Since last 2-3 months, we are paying for the channels but services are not provided by tatasky.
We complaint about the same problem at tata sky customer care but they are not bothered for the same.
They have no value for money of customer.
We lost trust in tata sky for this unnecessary harassment.
Kindly, check the matter and give solution for this at the earliest.
Also, refund the amount of channels for which we have paid and tata sky has not provided us with the services.

    I am facing no signal issue since 2 days now and have been following up with the tatasky customer care. There is no resolution till now. My account is getting deducted with the amount and there is no resolution. This is an inconvenience caused by them. Hence raising this issue. They are looting people like this by charging for service they are not providing. Also they are charging for technician visit as well. I mean i am paying for repair and service charges for a service i am not even getting.

      For the last 2 days i am not receiving any signal for my tata sky set-up box however i called customer service they said they will sent some one to look after the problem but as they didn't sent any one for last 2 days i am writing this complaint. It's causing so much trouble from such companies as they are not helping people in need. It's a very serious issue to be addressed.

          Pl tell me if this genuine or bogus.??

          Secondly, our subscription is due on 29th july, should we pay or wait for this new feature stb tobe installed.??

            I am a tatasky business account holder with 3 subscription ids [protected], [protected], [protected] and my registered mobile number is
            +91 [protected] in the name of bella vista, mehmooda mukhiwala.

            I had issue in viewing tatasky channels for which your technician came yesterday july 25, 2019 by name sanjay kumar who was a fraud came to our place, change the set up box which was a damaged one and left. When we tried calling him, he was giving excuse of not coming back and fixing the issue and he informed that the work order is completed.

            Such a big fraud where my account is debited by inr 400 for the work order # 1kyfdfv2 that is not yet completed. Are these technicians trying to fool customers like us?

            I need a reversal of this amount back to my account as this is unethical way to take money from customers giving damaged setup box. I request you to kindly take an action against this technician, reverse my amount of inr 400 and send a new technician was is not a fraud like him.

              I had applied for a New connection and the technical supervisior installed new hd box however within 20 mins the box stopped receiving signals..The Technical supervisor came back but was not able to rectifiy the problem and now he has told me to log ticket..
              This is not clear and service seems to be an issue . In the very first instance even the installation has not been done properly and the Technician is asking me to Log ticket ?? I have already paid 6 months cost with a view tht we wud get best service .My registered mobile no is [protected] .Kindly ensure tht the service issue is resolved

                Worst service ever. I recharged my service and entertainment channels are breaking since then. All other channels like sports, music are running perfectly. When complained to customer care no they keep saying we will solve. And now they say its not our fault it’s your tv fault. Wow man what’s wrong with your technical expertise. How can other channels run perfectly but there is tv problem with entertainment channel. Then they blame weather. But i have tried in all weather since past 7 days. And now they have no option so they will charge me 150 for getting it solved. It’s none of my fault and still I pay.That’s a good technique to loose your customers . Getting tata sky service removed as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir
                  I have requested for relocation of tatasky dish at new location. I was having settop box and lnb. When spoken to costumer care they have said that you can get only antenna and installation charges need to be paid by u around ta 650 if you don't want lnb you can exclude the charges.

                  The kit charges is 500 which include lnb and antenna, where as 300 for technician for installation. But i requested only for antena because u already had lnb. But tatasky had charged me with 800 rs which is wrongly charged. Even the same thing is been said by costumer support. Extra charges are been charged. Kindly look into this.

                    Hi,
                    I am using tata sky dth service and my cust. Id: [protected] and reg mob no. Is [protected]. On around 15th of july i requested for a technician as one of my box was not working. The technician visited and told me that box will be replaced. As it was under warrenty (As told to me by the technician), it will be changed free of cost, so i proceeded with the request and it got changed. But today i. E 24/07/2019, i got a message that my monthly validity has been reduced till 27th july, 2019 from 5th august, 2019. When i inquire about it through customer care, i was told that my box replacement charges had been deducted from my account. Secondly, they told me that my box was changed on 21st july and box warranty was valid till 21st july, 2019, which is absolutely incorrect and false. This is complete tampering of the records and data base.
                    I would request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against the company (After verifying the details) and help me getting my refund back. Same request has also been registered with tata sky customer care and complaint number is #1kw1ygfu...

                    Yes, today morning I got a call from a TATA SKY representative and they have refunded me the amount which was wrongly charged. Thank you for the prompt reply, though I would suggest you to improve Or (Maintain the service level you guys used to provide earlier). I never had to call for any problem in the past, but now days, its a routine practice for me.

