I am calling them daily two times than they are saying that technician will go within two hour but nobody comes. Therefore, you are requested that look at my problem and resolve as realist. They Service vendor calls back telling with few hours it would be solved but no one visited. Our Tata Sky dish was spoiled. We have 1 dish installed in a building the whole building was suffering. Till we wrote to the GM of the company and the dish was changed after 1.5 months of no service.
