Even though we have more than one tv sets in our home, the above (Box id 3704) is exclusively used by me. So i want a separate mobile number registered exclusively for this. Presently the box above is registered under mobile number [protected]. Presently recharge period is upto december 2019. So from next recharge periood i want to use the new number [protected]

    After 4 months i recharged my tata sky setup box and niw its showing pairing errors. Contacted customer care in this regard they tried but the issue is same. I am seeing many users are facing same kind if problem. Customer care told technician will visit your house but will charge rs 150. Is this a kind od joke. Its fault from tata sky side and money will be paid by cosumer.

      I am using tata sky connection with a tatasky id [protected].. on 25th december 2018, tata sky associate phone called me and said u have a offer to recharge ur tatasky connection with Rs 1000Rs and u will get a annual subcription with new TRAI rules. U need not have to recharge till 24th december 2019. But on 19th july a message was send to recharge tatasky connection with Rs 338, otherwise ur connection will be closed. I phone called on tata sky customer care, they said that u r not using ur box according to new TRAI rules..so ur connection will be closed on 19th july 2019..i want to raise a complaint against tata sky, please do the needful..

        I made a service request due to not viewing the broadcast. Engineer came to my places and changed only connector between two cable joint. For this small work he charged rs 500 in cash, also separately rs 150 deducted from my main account. I made several complaint through portal but not resolved yet. Even they marked resolve the ticket issue without my concern. They have several no of sub contract, they don't have the id card, receipt slip nothing.
        Date of complain 29/06.

          In our society tata sky broadband launched and in offer they gave gifts for particular package. I took the same and i registered for free gift which supposed to be delivered in 15 days from the date of registration as per their policy, but I haven't received it yet, even after one month already passed.

          We have taken the Tatasky broadband service from the offer scheme. Sales guy informed us - Will you get the chosen Gift after successful activation and You have to online apply for the Gift on http://www.tataskydelights.com/
          Service got activated 15 days ago with lot of communication time has wasted in follow up.
          We have been trying to apply ( submit ) for the chosen Gift on tatasky delight page but it is completely in vain.
          System says - The number you have entered is not registered even though the broadband service is activated on the same number.

          We have tried calling to customer care number and they are also not responding to our query.

          This is completely the worst service from tatasky broadband.

          Hoping for the Good Service.

            I was paying ₹520, then without any intimation I was asked to pay ₹540 & now ₹560 !?When we call Tata Sky contact centre they say Channels added ! WE never asked to add channels ! This is a mental harassment for my father as whenever he calls Tata Sky Contact Centre they make him hold the call for 20-30mins ! When we ask why the amount is increased from 520 to now 560 ? The only answer we get is there is some random channel added hence now I have to pay 560.I never opted for any additional channel, you can check all the call recordings with Tata Sky on the registered Number and Tata Sky ID.please help ! I have attached a photo for proof ! Monthly charge is 540 and next recharge is 560 !

                I had booked tata sky connection on on[protected]. On[protected] morning i received a call from unkown number stating that tata sky technician will never come to my place for installation and if i want to get it installed then i have to pay additional rs. 200.

                My visit time was scheduled on[protected] which got cancelled automatically with reason i was out of contact despite the fact that i was never contacted. I made complain for the same on[protected] where i was assured that my query will get resolved within 48 hours. Later i got next installation appointment for for[protected]. I wonder, tatasky watch running bit slow. I made multiple complaint and everytime i was insured that technical team will contact me however no one called from technical team. I believe tata sky technical team is inefficient and useless.

                I had to take a leave on[protected] as customer case executive promised me that installation will be done by 4 pm on[protected]. I believe tata sky don't left any stone upturned to harass its prospective customer. I am wondering before getting connections i am facing such a issue then what will happen after connection.

                  I am a tata sky dth subscriber.
                  I find that tata sky is not updating broadcasters' packs from time to time on its dth platform.

                  For example one of star's many packs "star value pack hd lite english" worth inr 29.50 (25.00 + 4.50 = 29.50) is not found on tata sky dish. Tata sky is still showing old pack (Containing the same channels for inr 41.50) though star has re-introduced the pack for lesser value. This is ridiculous and also surprising. We end up paying higher for nothing.

                    Nobody visited my residence, instead someone kept my request on hold saying "customer not available at residence" Totally fake

                    Same has been informed to three executives of senior management cell by calling since yesterday to resolve my problem but the response is pathetic.

