I am a TATA Sky subscriber, ID - [protected]. We have been receiving no signal for the past 3 weeks now. SMS and calls to their helpline numbers have had no response. They just send a standard automated message, that the request has been allocated to an engineer. Calls to the call center has a minimum waiting time of 10 mins and promises to call back within 24 hours are never kept. In the initial couple of days, they made a gimmick of not charging, since the service was not being provided, but then got back to charging even though there was absolutely no response from TATA Sky on the complaint and the service stood un-restored. As an Indian I was always proud of the TATA brand, but TATA Sky is a huge blot on the TATA brand name. Please shut down TATA Sky and try saving the TATA brand name.

    No. of signals not getting viewed despite upgrade request made 18 days back, Tata Sky rep called on no. of times that upgrade will be done shortly, personally called Tata Sky rep. on toll free on 04.04.2015 that still upgrade is not done, to which he assured it will be done by Monday 06.04.2015, nobody has come to attend the upgrade on the contrary SMS has been sent to my RMN stating the upgrade job is done, I also made a online request reference number SR[protected], the same was closed stating it is wrong complaint. I made on line chat also, still no response/ help from Tata Sky. My Tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected]

      Dear Sir. My secondary Tatasky set top box is not working from last 7 days. It shows no T1 signal. I have been calling and complaining after holding phone for 15mnts each time, sending SMSs, missed calls and many e mails to helplines BUT all in vain. Even talked with their supervisor twice, who promised to send someone immediately But nothing happened. If this is the way premium customers are treated by a TATA company called TATASKY I really can't imagine what must be happening to normal customers. TATASKY should be directed to give the service to consumers as promised by them in 24hrs. Also to compensate by extending my subscription, as they are charging me for the service they are not providing. Samir Dave. TATASKY Customer no. [protected].

        Hi, i have wasted yesterday 57 Min call was on hold after that we had chat ref id 2214142 session was about 25 min with Kalyani Bhandari & senior supervisor Venktesh it was assured with in two hours u will get a call mentally harassing customer wastage of time immediately tweet was sent to @ tata sky No call or visit by so called engineers till the time iam writing this again shameless and hopeless

          my subscriber id-[protected] this my tatasky id this has been not working since 2 months i was recharging 3 times even also not working i called everyday tatasky customer care no body no response what i do this is worst net work in India i want resolve my problem otherwise how much money i lost i want to back my money in my account tatasky customers nobody not response this worst and waste nobody will not taking tatasky connection every time we facing this problem nobody resolve our problem they cannot do it any thing are helpless.i called to this num only [protected] this is also waste of customer care number

            Tatasky is not de-activating my trial version- 1.Everywhere TV (Monthly) - Sp guptaand Actve Rs.60/ monthly, 2. English (Monthly)-Rs. 35 3.A-la-carte channels-VoD Value (Monthly)Rs. 50 ( Not acivated from us). They should return my all payment till now received and deactivate all tree packs as above soon. Please help us.

              Hi, Since your upgrade in the beginning of the month, many of my channels are not coming. I have given several missed calls and also spoken to your call center agent as well. Nothing has happened so far. Each time I get a response that some service engineer will contact me. No one has contacted so far. Despite your services not working for more than 20 days now, why am I being charged for this. I need someone to contact me soon and get this resolved. I will also need you to revert the charges you are deducting without giving me service. On top of this your call center number is charged and the wait time is more than 10-15 mins. This is grossly unfair and was not expected from a Tata service. Please respond to this complaint.

                On 15th April 2015 I registered a request on your toll free No to install Tata Sky Connection at my new Residence i.e. G 52, Reserve Bank Officers’ Colony, D Block, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057 To yr notice, I recently came on transfer from Mumbai to New Delhi & I am working in Reserve Bank Of India as AssttGeneral Manager.There in Mumbai I was having Tata Sky connection. The details of my Tata Sky connection is as follows: In the Name –Rajendra Singh Sengar Digi Card No. –[protected] Registered Mob No. [protected] (Mumbai) I repeatedly requested to yr personnels on 15, 16, 17 & 20 April 2015 to install the Disc but all in vain. It appears that these people care a little about Tata Company Reputation. I again request your honour to install Tata Sky Disc connection or else I will report in writing the whole story of callousness & anti company attitude of yr personnels to Tata Management in Mumbai.                   My Tata Sky ID [protected]. I have been facing signal issues since past 5 days. Customer Care does not pick up phone saying they have upgraded the system for better service in future. It looks like for no service in future. I have lodged multiple complaints by sending SMS to 56633 and giving missed call to[protected] but no technician visited nor they bothered to call back. I do not know what should I do to have their attention or they just do not bother to loose customers.

