Single not received set top box -

this is to inform you people date my tata sky is nt working since day before yesterday and i had complaint regarding the same to customer care three times and no action is taken yet i kindly request plz get the problem fixed as soon as possible This kind of lose atitude cannot be tolerated, i want strict action to be taken against my complaint.

Change of mpeg3 to mpeg4 set top box

I had registered a complaint before 25 days regarding the change of mpeg3 to mpeg4 set top box. Called customer care more than 15 times. But they are not taking any step for that. I seek your urgent help to kindly resolve the problem with regards to my Tata sky ID [protected]. My set up box broadcasts no news, sports and cultural channels and merely 4 or 5 channels are only being broadcast for past couple of months. I tried tata sky customer care/ complaint number several times, however the contact could not be established. This is causing huge inconvinience and dissatisfaction as there is access to very few channels...

Regarding no channel broadcasting

Deactivation of everywhere tv

Non functioning of the offered services

only to find that no channel other than 100 and 101, are coming despite my subscription being valid till the 26th of this month.

Non attending the complaints
