No signal issue for 4days

No signal since 9th July . Work order number J210O0O. Technician unable to solve problem and no one visited today ie 12th July. They Service vendor calls back telling with few hours it would be solved but no one visited. I want my semi annual recharge amount made few days back, into my account as I would like to discontinue tata sky and looking for alternative. Harrasment charges to be filed....

Addition of HD channels without approval and deducting in annual subscription

Excess payment done by mistake to be refunded

non - reception of signal

Very bad customer care response

Just imagine how painful it could be. Poor Service need refund and cancelation

Our Tata Sky dish was spoiled. We have 1 dish installed in a building the whole building was suffering. Till we wrote to the GM of the company and the dish was changed after 1.5 months of no service. very bad signal
