Please deactivate all HD Chanells of my tata sky ID NO [protected] and inform me on my mob no [protected]. Last two month I am chasing from your local representative regarding deactivation of HD Channels but no action has been taken in this regards. Kindly take action for deactivation, Otherwise I will swithover to other provider.

    Sir, I Mohammed Parvez r/o Hyderabad have a Tata Sky dish connection ID [protected] since June 2015, I took a HD channel pack which was first month subscription free and then told to pay ₹340 per month by the sales Man. Now after one month free service I recharged my service the cost been told to me is ₹505 for metro + HD channels, when asked why they did not have proper explaination more over my connection is disconnected since few days upon calling, they ask me to check the cable and all where they are suppose to do all this, it's been few days now since i raised a complaint but no proper response, i request them to either solve this problem of charges and disconnection or get ready to face the legal action.

      3-5 days ago I recharged my tatasky account by rs.3800 The tatasky was switched on during recharge of my account But no recharge was done I did a complaint at the tatasky call centre and they asked to me master reset the tatasky and I did so but there was no signal to the my tatasky connection Since 2 days I am complaining about my problem to the call centre . They keep on saying that the technician will come or call me . On the first day the technician called me and told he will come at 5pm but he didn't come. On the next day he said 3 pm and didn't come . I again reported to the call centre about my problem and they again say the same thing all over Just know on 15th July 9:30 pm I called and they said the technician will call in 5 minutes and still no call or any message is sent to me about it. This is the last day I m going to wait for the technician or straight away I will sue this tatasky It gave me a headache. Worst dish TV service ever.

        I have subscribed TATA sky with ID: [protected]. I requested for set top box change on 26 June, 2015 with reference ID: IP544ZO. No one has yet reached to my home for changing the set top box. When I tried calling helpline, the behavior of Support team was very rude and unethical. Channels communication stopped gradually and reason was told that set top box is incompatible to receive the signal, but that is not a customer's fault. We have paid for the entire package and raised the change request as well. This is entirely Tata Sky team's ignorance and mistake and because of which we are suffering. If actually, someone reads this complaint, we want our money refunded and set top box changed. Thanks Dr. Manoj Kumar Dwivedi

          unnecessary activation of channels

          Tata sky has activated unwanted and channels which were not demanded by me and also deducted my balance .My consumer id with the company is [protected].The channel was activated without my prior knowledge and balance from the account was also deducted.i called and even mailed on their website for several times but no result came out. The channel called actve music was activated....

          Hi, I want to know: 1) Why transponders are locked by TataSky, not allowing to watch free channels by pointing dish to DD Direct satellite / INSAT-4B and other terrestrial satellites? 2) Settop box should be unlocked as we paid around 3000 while purchasing TataSky settop box which is 5 times higher amount compare to Rs.600 DD Direct Settop box? 3) Why should we pay for separately for DD Direct Settop box if we already have paid for TataSky set top box? While I contacted to nodal officer of the Tatasky they didn't reply to me the exact answer why transponders are locked. Foolish people are handling Nodal Desk; giving foolish reply that your account need to be active for it. Dear foolish nodal desk, I would love to ask you that: [protected][protected][protected][protected] Do you know that all the transponders are locked by Tatasky by default? And why do you lock it by default? It doesn't have any relation with active/inactive account. Is settop box charges that we paid around Rs.3000/- wasn't enough for you.             My id [protected] my mobile [protected] even i had asked customer care service to remove the activate smart games and music packs on my account.I am now frustrated after says tatasky Customer to calling not remove the activate pack.if today these active pack did remove .i will disconnect tatasky

              This is for subscriber id [protected]. On the 8th of July, I could not view Tata sky, there was some problem. On the 8th july I put in a complaint and mention that if problem in tata sky box or if it is chargeable then no need to replace box, because in one year they change the box 3 or 4 times .Then the person come to my home for change the Box and say there is no need to pay any charges this is my superior order, then I say you can change the Box . On the 11th july, I recharged my tata sky with 240/- amount then is see my account balance is negative. I again call to customer care person & they say that will arrange the call back and revert back your money to your account .Every day I call to customer care I hear the same message from tatasky call center person will arrange the call back from concern person or revert back money. Today is 15th of july still I am waiting. The problem remain the same.

                This is for subscriber id [protected]. On the 11th of July, I could not view programmes, there was some problem. On the 12th I put in a complaint late morning and was told the tata sky person would attend to my case between 6-7 in the evening. He did not turn up. On the 13th, I again called and he came by. He said the box needed changing and so provided a new box. Now, as i understand, payments are billed. But does that mean that without prior notice, you will deactivate my programmes with the comment that they will be resumed only once i've made payment? What utter nonsense! Since this morning (15th) i have not been able to view my programmes because of the payment due from my side. Did i say i would not pay? Did you give me notice? Is this the way to treat senior citizens in this country? And suppose for some reason i cannot pay immediately what would that mean? That i go to a local cable operator? Please treat this complaint as a very, very serious one - not only for its nature, but also the mental agony that you put me through for treating me this way. I am proceeding to make payment, only because i do not want to miss any more programmes, as at my age, watching television is one of my most important pastimes. This complaint is being forwarded through my daughter who may be contacted on [protected].

