Wrong Subscriber Id updated in my set top box

I have recharged for a Annual pack for rs2600 in April 2015 and for past one week I am getting remainders for recharge and when I checked for details I found that my Tata Sky subscriber is showing some one else number. My Subscriber I'd is [protected] but in the TV it is showing [protected]. I tried calling customer care and there is no response, after selecting multiple options it rings once and then disconnects. Please help me fix this issue....

MPEG 4 box required

I have been calling tata sky from last two months every time I am getting a message that my box wil be changed but no one called us not my box was changed, it is like you people are duping us, this is my last call I am talking to Ravi Kumar, I want to know when my box will be replaced, afterwards I will file a complaint in consumer court, and will never use or recommend tata sky, ... Very bad service and bad customer support, I will throw...

consumer ID [protected]. The customer care initiated new pack in my consumer ID [protected] informing that the first month subscription is free of any charge but when the pack was started Rs 49/- were deducted from the ID account. Its unfair. It is requested the new pack of ACTIVE ENGLISH started on 3.7.2015 may be stopped/deactivated with immediate effect and the money be credited in the ID account. Thanks Shailendra kumar...

no reply to complaint since The past ten days

We had complained about the no signal on the tata sky since the past 10 days there has been no reply they are just saying the technician will come but it has not come until now .Whereas they have policy to attend to any complaint within 24 hours...

a new connection delayed by 3 days

Drop in Signal - No Action on Complaint

charging problem

Re-location of tata sky connection

Inordinate delay in attending to our complaint

M/s. Tata Sky
Dear Sir,
I am sorry to say that the services being rendered by your company has so much deteriorated that feeling aggrieved, I have now planned to switch over to some other DTH service provider. You people are only interested in getting recharges every month from the existing customers without providing them the services for which you have collected their money.
It will not be out of place to mention here...

Yet not Change MP4 Setbox

I many time contact to our tata sky dealer Harda M.P. requesting change of set box.Before this i miss called on [protected] twice.But no representative called me.After that I mail to dealer for that but no responce from dealer.Since Last maonth unable to see MP4 Channels.Paying total amount 240 Rs every month.Why its so delay in such reputed Concern.If it will not solve otherwise i have to change my service to another DTH supplier.Plz take...

No Signal Unable to get relief

Shame on Brand - ID/ Phone number wrongly linked

I have 4 screens at my place and have 2 tata sky ids .But i want to manage my 3 screens with one id and one screen with other id .As i have comolained to tata sky dealer in gandhi nagar (kullu).But after 3 days no further implimentations took place.
