during rainfall even short duration also signal goes, every year set-top-box have been changed by your technicians & company have taken those all with charges through refill/recharge, Also, thrice I have changed adopter and three(yellow+red+white) pin plug. In non working of settopbox company is deducting daily charges from refill/rechage. I highly disappointed with this service and I think it is totally wrong treatment to your customer.

good service is customers satisfaction as they are charged automatically through recharge and are charged daily, but it is false that if the service is not provided and after so many complains, they deduct daily charges.

    Dear Sir I complaint to change my ID in my TV in your TATA Sky System - Yesterday 05/07/2015 i complaint that my TV - system Tata Sky - My ID is [protected] - your system changed my ID to [protected] further change to [protected] and after that further change to [protected] and after that today morning further changed to [protected]- What is the matter to change to change Id and demand payment. Now more then 80 percent channels are not shown in my TV system - your reply I have seen that you reply in several days what is the matter to harasses to the customer. Please reply immediately and send your representative to contact me as early as possible.

      I have lodged a complaint on 2nd July 2015 for above mentioned subscription number [protected] for no signals. I am contacting for help on your Customer Service No. [protected] but they are only saying your complaint will be attended in 24 hours but it is unattended even after 5 days. Every time the customer service executive promises for priority service and no result thereafter. On dialing the above custom care number the recorded message ask us to dial 1 and TATA Sky executive will call back, but no one call back on dialing 1 as per instruction. This is very disappointed on part of TATA Sky, as we have opted for TATA Sky service without any enquiry only because of the BRAND NAME 'TATA'. Now we are planning to switch to another service provider or local cable operator. Customer Service Executives are not well trained and also have no manners to talk to the customers. They don't have answers to the questions and they do not know about the services. Kindly look into the matter. Regards

        My subscriber id is :[protected]. I have 4 sets in my house & from the 2nd evening there has been no signal in the set top boxes. I lodged a complaint on the 3rd at 7.10 am, work order no.: IXIHFIY. A representative came on the 3rd afternoon but work didn't get completed & instead I was sent an sms saying that the work was completed. When I called the helpline they lodged another complaint, work order : IXUJO8B. I was told that the representative would attend to the complaint between 12 -1240 hrs on 4th. But there has been no response. When I called the helpline I was told that my request had been cancelled. Then I was told that they were renewing the request.Since then someone called daily to say that they are sending their technician to rectify but till date nothing. I have all their sms to prove that daily they have been promising to send someone over. The call centre people are most unhelpful & there is no Manager of Tata Sky that one can talk to either. If you need a new installation or you need to upgrade they respond in an hours time. They call us their privileged customers but most unhelpful.

          Since tata sky set up box are getting upgraded I too confirm the same but it is not done in fact one of your executive have informed your team and in your database it is mention its been changed to mp4. Now what do I understand with this fraud with customer. My customer I'd[protected], digi number[protected]. Many times I have been calling your customer care services though no response only getting SMS that it will be done or executive will call you shortly. If this is your service than I have go to consumer court for doing fraud. So if you do not resolve my issue soon I will take picture of the set box which am holding and SMS sent by you to me for request of change of set up box to mp4 and send to consumer forum for support.

            I want to move out my tata sky connection from one place to another place but not able to do the same due to reason i had called in customer care several time but did not get any positive response from him. Every time they told that we will send an executive for reinstalled it but still no one came.

            Kindly take a necessary action on it asap.

                Work order number for complaint launched on Friday, July 3 2015 - IY06GD0 Complaint regarding "Set top box stopped working". On Saturday, July 4 2015, message received that technician visit is scheduled for Sunday July 5, 2015 evening 5 pm. Technician name : Manjit Choudhary Cell no : [protected] He called and said he will come at Sunday morning 10 am. Technician did not come full day on Sunday neither at 10 am nor at 5 pm. I called customer care at 5.30 pm, support person said technician will come at 7 pm. Technician did not come till 7.30 pm so called customer care again. Again support person said, request is highlighted to tech team and we will receive a call from tata sky shortly. No calls came till 8.45 pm. So called customer care again for the third time on Sunday. Support guy said nothing can happen now. But complaint has been highlighted to tech team. They will be calling shortly. No one mentions within how much time call will come. We called to this technician's (Manjit) number at 9 pm on 5th july 2015. He rudely replied he did not go to work so did not come and disconnected the call. Why say services are fast within 24 hrs - 7 days when for 3 complete days no response has been given by Tata sky customer care.

