On 17th july -2019 tata sky team are given me offer on secondary box pack of rs. 153 per month for six months same as primary box pack and i was deposited four month rental till 20th november-2019, but after two months suddenly its change in secondary box and app. Showing expire dt 12/10/2019 and pack amount of secondary box is rs 472.00 per month.

How can they change before complicated offer of six month which is 20th jan-2020.

This is harassment for me from last four months again and again. Now when i complaint on phone tatasky team said that we can't help.

    Tata sky app is very glitchy. Even after updating, it is showing account balance of 4 months back. Also, even after suspension of two (Out of four) stb's, account balance is not updated even after a week... And last but not the he least, he customer needs mbira ivrs is so shoddy and foul play that you can never connect o any executive.. Even after numerous tries.. And in the he no, the ivrs disconnects stating that "you have exceeded the number of trials"... Very sorry state of affairs from such a big company... Just making fool out of customers...

        1. Even after multiple complains and multiple tries from app and pc login not able to drop the packages.
        2. Also i am being charged for movies channels like hbo hd, axn, movies hd, etc but through my set-top box it is showing locked. I am being charged unnecessarily for last 2 months for these packages.
        3. Customer service representatives are not having any power on performing these adjustments from their end. They can only guide on resetting and other basic functions which anyone can do.
        4. Following is the package i am been charge for :

        Tatasky customer support is not yet able to resolve.

        Following are still being charged on my account:

        Disney kids
        Hbo hd
        Axn hd
        Nick jr
        Movies now hd

        Even after multiple attempts the channels remain and money is getting deducted from the account, now action from TATASKY. TATASky customer is now asking me to pay 150/- for sending their service engineer to look into the problem.

        I still insist that TRAI to check software deployed by TATASKY and take necessary action for charging customers unnecessarily.
        Tatasky customer support is not yet able to resolve.

        Following are still being charged on my account:

        Axn hd
        Nick jr
        Movies now hd

        Even after multiple attempts the channels remain and money is getting deducted from the account, now action from TATASKY. TATASky customer is now asking me to pay 150/- for sending their service engineer to look into the problem.

          I am a tatasky user. My setup box was not in use from past few months. Last time i recharged it in the month of july. And today i recharged it 350 rupees, but on the screen, it shows wrong for the setup box. Kindly resolve it so that i can watch. I ll be thankful. My tata sky subscriber id is [protected].             [protected] is my registrered mobile number on tatasky. I recharged it after 4 months and now i am getting an error. It says "this is the wrong card". Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Today i recharged my tatasky with 350 rupees. It was not working from past few months kindly resolve the issue. Any other information will be given if asked. Feel free to ask.

                Just want to inform you my tatasky wasnt working so i loged complain on 30th sept arnd 5pm, they told me technician will visit within 24hr but sir its been 3rd day i have been callin them and they fooling me n say he will call you with 2-3hrs evey time same excuse.
                Please it been high time now i feel very helpless inspite of calling them again and again they are not providing the solution

                      Deeply disappointed.

                      Installation of multi tv was not done with an dual lnb by the the installation executive couple of months ago.

                      Today after trying to complain last 2 months finally on 30/09/2019, the complaint was registered.
                      And the same installation technician came today i. E 1/10/2019 and installed a older dual lnb was installed, which was clearly visible and he charged us rs 550 that was deducted from my tatasky wallet.

                      The installation technician had to install the same double lnb prior while multi tv installation but he installed a splitter instead and he is telling us that we had to inform him prior while installing the multi tv setup. And is it our responsibility? Is this justified?

                      I am not agreeing to pay for a second hand dual lnb.
                      But we have no control over it since it is deducted automatically from my wallet.

                      Deeply disappointed with the installation technician.

                          I noticed work order 1nx17niz has been closed without my approval/consent i. E. Self generated the service no. Needed for closing the order. The fs (Field service) vikram team has taken my digicard to their local hyderabad office and has processed the wo as completed (Self generated the service no. Needed for closing the order). Below is the sequence of events:

                          [protected] saturday, ~11:00 hrs: received a call from a lady who might be part of service center team for the work order 1nx17niz feedback. I replied to the lady saying that the issue is not yet resolved and the fs team has promised to visit today for troubleshooting again.

                          [protected] saturday, ~18:20 hrs: upon waiting for the fs team to visit my premises for the whole day, i finally messaged mr. Vikram to give me an eta for the resolution. Mr. Vikram informed me verbally that they will configure their personal hd stb box with their own account/digicard for time being.

                          I havent agreed to the closure of the workorder no. As it dint re-solve my issue.

                          But fs (Field service) team has committed fraud i. E. Changed the workorder 1nx17niz to 'complete' by self generating the service no. Needed for closing the order.
                          Thereby, bypassing the customer in giving them the sr no. For approval/consent for closing the ticket. (The fs team mr. Vikram possessed my digicard. It has been with the fs team since thursday as they have taken my digicard for troubleshooting purpose.) and in-addtion tatasky charged me with 700rs for incomplete work done by the tatasky team.

