besides all efforts to contact tata sky help line our tatasky tv is not working for last 5 days. we are regularly calling their helpline no. but the executives are not ready to listen beyond two lines, moreover, they do not understand either hindi nor english. most of the time they pretend as if they could not here you, and if does not work then they put you on hold for some unknown reason and will never return to attend your call ... we had never expected this kind of service from TATA . we understand that TATA is the only trust vardi name left in INdia, but if TATA is also behave this way then... we finally want to know if there is anyone who can resove this or should we switch to some other ...

    My name is SK Tiwari. I am residing at 3/1/A Anand Vihar, Jakhan, Rajpur road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. My set top box subscription ID is [protected]. The subscription amount has been paid till 10.09.2015. Today my TV screen is showing a wrong subscription is ([protected]) which does not belong to me and showing that the balance will expire today i.e. 10.07.2015. This is harassing to me. Please solve the problem so that I see the programmes without any difficulty. SK Tiwari [protected]

      my consumer id/ Subscriber ID : [protected] tata sky given call and tv advertisement that old existing box which upgrade to mpeg2 to mpeg 4 and all replacement will done by our side our engineer will visit to our home but my issue is different tata sky local service called me to his office to collect new box and i went there and collected a old box when i complain about the given box is old they replied ok not an issue our service will visit to your home with new box .from that day 9/06/2015 till date i m chessing up about new box but they are not listening my claim .today i personally visit there office now they told new issue that you hav to pay 990/- for new box .when i asking about to resolved my pending restarting issue of existed one they told they denied to solve they only need money .kindly help me sir to get appropriate action against the cheating of tatasky serviece

        The relocation is still not done, it is nearly one month now, how often do you want me to contact you, if you cannot get it done then please let me know the procedure for disconnection and refund of my deposit so that I can move to another service provider, please treat this as urgent

          To day i have received message frinam - mytsky stating that: request completed for active fund lelarn rs. 49 / - current a / c bal 2517. 01 due date 6. 3. 16. New monthly charge rs. 318"

          I have not requested any such un wanted un requested package and unnecessarily they are charging

          Please withdraw the same and continue my regular package of rs. 220 / - per month which is valid upto april 2016.

I called customer care to know that how much recharge is enough for annually subscription. the guy told me that "your primary box need 1665 rs for one year...and i recharged ...now another customer care executive saying that "we r sorry" for giving u a wrong info.. What i do??? Shame on u guyz

                Hi, my name is Kamlesh Singh. I am using Tata sky from several months and till now I an getting cheated each and every time. They updated my package without my permission and whenever I tried to contact customer care they simply disconnect my call or provide improper answers. I am not happy with the services and nerve expected such kind of support from Tata Sky.
                Complaint marked as Resolved 
                They called me and this time his behaviour was to good. He properly addressed me and resolved mine issue. Thank you so much. Indian consumer complaints forum is awesome. Thank you.

                  I am from cuttack, odisha I am just shocked about tata sky dth service, I want a new connection but tatasky distributor not able to give new connection within 12hrs.shame on.they waited me for 7 hrs that we are giving u the connection.I waited for them to 9 pm.then they switched off their phones.

                    subscriber id-[protected] rakesh bhatnagar I made a call to customer care representatives, i want to deactivate secondary connection from tata sky multi-connection package, my monthly charges for 2 connection-rs.535 & for 1-rs.305 but in my account 535 amount deducted and in installation process, rs.300 should be deducted but they deducted 2 times amount from my account i.e. rs.600.please resolve both problem immediately as i made call since mid of june and no proper action from your side, waiting for your response.

                      ranjit sharma 7:03 PM (6 minutes ago) to help, harit.nagpal My Id no is [protected] in the name of Ranjit Sharma.Registered mobile no [protected]/ [protected]. 1. on 4th July 2015 I lodged online complaint no IYJTTHZ as no signal was being received in two of the three set up boxes. 2. On 06/07/2015 I visited your Tata Sky Office which is located in Tibetian market Shimla. where I requested the concerned lady that my complaint was not being looked into . 3 When I insisted that my complaint should be looked into immediately one person who said that I am H.P.coordinator spoke to me in a very rude manner & said that the complaint will be looked into when we have a spare person. 4. I asked the concerned coordinator to give me the phone no of his seniors so that I could speak to them then he said that some Engineer will come. 5. In the evening an Engineer came & looked into the complaint & said that some part in the dish had to be replaced & would be done . The part was replaced with the result that only one set up box was working. and he said that the wires had to be replaced of the other two boxes. 6. He replaced the wire of one of the boxes & said that the wire of the other box will be replaced the next day. & to our utter shock when we opened the set up boxes to see the performance no signal was being received in any of the boxes. on asking the engineer what happened he started laughing & said pata nahi . 7. Today i.e 9th July 2015 I visited Tata sky office Thrice & requested them to attend the complaint but till 7.00 pm no person has turned up. 8. I am your premier customer who has given the entire years rent in advance.If I get this type of service then what is the use of paying rent in advance & continue with you.And why should I pay rent for the days for which I have not received the signal.                         Hi Team, I have recharged online from Tata Sky Web Site. I have got the message from the account of money getting deducted from account and but no message from the tata sky. And the amount is not credited back to my bank account and nor it is credited to my tata sky account. When contacted they don't have any details and I had hard time connecting to them. After connected to agent they hung the phone for 4 times, then I had to opt for chat support. The chat support executive does not have any idea about the issue.

