On 7th Mar, 2015 (07/03/2015) I had raised the alarm that my TATA SKY connection (id:[protected] has been wrongly connected to another customer's disc. Now this happened when I had requested in Dec, 2014 for relocation from Block B to Block in my society. And, since I trusted TATA SKY I did not cross checked it as I was in office and parents are too old climb to14th floor roof-topto verify the same. But couple of years later when I experienced poor reception to my set top box I cross checked. I visited 14th floor roof top and what I witnessed is capture in attached photograph. The technician who had done relocation had very slyly connected my TATA SKY wire to an existing customers disc who was not present at that time, Mr Himanshu Rathi (TATA SKY ID:[protected]. Now, against my complain the technician visited and rectified the issue (as per their version) in March, 2015 again I could not cross-check as I trusted TATA-SKY and this time my wife was pregnant so she in no way climb to 14th floor roof top. Finally yesterday when Mr Himanshu Rathi was move out of Kolkata he dismantled the disc and I lost the TATA SKY connection. Because still both our connection was jacked in a single disc. Which primarily beloved to his connection. As I was never supplied for any disc though charged for it more than two years back. So today I stand without any TATA SKY connection, un-professional technician fraudulent behaviour, most dumbest and pathetic customer service and without any dues from TATA SKY. Also, my current subscription is fully prepaid till 14 July, 2015. Added to this the lady introducing herself as the senior lead of customer grievance stoutly said you will have to bear the cost of new disc if installed. Thus, I demand full compensation for the deceitful service rendered by TATA SKY. As, I have the pictures taken with time and date for evidence. Thus, now TATA SKY have forced me to take this up on all kind of media (eg, FB, Twitter, print media etc.).
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
plz read my case what excatly happened till the time with me...
1st day 28th june: called tata sky customer care n requested them to seperate from my multi conennection, i told them my registered my mobile [protected] + id [protected] for confirming my current details of tata sky...then they generated my new id [protected] n they asked me to recharge this one with rs.150 n assure me that your multi connection will be seperate n your new antenna will be install with in 24 hours..
2nd day 29th june: recahrge with 150 rs...in noon got a call from [protected](one of tata sky installation deparment) they assure me one of executive will be there for your request of installation around 4-5 pm, no body come till 5 pm then i called back on this [protected], then they told executive will be there by 7 pm...no one came on that day...
3rd day 30th june: i have to called on [protected], i asked for executive then they are telling, nobody will come on your place, you need to contact tata sky customer care...then i called tata sky cc...then they again asked me to recahrge with rs.50 more...i recharged...
4th day 1st july: i called tata sky cc, they assured me again, your connection will be fix wait another 24 hours...on same day no action received...
5th day 2nd july: i got call again from [protected]...n .in noon got a call from [protected](one of tata sky installation deparment) they assure me one of executive will be there for your request of installation around 5-6 pm, no body come till 6 pm then i called back on this [protected], now this time this deparment start abousing me n asking why u r calling here, you need to cc of tatasky...then i called tata sky customer care then same they did...wait for 24 hours...your connection will be fix...
6th day on 3rd... nothing happened till the time...then i have submit this complaint...not a single action they are taking on my request...n no one is calling for any soultion...
I am not able to understand...in goverment office we have to go here to there...but in tata sky, in a private company, i have to call again n again...these guys are sleeping not taking any action...
