I am a tata sky customer with Id [protected]. My set top box is not receiving signal for 4 days. My box Is in warranty. When we contacted their customer service they don't respond to me. We gave complaint and then they said our technician will call you. Then I don't received any call from technician. Then I again called the customer service and said I don't received any call from technician. Then they said ok we will complaint the technician and new technician will call you. And till now I have not received any call from any technician... What should I do??? Tata sky gave me worst customer service...

    Hi Tata Sky Team My Tata sky Id is [protected], My complaint is regarding Tata sky service is not up to the mark, I am very old Tata sky customer since 7 yrs. I logged a Complaint in Tata sky regarding HD box which is not working from last 3 days due to some technically Glitch. When Tata sky technician camed he replied very casually they don't have any replesmnet HD box, we will fixed it Tomorrow But no one comes till now with any solution. I have again call to customer care talk with seniour Mr Mohammad Ali but Problem is still Persist.

      When I purchased I was promised south pack containing Kannada, telgu, Tamil or malayanam.@ Rs.280/- later I added all hindhi channels & kids pack Not sports channels. I am surprised to note that the monthly charges hiked to 400/ and now 360/- with no telgu channels. I would request you to kindly give me better viewing and advice me an economical pack costing within Rs.250/- PM.

        Hi Tatsky Team This is regarding tatasky servise which is not working from last 3 days, i am a 8 around years old customer of yours . For the first time i am very disappointed about the tatsky services and the statements from the tatsky service center senior person and tatasky engineer as quoted below -- Tatasky Servicer Center Senior person : (On asking why nobody has come from 2 days he replied in hindi ) --- " Barish mai current leg gya to kaus responsible hoga " Tatasky Engineer : (He started the tatasky and it gets stopped after 15 mins -- i calle dhime agian ) --- " He said kyu mazak ker rahe ho aapne hile diya hoga" I am really pissed off by this kind off statement and service, and trust me if this continues i will surely remove tatsky and make sure that nobody i know will use it .           I have been charged for everywhere TV on 2 of my divce from past one year(60rs per divce) and when I left a complain regarding this I got a call from Tatasky surprisingly and Mr josuwa from Tatasky was on their other side trying to convince me that I have activated this packege when I asked him where is the confirmation sms sent by me from my RMN he just said we don't keep records for more than a year I was surprised again if Tatasky has to take an outstanding payment from a subscriber they will dig out a record from the time Tatasky has been started Mr Josuwa then was firm saying that we cannot refund your money and disconnected the phone.             I had a minute issue in fixing the wires in Tata sky box due to which it wasnt working.I called them up to fix this problem.I communicated with the concerned person whether they would charge for a visit or not, they told me that until a major task is involved they wont charge anything. their technician came over to my place and it just took him hardly 5 mins to pluck in the cable wire which was incorrectly plugged in.Thats all. A day after I saw i message of deactivation due to low balance, as to my surprise Rs 170 was charged.I again turned up to the company asking for the reason of deduction, the caller replied saying that its an incorrect debit, they will shortly return. But again after two days I recieve a message from TATA SKY stating that it was a correct debit. Why are you fooling people, thats the point.If you had to charge for it, you should have communicated at the first place! plus if you have finally decided to deduct the amount, You should call the subscriber explaining them the reason of deduction. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE If you still have some concern please reach me back.TATA SKY ID-[protected]

              Respected Sir/Madam we have a Metro Pack of Rs. 380/-pm. Now from the last three -four months the rate is increasing every month . I want to talk some executive regarding this but failed. What should we do? Otherwise we have the only option to cut the Tata sky connection. PLease suggest. Regards Vijay

                  we have call many time to tata sky customer care but still problem is not resolved. we have also recharge two times and i have 233 rs. balance and show due is date 27.07.15.But when i channel opened they meassged me YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED! My subcriber id is [protected].

                    I called Tata Sky customer care on the 11th July on [protected] at 7:10 pm. The automated message first said my wait time would be 4 minutes, after which it said it's be 8 minutes, and then it became 10 minutes. I was made to wait more than 26 minutes, after which a lady named Sharmila picked up the phone. When I said that it was very bad customer service to make people wait for so long, she said "If we are busy customers have to wait" without even a trace or word of apology for making me wait so long. When i asked her who i could escalate this to, she refused to give any names. She could not speak properly, and i was really angry, and she kept saying "go to help" which, with her pathetic accent, sounded as if she was saying "go to hell". They assume that we have net access at all times. I have been a Tata Sky Customer for more than 10 years and have two connections (one customer ID is [protected]), but i was really frustrated and angry that Tata Sky has such poor service and employs such uncouth and mannerless people. She disconnected the call even before I could tell her what may complaint was and I had no energy left to wait another 30 minutes again. Is Tata Sky hand-in-glove with the mobile operators to increase our call times, or generally become to terrible over the years? For a company that proudly states that Mr Harit Nagpal says "‘Our focus is service, service and service", it is the biggest joke to have such horrid service!!! Shame on you, Tata Sky. Also, they send an SMS stating that they have received a callback option selection, but never actually call back,