                      Dear tata sky broadband team,
                      I am using tata sky broadband internet connection on my registered number '[protected]' and internet is not working most of the time. I raised many complaints and never received any proper resolution. Each time i raise complaint i get assurance that issue will get resolved in 24 hours, once the internet is up it wont last for more than 5-6 hours. I have to raise same request again and same thing happen again and again. No proper resolution according to customer care if internet is working within 24 hours of raising a request their job is done. Customer care can't assure about consistency of the internet. Request are closed with informing me. No way to escalate any request. No one can reach any senior to complaint that i am facing so frequent issues.
                      This shameless team always ask for 24 hours after every 5-6 hours. I have recharged for 6 months and and its only a month and i raised more than 20 complaints.
                      Pathetic service from tata sky and this useless team is defaming the name of 'tata'.

                      Pathetic service that no one even contacted me for issue. Customer care contacted me after my recharge gets over to recharge me again. Tata sky is such a fraud company. This is how Tata grows big by simply cheating customers.

                        It's showing pairing error 14 when I recharged my tatasky after six months. I
                        Tried to call customer care but they are not responsing .please solve it and it also showing NDS number and digicard number .first line they are showing this is the wrong card for set top box. In TV they are showing like this

                          Due to the regular issues created by tata sky i have to pen down over here.in feb 2019 my monthly pack was of rs. 495. I had recharge a kids pack for a month and discontinued it after a month ago. Even after 2 days of discontinuation of that pack tata sky increases my monthly pack to rs 505 without and consent email and message on my register number, also they removed lots of channels from my pack without acknowledging me. Till the last month i was paying rs 505 for this pack. All of sudden i got the message of recharge due with rs. 508 instead of 505. When i asked this to the customer care about why they changed my pack and increased the amount without my consent they told me that this is the standard price of the pack you are watching it has been increased by today only, please select some other pack, if you don't want to see this. Who the hell given them rights to change in my package by removing and increasing my monthly charge amount without my consent. It is the strict rule of try that any service provider can't change or modify package without intimating to consumer.

                          hello forum,

                          I have received a call from customer support of tata sky few mins ago. Their justification is not et all acceptable. According to them charges of channels has been increased by this month. When I asked them to show the letter where trai has increased the charges they are telling to me follow their website where they listed the charges on their website. the channel price has been fixed by trai before 4 to 5 months ago.While in March month the charges has already increased by tata sky on my existing pack by rs 10 monthly. Till the last month my billing amount was rs 505 per month. How it come to 508 by this month. No charges has been increased by trai last month or this month then how may they increase my charges. And if this will be the case then why it has not been updated over email to consumer via message. In march month also they change my pack without any information and consent. and they are replying over that they cant message each and individual customer about. Then while collecting the payment or any promotional activity how they manage to message each and individual customer on monthly basis. reminders of due payments and promotional messages regularly ping me over my email. According to the representative it's a management call. But being a service provider they cant do any modification in consumer services without his consent and permission. As I'm paying for the services I want and no body has right to trespasses in my account to change any information. Forum it's my keen request to you please look after this case, as if I''ll not get any proper support from tata sky, I'll take them in consumer court.

                          Dear Tata Sky,

                          Few channels are free to air by Trai as DD pack but why are you taking networking fees for these channels too. These are compulsory channels to show. Same with the your complimentary FTA pack, these are coming with ZERO air fee, but still you guys are adding networking fees against these channels.
                          Secondly I have a HD connection on my TV accordingly I selected the HD channels with added HD fee then why the networking fee is added for these channels also. Please explain.

                          Even the prizes on Tata sky website are differ from the prizes displayed over Trai site. for eg. & Pictures HD cost according to trai is rs 19 while on Tata sky it is displayed as 22.42. Why the difference been so far.HD access fee is already added in a channel by trai. Tata sky increased the channel price and in addition they are taking networking fee too with the subscription against total channel(Free air &paid in both cases). Why the such differences are there.

                            An agent named mahendra came from tata sky to fix the set-top box and informed that it needs to be changed. He told that the price is 1450 for the new one. We paid him that amount, he changed the device and went. After some time, our connection was discontinued. After checking with tata sky agency they informed that they have not received the payment of device so they deducted the amount from my recharge of 500 because that agent mahendra didn't submit the money to the agency. They also informed that the new device only costs 400. I mean what sort of "customer service is this"?

                            Suddenly stops the TV again starts automatically. During this time the indicating lights on setup box becoming dim. At that time commands from remote are not accepting.

                              My name is santosh pk customer id is [protected]. I have shifted my house and informed to reset the dish signal only. They have told me that he will arrive till evening. And he did not come full day. Again i called to customer care at 8:30 pm at that time i came to know that we don't have the service in your aera because they have some issue with local cable operators. They have not informed this thing to me and they have updated internally in the system. I am ashamed because i am also ex empolye for tatasky for me only it happend like this means what about the customer?

                              I tried to recharge my tata sky app with rs 320 amount debited from my andhra bank account but recharge not done.Again I have recharged it through paytm then it was successful.pls help me out to get my amount back in to my account.

                                This is to inform i have requested for relocation installation of tata sky of id no. [protected]. This is duel connection was bought from kolkata and relocated at cuttack. The complain is as follows..

