Sir,
I had paid money for south sports special as base pack, Hindi movies pack and HD access fees till November 2015 obviously to get benefit of long term recharge. On 12 th July 15, a Tata sky representative changed my base pack to supreme sports kid pack without my conset. I immediately lodged a complaint, Then they changed my base pack to sports pack and dropped hindi movie pack.my validty and balance is badly disturbed as he made this pack on daily basis. Since then I had made multiple complaints to Tata sky through Phones, Chat, Help desk, email etc, but after 11 days they have not rectified it. At present I am not able to see hindi movies pack and some channels of South sports special. My available balance at the end of 30 th june was Rs. 242 This balance is also gone as they are charging payment on daily basis.My main demand is to restore my base pack and hindi movie pack along with validity i.e. till 30 th november and credit my available balance of Rs 242 . and also compensate for loss of channels & sevices for last 11days.
My complaint no SR[protected] due date 17 th July & subsequent complaints No SR[protected] & SR[protected] are closed without any solution. Your representative Mr. Prateek Ambegaonkar who talked me on 23rd July at 8.40 pm and promised me restore my base pack as south sports special, hindi movies and their validity till 30th November 2015 along with My available balance on 11th July i.e.Rs 242 (after deducting charges for alacarte channels) he changed my base pack to south sports special and added hindi movies but my validity was reduced to 17 th November 2015 and available balance was also not added I am sorry to say that he promised me and does not keep his promise . This is again harrasement and he tried to cover up mistakes made my Tata sky representative earlier who changed my base pack and making it monthly .Pl restore my validity to 30 th November . please check my statement for the month of June 2015. It shows available balance as RS. 242. After deducting charges for ala carte channels i.e. Ten cricket and Hungama an amount of Rs.203 may be credited to my account. All this has resuted in deeper fustration and most important I lost 'FAITH' on Tata sky. I am requesting to tata sky to give me a number of a Responsible Executive who could understood and rectify my problem
