movies but my validity was reduced to 17 th November 2015 and available balance was also not added I am sorry to say that he promised me and does not keep his promise . This is again harrasement and he tried to cover up mistakes made my Tata sky representative earlier who changed my base pack and making it monthly .Pl restore my validity to 30 th November . please check my statement for the month of June 2015. It shows available balance as RS. 242. After deducting charges for ala carte channels i.e. Ten cricket and Hungama an amount of Rs.203 may be credited to my account. All this has resuted in deeper fustration and most important I lost 'FAITH' on Tata sky. I am requesting to tata sky to give me a number of a Responsible Executive who could understood and rectify my problem Sir. In continuation of earlier reply, I am attaching monthly statement of June 2015, which clearly shows balance of Rs 242 at the end of June 2015. This balance was available ae per recharge of Rs 400. which is for Ala carte channels. statement also shows Annual south sports pack & hindi movies pack paid annually. Validity of these pack is till 30th November. As your representative changed my base pack to supreme sports kid and then to south sports, dropping hindi channels and made it on monthly basis, advantage of long term pack is vanished. To cover up the issue they credited the amount in my account but this has resulted into reducing not only validity but my balance amount of Rs. 203( after deducting charges for Ten cricket & hangama for the period in July 2015) is also not credited in my account. . Your representative Mr. Prateek Ambegaonkar had promised to rectify this issue but he has made the changes again deducting money from credited amount. This has escalated my problem .My genuine question is why should I suffer for the mistakes made by your reprensentatives. My last & Final request is to maintain validity of my pack to 30th November and after that credit of Rs203 must be given in my account . this is the only reasonable solutions..                                         After a long darkness(from 3 July 2015) & very long telephonically more than 60 call & 3-4 service requisite finally I met with Tatasky technician on 23 July to replace the set up box but still we are unable to watch the tatasky services due to HD set up box activation from Tatasky end balance where as I have already paid amount Rs1200 for completely one year up to 30 Oct 2015 & tatasky representative Shri Suraj C told me "wait another 48 hours for services". Still they want money to resume my services. SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] SR[protected] Above mentioned Service Request raised by me & without attending the problem they close all the service request.
