I noticed work order 1nx17niz has been closed without my approval/consent i. E. Self generated the service no. Needed for closing the order. The fs (Field service) vikram team has taken my digicard to their local hyderabad office and has processed the wo as completed (Self generated the service no. Needed for closing the order). Below is the sequence of events:
[protected] saturday, ~11:00 hrs: received a call from a lady who might be part of service center team for the work order 1nx17niz feedback. I replied to the lady saying that the issue is not yet resolved and the fs team has promised to visit today for troubleshooting again.
[protected] saturday, ~18:20 hrs: upon waiting for the fs team to visit my premises for the whole day, i finally messaged mr. Vikram to give me an eta for the resolution. Mr. Vikram informed me verbally that they will configure their personal hd stb box with their own account/digicard for time being.
I havent agreed to the closure of the workorder no. As it dint re-solve my issue.
But fs (Field service) team has committed fraud i. E. Changed the workorder 1nx17niz to 'complete' by self generating the service no. Needed for closing the order.
Thereby, bypassing the customer in giving them the sr no. For approval/consent for closing the ticket. (The fs team mr. Vikram possessed my digicard. It has been with the fs team since thursday as they have taken my digicard for troubleshooting purpose.) and in-addtion tatasky charged me with 700rs for incomplete work done by the tatasky team.
Bottom line, i dint approve for wo 1nx17niz to be closed as i'm still unable to view tatasky services and features as on date. Hence, wo 1nx17niz has to be re-opened by tatasky and the handling charges amount rs700 needs to be refunded. Snapshot attached.
How did tatasky close wo 1nx17niz by self generating the service no. Needed for closing the order and without customer approval/consent/permission.???
If this is the case, how will i know the wo status if the fs team is changing it to complete without my consent? Status updates don't come to my registered mobile no. As well.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Even after multiple attempts the channels remain and money is getting deducted from the account, now action from TATASKY. TATASky customer is now asking me to pay 150/- for sending their service engineer to look into the problem.
I still insist that TRAI to check software deployed by TATASKY and take necessary action for charging customers unnecessarily.