                          Bottom line, i dint approve for wo 1nx17niz to be closed as i'm still unable to view tatasky services and features as on date. Hence, wo 1nx17niz has to be re-opened by tatasky and the handling charges amount rs700 needs to be refunded. Snapshot attached.

                          How did tatasky close wo 1nx17niz by self generating the service no. Needed for closing the order and without customer approval/consent/permission.???

                          If this is the case, how will i know the wo status if the fs team is changing it to complete without my consent? Status updates don't come to my registered mobile no. As well.

                          Pls. subsribe to Consumer Complaints and the submit a complaint. Only then TataSky will respond if your lucky enough.
                          TataSky has degraded its quality of service as i too was a customer since 10years. Finally, i cancelled my account i.e. i discontinued TataSky today as there is unauthorised access to your account and deducting money from your account. Kindly realise the same or i hope they resolve your request.
                          I bought a Tata Sky Remote but they are not providing me the bill. If I buy a product then I should get the printed bill.

                          Hi, we are here to assist you. Kindly Login to mytatasky.com and click on my account to check the Transactional history.
                          The Customer Care Team Mr. Nikhil contacted me but the issue was NOT RESOLVED as FS Team Service Manger Mr. Subhash failed(disconnecting calls) to attend the conference call. Thereby, failed to furnish his narrative on the alleged closure of WO 1NX17NIZ without my (customer's) approval and consent.
                          The FS Team and Supervisor Mr. Vikram self-generated the SR no. at their local office (#Tarnaka Hyderabad) by misusing my TataSky digicard which is in their possession and moved the WorkOrder 1NX17NIZ state to complete.
                          I had no signal i.e. the issue was not resolved but I had been charged Rs700 for handling charges. And I found out the WO 1NX17NIZ was closed.

                          In case TataSky Team fails to respond on this WO 1NX17NIZ (unauthorized closure) within 24hours from the date of this post, I would be forced to:
                          1. Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs.
                          2. Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization.

                          I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.

                            This is to bring to the notice of tatasky that my account due date for tatasky was supposed to be 11.10.2019 as i had earlier paid on 11.9.2019. Now i am being reminded that i have to recarge by 4th. Why is this so? Kindly see to this matter as earlier the due date was somewhere around 15th. When the pack is for a month, why am i being charged for less days. Please resolve my complaint and revert.

                              I reacharge now but it is not working. On the tv, there is just a black screen with a message "this is wrong card for this set top box" (Pairing error). Nds no.:[protected]. Digicard id is[protected].

                              Please resolve this problem as soon as possible as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky customer.

                                I am unable to watch tv since 4 days because your tata sky box says its bad weather.i complained about it on 27th of September at 9:17 pm amd they said executive will visit within 24 hours. I called 3-4 times on 28th September and each time they gave false commitment of keeping the case in priority and still no one visited. I called again today that is on 29th September afternoon and the person said executive will visit within 1 hour and again false commitment. Now around 5:30 pm someone from tata sky calls and ask me about the complain and ask me if it is ok if the executive visits tomorrow. And giving the excuse that they could not connect on registered number. If thats the case why the hell do you guys took the alternate number.? Isthis the ways tata sky behaves and give the services to their customers?

                                  I am really unhappy with this services and information been provided by the customer services agents.

                                  On 25 th september my kid called in to customer services complaining about tata sky not receiving signals and he was been asked to go to terrace to adjust the antenna while he was on phone with the agent due to which his phone felt down from his hand and got damaged. This was really unsafe what he was asked to do since he was a kid. This is something which a tata sky engineer should do why he was asked due to which phone screen got damaged and we incurred financial lose.

                                  Also when the tata sky engineer came in 150 rupees was been charged and he said the set top box is faulty and he will charge 650 rupees cash to replace the set top box which is incorrect information.

                                  I am not happy the way my issue was been dealt with and i want compensation in form of taking off the replacement charges of set top box and engineer visit charges.

                                  I called in to customer services on 28 to speak to a operations manager but team leader raju said the operation s manger is not in the office in office hours.

                                  I want compensation asap since my tatsky is inactive due to negative balance. If my complaint is not resolved asap i will escalate this issue to trai.

                                      I had reported an issue of pack changing automatically, my monthly package was 390 rupees, 1st time i have received message like your monthly charges rs 1142 rupees and second time i have received message your monthly charges rs 1962 and your id has been deactivated due to low balance.
                                      When i have called to customer care than they are saying local dealer has changed your package. Than i have took the local dealer also on conference call and dealer was denying that they have not done any changes in customer packages.
                                      Without any customer information how they can changed the package?
                                      @i have received the call from back end team simply he has taken the feedback and he has closed the request i have received the message like your request number : 10aicc89 is resolved. But the problem is still not resolved.
                                      I am one of the persons in india who still believes in the tata brand. But it is very sad that my issue is still not resolved even after 24 hours. I have called the customer service number [protected] four times today.
                                      And i get only one answer that we will forward your request. So i fail to understand what have they been doing for the past 24 hours. When our package is expiring we get a call from the customer care at least 2 days prior to activate our accounts. But when we are facing service issue it not even gets resolved in 24 hours.

                                      Is this how tata works now? It's a very unprofessional attitude and the customers are totally dissatisfied.
