This is to bring to the notice of tatasky that my account due date for tatasky was supposed to be 11.10.2019 as i had earlier paid on 11.9.2019. Now i am being reminded that i have to recarge by 4th. Why is this so? Kindly see to this matter as earlier the due date was somewhere around 15th. When the pack is for a month, why am i being charged for less days. Please resolve my complaint and revert....

tata sky pathetic service

I had reported an issue of pack changing automatically, my monthly package was 390 rupees, 1st time i have received message like your monthly charges rs 1142 rupees and second time i have received message your monthly charges rs 1962 and your id has been deactivated due to low balance.

some channel are not visible

I called in customer care yesterday evening. Some channels of z are not visible on my tv. N this problem is not from my side. I complained but customer care executive said that he will charge if he sends technician to my place. This is absolutely wrong. I know some issues causing due to heavy rain but u should co - operate ok instead charging extra....

pairing error on my tata sky account

I have already recharged my Tata sky account but I see "This is the wrong card for this set top box (pairing error) NDS No.:[protected]. Digicard ID is [protected] (14)" on my TV screen.
Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

tata sky binge plan - set top plan

Tata sky launched a binge subscription with amazon fire stick. I tried the device and plan and made a request of taking it back and not subscribing to the 249 per month subscription. Tata sky customer care took the request but never acted on the same on purpose.

in spite of recharging yesterday, tv not activated

Yesterday I charged Rs 200 + Rs 50 = Rs 250. Tata Sky acknowledged receipt by SMS. I called up number [protected] as advised by Tata Sky to re-activate my a/c [protected]. I even called up toll free No[protected] where I was promised immediate reactivation; but nothing has been done so far!

These guys are spoiling Tata reputation!!...

I did the recharge for my monthly tatasky account through tatasky official website. According to offer, susbcriber will get 20% cash back on minimum amount of recharge rs. 400.
I did the recharge of rs. 400 according to this offer through payzapp portal but in the end i didnt receive any cashback according to offer. And this the third time i have faced issue with fake offers on tatasky website.