                    I am not able to view Tata Sky services since past one week. Raised multiple complains over mails/phone/chat but not a single technician visit yet.                         - My subscriber ID - [protected], RMN-[protected] - Problem Faced : Very blurred picture and fractured picture. - Complained Date : 31.03.2015, attended 02.04.2015, problem temporarily resolved but again started - Again compliant on 12.04.2015, No NS[protected] but no one attended, on enquiring got information that work order closed as complaint attended but no body has come and actually also not received any SMS indicating compeletion of job. - on 19.04.2015 again made complaint, NS[protected]but till date no body visited. - T.V dish non operative since almost mid of March. - Request if can not provide service please discontinue and return RS 700 Paid.                           Dear Sir/ Madam, I Deshpande dinesh i have Requested to complaint in Tata Sky online service but till have no any communication on Tata sky side, I have a tata sky connection[protected] I am requested maximum time to please send Engineer In my Place for Solve my service Issues of not getting signal for regional language. but till no beady come in my place . . I have physically requested nearest Distributor but no responce and pulled down my antenna as the call centre executive says. I request you to please intervine and send Engineer at my place.

                            My id is [protected] I got a call yesterday that on recharge of 1840 i will avail one year subscription then I recharge immediately with same but not get update. I contact helpline nos three times call cost approx 60 rs but not get answer.so plz resolve my problem and return my precious 60rs.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam, I Dharendra Nivagune i have Requested to compaint in Tata Sky online service but till have no any communication on Tatasky side, i have a tata sky connection [protected] .I am requesting maximum time to plz send Enginier In my Place for Solve my service Issues but till no beady come in my place and There has been no response.                                   I have logged several complaints regarding no signal issue since[protected], but all the requests have been closed without my consent, no one has turned up till date & my issue is not resolved yet. I have been charged for not receiving the service for 13 days... Tata sky has sent message that systems are being upgraded & hence the effected users will be provided 3 days of extended service but I see the message for subscription renewal 3 days before my exact due date...I don't know what the company is thinking ...whethr all users are to trust the nonsense & being charged for not taking the services...                                     I have a tata sky connection [protected]. I had to shift my house to the adjacent street in the same colony. I have given atleast 6-7 requisitions to shift the dish and the equipment from 7 Apr 15. There has been no response. The call centre has a poor response.It is only possible of getting through the call centre after 15-20 minutes of hold. I've physically climbed up my old address building and pulled down my antenna as the call centre executive says that it is not possible to register a request for de-installing and installing togeather. Anyway to cut it short i have been trying to get the technician to get the signal after pulling down and installing the dish on my own. despite all the connections done on my own, the signal is still not there. There is no response from the call centre for sending a technician despite trying for the same through the phone help line, online chat and online request. It has caused undue mental trauma.

                                    Tata sky services is extremely poor. I suggest don't go in for this DTH.
                                    I have 2 Tata sky setup box at my place and i wanted to disconnect one of them. I have called them 100 times for cancellation of one of my setup box but they are not responding well. I am unnecessarily paying for the second setup box. They are passing on the request from one person to another. Till now I have spoken to 5 to 6 people but still they are forwarding my complain. Shiva krishna and kunal are amongst spoiling the reputation of a firm. Its a complete mental torchor. Also they keep us on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and we are being charged for the call as well. Brand like Tata sky comes up with such immature and disgusting behaviour. I am attaching one of the screen shot of my call log. This is just a gist I have called them more than this. I am fed up with their service.

                                      I Mr Vijay Kambli thank you for your response towards my complaint.. Your people came and looked after the problem and sorted it too... However we are again having trouble regarding the signal. Since today evening we are not recieving signal. I therefore request you to look into the problem and fix it permanently...

                                        The tatasky does not show reginal language channel. It does not show that the channel is unavailable, but it shows black screen and the sound came for a second and then there was nothing. When we call Tata Sky they are not answering properly and when we contacted the technician they don't know English as well as Tamil but only Hindi, which we don't know, and when we ask then to connect us with some one who does, there is no proper response. If you fail to correct our tatasky connection within 24 hrs we will cancel all your tatasky connection in our district in Tamil nadu as I am member of parliament, staying in noth avenue, Delhi
