To Team TataSky, Last month I had been to Chennai on 10.06.2015 in connection with medical treatment of my wife. We were under going some clinical / pathological tests in the Apollo Hospital on 12.06.2015 when one person from Tata Sky rang my Registered Mobile No.[protected]. He had some interactions and told me that I should tell my wife to some time view Active Cooking which she will find it very much interesting and educative too. He did not bother whether I had my consent to the activation of the new addon. Last month myself and my wife were mostly out of station. I did not open your channel 'Active Cooking' even once. My usual date of renewal of monthly recharge Rs. 498/-is generally 11th of every month. But this month the recharge date is 08.07.2015 and I have been asked to recharge with Rs. 547/-. I had sent one SMS to 56633 on 13.06.2015 objecting to the unconsented activation and was replied as "Invalid request. please call our helpline or log onto tatasky.com". I tried the helpline and conveyed my displeasure. I was told that they will look into the matter' I trust I have communicated my problem to you effectively and you will act upon the same promptly because tomorrow is the Recharge date. Please drop the Active Cooking and tell me the next recharge amount. With regards, Munindra

    My Subscriber id is [protected]. I had lodged a complaint for refund of amount due to unconsented activation of'active games' on my account, complaint no. IXOD3J5. While lodging this complaint through online chat option I was told that this activation was done in response to a call from my registered mobile number whereas no such call had been made, I had also asked to share the call on which the consent was give. As a response to this complaint I received a very rude mail from someone named tasneem denying the refund still saying that it was added with consent when that is not the case. This is shokingly unethical experience from a TATA brand. I also received a call from no. [protected], the representative was very rude and arrogant and provided misleading information, tried to close the complaint without giving solution If you need any service or lodge a complaint with TATA sky be ready for a troublesome, frustrating and tiring experience. DONT GO FOR TATA SKY

      I called Tata sky Customer executive and Miss Richa Communicated with me, i had decision my problem Miss Richa & she told me(Date-5-july-2015 & Time-3:51 pm) that register my complain but she did not given any complained No know Today again i called Tata sky customer executive and that person told not register any complain through my register mobile number i m completed surprised...to this response.

        Since last 2 months i have not been able to view channels due to technical reasons. Engineers visited but could not solve the problems. Despite repeated complaints to customer care (Probably more than 15 times) the problem is yet to be resolved. The refund for 2 months subscribtion is yet to be given even after they have promised. I have told them to disconnec the services. I am having annual mega plan and now they are deducting the charges on daily basis even after i had told them to disconnect the service!!!. Very poor customer care response. Below average service. I am customer of tatasky for more than 5 years. Company is not bothored about the custoer issues. Cheating. - be careful in buying tatasky in futre.

          i have been trying to call customer care from a real long time and my call is not getting connected to the executive at al.. it goes on & on with that bull automated voice... tatasky in my house isn't working past from one & half weeks, i need some rep from Tatasky to come & fix it.             Hi team,

            I am fet up of the services of tata sky services. Every month i am facing repeated issues & i am being committed that no such issue will be faced again but still every month same issue is being for which every time charges of rs 170 is being taken by me.

            I dont understand why cant the issue be fixed.
            Tata sky is only having fun of taking extra money every month from consumer.

                Inspite of getting calls at least three times for the updation of the old set top box, we are not able to watch all the channels and nobody turned up for the same. The local service provider was supposed to come on Sunday i.e 5th July, 2015 at 11 a .m but he did not turn up. We wish for a response to the problem.

                  Hi, we have booked Tata Sky on 10 June 2015. They said they will be giving Dhamaka pack free for 1 month. But, today (4.7.15), before completing 1 one month they have changed it to 190 package. When i asked about this to customer service executive of TatSky, he says, he can do nothing and if I want, I can complaint to anybody. Once changed is changed, cannot return to previous pack. Our Customer ID is [protected]. Kindly help us to solve this problem asap.

                  They have called yesterday and asked about what exactly the problem is. I have explained him about what happened. Then they asked sorry and credited INR 60 on our Tata Sky account. Excellent service by Consumer Complaints. It has solved an issue 3rd time for me.

                      My tatasky ID is [protected] in my ID vadik maths package is started around two month ago without my consent. Few days after i contact costmer care ([protected]) for dropping this package but i was told by costmer care executive that i cannot be dropped from the package . Today I again contact to CC and executive suggested for online complaint. I wonder how any package can be added to my ID without my agreement . Please enqure the matter and take remedial steps as early as possible.

                            Tata sky engineer added connection to somebody else on my disc. I was unable to take my disc when I had shifted my flat. (Period unknown) Relocation was not done in due course of time (Flat shifted on 1st June & relocation was done after 12th June). Engineers gave false commitment regarding their arrival time. Customer care executives are not filing any complaints against engineers after several requests. Executives assured not to deduct charges for relocation & they had deducted from my account.

                              On 30 jun 2015 i subscribed to supreme sports kid pack annually+2multi tv+hd...BUT it is not being displaed on my led...it is showing that 2 multi tv is subscribed only for 11 months and not annually... To resolve the issue i called customer care...it kept me on hold for 25 mins and still there was no response from any execuive...

                                  my tata sky id is [protected]. today ie 06th july 2015 around about 0715 am i requested for dhoomal package to some lady ON DUTY AT THAT TIME.I asked hindi news, HINDI movies and punjabi channels only and nothing else. I recharged my account for Rs 240/- as advised. and tried on phone to inform that i have recharged my account. Even after trying for A LONG TIME and spending about Rs 30/- from my mobile i could not reach my required person as computerised system voice system brought me to square one of snake ladder game. Now i got the sms that my a/c is valid up to 22 JULY 2015. I being fed up with the system and services am planning to do away with this tv system and go back to RADIO AS IN 1970'S THAT IS THE TIME I BECAME INTERESTED WITH NEWS ETC AT THE AGE OF ABOUT 26 YEARS

                                    I am not getting tata sky signal since yesterday . I have called up customer care several times but no body has resolved the problems and more over they are saying that they will charge me for solving tata sky problem. My call was disconnected and also no ccustomer complaint number given to me . This is really frustrating and so immediately resolve the problem and also I should be immediately stopped charging as I am unable to view any tata skt channels, Yours faithfully, Sachin Deshpande.

                                      There was call on my cell.[protected] for activation of free one month Javed Akhtar pack. On the same day Subscription amount of Rs.49/-was debited from my tata sky account.Since I had given consent for free one month Javed Akhtar pack, the deduction of monthly charge of Rs.49/-on day of my consent is not fair.As such I requesed you deactivate the free one month Javed Akhtar pack and refund the deducted amount.

                                        Hi, I have asked the call center to send a technician to shift my Tata Sky from 1 room to another, technician came, he shifted it to another room at a distance of 10 meters to another room, charges Rs. 520 which I feel it too high for the service, any ways after shifting the box has stopped working & when I again complained he came & said that the device is faulty & need to change the device & he will do the same in 2 working days. Since than more than 6 days have gone & I have again raised a new complain( Both complain numbers are mentioned above) & nothing has been done. Even I am not happy with the way things are being handled. I am Dish TV user at my home & was satisfied with the services, for a change I tries Tata Sky at my new home & office as well but to be very frank & sorry I am not happy at all. Please look into it ASAP or else I will have to surrender & buy a new alternate connection.
