Dear Sir, I am not receiving Tata Sky signals from last 10 days i.e. from 25.06.2015. I have contacted Tata Sky customer care on 24.06.2015 at 8:00 PM for servicing of my tata sky connection. I am an employee. I have to leave for office by 7:00 AM morning and I returns to home at 10:00 PM night. Since company engineers doesn't comes before 7:00 morning and after 10:00 night, I have requested the company to arrange a visit on Sunday i.e. on 28.06.2015. I have duly explained the fact to the company that my tata sky connection must get serviced by Sunday i.e. otherwise i'll not be able to do this upto next Sunday. The company have promised me that their engineer will visit my house by 10:00 morning. But they has not visited. I have called again customer care number. Again they made promise that they will be visiting within next few hours. Thereafter i have called 4-5 times. Everytime, the company is making pseudo promises. I have been suffering from last three days. I have been continuously following up with the company, but everytime given false promises. I have repeatedly called the company to get my problem resolved, but the company has always made false promises. I have also sent email explaining my problem to [protected]@tatsky.com[Request Ref. No - IV3OEX7] and to nodal officer of the company on [protected]@tatasky.com.[Request ref. No - IVECTX4]. But customer care executives nor nodal officer took pain to resolve my problem. I have repeatedly called customer care executives for resolving my problem. But no one has resolved my problem since last 10 days. I am suffering from last 10 days. Due to this lukewarm approach of the company, it seems that the company is not interested in retaining customers. The company is making fool of the customers and not bothered about the customers. I request you to refund my Set Top Box Subscription Fee. I am tired of the worst services provided by the company.     First of all, your services are very poor. I am really disgusted with your servicesI. I have been trying to contact you for the past one week. However no contact has been made. My Tata Sky No. is [protected]. On 5th of June, I got my package recharged for ₹2000/- with supreme sports as base package, HD access, English news and English movies. Thereafter, someone called from your office and she asked ₹1550/- more to be deposited and same package will be renewed for six months. And I asked her to discontinue English movies. But on 2nd or 3rd July, after I deposited ₹1550/-, all my balance was adjusted towards supreme package and balance of packages of my choice were discontinued. Now when I contacted them regarding discontinuation of packages of my choice, I was informed that there was not adequate balance. After depositing Rs 3550 within a period of 20 days, I still can't see channels of my choice and told that there no adequate balance. As a customer, I wish to choose packages as per my choice and not as per choice of service provider. I never asked for putting entire money on base pack for six months. I request you to please provide services of my choice I.e supreme sports as base pack, hd access, eng news and adjust my money towards pack of my choice and not extent of period as has been done by your service provider. Also i[censored] could improve your response time and service. Or else I am afraid u will lose more customers.

        My I'd no[protected] in which two connections are running and my second TV is not working so I had made request for Ty closing of card no[protected]. Every time ur rep say we have made request but I didn't received any calls nor my monthly subscription has been reduced accordingly. Pls help me & refund me extra charge of 2nd connection

          My subscriber ID is [protected]. I nhave to recharge my account with annual mega sd pack but nobody at customer care is giving me any details. They put the call to hold evewry time i ask for nearly 15 minutes and then no body appears at phone. Also they know nothing about why the money has been deducted from my account for no reason I have statements of deduction but why it has been done npo body knows. What fraud you people are doing to customers. Please look into the matter and let me know about it soon. So that I can continue with your service OR I SHALL DECIDE TO SWITCH TO AIRTEL FOR DTH SERVICES AS YOU GUYS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.             My name is sumit pal... plz read my case what excatly happened till the time with me... 1st day 28th june: called tata sky customer care n requested them to seperate from my multi conennection, i told them my registered my mobile [protected] + id [protected] for confirming my current details of tata sky...then they generated my new id [protected] n they asked me to recharge this one with rs.150 n assure me that your multi connection will be seperate n your new antenna will be install with in 24 hours.. 2nd day 29th june: recahrge with 150 rs...in noon got a call from [protected](one of tata sky installation deparment) they assure me one of executive will be there for your request of installation around 4-5 pm, no body come till 5 pm then i called back on this [protected], then they told executive will be there by 7 pm...no one came on that day... 3rd day 30th june: i have to called on [protected], i asked for executive then they are telling, nobody will come on your place, you need to contact tata sky customer care...then i called tata sky cc...then they again asked me to recahrge with rs.50 more...i recharged... 4th day 1st july: i called tata sky cc, they assured me again, your connection will be fix wait another 24 hours...on same day no action received... 5th day 2nd july: i got call again from [protected]...n .in noon got a call from [protected](one of tata sky installation deparment) they assure me one of executive will be there for your request of installation around 5-6 pm, no body come till 6 pm then i called back on this [protected], now this time this deparment start abousing me n asking why u r calling here, you need to cc of tatasky...then i called tata sky customer care then same they did...wait for 24 hours...your connection will be fix... 6th day on 3rd... nothing happened till the time...then i have submit this complaint...not a single action they are taking on my request...n no one is calling for any soultion... I am not able to understand...in goverment office we have to go here to there...but in tata sky, in a private company, i have to call again n again...these guys are sleeping not taking any action...

