Tata sky Customer Account No: [protected] Background: The renewal date was 20/4/15 costing INR 4140 The account was renewed for 1 year on 25/5/15 by paying INR 4150 ( receipt attached ) With 55 days vacation suspension the next renewal date should be 15/06/16 Complaint: Tatasky after repeated complaints is not regularizing the status of account renewal date from 7/01/16 to 15/06/16 is Deducting fees for unwarranted services communicating wrong info with regards to the complaint and account details

    Sir, I had paid money for south sports special as base pack, Hindi movies pack and HD access fees till November 2015 obviously to get benefit of long term recharge. On 12 th July 15, a Tata sky representative changed my base pack to supreme sports kid pack without my conset. I immediately lodged a complaint, Then they changed my base pack to sports pack and dropped hindi movie pack.my validty and balance is badly disturbed as he made this pack on daily basis. Since then I had made multiple complaints to Tata sky through Phones, Chat, Help desk, email etc, but after 11 days they have not rectified it. At present I am not able to see hindi movies pack and some channels of South sports special. My available balance at the end of 30 th june was Rs. 242 This balance is also gone as they are charging payment on daily basis.My main demand is to restore my base pack and hindi movie pack along with validity i.e. till 30 th november and credit my available balance of Rs 242 . and also compensate for loss of channels & sevices for last 11days. My complaint no SR[protected] due date 17 th July & subsequent complaints No SR[protected] & SR[protected] are closed without any solution. Your representative Mr. Prateek Ambegaonkar who talked me on 23rd July at 8.40 pm and promised me restore my base pack as south sports special, hindi movies and their validity till 30th November 2015 along with My available balance on 11th July i.e.Rs 242 (after deducting charges for alacarte channels) he changed my base pack to south sports special and added hindi movies but my validity was reduced to 17 th November 2015 and available balance was also not added I am sorry to say that he promised me and does not keep his promise . This is again harrasement and he tried to cover up mistakes made my Tata sky representative earlier who changed my base pack and making it monthly .Pl restore my validity to 30 th November . please check my statement for the month of June 2015. It shows available balance as RS. 242. After deducting charges for ala carte channels i.e. Ten cricket and Hungama an amount of Rs.203 may be credited to my account. All this has resuted in deeper fustration and most important I lost 'FAITH' on Tata sky.       DEAR SIR, my tatasky customer id is [protected], Registered mobile no. is [protected], i called customer care to drop my HD access pack on 23 Jul 2015 at 10:55pm with virender(id no. 91094) and i requested to drop my hd pack, He refused to do so by saying call customer care on 25 Jul 2015 and said 'AAPKO HD PACK FREE ME MIL RAHI HEY, USE KARNEM KYA PROBLEM HEY" i requested him to drop my hd pack or transfer my call to his supervisor. he refused that and said "IS BAAT KE LIYE KOI SUPERVISOR KO TRANSFER NAHI HOGA, JO KARNA KARLO" words to that effect. and aroud 11:20 i called tatasky customer care again to resolve my issue and complain about the incident and this time i spoke with mukund (id no. 60784), he immediately dropped my hd pack, but when i ask details of earlier customer care executive name and no. he just gave name and not id no. later when i asked to transfer my call to supervisor he immediately hang up the call. i again called around 11:30 pm and this time ali (supervisor) responded well and said he will take action against those two chaps and he gave the id and names of the two exectives. But i want to bring this notice to consumer complaints and take action against defaulters. I never spoke to such a rude person/customer care executive. customer cares are meant to provide true information and support the customers but here we get rude behavior and false information and responses.

In response this complaint Tata sky representative Mr. Prattek called me in the evening.and promised me to solve my problem . He agreed for 1. To change my base pack to south spotrs special and to add hindi movie pack 2. To restore validity of these packs to 30th November 2015 as I had paid these packs on yearly basis till 30 th November 2015 3.To add proportonate balance to my account (Rs242) was availble with Tata sky at the end of 30 th June He added these back and hindi movie pack but my validity is upto 17 thNovember . my availbale balance was not credited. This is clear cut case of harassememnt and cheating and try to cover up mistake made by earlier represantative

          I have already complained for above matter three times to Tata Sky customer care executive before two months.They told me to close this but til today my connection is charged. i Want to use only two connection and close one connection.Tata sky customer care executive don't give proper response and hold our phone more than half an hour so many times. I have already registered them my connection with Digicom number which i want to close. How can the charge for two months. See my account and inquire about your irresponsible executives to attend me. If with immediate effect from first close complain they don't credit my balance in my account, i have to go in media and news paper and Grievance of Telecom Ministry. So, Please Close My Connection of Tata sky of Digicom number which i mention in my complain to Tata Sky Customer Care Executive.