                    It's second day problem not resolved

Check the instruction manual if you have it, or the product listing on the manufacturer's website, to see if there's any mention of HDCP compliance.                       Sir/Madam,

                      We want your help in resuming the services of Tata sky DTH.

                      The Tata sky workers have completely disappointed us with their irrelevant suggestions and dissatisfying resolutions.

                      The Tata sky has completely made us hopeless, and are forcing us to complaint on other portals, despite our many requests to them for granting us a new HD set top box in view of the warranty we have for the concerned product.

                      I have registered many requests to Tata sky to grant us a new HD set top box.
                      Yesterday I received a call from their side.
                      I was expected an apology from their side for the inconvenience they caused us from 15 days, but instead they told us to buy a new connection for 1300 rs to resume the service.

                      DETAILS:-

                      On 29th Jan 2019, the Tata sky technicians charged us 500 rs by replacing our HD set top box by a refurbished (used) HD set top box, and promised a warranty of one year.

                      On 1st July 2019, the same refurbished box showed no light. I called the nodal officer complaint no. 1JPK75CO.
                      He said that the warranty is invalid due to inside burn of box.

                      I have told them that we will not pay anything, since it is not in our knowledge how the box burnt from inside. We have a warranty for that, and that they will have to provide us a new HD set top box with no extra charges for technical visit.

                      We want your help in getting us a new HD set top box.

                      I hope that you will take a good concern to help us in this matter.

                          Sir, my tata sky subs id is [protected]. It is in grouping, one primary and two seconadary setup box. Now i wish to seperate them and want different subs ids for each setup box. I lodged request for it on 28 may 2019 and got request id 1hpc5a7k. Initially they told me that its free of charge but now tata sky told me to pay rs 300 for each id for their mechanic support. But there is no reqmt of any unneccessery mechanical support. Pls take action on this complaint and give favorable result on it, thank you.

                            I am from cuttack, odisha. I have been a customer of tatasky since 10years. I have been asking for a hd set of box remote since last week but in vain. Every time it is told to me that within 24 i will be contacted. But that 24 hours has not ended since 2weeks. Do we pay for such bad after service?? What is use of the customer care numbers? Whom shall i contact for a simple remote?

                                  Please help us in resuming the services of tata sky dth.

                                  We want your help in getting us a new hd set top box.
                                  We have paid 500 rs. We can't afford to pay anything more. There is no fault from our side.

                                  The tata sky technicians have given us a refurbished (Used) faulty box in the month of january.

                                  Now they are denying us the warranty, they promised for the refurbished box.

                                  The tata sky workers have made a complete fool o[censored]s with their faulty equipment, & false promises of one year warranty.

                                  They are showing no concern to our grievance. Rather, they are trying to charge us a good amount of money, in the name of new connection, & technical visit charges.

                                  Details:-

                                  { on jan 29th 2019, we were having a small issue of "no signal" on our hd set top box due to snow fall. The tata sky technicians gave us a refurbished (Used) set top box, with a promise of one year warranty, and charged 500 rs.

                                  On 1st july 2019, the same refurbished box showed no light. I called the nodal officer [complaint no. 1jpk75co].
                                  He said, "the warranty becomes invalid in case of inside burn of box". He closed the complaint, saying that it is our company policy.
                                  On 6th july, i send an email to tata sky ceo office. They told us to buy a new connection for 1300 rs to resume the service. }

                                  I hope that you will take a good concern to help us in this matter.

                                    I booked a tata sky dth connection on 6th july from a local dealer but their service boy set a time three times for installation within 3 days but he not came. Then i cancelled the call and book a new call from another dealer but pervious dealer call me and threat that he will not get me tata sky dth connection. I will request to tata sky to take immediate action on the above said dealer and install dth connection.

                                      I am having a dth connection with tata sky with 2 connections (Tata sky id : [protected]) having a long duration pack (12 months) which was cancelled by tata sky and my remaining balance amount transferred to my account. And activate plan for my both setup box without my concern, on inquiring i was told that they are following rules set by trai. But with customer concern how can they change the plan which is about rs. 695 per month.

                                      As per my knowledge trai had asked all dth operators to honour their earlier commitments made to their customers from which they have taken payment for long duration packs. If true what action would be taken on tata sky. A case of arm twisting by tatasky, i will have to take new pack as channels which i used to watch has been blocked,

                                      Please help and get resolve my issue, this is not right to use user money without his concern..

                                        Many channels do not work like sab tv and pictures and a lot of other channels we have several times called the customer care they send technician's and technician's say they will come tomorrow but they disappears.