                I am a customer of Tata sky since last 11 yrs., I have two connection of Tata sky which one of them are in my native place and one of them along with me with Tata sky id- [protected] and registered mobile number-[protected] at Jamnagar dist. of Gujarat. The customer care initiated new pack in my consumer ID [protected] informing on today (04/07/2015 at 10:54 am) that the New Pack of Javed Akhtar will be activated on your monthly charges from next month onwards and I requested to your Staff that I am not interested to add any extra Pack other than of my previous monthly charges of Rs.285.00.But unfortunately I have got a massage to my registered Mob. No.that “Requested completed for Active Javed Akhtar, Rs.49..” and from the next month my monthly subscription is Rs.344.00. It’s unfair. It is requested the new pack of JAVED AKHTAR and others Pack may be stopped/deactivated with immediate effect and my monthly recharges should be as previous amount of Rs.285. Thanks, Pintu Kumar Das

                  This act of imposing programmes / channels without the express (Or implied) consent of the viewer is unfair and unethical. Moreover, this is not the first time you have done such a thing to me.

                  Hence i call upon you to immediately drop "active cooking".

                        On 7th Mar, 2015 (07/03/2015) I had raised the alarm that my TATA SKY connection (id:[protected] has been wrongly connected to another customer's disc. Now this happened when I had requested in Dec, 2014 for relocation from Block B to Block in my society. And, since I trusted TATA SKY I did not cross checked it as I was in office and parents are too old climb to14th floor roof-topto verify the same. But couple of years later when I experienced poor reception to my set top box I cross checked. I visited 14th floor roof top and what I witnessed is capture in attached photograph. The technician who had done relocation had very slyly connected my TATA SKY wire to an existing customers disc who was not present at that time, Mr Himanshu Rathi (TATA SKY ID:[protected]. Now, against my complain the technician visited and rectified the issue (as per their version) in March, 2015 again I could not cross-check as I trusted TATA-SKY and this time my wife was pregnant so she in no way climb to 14th floor roof top. Finally yesterday when Mr Himanshu Rathi was move out of Kolkata he dismantled the disc and I lost the TATA SKY connection. Because still both our connection was jacked in a single disc. Which primarily beloved to his connection. As I was never supplied for any disc though charged for it more than two years back. So today I stand without any TATA SKY connection, un-professional technician fraudulent behaviour, most dumbest and pathetic customer service and without any dues from TATA SKY. Also, my current subscription is fully prepaid till 14 July, 2015. Added to this the lady introducing herself as the senior lead of customer grievance stoutly said you will have to bear the cost of new disc if installed. Thus, I demand full compensation for the deceitful service rendered by TATA SKY. As, I have the pictures taken with time and date for evidence. Thus, now TATA SKY have forced me to take this up on all kind of media (eg, FB, Twitter, print media etc.).

                          I have recharged for a Annual pack for rs2600 in April 2015 and for past one week I am getting remainders for recharge and when I checked for details I found that my Tata Sky subscriber is showing some one else number. My Subscriber I'd is [protected] but in the TV it is showing [protected]. I tried calling customer care and there is no response, after selecting multiple options it rings once and then disconnects. Please help me fix this issue. Thanks

                            I have been calling tata sky from last two months every time I am getting a message that my box wil be changed but no one called us not my box was changed, it is like you people are duping us, this is my last call I am talking to Ravi Kumar, I want to know when my box will be replaced, afterwards I will file a complaint in consumer court, and will never use or recommend tata sky, ... Very bad service and bad customer support, I will throw this tata sky dish and box both in dustbin ...your costumer care is Sandeep koul Jammu [protected]

The customer care initiated new pack in my consumer ID [protected] informing that the first month subscription is free of any charge but when the pack was started Rs 49/- were deducted from the ID account. Its unfair. It is requested the new pack of ACTIVE ENGLISH started on 3.7.2015 may be stopped/deactivated with immediate effect and the money be credited in the ID account. Thanks Shailendra kumar

                                    I have a Tata Sky connection and have been experiencing a drop in signal in recent weeks, as a result of which viewing of programs gets interuppted. I have called the Tata Sky helpline and registered a complaint on June 26, 2015 - complaint number ITZW8X0. There has been no action since registering this complaint. I have followed up regularly and the only reply I get is "we are sorry for the inconvenience and our technician will call you ASAP". This is getting frustrating now and I would like to register a formal complaint for disservice against Tata Sky.

                                        My name is Sanjay T Hate and i am using your Tatasky Network( DISC) . My TATA SKY register no is [protected] . My problem is that on 28/6/15 i had registered complaint in your customer care regarding non availability of signal. ( complaint no IV6VABG) . Nobody from your side is taking this problem seriously . For past four days we are unable to watch TV . ALL the customer care people / agency are spoiling your brand name because you are giving proper service to common people . I have discussed this problem with my friend who was facing the same problem and after few days he had shifted to another your competitive company's disc-TV. I have also reached to the same view of replacing the TATA SKY. After wasting RS 100 only to speak to your customer care executive and with no result is very surprising . Thank you for not attending my complaint . At least i got a reason for shifting to another network . I will certainly convey to people to not to use TATASKY because they are least bother about the services / complaints of customers.