                            Tatasky Cust ID [protected] complainant -Nitin Lahoti Tatasky debited my a/c twice as I was paid the set top repairing charges at the time of repairing from company's engineer. The company doesn't allow any credit to their customer then how the credit given to me? plz.order the authorities to revoke the repeatating charges and allow my semi annual recharge Dhammal package for six month.

Id-[protected] and mobile number -[protected] want to Complaint about change of setup box from MPEG 2 TO MPEG 4 immediately and one more compliant about Change in address - flat no. 306, Kiran sagar heights, road no.7, near Durga temple, ganeshnagar, bhopkhel, Pune- 411031. We have made Calls so many times but we get no reply from Customer Care.they keep us busy in call and make no changes, irritating day by day. Please make these changes as soon as possible because we are unable to watch tv channels even after recharging. I[censored] won't make any changes we are not interested to use tatasky services. Please reply and call as soon as possible.

On monday 06.07.2015 i have requested for change of my set top box to MPEG and i was told i will be contacted by some technician in 24 hourse. After i received no call on Tuesday, i was told to wait for another 24 hours. Then on 08.07.2015 to my surprise i was told that they have no such requested and they asked me to register the request again and they told me i will get a call in 24 hours. Today when i called again, to my horror a very ill mannered executive told me that my request has been cancelled. When i asked for reason of cancellation he told me cancel means cancelled. I was aghast at such un professional attitude and requested to connect me to some senior executive. My line was then transferred to some Rajesh Bhor, who rather than explaining why my request has been cancelled asked me to register request again and wait again. I am horrified at the level of the services provided by tata sky. I have few weeks back also faced such problem from tata sky when i requested for shifting of my connection. That time also i was harassed by tata sky to great extent. Your services are becoming worse day by day. You have become a company which should be recommended by none and your this attitude should be given wide publicity to save hundreds of other new customers who might make the mistake of choosing you

                                  On 03 / 07 / 2015 a request was made to upgrade our set op boxes to mpeg 4 hd. At that time i was told that one set top box shall be free, for the other if i pay rs 999. 00 i shall get to see all hd channels free for one month to which i agreed. On 04 / 07 / 2015 a technician from ocean systems, malviya nagar, new delhi came with two set top boxes & installed those. The amount stated above was paid & he gave a receipt bearing srl no: 8858 to us. He told that the hd channels shall get energised within the next 24 hrs. Since then nothing has happened till now. I made several calls to tata sky help line but to no avail. Every time i was promised that the issue shall be resolved within two hours or so.
                                  I got a call today also regarding renewal of subscription this issue of non - activation of hd hannels was discussed. The supervisor has promised again to have the promise made by a rep. Of tata sky resolved. I am anxiously awaiting the outcome of the latest promise by a tata sky rep.
                                  In this context i may quote your complaint no: izaare8 probably dated 08 / 07 / 2015. To gain customer's continued loyalty, a petty issue like this should not have been dragged this far. We have been your customer for number of years.

                                    False Commitment Given By the representatives who visited my house on 4/7/15. He committed to provide Regional channel as Tamil channels, sports channel and Discovery channel, NAT GEO, English movies like Star, HBO, AXN. Yesterday an installer with WO: J0CFJR8 came and fitted the devise in my house and went off, and after my returning home, I could not see any Discovery channel, NAT GEO, English movies like Star, HBO, AXN, rather channels from Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi was only displayed. Why should they provide which I haven't asked for and of no use to me ? My customer ID no. is [protected]. Is this the way of doing business ? Are they trained to do so ? He has written the following on my bill as noted below, [protected], [protected], [protected], MY PACK Rs.99/month. WTH that you can add any 9 regional pack as add on pack. Who knows the above numbers and where does it refers to, I have no idea and it was not shown to me, he just collected the cheque and fled away, and I was under the presumption that what was discussed will be received, but unfortunately it was in vain. I am totally UNHAPPY with the service rendered as it was my HARD EARNED MONEY. I have registered this as a complaint and if any person responsible to this act shall immediately respond to my agreed needs. i.e My Package should be for Rs.99/month for All Tamil channels, Sports, and Discovery channel, NAT GEO, English movies like Star, HBO, AXN.                                       On call I raised ticket to relocate myTata Sky connection with Tata team, as per the receiver i suppose to get sms and executive details.. And SLA for this relocation is 24 hours. After 24 hours When i did'nt get any response from Tatasky i relocate my self and ask Tata team to cancel this request.they agree for the same but at the same time they deduct amount from my balance bucket.
