My tata sky multy tv connection is deactived on dated 13/07/2015. This time our account balance is 178/- but my tv connection is deactive. After that we call tatasky customer care but they are not help me. My Tata sky account no [protected]. i will recharge my tata sky account on dated 11/07/2015 Rs 200/-. this account is validity on dated 04/08/2015.     My Tatasky Subscriber ID : [protected] . I have changed my old Tatasky set top box ( Old but was in running condition ) on 23/05/2015 ( say, this is STB No β€œ B ” ), then after a few days there was β€œ no signal ” problem with the newly replaced box and I raised a complaint on 27/06/2015 . They give me a work order No IUNULQK . Then on 04/07/2015, 05/07/2015 they called me and enquired whether any technician visited my home to resolve the issue or not ? and just renewed the work order over telephone and on 14/07/2015 they cancelled the work order with out any technician visit . In the meantime on 13/07/2015 I approached the local dealer and show the STB, they told that there was no audio on the STB and need to replace it and it be available on 17/07/2015 next .On 17/07/2015 the local dealer replaced the set top box ( which was replaced on 23/05/2015 ie STB No β€œ B ” ) with another one and advised me to recharge with Rs 520 . But I recharge with Rs 310 as per my monthly base pack charges on 17/07/2015, but then my STB again got deactivated . When I saw my Tatasky profile it shows Rs 170 and Rs 250 were deducted towards Service Visit and handling charges of std swap box and showing my a/c balance -205.14 ( Debit Balance ) What was the warranty of STB β€œ B ” which was replaced on 23/05/2015 ? Whether the subsequent replacement ( on 17/07/2015 ) was within the warranty period ? Whether the STB β€œ B ” was defective and of sub standard quality from the starting which I was supplied free of cost on 23/05/2015 ? and so that Tatasky can go for full replacement charges after 1 or 1.5 month or so when the customer like me approaches Tatasky for some issues relating to STB ? Till now no Service technician from Tatasky visited my place where the STB is installed . Then How far it is justified to deduct Rs 170 from my account towards Service Visit ? [protected]@gmail.com,

      I have subscribe set top box of Tata Sky with HD for monthly payment of Rs.370 + 125 Total 495PM. Most of the channels are not showing in my TV and the remarks shows that your set up box are not receiving signals. I have spoken to your engineers thrice and they assure me that they cum to my house to solve the this issue but they did not turned up. Really i am fed up for the this bluf...           today a tata sky service man came to check as mine tatasky was not working so he came and declared that the card was not working and my current card also had my pack which i had already paid for, he demanded 590 rupees for a new card without the pack i had paid for.he showed his attitude and said that "not possible" .pls tell me what to do .i want new card with current pack.it happened on 17 july 2015

            Hi, I have requested service visit for no signal issues on on 7th june 2015, (SR[protected], they have visited my premises and told me that my wire is fault due to that no signal is coming, they have not checked setup box, i have argued that wire was working fine from last 4 year without any issue how this can be issue. He forced to to replace the wire. After changing the wire signal started, within 15 days i faced to many time issues in no signal even changing the wire, again i raised the complain they have visited my premises now they have found the issue in devices, i asked him why not previous executive not checked device before changing the wire I asked him actual problem was in device but executive changed the wire. connectivity in internal device was loose, if we slightly moving the setup box it was working some time not. both time they have charged for service visit and wire and device replacement. i have raised complain that my wire was in good condition why they have changed without verifying the devices, tata sky tele caller and complain department called me that his executive visit again at my premises to verify the old wire if found good charges will be reversed, they scheduled visit on 27/6/2015, work order no Iu8p1lz, this work order number never completed, i received message from tata sky "Hello, Your WO no.IU8P1LZdated 27/06/2015 12:27 has been cancelled. Please give us a Missed call on[protected] if you are still facing No Signal issues" i again missed call because service was not completed. I also called that without any intimation why my complain closed, executive told me they will verify and reversed. on 7/17/2015, i received message that charges will not reversed as communicated on 7/13/2015. but i asked him to call me but never received call. I am still ready to pay if i am wrong but if i am not wrong then i will never pay any amount. my contact no, [protected]

            Also adding 1 more thing, if you bought new devices and problem appear within 2 to 3 month, they will replace with third class devices. As they did this time with me.

