Tata sky engineer added connection to somebody else on my disc. I was unable to take my disc when I had shifted my flat. (Period unknown) Relocation was not done in due course of time (Flat shifted on 1st June & relocation was done after 12th June). Engineers gave false commitment regarding their arrival time. On 30 jun 2015 i subscribed to supreme sports kid pack annually+2multi tv+hd...BUT it is not being displaed on my led...it is showing that 2 multi tv is subscribed only for 11 months and not annually... To resolve the issue i called customer care...it kept me on hold for 25 mins and still there was no response from any execuive......

NOT WORKING SINCE 6/6/2015

my tata sky id is [protected]. today ie 06th july 2015 around about 0715 am i requested for dhoomal package to some lady ON DUTY AT THAT TIME.I asked hindi news, HINDI movies and punjabi channels only and nothing else. I recharged my account for Rs 240/- as advised. and tried on phone to inform that i have recharged my account. Not receiving Tata Sky Signal since Yesterday

I have called up customer care several times but no body has resolved the problems and more over they are saying that they will charge me for solving tata sky problem. ID No-1104818941 to deactivate & reversal Rs.49 for the Javed Akhtar pack

every year I have changed set-top-box, etc

during rainfall even short duration also signal goes, every year set-top-box have been changed by your technicians & company have taken those all with charges through refill/recharge, Also, thrice I have changed adopter and three(yellow+red+white) pin plug. In non working of settopbox company is deducting daily charges from refill/rechage. I highly disappointed with this service and I think it is totally wrong treatment to your customer....

No signal in set top box since 2nd July 2015.

Unjustified delay in re-installation- Untrained technician
