Hi my id is [protected]. My settop box is MPEG 2 which suppose to be change with MPEG4 as per company decided... From last two months we complained as much as a human can...bt still no action was taken...there are only 4 to 5 chanells which are supporting... Really we r facing a big problem no body is responsible from customer care side...what to do ...plz have ur kind attention..

    I am a subsriber of Tatasky DTH services and my subscriber ID is [protected]. I had made an online recharge of Rs2100/- on July5, 2015. They were offering some free coupons for online recharge. I selected the coupons. So far I have not received any coupons. I tried to contact them through online chat twice and I was assured that coupons will be made available soon. But nothing has happened. Moreover they don't provide any e-mail id where you can lodge your complaints. So you do not have any record of the complaints.

      I had subscribed to everywhere tv. But i want to deactivate now. I contacted the customer care of tata sky My subscriber id is :[protected] Id name: AJAY KUMAR They say when they try to deactivate an error comes, n i've contacted them more than 5 times. Everytime they give same excuse. Further they tell me that they have lodged a complaint n it will deactivate within 24 hrs. But it isn't deactivated yet. Please i request some actions to be taken regarding this.

        The cheating of tata sky, I have paid 50/- and given SMS to tatasky "requesting for Rev2 Ten Cricket channel monthly pack" and activated on 10th July, 2015, this is for one month I.e 9th august2015 ok, what they have done they deactivated on 19th July 2015, with out informing about this channel disconnection, I have given mail on 19th itself, and I tries to inform there customer care center, they r telling that still your hd channel is active, and first u have disconnect this HD channel, when I activated the ten cricket channel than they should have to inform us that u have to deacticate the HD channel, because we don't have any idea, we thought that you people guide us we never thought that u cheat us like this, when I ask the customer care people to discount the HD channels, they r telling that first u have to pay 50/- than only we will disconnect it. Why I shall pay now already I paid 50/- on 10th July 2015 This is the services they r giving ( when I pay for HD channels rs 125/- for one month jan 2015, only for one month, after that I am notable to view the HD channels, after four months are over they r telling us to deactive your HD channels, than only we activate the ten cricket Chanel that also first I have to pay 50/- pl look into the above matter solve us, pl guide us how to approach the consumer cort, D Murali kumar [protected]

          At 27th march there was 380 rs in my account and from 2nd may 2015 to 28th june 2015, my connection was temporally suspended as i hav requested but when i asked to u to start my connection on 29th june 2015 but my dth was deactivated .When i complained about it many times to the customer care spending so much money but no response is given till today.

            I have recharged in due time on June 26th 2015 amounting to Rs.255.00 after verified my account information with Tata Sky DTH account. But a recharged notification is being flashing on TV screen at the time of program running. Our relatives, neighbors and also friends are present at the time of particular program like Astha TV Channel, a program of discourse of 'Jagadguru Kripalu Ji' who is also ours beloved 'GURU Ji'. In spite of sufficient balance amount in my Tata Sky DTH account, the recharged notification is still running on the screen. It is very regret to all o[censored]s(viewers). This faulty system of Tata Sky DTH has loosed my and my family members honor in front of all of the viewers. So I am feeling illness mentally. The value of the program of our beloved 'GURU Ji' is so high. I have already made complain to customer care of Tata Sky DTH, but no body heir my kind request from their end.

              I was away to Canada and U S for a couple of months and returned on the18th of July
              only to find that no channel other than 100 and 101, are coming despite my subscription being valid till the 26th of this month.

              My repeated attempts-more than few hundreds are of no use to contact the helpline.

              it's a week since i lodged a complaint about the non availability of yr services.Till now nothing was heard.If yr choice is to just sit on customers complaint, doing nothing you better close my service and refund me for the period you were unable to provide the services for which you are paid. ----this is my last call

                dear tata Sky, i am in to fashion buisness and fashion tv has been always been on and used to, due to end of its services it been a trouble, i have been a loyal tata brand, almost everything i have is a tata brand, from my tea to car, please i dont want to change tata sky... i have been quiet patient and requesting the channel fro i think almost two years or more please add the channel or please let me know i[censored] cant.. that i have to change the network sadly

                  I called 3 times to tata sky customer care they are not helping me to drop my current add ons pack (kids, English entertainment), I am thinking to not take any add on package in future or going to stop tata sky service. I have wasted 20rs mobile balance and not able to drop PKG also not provided drop option online also

