Dear Sir, I am not receiving Tata Sky signals from last 17 days i.e. from 17.06.2015. I have contacted Tata Sky customer care two times for service of my tata sky connection.i have HD with multi TV connection, two times technician came but after half hour again no signal, second time technician changes receiver but problem same, I tied to call tatasky coustumer care, very difficult to connect with tatasky associate, Iam using tatasky quiet long time i.e 10 years but this time i fed up and planning to remove connection due to poor service, After talking to costumercare we received one message for visit timing but no body will call and come to see problem, why U people sending false message to costumer? I am living in panvel city mumbai and my RMN-[protected]. Yesterday smbody call me reg technician FROM TATASKY, but he has not confirmed any thing, today i called him but he is talking rubbish, pls teach him how to talk to a costumer, HIS MOBILE NO IS-[protected].I have requested the company to arrange a visit on Sunday i.e. on 5.07.2015. I have duly explained the fact to the company that my tata sky connection must get serviced by Sunday i.e. otherwise i hv to think alternative. also add 17days extra to my tatasky free of cost.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