                                1. Customer care representative said only i need to pay relocation charges of rs.400. Lmb charges no need to pay since it is replacement.

                                2. Now after installation approx rs. 750 deducted from the balance where as only rs.400 deduction is showing.

                                3. Also the service engg has taken the existing lmb which is in working condition.

                                My question is that the amount paid by me should reflect in deduction part. If the existing lmb taken then why i should pay for the new one. Why customer care representative said no charges for lmb replacement.

                                  I have mac mini, connected to hdcp compliant tv or monitor through hdmi cable, but i am not able to play any videos, keep getting hdcp error.
                                  I have made repeated complaints to tata sky through emails, phone and facebook chats, its more than 3 months and no action has been taken???
                                  I don't understand, why do i get hdcp error, other various broadcasters (Sonyliv, zee, star, netflix, amazon prime etc) have no issues

                                    Sir we are wife and husband bothe are senior citizen and or children do not live with s. We need only tata sky chanels to nere some news that all. One of service person came and hand over some instrument fire tv stck tata sky binje. We never used the instrment dont we require such things and he told it will be free for three months we never used this instrument. You are charging me rs.461 a month while i have cjosen a package for rs.212 only. I had sbmitted a complaint in this regard earlier as well buut nothing happens. Please send some one and collect this instrument. We are yor customer since last 10 years. If you dont consider our reuest then we will have no hezitation and no option other than to change the service provider. We will not recharge the tata sky till our complaint is not resolved we can live withot tv for few days then we will change the tata sky and shift to other sercice provider although we will have to deposit the set top box charges that we know but will not stck and pay you tata sky binge charges.                                       1) i am tata sky dth entertainment service customer vide customer id number [protected] since many years.

                                      2) i had purchased annual total sports pack for my multi tv connection (I. E. Main as well as add on connection) which had an annual validity upto 29/07/2019 for which i had paid the full amount as stipulated by tata sky in 1 year advance.

                                      3) inspite of this suddenly i received a message on my tv during viewing the channels that my connection will expire on 09/07/2019 and i must recharge rs1049/- for 1 month. This was really shocking for me that inspite of paying full amount in advance for the entire year that too as stipulated by tata sky still i am receiving such an embarrassing message that my connection will be cut-off from 09/07/2019 midnight for reasons best known tata sky?

                                      4) on receiving above message i contacted help line executive and asked him why i am receiving such message when already my connection was valid upto 29/07/2019? Then he told that due to trai direction they have changed the customer packages. i strongly objected to his statement that even if due to trai direction you wanted to change the package but what prevented you to prior inform your customer and take his consent for migration to new packages? Being a prime customer who has been charged full annual rent in advance it was my right to get uninterrupted entertainment from you but by restricting my entertainment upto 9/7/2019 you have violated my right of entertainment and also breach my trust as all this thing was done without prior consent and permission of customer. This is really a poor customer service, breach of trust and harrassment to innocent customer.

                                      5) my plight of suffering doesn't ends over here when i reported of non availability of signals in one of my set top box and for which i contacted helpline who promised to restore my connection and a representative came and he directly replaced my set top box with another unpacked set top box which he brought with him and connection started and he took my set top box.

                                      6) afterwards now when i tried to know and understand the current annual packs & process of recharge i got totally non cooperative reply from helpline people that we are prohibited from discussing about packages and you got to website my tata sky and find out yourself. I am really shocked on such an ill treatment given by tata sky helpline.

                                      7) again on 12th july morning when again my connection was lost i contacted helpline and they told me to recharge to which i asked them how much needs to be recharged then he told me that my account balance is negative rs498/- for what my balance went negative? Then he said it's a charge of replacement of your set top box with our refurbished set top box. Then i told him that if anything at all is paid replacement you should have first taken my permission & you can't enforce sell of your refurbished box on us.

                                      8) but ins spite of all my attempts to convince them they were not ready to understand so ultimately i had to recharge the money under protest with my right to take legal help in this matter.

                                      I am really upset and wants to file complaint against tata sky for :
                                      A) poor customer service of tata sky helpline people,
                                      B) unfair trade practice adopted by tata sky by replacing my set top box with their refurbished set top box without my prior permission,
                                      C) breach of trust on the name of new trai regulation where under inspite of they have collected full 1 year subscription in advance from me for a period upto 29th july, 2019 still they discontinued my subscription from 9th july, 2019 without intimating in advance.

                                      I want justice by restoring my connection for the lost period, refund of refurbished box charge collected from me of rs499/- and a compensation of rs10, 000/- for a mental torture and harrassment and humiliation by disconnecting my connection.

                                        I am labanya baruah of subscriber id-[protected], our set up box shows sometimes no signal and sometimes go off. Being ask to the retailer he said that if we want to replace set up box, the retailer ask us to get new connection with rs 2500. If the set up box get damage, is it necessary to get new connection, if not, then why the retailer did so.. And what will be the cost of new receiver box.. Does the subscriber id get expired?