                    Prof Ashok Panchal MMU, Ambala, Haryana my Tata sky number [protected], using Tata sky services since 5-6 yrs, my set up box changed by your operator on 6th June on name o[censored]p gradation, after 35days on 11 July stop working . I complained to customer care & requested to repair it without charge since Tata products don't have such a bad image in the market that get spoil in 35days. one of your representative convinced me to get it repair without any charge on 18th.july. After repairing I paid Rs.301 for my monthly charge since 18th was last date.Now tata sky customer care on 19th deactivated my connection and compelling me to pay Rs.520 for repair.Even after complain my set up box was repaired after a week and almost a week without TV was a harassment for me which could be repaired next day. on 18th set up box was repaired and next day disconnected on 19th and started sending SMS for Rs. 520 is ridiculous.I know Tata group very well, who created a reputation after many years hard work. Group is well known for Customer satisfaction & personalized service. Is there anybody in Tatasky who can stop this nonsense????????

                        I am Narendra Jain, I have purchase a Tata sky connection month On April15 recently my sky adapter out of order due to unknown reason reason than I registered a complaint in consumer desk. As per executive service person visited my place & if not a physical damage than replaced free of cost. After this service executive visited our place & replace adapter but company dabit Rs 125 for adapter charges & 175 as visiting charge.
                        When I complaint about the every time consumer care help desk give me a different different excuse .

                        It worst experience with a Indian giant company.

                            Booked complain from registered phone no. It was assured that the same will be attended within 24 hours. But even after two days, no one come to solve. No response received till date. It is very crucial that even after caling on Ahmedabad Call Center no.[protected] as well as well as on western india no.[protected] and also on toll free nos.[protected],[protected],[protected] etc. but many a times the call is being attended and the same is holed with per-recorded voice and then... nothing happen... Now, we request you, please suggest if how much refund you will pay against stoping the services by us and annual pending subscripion, payment for set-tp box, payment for dish etc. We dont want to continue the services...

                              My customer id is [protected], i have been user of Tata Sky for last 3-4 years and everytime i recharge for 6 months. as this time my due date was 4th July and before that i got a call from your consultant i assured him that i will recharge on 4th as i was travelling. i recharged on 4th July and tried call your customer care number which kept me on very long hold and ultimately i was unable to speak to any one after that i have spoken with couple of your staff asking them to update my pack (name i remember - Shanatam, Devyani, Prashant, Shivendra) all the time i was being repeated that you pack is not active and we are charging you on daily basis... What is this for last couple of years i have been your user and always paid for 6 months in Advance and this is what you are offering me... if you cannot solve this issue please discontinue my plan and refund me my money. i do not want to use TATA SKY like this

                                On 2nd May, 2007, I became a subscriber of Tata Sky-ID-[protected]- and terminated my membership sometime either in 2009 or 2010 after the expiry of my subscription. Now, I took up the subscription again in May2015-ID -[protected]- and when I paid Rs. 7900 on 13 June, 2015 for annual subscription, I get a shocking message that my account is Rs, -10 and I have to pay up immediately to keep my subscription alive. When I tried to register on line in My tatasky, it doesn't because I have multiple accounts under one mobile no. [protected]. Why? Is it my fault if Tatasky didnt close my previous account & the mobile no? I have tried to explain to the Helpline person and he says he cant do anything because there is Rs. 10 due from me. When I have closed the subscription in time why I should pay to Tatasky because they are demanding money from me.                                   Hi, last month before recharging my Tata Sky I had requested your customer care through phone to deactivate Active Fun Learn and I was assured that it will be deactivated from 24th of last month. (Hope I remember the date correctly) But I am sorry to say that it has not been done yet. I don't understand why my request has not been accepted and despite of my request you are charging for the same without assigning me the valid reason for that. Can you please explain me as why my request has not been accepted.

                                      sir/Madam i am gulshan lath from Kalka haryana my tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. i received call from tata sky regarding change of set top box to MPEG4 box free of cost. their engineer came and replaced the box without remote control. before coming of their engineer my account balance was Rs1800 approx which is recharged for 1 year. after replacement of set top box, which is assumed to be a free replacement, now my account balance become Rs 00 only, and my account is deactivated by tata sky. tata sky customer care personnal are telling that this is a charge of HD upgradation. but i never asked for HD upgradation. and i do not want any HD channels. then how can tata sky upgrade my package. please resolve my issue and i want free replacement of set top box as tata sky is asking everywhere. tata sky is making fool of your customers. please solve my issue.

                                        my tata sky set box was need upgraded. After i register about one week later my tata sky set box upgraded, but no channels are showing. i complain many times and register online complaint to tata sky official website but there is no feedback still my tata sky are not working properly.