                  I have complained on 02.07.2015 vied your order no. IXGVPAM. I received an sms stating that person will visit on 04.07.2015. However no one visited till now. It is very surprising the complaint has been closed saying already attended. I called once again today. Order no. IYSNUBF. Even today nobody attended. Please arrange urgent reply.

                    Hi, I am facing very difficult situation as customer where TATASKY is realizing me you can do whatever you can but I will not listen your issue because you are a very common man you don't have any authority to do anything against them. My detailed issue has been described below, the same i had sent to TATASKY team as mail but did not receive any response after 20 days. "Dear Tata Sky Team, I used to be a one of very satisfied customer of TATSKY but today unfortunately i had a very bad experience with your team. I am mentioning below the reasons of dissatisfaction - 1.) I had some issue in Picture viewing in non HD channels so that I called to TATASKY Helpline number ([protected]) on last Sunday. on 06/15 (Monday) your service engineer visited my home and they just removed my existing set top box and shown me that the issue is resolved. certainly the issue was resolved but he did not explained me anything that what is the policy for replacing the box whether it will be charged or not and he gone away. 2.) I thought it was done temporary basis and they will give back my original set top box, suddenly next day i received a message that 500 something rupees charged for all these services. But my question is that I should have charges information before it got replaced or imposed on me. 3.) When I called again on Wednesday night at around 8pm and explained all these incidence. The TATASKY associate assured me she is escalating this issue to concerned team and the complain number will be delivered to me on my registered mobile number. Also assured that your services will be resume within 10-15 minutes but it did not happen. The frustrating thing is that even i did not receive any complain number which means my complain ignored intentionally. 4.) Again I called today to tatasky help line number and explained all the incidence due to there were no details available for my previous day talk. 5.) After 10 minutes of my today's call i received a call from tatasky and there was a lady who talked to me, again i explained all the thing but she did not realize my problem and started telling me that its your fault why did not you asked for charges and she was not ready to understand where is fault and refused to help me. Her talk and way was totally rude which gives immense pain to a customer who is paying for any services and want proper justification but in lieu to that I got such a rude behavior which is very frustrating. I want your response on priority basis the reason is that it will decide my separation from TATASKY as customer.                       My Tata Sky Card no. is[protected]. It has been 2 weeks since on my request they had sent a technician to resintall & reactivate my Tata Sky at my new location in Bangalore where I have shifted recently. The person came with a new dish to be installed as my dish had got rusted. He had also brought some extra cables. He seemed to be an untrained technician and failed to install the dish and just left the cables dangling from the roof top promising to come for installation the next day. He tried checking the set top box with another over- head Tata Sky dish but failed. The dish is still lying uninstalled and unattended at the roof top. I tried multiple no. of times to call him up and remind him to come for installation but my phone calls remained unattended. I also left a message of "not being satisfied" in response to the automated question from Tata Sky which came on my mobile phone post this incident to which I received a sms reply from Tata Sky that the concerns will be shortly looked into. After 2 weeks of no response, I finally have decided not to pursue and reinstall Tata Sky. Today ie on 5th July'15, I called up the customer care of Tata Sky to inform and ask them to immediately take the dish and cables that have been left unattended and uninstalled but after hearing me out, they said that if they send somebody now it will be chargeable. It is ridiculous to say the least. First service has been shoddy, incomplete and not provided to the customer's satisfaction and then to ask for service charges for collecting the dish and cables which have been just left at my roof top unattended and uninstalled and is Tata Sky's assets is laughable. The dish and cables are not my property/assets but belongs to you and hence I felt it is my moral obligation to once again remind you to collect the same from my premises. I will not be responsible for any loss of the dish and cables herafter for failure on your part to install it on time and then for not collecting it back even after 2 weeks of this incident. Please convey me regarding this irregular working of your ID shown in my TV I also convey to you that picture is not clear and some channels are missing - check and remove all the problems

                          Dear Sir, Your representative had contacts us on Monday for our new connection and he came with the other things. Your representative was overweight and he was not able to go up and he rejected to fix the tata sky on top of the house and he told us that he will send us another representative.After that none of your representative approached and not even called us. We have complained in your customer care centre many times but none of them approached us.My Work Order No. IV7DBMP and my subscriber ID [protected].We are so tired by complaining and from your harassment and we are cancelling your connection. So kindly refund us our amount as soon as possible. Thank You.

