The tata sky antenna was damaged in cyclone "fani" in bhubaneswar. Although they repaired after 20 days but there was signal problem. Now after complain the customer care assured me of repairing that defective antenna and that to free of cost as that was still under warranty. Surprisingly after repairing the authority deducted rs 300/- from my pre-paid account paid for subscription of channels. This is is a kind of misguiding and cheating. I therefore request tata sky authority to take up the matter urgently and refund the amount to me at an earliest.

    Purchased monthly membership via in-app purchase of garena free fire on 9 july 2019 at 7:25 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.599 for monthly membership.

    My account has been debited for the same amount but no diamonds or membership was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
    Its a huge sum of money for me and i'm worried for the same
    Please refund my money or gives the membership benefit.

      I didn't use the service for 2 months. Then i recharged it but it is not working.
      On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box. And pairing error. Nds no :
      [protected].
      My subscriber id is [protected] and rmn is [protected]. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. I have removed the card and cleaned it as described in other complaints but nothing has happened

      Hi, your concern is noted. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

        Tata sky has the worst customer care service it feels like i am using some local channel provider service. All their customer care number are not available and even i didn't get a reply from their mumbai head office number. Tell me how to solve any problems relating to tata sky. And they are charging i don't know what i have to make a recharge after every few days. Worst worst ever service

          I have requested tata sky to split my secondary connection to a new rmn and subscriber id on sunday[protected]. The reference no is. 1jy250kn.

          I told them this is very urgent and they too highlighted the request. As of[protected], no communication from tata sky regarding my request.

          I request tata sky to look into this request, and solve it at the earliest.

          Hi I am facing the same problem but I wasn't out of station nor my TV was not in use.. I watch TV daily but still I got the same problem like everyone else... Please look into the matter and do something. We ain't recharging every month to see this kind of message on the screen.

            As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 9th july on the mytatasky app. I have not received 2000 rs. Voucher on my email and not in the text also called customer care but the executive refused to help. Told me that this offer is one time and now you are registered we can't do anything.
            I tried to log in after some time but the same issue happens.

              Hi team,

              First of all please accept this fact that you are one of the most pathetic team into service providing. Your staff doesn't know what they are talking & how they are talking.
              I booked three connection from tata sky via customer care number on 29th june 19 & within 10 days when i am facing an issue, no one is aware of what to do and what not. If i call to the customer for help they don't know what to do stating me to connect with the dealer, when i ask your customer care team for dealers contact details they don't have it.
              I mean what kind of data records or services you have. You installed my 3 connection and when i am facing issues within 10 days of installation no one is bothered for the issues a customer's face. The only thing tatasky is bothering how to take out money from a customer's pocket post-installation you give a damn # if he stays or leaves
              Your staff doesn't know how to handle a complaint rather than answering me to connect with the dealer who installed my connections. And being a customer if i ask for dealers details who installed the dish, set-top boxes and activate the packages that you can't give me because the data is not with tata sky team thought the billing is on tata sky, money handed over was to tata sky guy who installed my connections.
              Please don't make such situations for a customer where he regrets the decision for choosing tata over dish.
              You and your services are literally pathetic i am regretting on the decision to buy tatasky.
              Please help with this situation else you will be losing more customers like me soon.

                I had subscribed for an annual package of rs. 9270/- with consumer id [protected], that is valid till 22.09.19. Although as per new trai regulation customers of long duration packs will continue with the same service for the said duration (Unless customer expresses interest for change in the package), my package was changed. Now my package is valid only till 15.09.2019. This is a clear violation of trai regulations.

                  28th june 2019 submitted a request for a new setup box remote and made payment, assured delivery within 48 hours, not delivered till 7th july 2019, customer care executive told non availability of technician leads to delay in delivery and today received a message order cancelled, when call to customer care they inform me order cancelled on 29th june 2019. How could it possible i have recording of conversation on 7th july 2019. Please help what to do next.

