Hi, we have booked Tata Sky on 10 June 2015. They said they will be giving Dhamaka pack free for 1 month. But, today (4.7.15), before completing 1 one month they have changed it to 190 package. When i asked about this to customer service executive of TatSky, he says, he can do nothing and if I want, I can complaint to anybody. Once changed is changed, cannot return to previous pack. Our Customer ID is [protected]. Kindly help us to solve this problem asap.
Complaint marked as Resolved They have called yesterday and asked about what exactly the problem is. I have explained him about what happened. Then they asked sorry and credited INR 60 on our Tata Sky account. Excellent service by Consumer Complaints. It has solved an issue 3rd time for me.

Rs 240/- as advised. and tried on phone to inform that i have recharged my account. Even after trying for A LONG TIME and spending about Rs 30/- from my mobile i could not reach my required person as computerised system voice system brought me to square one of snake ladder game. Now i got the sms that my a/c is valid up to 22 JULY 2015. I being fed up with the system and services am planning to do away with this tv system and go back to RADIO AS IN 1970'S THAT IS THE TIME I BECAME INTERESTED WITH NEWS ETC AT THE AGE OF ABOUT 26 YEARS
