I am tata sky consumer i purchase my tatasky set top box to mr. Dhanraj chaudhary but now i wish to reset my package, but i dont have password and registered mobile number. Last one month i contentiously try to contact tata sky by helpline for this request. Till i have not get any response from tata sky they advise me to give me all details for last verification of dhanraj chaudhary which i dont have so they advice me without last infomation they cant change registerd mobile number i suffer to many problems to recharge & tatasky dont give response on my problem...
Please concern on my problem...

    We are using our choice pack since last 5 month same and renewed regularly, last week we facing telecast problem in tv, send complain to Customer care tech visited our home found prob they replace Disck one park, after that AZZ Tak Chenell No 508 telecast nt in our TV, again we talked with Customar care he said your balance is 160 AVLB, but you have not select AZZ Tak in your Pack, sir how is possible, till your tech person visit azz tak was their, why not now?
    and one more free chebnal also stop examplay 514 India TV is free also not their.
    Tata sky company not accepting this and not resolved this since last one week we demand claim of our entrancement destroy due to this.

      No signal from tatasky dish tv displaying 'Bad weather conditions'. Customer care is asking us to pay service visit 150/- else they are not ready to resolve. They are asking to close the account if I am not willing to pay... Very bad service asking customer to shift to other networks instead of solving the issue...
      Why should customer has to pay 150/- if he pays monthly charges regularly???
      They are ready to hold, deactivate but not problem resolution... Worst service of customer care... I am planning to move to other service provider

        There's a problem in box. Every month a complaint will be taken and charge 150 rs. Again the next month same problem and again they charge 150 rs. This is the case since last 4 months. Why can't you fix this at once. Are you deliberately not providing the signal to take that 150 rs again and again from the customer. Worst service ever. The set top box is unable to receive the signal. This happens almost every month and i payed almost 4 consecutive months. Now it happened again

          Very pathetic service i got from your executives after a long struggle complaint got launched with id 616808 but still there is no update if we call your executives they just ask the status and disconnecting the call now who will compensate for 1 month rent of recharge or else have to switch to some other network.

            I have been using tatasky services since last 2 years. And i am facing connection issues since last week. I have called tatasky customer care couple of times and followed the instructions for manual settings but was of no use. When i am asking for a technician visit, they are asking me to pay rs.150. Why should i pay for something which tatasky is responsible. I am paying my monthly charges already and tatasky is not able to provide the proper service still they are charging from their customer. This is not done.

              When ever there is rain or thunder tatasky dth wont receive any signals and black screen in my television.. Tatasky gives a message that it must be raining outside or clouds etc etc.. Other channels are giving good services.. Why tatasky after collecting the subscriptions in advance? This is my 3rd complaint to tatasky this month. When there is some calamity outside customers need to know what is happening around, when television is not working how they could receive the news, whether forecasts, flooding in roads, accidents, etc etc.
              It is absolutely essential that dth providers should be giving best services. Why such a big and reputable organisation cannot provide a good service. They are spending lot of money on their products to catch innocent customers and not to improve their services.

This causes a lockup of the signal, due to temporary blockage from the satellite. Please wait a little longer for the rain to reduce/stop. The signals will resume automatically.                   This is respect to subscription id : [protected], the service is not working since last 14 days.

                  We have raised complained on 22/6/2019 and service engineer came on 24/06/2019 took away the old setup box and connected a new setup box. After connecting the new setup box, the service is not working and shows error code -14.

                  We have called multiple times (Min 30 times) customer care and no one is listening. They are just saying the issue is resolved and service request is closed.

                  Tata sky technician - ranjith m (Mobile : +[protected] — took the old setup box and connected a new setup box.

                  We have wrote email to nodal officer on 02-jul still no one bothering.

                  Very very bad service from tata sky. Tata sky cheating customer.

                  We are very very disappointed with the tatasky.

                  We are unable to view for last 14 days and tata sky is not resolving the issue.

                  I would request top management should look into this matter and resolve the issue by tomorrow.

                    I have just availed the multi tv connection of tata sky. They have terminated this offer within a week of purchase and applied a new policy which increases my monthly rental. They did not inform me about the increase in prices.
                    If they were going to increase the prices saying its trai policy.. They should inform their customers about this before the installation of new connections.
                    I am very upset with tata sky marketing strategies.