Check the instruction manual if you have it, or the product listing on the manufacturer's website, to see if there's any mention of HDCP compliance. If you are still uncertain, you will need to speak to the retailer or contact the manufacturer directly to confirm.

                      I am subscriber of tata sky monthly DTH connection . my registered mobile number [protected]. My set top box is out of order and the franchise told me that it will take 2-3 weeks time to replace the same but for new customer it is readily available. this is unfair trade practice by tata of giving set top box to new customer at the cost of old trusted customer.

                      i can not watch the tv but my daily charges are being deducted from my balance . this is frustrating experience for a genuine customer and without any redress.

                        I have raised request for relocation of my TATA SKY dish within the city as I changed my house. Firstly on helpline I was informed that it will cost you Rs 300/- and they take address of my both houses . Next day on a TATA sky employee called me and asked for de installation and relocation and he de install and asked me to go to New house as another employee will visit you . Till that time nobody informed me that de installation cost is additional Rs 200. When I again call customer care they confirmed that your re installation request is raised and Rs 300 will be cut from your account. I agreed and the employee visited and install it. Also 10 metres wire was used as additional wire and it also cost Rs 120 and that employee inform me that your account will be debited by Rs 420 and I agreed. When I recharge my account with 700/- I found that total 620/- is debited with my account and on asking to helpline they informed me that it is standard that we charge Rs 200 for de installation.. At that time I came to know about this hidden charges. I complained to customer care but they are not listening to my complaints . My concern is why I have not been inform in advance that Rs 200 will be charged extra . I also had call recording where no information of Rs 200 is mentioned whereas all details of reinstall was taken in advance.

                            Every year tatasky forces you to change set up boxes without any repair attempts by charging something around 850 it's happening for the 2 time in a row for us is this a pattern noticed by others because it's a brilliant strategy because changing to a new provider is another headache plus high initial costs

                                I have tata sky connection. For the past 8 days I am not able to view the channels. I had raised complaint on 2-Jul-2019 and no technician has attended the problem till 8-Jul-2019. I got an sms on 8th saying that Rs.150 has been deducted from my account for service without attending the problem. When I call the call center their response is not proper and they are very keen on taking new request. Not satisfied with Tata Sky Customer service. Very bad experience from Tata Sky.

                                  This is the 4th day that I'm not able to watch Tata Sky

                                  But there are no installation person come and install my house.
                                  Many times i contact call center there is no any response.

                                    tata sky the set top box needs to be paired. pairing error on my tata sky dth

                                    I have not used my set top box for around 2 months and today i recharged my account but it is not working.

                                    The screen shows that set top box needs to be paired.

                                    Error code 14.

                                    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and i trust that tata sky is a good company that's why i try to suggest everyone to use tata sky only so please try to help me.

                                    I have made upi payment today ie, on 7 july 2019 for rs 650 to tata sky @hdfcbank in favor of my subscriber id [protected]. I got sms from hdfc bank that the amount has been deducted. But the credit is not reflected in my tata sky subscriber id [protected].
                                    I request that the matter may please be resolved and my money is credited to tata sky immediately.

                                    I should say that the complaint has been "resolved" since my money was returned to my bank account on 8 July, 2019.
                                    I feel that the UPI payments to Tata Sky are still not trustworthy as on 7 July 2019.
                                    Better that Tata Sky disables the UPI payments in their APP rather than subject its customers to unnecessary hardships.

                                      By mistake happened to do an additional top up therefore, within seconds called up tata sky customer care to report this error made on my behalf.
                                      They said they would get back, it has been a week since!

                                      Today when they did, it was not possible to get my refund. so much for a human error? easy at accepting the money but such hassles at returning?

                                      This has not only caused me monetary irritability but also added to stress and high discomfort. I am hereby, convinced to discontinue my tata sky and I least expect to not get any further calls to reinstal it because please let's not add to my discomfort.

                                      It was good having tata sky for all our televisions but because of a rather uneasy customer service, the disappointment has left us only with this option.