              Now i am fed up from your service. Your service is totally third class. Its resulting into mentaly harrasment now. I am calling from last 3days as my tata sky in not working. Now this service has crossed the limit Is this called your service. We have to call again and again still we dont get any response. They told us that person will came with new tata sky box and still we are waiting for the person from last 3days. Everyday they assure us the person and noone is came.               I am totally agree, Tata sky service center, not doing fair with their customer, their purpose is to make money in any case.
              they just create issues at their end charging to customer, i am fed up and i will never continue with tata sky from next year, as i have paid till jan 2016, so i have no other way to discontinue.

                      My tatasky id is [protected].My tata sky set top box was not receiving signals, so I contacted to customer care, after complaining one agent has come & he has changed tata sky's wire and i have paid him for this.After one day my set box was again not receiving signals then i again called customer care and told the problem and asked that, will you take any charge for visit because i had already paid for this, then he committed, there will be no charge for this, but i saw there was 170 Rs. again less on my tatasky balance, then i called to customer care and he said that money can't be returned. It can't be possible.So tell me which kind of justice is this? So you are requested to please take some action for this. Thank you

                        i pay my tata sky subscription in advance, i did so in may this year, but due to some technical problems i stopped getting the service some time in mid june & i contacted tata sky to close my acct, they informed me tht they will b calling me back within 24hrs to close my acct, since then ive called them numerous times requesting them to close my acct & now its been over a month since my first contact, i still dont get their services & neither have they closed my acct & nor have i got my refund of advance payment β‚Ή2000 approx., their sales team still dares to contact me regularly to sell me something o the other, but no1 addresses the issue tht i want to close my acct

                            Our TV signal was stopping we complained and their was a charge for the visit and change of parts. It got deducted with out informing us. We only get SMS. After about 15 days the same problem started the signal was again stooping. I complained and said I will not pay any charge this time. I requested not to send the person as they will fix the unnecessary charges on me. The representative said the engineers will help. She booked the complained and the Engineer talked with me next day the same thing was informed to him. He came in my absence in afternoon when I was in office and after that the charges came in my SMS . Problem is still the same as he did nothing except pulling the wires here or there as informed to me. On customer complained I was told that I will get a call back but nobody called but I got SMS one that account is deactivated as the charge is deducted with out informing me now. My child and family could not see the TV and news today. and evening I got mail that the charges deducted was correct. I do not agree to this as the charges were not agreed with me and I categorically denied paying any charge and it must be in telephonic record with TATASKY.. This is an harassment to the consumer. We are paying money in advance to see the TV any repair charges should be separate account or yearly agreement or settled separately. Once we are paying for viewing the TV all the repair services should be availed by the company. Please reolve this and get my money returned.                               My tata sky I'd is [protected] this when your company replaces our old set up box it daily give a message on the screen NO SIGNAL and the weather is clear we have done many complaints about this Then we have a call from your company at afternoon at this number [protected] he was explaining about the active packs then we have not said to him to activate the all packs the we registered a call to tata sky about this we have not allowed you to activate this pack he said to me that tata sky will call you in 2 days about this complaint there Is the fifth day Check all these complaints then we will file consume case on your company

                                I am a serving Defence officer, my Tata sky got relocated from Chennai to Agra. It started giving problem since last few days of signal. After repeated calls through the long waiting voice call menu I used to request for some technician but every time reply used to be "sorry sir some one will call you shortly". Every time the service associate changes but the answer is same. Pathetic state of affairs as each call use to cost almost 20-25 Rs. Really disgusting.

                                      I S.K.Khatuja have been using the Tata Sky since last 6 yrs. the problem arose a few days ago ; on 12-6-15, I got a new set top box ( replacing the old one ) as mentioned Mandatory by your crew member. Exactly after one month i.e. 13-July-15 it stopped working. I logged the complaint regarding the same, and ur member came to check & stated that the fault is with the set top box & it needs to be changed on a payment of Rs 525.00. Can u pls explain me why do we need to pay the amount when the warranty of the box was for 6months..Also there has been no external damage to the box /nor was it opened by third party/ neither are their any water drops on the same, on the basis of which the warranty may get lapsed. On calling ur agents, they just give some new nos. which do not have any customer support. Request u to pls look into the matter n get a new set top[ box changed as soon as possible, or else you may end up loosing a regular customer. THANK YOU For futher details u can call me on my no- S.