                    Hi, we understand your concern. Currently, you are enjoying the discounted prices for MultiTV but these are promotional in nature and subject to change. You are currently by default holding the same content as that of primary and if you do not change your packs of secondary boxes, then your prices of each box will be same as that of primary box price. So to have the prices of all the boxes in your budget we recommend you to change the pack of each box and control your budget. By this way, you would be able to select whatever you want to watch on each TV and pay for that content only rather than paying higher for default primary content on secondary boxes.

                      Complaint lodged on 2nd jul complaint no: 1jm4agjb confirming engineer will visit in 24 hrs. Not done later recevied sms stating job scheduled on 5/7/2019. I dont know why?

                      Received from call from no: [protected] but the person don't have manner to talk to customer neither intention to resolve the issue.

                      Even after reapeated calling at call centre no proper response given and only fake commitments which is never fulfilled.

                        Recharge was done through paytm

                        Could this be reversed and if yes how much time would it take to get my money back.
                        And where would the amount be reversed

                          I was having a no signal issue with my set top box in the month of Feb 2019. The technical team said that it cannot be repaired but has to be replaced, and they charged me 500 rs that time, and added a warranty of 1 year for the new box.                           I am registered for dnd for my mobile number. I am getting too many calls from random mobile numbers for tata sky sale offer. I understand these calls are from some agency. But these callers are untrained #. I don't want to receive any such calls.

                          Every time i block number, i get calls from a different number. And these callers disconnect the call as soon as i mention about this trouble.

                          These # are spoiling tata sky's reputation. If these calls don't stop. I will make it sure that i mention this on all the social networking pages of tata sky.

                            Ashik sethia from kolkata, just before 45 min i talked with customer care re my monthly charges.

                            Month is count as 30 days, i don't understand when i recharge on 5th june for rs.387, and msg shows that next recharge on 1st july, is this 30 days complete on 1st july.?

                            Today, 03.07.19, i recharge with rs.387 and msg shows,, expire this recharge on 27th july
                            Can u explain is that 30days on 27th july?

                              We wish to inform you that due to major repair work of our shivam building, the dish has been temporarily dismantled and removed. Your representative had come to our premises in may'19 for this purpose but the dismantling was postponed at that time.

                              You are therefore requested not to charge us from 2nd july'19 as the dish and were removed on this day. We shall inform you as soon as the the repair work of the building is over so that your personnel can come and install the dish again.

                              We also wish to delete some channels which we are not viewing at all and request you to let me know the procedure for the same. I had contacted your customer care some time back but was unable to delete the unwanted channels.

                              We would appreciate your confirmation on the above at your earliest convenience.

                                My DTH antenna is not responding to the signals and I have requested more than a month repeatedly to solve my TataSky Dth connection (Antenna); but every time they are saying the same thing, that we will reach you within next 24hrs and sir here is your complaint lodged but till now they are not sending any technician to assist.Please take strong action against him and they are doing this kind of offence with most of the Customers.

                                  This is rakesh jain from Hyderabad I am very upset from Tata sky from past one and half year my tata sky is not working properly it’s getting struck I have complained many time but they are not solving problem and they are taking complains but the per sone doesn’t come to solve the problem we wait for two day any time we complain agin we cal back and ask why my problem is nt solved then they say your complaint has been canceled from my side but I never canceled my complain it’s the area person who cancel the complain and say to your company that my problem has been solved it seem this has been repeated many time with we and your company never take feed back and ask us that your problem is solved or not. And they cancel my complaint. Sir say me one thing who ever complain that they have problem why they will automatically cancel the request . Because of this process I am feed to cal this many this to complain from last two months I paid full money but I have not seen 1 hrs also tv Wat to do now plz solve my problem sir like this 2 month not seeing tv and paying money is this 3rd time
                                  I want solution

                                    Last week set top box not working hence, it had been changed by your technician and amount deducted from account as well. But still we are facing same problem. We have again register the compliant, when we are contacting local franchise the yare giving us hopeless answers. Its third class service provided by tata sky, hopeless people and hope less company.

                                    Light in the Set top box is not glowing and it has also stopped receiving signal. It has gone dead after a small sound.

                                      Tata sky has stopped working within 12 hours of installation.

                                      The connection is interrupted. The reason given is excessive rains when it has not been raining for the past 5 hours.

                                      Call to customer service cell is met with absolutely unhelpful staff. They know nothing and are just not empathetic.