            I had recharged my tatasky on april22. 2015 dhamal mix pack for four months ie. 920Rs.but my pack has expired in three months.I was told that two packs are activated on my account ie english movies and active learning whereas I never called them neither I received any call from them.In fact I had got cancelled english movies channel at the time of recharge and checked my tv no english movies were coming.In may they activated all packc for free themselves and later charged from us

              Since last 5 days there is no signal in all my 3 Set Top Boxes which are under ID No. [protected] inspite of the fact that the weather conditions are perfectly allright. I have called up the Tata Sky helpline more than 50 times in the last 5 days, but no technician from their end has neither called up nor has come to my house to address the issue. Whenever i call the helpline number, all that the representatives say is that your complaint is already registered with us and that we are looking into the same and someone will attend shortly but despite all these assurances there is no response from their end. I have never witnessed such poor response ever before and fail to understand why this is happening. I would request some senior person in the hierachy to please look into my problem on a priority basis and get the issue sorted out at the ealiest.                 IT is a serious issue. My Customer id is [protected]. I am a TATA SKY CUSTOMER since 2008. AT that time i have paid all the amount for TATASKY Connection . Suddenly some TATASKY REPRESENTATIVE CAME ON 22nd JULY 2015 to me and told me that Yours connection is given from somebody's TATASKY DIS ANTENNA in my apartment. Then he disconnected my TATASKY connection without enquiring properly. My question is how he identified that TATASKY Dis antenna is not mine. He claimed that This disc is the name of another Customer belonging id [protected]. For your information that customer has disconnected his connection for last 3 to 4 years and Yours representative reconnected to him on 22nd July 2015 from my TATASKY Dis ANTENNA. THAT REPRESENTATIVE NAME IS HASAN, of S.B.Enterprises, bearing no[protected] Then I have complained to your CUSTMER CARE. THEY SEND ANOTHER TATASKY DIS ANTENA FOR ME AND MADE CONNECTION FOR ME ON 22nd JULY 2015 and they have not told me that it will be charged. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS DIS ANTENNA WITHOUT ANY FAULT WITH ME. WHY I SHOULD BE CHARGED WHEN I HAVE PAID IN THE YEAR 2008. THIS IS PURELY NONSENCE AND IDIOTIC BEHAVIOUR OF TATASKY REPRESENTATIVE AND MANAGEMENT. THAT MEANS TATASKY MANAGEMENT IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS without enquiring properly. IF TATASKY MANAGEMENT IS HAVING ANY SENSE THEN SOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.. BECAUSE THE REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEHAVE ME BADLY. PLAESE CALL ME ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO [protected], . DETAILED COMPLAINT I HAVE GIVEN TO CUSTOMER CARE ON TELEPHONE NO[protected].                     It happened with me on Sunday 19th July I was getting and error on TV and called up customer care he said he will send technician. The technician came removed the digi card washed it wipe it and again inserted that what he did. Tata sky next day deducted 170 Rs from my account. When I called up for my complaint the executive never informed me that they have service charge the technican never told me that his services would be charged. Just without any intimation that the service would be chargeable the charges are deducted and i dont understand for i have been charged for the silly thing that technican did which even i could have done. I have raised complaint in billing not got any call from them. Customer care people how irresponsbile they dont intimated they dont ask that this service would be charged is it acceptable. Now as my account balance is low they have deactivated it and now they are chasing me for recharging of account. I need my money back as i was not intimated my you. If I don;t get my money back I am going to file a case on them for cheating me and deducting the money wihtout any information.

I have dropped email to customer care and they replied with number associated is:[protected] at their end. I requested them to change the Digicomp number but didn't get any feedback. Its really very frustrating situation where Data at tata sky end is different than setup box provided by them.

                            I have regisertered complaint for changing my set box mpeg2 to mpeg4 on jun13 & more than 5 verbal communication with your employes. Stillthe problem is not solved. so i am going to shut your services. i just want to say that the most worst services i had seen till now is from tata sky. Thanks

                              this is to inform you people date my tata sky is nt working since day before yesterday and i had complaint regarding the same to customer care three times and no action is taken yet i kindly request plz get the problem fixed as soon as possible This kind of lose atitude cannot be tolerated, i want strict action to be taken against my complaint.

                                  Dear All, This is the time we should raise our voice against the Customer Care Executive's Rude Behaviour we ever face. I have tried calling Tata Sky Customer care by using their Online Chat facility. The Executive was not interested at all to read my queries completely, he was just keep giving common and standards answers. My query was X and he was answering about Y. I do not know, why we are allowing such behaviors with us even after paying service huge service charges. May the TATA Sky doesn't know about this, but prime responsibility is of the management only. The customer care executive neither read my queries nor answered me infect he ended the Chat session without my permission - without getting concern from me?

                                    I had registered a complaint before 25 days regarding the change of mpeg3 to mpeg4 set top box. Called customer care more than 15 times. But they are not taking any step for that. What should I do now? The agent who has the duty to change set top boxes in our area is telling me that my set top box has already been changed which is not true. And he is not ready to change that and telling me that it will be charged 1800 rupees. I am fed up of all these. There might be some fake report submitted for change of my set top box. Please kindly change my set top box as soon as possible so thatI can se all the channels

Please remove English Movie from my pack and also suspend the service on multi TV HD1 till further request from my side for restoration as muti TV HD1 is not in use. My TATA Sky payment is due on 23.07.2015 and I request you to please attend my request today itself and let me inform the amount to be paid while recharging through e-mail or SMS.                                         I seek your urgent help to kindly resolve the problem with regards to my Tata sky ID [protected]. My set up box broadcasts no news, sports and cultural channels and merely 4 or 5 channels are only being broadcast for past couple of months. I tried tata sky customer care/ complaint number several times, however the contact could not be established. This is causing huge inconvinience and dissatisfaction as there is access to very few channels despite paying for all. Kindly resolve the matter at your earliest please.                                         Thank you so much...the problem is resolved in just 2 days...Thanks to the forum and also a bigh thanks and thumps up for tata-sky as they reacted promptly and replaced the defective set top box with newer one !!!
                                        It is matter of concern that I lost completely viewing of channels from today due to tech person visits and without any equipment he disrupts setup box settings and antena.

                                        If Tatasky don't solve my problem within 24 hrs I will move to consumer court.