                  I took tata sky connection by watching Ads on TV and to my horror, their customer service is soooooo bad - I guess they r spending all the money only on advertising and nothing on customer service. I relocated from Delhi to Shillong and requested them for a change of address which they said will take place within 48 hours. Nothing happened for next 3 days so I called them and they promised me they will send technician in next 24 hours - positively so I recharged my TV for Rs 660(my monthly fee). Nobody came to fix the connection in my new home and every day I was losing about Rs35 as daily charge even though I wasn't able to watch TV. Nobody visited my house for 2 months inspite of false promises later I had to pay Rs 700 to an outside technician to get my TV connected to Sky because no one from tata sky visited me. Later when I emailed tata sky will all the details of all my phone calls and the numerous emails and asked for a refund for the time period that I wasn't able to watch TV but was paying for it daily - they said they are refunding me Rs 21.07 for 5 days only.? And that to came to Rs 75.? How is that possible? They can't even calculate or what? I informed this to the agent and she gave me a vague jargon filled lecture which I couldn't decode and hence dint understand. I told her I didn't understand but all she did was giving me another email ID to email the'higher authority'. I emailed tata sky'higher authority' about the amount dispute - Service Request No: IZOQ01V. Their reply was as follows: 'Please be informed that as on 10/05/2015 relocation request was raised and was cancelled on 17/05/2015 09:25:00 AM, your account was deactivated from 06/06/2015 till 21/06/2015. However, your account was not charged during the relocation request was raised and cancelled, already Rs.77.25/- is credited to your account, we will not be able to extend any more credit.' Which is totally wrong we didn't cancel anything from our side. Dear Tata sky, Please understand my problem and kindly return me the daily amounts which I've lost fro 20 days. Please take a fair and honest decision.

                    I have request for relocate my dish through tata sky help line number.tata sky person come and said to me you have not extension wire to start up drill machine.you should purchase it. I m socked, means I have to purchase all that equipment to relocate my dish.i call at help line but they said your request would be cancelled so I regenrate it.i regenerated my request 5 time at Tata sky.but still my dish not relocate.tata sky engineer tell me that its your problem its your dish.

                      HI, I'm using Tatasky DTH, This is regarding the deduction of 170/-Rs from my account as Visit fee. But I haven’t had any technician visiting home. I called to the Customer support team to activate my free regional Telugu pack which is suddenly deactivated from my base pack. I don’t understand why this would involve a technician visit which is unnecessary. After this yesterday I called again to the CS team to raise a complaint about this amount deduction, they said within 24 hrs it will resolve, but till now there is no action. Morning again I spoke to the Customer support team person (ANJANI), she is very rude and showing her frustration on me while asking for the update on my complaint. I'm not at all happy with the CS team. Kindly take necessary action on my complaint and refund my deducted amount of 170 /-Rs. Regards Shekar

                        I have already complained for above matter three times to Tata Sky customer care executive before two months.They told me to close this but til today my connection is charged. i Want to use only two connection and close one connection.Tata sky customer care executive don't give proper response and hold our phone more than half an hour so many times. I have already registered them my connection with Digicom number which i want to close. How can the charge for two months. See my account and inquire about your irresponsible executives to attend me. If with immediate effect from first close complain they don't credit my balance in my account, i have to go in media and news paper and Grievance of Telecom Ministry. So, Please Close My Connection of Tata sky of Digicom number which i mention in my complain to Tata Sky Customer Care Executive.

                          There is no answer from your side. I registered a complaint yesterday against your billing. Received every month increasing bill without any add-on. Please rectify the bill. We have only METRO PACK + HD of Rs. 325 PM. Please suggest and do the needful at the earliest

                            Before we had 2 TV's. From Last June we are having only one TV. I paid Rs.5000/- last year. But we never got any channels of our choice as promised. So whom I should contact to get proper answers for my queries. If you are not interested we'll quit Tatasky and go for something else. Thanks and regards. Kumar

                                No signal since 9th July . Work order number J210O0O. Technician unable to solve problem and after that no one visited till 14th July. They Service vendor calls back telling with few hours it would be solved but no one visited. I want my semi annual recharge amount made few days back, into my account as I would like to discontinue tata sky and looking for alternative. Harrasment charges to be filed. Also How was the previous SR was closed. SR[protected] ? for what reason. Will file a Legal case.. Subscriber ID [protected] . registered phone [protected]

                                  Dear sir we are having two connections. One is main and another one is parallal.At present nobody is there in the parallar connection. Un necessary waste of money. Kindly discontinue or remove the aboue parallal connection. Three times are given complaint and no action as on date. ID No [protected].

I have opted for tamil and telugu channels and asked to remove malayalam channels, insted they have removed tamilchannels. when contacted tollfreenos system recorded voice always telling to wait for 2 minutes continuously for 10 minutes and could not contact the ececutive . I request to activate tamil channels immediately and remove timesnow, active cooking.

                                      My Tatsky megapack HD+ Id is [protected]. on 13.07.15 my account status was: Rs. 184 balance. Expiry date 16.07.15. Have recharged annual pack on 13.07.15 Rs.10, 0000/- Due date should be 12.07.2016. Also Excess amount should be shown as credit. Instead of above date due date is displayed as 02.03.2016. Why this discrepancy. Correct same Immediately.