My concern is that in the month of may, we are regularly receive a call from your side that to activate the set top box because it is deactivate from past 7/8 months . At that time your agent has promised us to Recharge ur Tata sky of Rs 1122 for a year . but right now in a month you peoples had deactivate the TV . It means you are making fool of the old peoples sitting at home, If you dont want to give the service for a year then why u have said this . I want to know why, Yesterday i also make a call from my Registered no [protected] But Your Agent Named Mohd.Saheen Or Shine I think are keeping call on hold till 20 minutes, that is the way you are giving the customer service to the customer, I want to resolve this issue ASAP .                               We have shifted to the new house a month back. And had placed a request to move tata sky immediately. Which took more than 1 week to action.. post installation with in 2 days tata sky stopped working and we requested to recheck the account. . For which engineer again took 4-5days and came and tv suddenly started working. . There was nothing wrong with wires around. . This happened last sunday and again from friday.. yesterday the tatasky is not working. . pls note their engineer is charging us around 200 rs fpr evey visit.. when there is np fault of ours and there ia no extra stuff required to fix.. meanwhile we contine to pay the 450 rs package cost pwr month when the services wasnt availed. I have troed customer care numbwr 10 timea and it keeps getting cut..with charges to us again. . I am very sure thia visit drama ia just another way of making money by this company. . No proper services to customer and then charge them by spoiling the connection. . My question is why is customer getting charged for thia pathetic service tata sky subscribe r id:[protected] Contact [protected] Pls take this as official complaint against ethics of tata co.. and they can disconnect my package untill they give clear explanation of this fault

                                Through tata sky advertisement We were told that if we have tata sky MPEG2 then you can replace it to MPEG4 by giving us miss call on [protected] through your RMN before 15 June . I had given miss call minimum 5 times my through my RMN [protected]. But no action is taken till now. I request to take a strict action against tata sky company.

                                  Dear Sir, I am not receiving Tata Sky signals from last 17 days i.e. from 17.06.2015. I have contacted Tata Sky customer care two times for service of my tata sky connection.i have HD with multi TV connection, two times technician came but after half hour again no signal, second time technician changes receiver but problem same, I tied to call tatasky coustumer care, very difficult to connect with tatasky associate, Iam using tatasky quiet long time i.e 10 years but this time i fed up and planning to remove connection due to poor service, After talking to costumercare we received one message for visit timing but no body will call and come to see problem, why U people sending false message to costumer? I am living in panvel city mumbai and my RMN-[protected]. Yesterday smbody call me reg technician FROM TATASKY, but he has not confirmed any thing, today i called him but he is talking rubbish, pls teach him how to talk to a costumer, HIS MOBILE NO IS-[protected].I have requested the company to arrange a visit on Sunday i.e. on 5.07.2015. I have duly explained the fact to the company that my tata sky connection must get serviced by Sunday i.e. otherwise i hv to think alternative. also add 17days extra to my tatasky free of cost.

                                    I regularly recharge my tata sky account no [protected] but from last four month no channels are coming on my tv . I have complaint for same lot of time and spent lot of money to calling tata sky customer care as well as chatting with us .but still no technician are visited my home and in that duration my all recharge money well be lapsed without seeing any channel.what is this this is totally chuna lava la lala please give me back my money.

                                      Hi, I am using Tata sky DTH service and one of the active channel got activated without my consent. I called the customer care and they say its agreed by phone where as i have not received any call or agreed for such activation. Now they are not ready to cancel that activation for the package month causing daily deduction of amount for that channel. This is not acceptable to restrict some package without the interest of someone. There should be some means for us to identify the proof for such agreements.

                                        today I have paid Rs.10670/-&RS, 350/-was balance available with you as on[protected] i.e total balance is Rs.11020/-which I paid towards following pakages 1-megha pakages for Rs 7500/-, 2- 2nd TV annual charges Rs. 2530/- & HBO premium annual charges of Rs.990/- . Total of these three packages charges IS RS.11020/- KIndly confirm that my next due is on[protected] for all the three packages
