    my tatasky id is [protected]. My plan package is Hindi & Tamil channels, mnthly charge 275/-. Yesterday one active game channel is added to my plan without our consent and package enhanced to 324/- p.m. This is totally unfair. pl delete all other channels except Hindi & Tamil channels in my plan, otherwise we will be compelled to stop tatasky and go for some other dth for our use.       My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is [protected] . Last week my Tata Sky got re-installed by your technician to my new premise. The technician connected my Tata Sky to multi dish and since then problem has started. There is no signal since Saturday. I called up customer care and they said the problem will be solved in 24 hours. Till now every hour I am calling the your customer care and they are saying my order is still unscheduled. They are clueless abut when will I get the issue rectified. The same technician who came and reinstalled my Tata Sky is now telling that my locality is outside his jurisdiction. I am really unhappy with the whole experience and if the issue is not taken care of, neither I am going to recommend this service to anyone nor I will be keeping it . I used to praise Tata Sky services, even recommended to friends and family. But now the service has become so pathetic that it leaves consumers dissatisfied. The Quality of people at customer care and local level sucks. They seem not to know about anything.

        In this regard we have to inform you that my tata sky subscriber I'd no is - [protected] and registered mobile no is [protected].I am facing problem since when tata sky upgrated their system by sending their technician to house .Since then my tata sky is not working properly. When I complaint about this then they had deducted Rs.170/- from my balance.This is treated as cheating to me.I have mailed them no of times but didn't get any response.           since this afternoon we are getting no signal at all, the rain excuse has to have some limits. according to your call centre guys "there will be no signal if it is cloudy or raining". can't believe you expect customers to go without any signal for days because of not so good weather. ridiculous

            My customer ID is [protected] my annual package payment was due on 10th July hence I contacted customer care number[protected] at 9.52 pm for first time and the last communication was completed at 10.28 pm. Just imagine how painful it could be. First of all, this is a complete punishment for customers, tata sky may check their records if they really have it. getting a customer care executive on line, making him understand what you need was a big challenge. first I spoke with Vikram, who told me to pay Rs 8495 which I paid within 15 minutes. I was told that I need to call them back so that the annual pack will be activated after online payment hence I called back again. This time, I was connected to Krishna. He told me that I was expected to pay 7770 for my existing pack which means I paid extra money. By the time, I was loosing patience, I told him I am recording our conversation like you do and then surprisingly phone was disconnected. My TV was not showing free channels like Zee marathi & BBC etc. Looking at my desperate efforts, my daughter jumped in and called TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE again, this was third attempt when my daughter was connected to gentleman named Ruben, who could atleast activate free channels like zee marathi. Thanks. My complaint is for following points 1. Customer care executive like Vikram don't offer proper services, these guys simply disconnect calls if they don't want to reply or continue explaination. 2. Tata sky service is really a pain, they don't respond you in committed waiting time as you hear from them. 3. I have specific complaint against people like Krishna who don't have enough patience to listen and offer solution rather he disconnected the call which is insulting, such people should be taken for task by the management otherwise customer's will run away from tatasky. 4. Today, I can't see news channels like BBC, CNN, CNBC where as I can see sports channels which I don't need. 5. I am thinking of diconnecting tatasky and go for other options if this continues. In case customer care team exists at TATA SKY, contact me on [protected]. Stop arrogent behavier with customers and concentrate on providing them correct information, look at your own customer care service ad time taken to respond, don't disconnect calls.

                Dear sir/ Madam This information is giving by Tata sky company, your monthly charges is notification by mobile phone i, m sucking, what going on. the Tata sky company is going to mad. firstly, my monthly plan is Rs 300 per month add Rs 77 per month total monthly charge is Rs 377 per month first notification Rs 544 per month ( add channel active music without proper information) second notification is Rs 564 per month ( add channel is Smart game), now finally Rs 716 per month.                     Our Tata Sky dish was spoiled. We have 1 dish installed in a building the whole building was suffering. Till we wrote to the GM of the company and the dish was changed after 1.5 months of no service. During that process engineer named Bharat told us that one of the boxes in our hose is spoiled and needs replacment which he will do tomorrow and its been 1.5 months yet again ... on calling service center they say no complain is launched and that Bharat happily took us for a ride for months ... on asking the proccedure for refund, no one has a answer . We have paid for a year and would like to get our money back and cancel the subscription, Mr. Bharat says go file a case against the company i cant do anything kindly help my subscription id is - [protected] and my number is [protected]

                      my tatasky a/c no. is [protected].Regd. mobile no.[protected].Yesterday your representative called me at about 11am explaning about addtional facilty of viewing Javed Ahtar without any cost. I said not interested.still this service was activated and my balance was reduced by Rs.49/ and due date of recharge was changed to 23rd July-15 from 26thJuly-15. This is cheating and fraud on customers. How your staff could activate this service without customer's consent? Why he told that this service is free of charge for one month? please take action against your staff. please also restore my balance and due date of recharge.                         I have tata sky connection but my experience is very bad its service is very poor i got hurt by their network its network got down every day very poor and bad signal only 2 and 3 channel are running.amir khan what happen to u??? I thought u work for nation but after using your brand i got hurt by u also as u r a commercial actor.i hate tata sky nd u also.

So I am recharge my tata sky account [protected] with 1660 rupes then I am recharge my account and call to tata sky customer care he was ignore for our previous information. And my balance is waist.                               my subs ID is [protected]. I changed my base pack from 470 to 240 rs dhamalmix but extra vadic maths pack was also added, which i want to deactivate but they are not agreeing. It is extra 240 rs per month on my account which i m not using at all. pls do something. I just want to getrid of extra package added on my account. When i spoke to the customer care they take so much time in connecting to the operator that it takes 10 rs straightway from mobile account. Pls help in deactivating my extra added pack.

Subscriber ID No.[protected], Mob.No.[protected]. gajraj singh To [protected]@tatasky.com Today at 8:23 PM It is to inform you that in spite of yearly subscription of Rs.7500/- deposited in my account by me on dated 24.06.2015 for MEGA HD PACK much before the expiry of my last yearly MEGA HD PACK, service on my TV was withdrawn without any genuine reason causing inconvenience and harassment to me. On inquiry from the person on Mob. No.[protected] at 7:54 PM he repeatedly asked to deposit Rs.200/- to reactivate the service in spite of conveying all the facts and details to him. Such type o[censored]nilateral action appears to be not in accordance with satisfactory customer service. You will definitely like to inquire into the matter to take suitable action under intimation to me. However to avoid the problem I unwillingly deposited Rs.200/- through internet banking to get the service restored.                                         I have been shifted from Chamoli to Jaipur and asked for reinstall the Tata sky. Given time to resolve it by 12pm on 10th July. Called me again to 2pm. When I called at 2:20pm replied that they will be coming by 3pm. When called again at 3:10pm. replied that they will come by 4:20pm. Till now at 7:30pm, no one has turned up.