                      A pathetic service by Tata sky... Now your service engineer calls me up and says my address is not updated in your system while as it was two and half years back that I have shifted my apartment and your engineers came to install tatasky here. That time we paid full charges for relocation. Now please let me know why I need to pay more 200rs in addition to 170rs for updating address. He says he cannot come unless address is updated. I am going to consumer court for all the mental harassment that I am receiving from your services.                         Hi, I am Tridha and my subscriber id is [protected]. I have been using Tata Sky for almost ten years now. Its ridiculous that their service has gone really bad and they do not bother to keep the customer informed on the status of a complain/request. I had placed a relocation request for moving in the same society in Gurgaon from one tower to another and since the 8th of July 2015 I have been following up with them, i even called their helpline number and spoke to the supervisor twice yesterday 12th July and i was assured that my complaint has been escalated, however i did not receive any calls / mails or any information whatsoever on the installer visit nor did they visit us. Hopeless and extremely disappointing customer service on their part.

                          I have Tata Sky from last 7 years. My. ID [protected]. Few months back when u was upgrading ur systems, then u changed setup box. 20 days before I hv registered complaint on ur customer care that in my TV few channels are not coming properly. They run only 1 to 2 mins & then stop, showing "initialiation" on screen & then again start with channel no. 100. Customer care person told that it is setup box problem. We told him that we will not pay any money of this box as my initial box was working fine from last 6.5 years & u(Tata Sky) changed as per ur interest for ur system upgradation. After 2 days a technician came at home in late evening & changed the setup box. He not checked the signal at disc. He left the home saying that He is going to attend other complaint nearby & will return. He is not taking our signature in service report. Next day when we 'ON" the TV, found that it not working, channels was not coming & showing message that ur balance is (-)ve. At that time my balance was Rs280 & whole amt. deducted without giving information us. When talked to customer care about this (-)ve amt. they told that first pay setup box amt. & service visit charge amt. & charge ur a/c, then ur channels will come. Why I pay this amt. as I still not confirmed that after changing setup box problem resolved or not. Kindly tell me is this the way u behave with ur old customers. How u knew that problem is in setup box. If there was problem in setup box, then how many channels like colours, Star Plus etc are coming OK. News channels & few other channels are not coming properly. Have u checked the signal strength at disc level. This shows that u are cheating with customer. I am an ex employee of Tata Group. Tata work on Ethics, then how Tata Sky can do this with me. From last 20 days my TV is off & we are not able to view any channels. I not expect that Tata Sky of Tata Group can do with their customers like this. I hope in Tata Ethics & still believe that my problem will be resolve.

                              No signal since 9th July . Work order number J210O0O. Technician unable to solve problem and no one visited today ie 12th July. They Service vendor calls back telling with few hours it would be solved but no one visited. I want my semi annual recharge amount made few days back, into my account as I would like to discontinue tata sky and looking for alternative. Harrasment charges to be filed.

                                  Dear sir / madam My subscriber number in tatasky is [protected]. We have paid annual subscription and our subscription is valid upto November 2015. Two months back, Suddenly they have added HD channel packs to our regular pack without approval and started sending that your money is due. We have approached the dealer and he said that you forego these msgs. Need not pay any amount. Your validity Is till November 2015. But now our connection has been disconnected ( July 2015 )saying your subscortion amount is zero. We have lost 6 months subscription ( Rs 900 ). Pl take up with tatasky and arrange to revive the subscription.

                                    Dear Tata Sky Customer Care, Our Tata Sky connection (consumer no. is [protected]) is completely down since 11.07.2015 4 PM. We had complained to your Call Centre and were told your technician would visit our place by 11 AM today (Work Order no. J2HO8AJ). When no one turned up, we called your Call Centre again at 11.10, but were surprised when a lady told us that we have not mentioned any "time of availability", hence they haVE not sent anyone. This is atrocious on the part of Tata Sky. With Wimbledon and other programs going on over the weekend, and all our TVs not working, Tata Sky customer care takes such a callous attitude? Instead of sending a technician, you guys are blaming customer for a false reason, when the fact is the time was scheduled at 11 AM! If your technician is not available on Sunday, you should say so, instead of blaming us. Please let us know immediately when your person is coming and send him IMMEDIATELY, otherwise we will escalae this matter to your Nodal Officer. Dhruv Dar

                                      While booking the welcome message received within a minute. After that the details asked from customer care on 09 Jul 2015. But the installation of set of box is not done till time. Please take and direct the distributor to take necessary installation immediately.
