In spite of repeated requests since 27th of June, 2019 nobody has yet contacted me for relocation of my DTH connection.

The customer care call centre of Tatasky is the worst service as well as the tatasky as a whole is a worst service provider in my assessment.

    Till 2018 ideas paying 24000 for my 3 tata sky connections. After change of trai regulation i'm paying 30000 for the same pack.. How has the new trai regulation helped in being pocket friendly?? Its just a lot business.. After recharging for 13 months in may @2525 per month suddenly tata sky changes my pack to 3366 pm. They say we are complying with new trai rules. Tata sky hasn't informed me. Or taken my. Permission before changing my pack.
    The new trai regulation has been totally disastrous with zero benefit to the customer.

    Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

      Hi,
      This is Ravi Kumar from hyderabad. We got a HR representative to our home. They explained about the tata sky. We paid the money through paytm to the Unisyn enterprises, but no connection got. The HR repretative not provided the service even multiple calls.

      Is the tata sky is a genuine company? Is Unisyn is honest?

      When I called to tata sky customer care they told that Unisyn is a genuine only, but I need to followup for the connection details with unisyn... But tata sky allowed to print their details on connection form.

        Set top box isn't receiving signal without customer fault and customers are being charged for technicians visit. Its highly unacceptable. This may be legally correct but can't be justified in the satellite & cable tv service industry. Customer has no control over the issue & the charges are also directly gett deducted from his account balance. On top of that they are telling you are preferred customer, ridiculous.

            Submit a complaint
            I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
            On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"
            My subscriber id is [protected]
            Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

              We have 2 televisions at home... When we on both the tv's the tata sky channels do not open up in both the tv's... Even after subscribing channels in both the tv's... Only one of the tv works... If one is closed the other works... Both the tv channels do not work together... Now none of the tv channels are working in either of the tv's... Tata sky has become a great problem in terms of selecting channels and connection... Were asking to solve the issue from very long time.

              Hi, these changes are being made in order to comply with the "Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) services Tariff Order" issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The said order is applicable on all broadcasters (such as Star, Sony, Zee, etc) and distributors of content such as DTH operators, Cable operators and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV).

                I'm out of my home so i wish to watch tv through watch. Tatasky.com. My e-mail id aaryan. [protected]@gmail.com is registered for the subscriber id [protected]. I've forgotten my tatasky account password so i wanted to reset it but after clicking on the forgot password link and giving the necessary details, i don't recieve the mail. This has happened everytime is tried. I tried to recover it through otp to rmn but the sms comes after many hours. Please suggest a solution.

                  We are very old customer of tata sky with subscriber [protected], rmn : [protected] since 2007. We had registered complaint on19th june. But the our complaint is still not resolved. Twice technician came but they needed assistance to relocate the dish in the terrace but never turned up again. Every time we have to place fresh request. We have paid annual membership. All the false promises. Simply tired now. No response. Pathetic service. Pls help us in this to get this resolved. If not pls cancel our subscription and refuund our balance.

                    I have paid more than rs18, 500 for a 12 month subscription with which i was told i shall be getting 13 month free. When i took the connection the due date was june 2020 and now they reduced it to march 2020 quoting that because of trai rules the secondary connection will cost equivalent to primary connection which was not what was stated when i was lured into being offered on the additional subscription and lower cost on my 2nd connection. I have raised a complaint to which the customer blatantly disagreed to fix and i need justice here or a complete refund of my money with interest. The ticket number raised was 1jg8ybss. The issue hasnt even resolved and i get the message on my “happy dear subscriber, your request number 1jg8ybss is resolved. Happy viewing!”

                      Hi team,

                      I am tata sky subscriber around 2- years, presently they have charged 1400 for adapter replacement this i lessened from customer care.

                      This is false statement. I seems they have charged for wrong customer.

                      We have raised complaint 3-times now no response from customer care. Still they are extending more 10-days.

                      We lost trust from tata sky, thing to go for consumer case.
                      Please help on this with priority.

                        We have been facing trouble with tata sally from past 4 months and tata sky has not been responding to them. They have been calling and after listening to outlet long list of problems, they cut the call and never call back. We have been trying to recharge the amount but even that is not being successful. So finally we had put our complaint on consumer forum as it is creating ultimate ruckus.
                        Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

                            As i have registered my two complaints in this matter earlier for march & april 2019 mly bills and i got after lot of efforts and at least 5-6 updates on complaints. This time again i am compelled to register complaint for the same reason for the month may-2019. Tata sky helpline services are totally misguide the customers and spoil there time, no results came from it. Let me know what is the time-lag by citizen charter to send monthly bill to customers after expiring current pkg validity. If time lag is there then how these companies dare to violate rules..!!???

                            My complaint id:2379017 is unresolved till tata sky is doing is what.. is just Time-pass. My recharge is on daily basis then why delay to send an email. There is nothing to VIEW OR DOWNLOAD ON tata sky web site that I can find my statements. It's my right to receive mly bill for my recharge done, well in time and the same is not being done on regular basis since March-2019 i am attaching herewith proof for my daily basis recharge and my complaint id which is till unresolved.

                            I am till waiting my Mly Bills for May'19 & Jun '19 tata sky neither generated nor sent my said Mly Bills till time I am writing to you. I didn't got call after their an executive said that your complaint forwarded to concerned department and we will you call back you updates.(2-3 days before) An e-mail is being transferred/sent within seconds and Tata sky till have to know that what issue is!!!??Tata sky only Passing the time to shadow their mistakes and violation of rules by not generating Mly bills timely. It may be lot of customers facing this issue, but some do not register complaint and some hesitate or afraid to go with, that's why matters not get disclose and company constantly keep in dark to authorities by providing some false/duplicate data by hooks and crooks just like in my matter.

                            My complaint ID:2379017 is unresolved till date and time Tata sky didn't generate and sent monthly bill of May-2019. Mly Bill of June-2019 is also due and pending. I am till waiting my monthly DTH bills, it's a right of a customer to get MLY bills in time... but the company don't bother about it. To all negligence and misleading the data... 😖😖

                            My complaint ID:2379017 is unresolved till date and time. Tata sky repeatedly sent me Mly Bill of APRIL-2019 at 3RD TIME as I got it already in June-2019., but haven't sent me my Mly Bill of MAY AND JUN-2019 about which I have complained at TRAI having above complaint ID. Continuously disappointing attitude from TATASKY to customers and also to TRAI as ignoring TRAI COMPLAINT PORTAL STATUS!!!??? Attaching here with screenshot of e-mail received by me today from TATASKY. I have also sent a CC to TRAI at [protected]@trai.gov.in of reply e-mail to Tata sky on today's e-mail by Tata sky.

                            Tata sky didn't resolve my complaint id:2379017 dt:29.Jun 2019 almost before 24 days old. I haven't received my monthly dth bills for the month of MAY-2019 & JUN-2019. Though Tata sky didn't generate my previous TWO month's Mly Bill for which I had paid certain amount accordingly. It's customers right to get Mly Bill timely. If company do not liquidate the previous amount of Mly recharge, then how could they accept the amount of NEXT RECHARGE!!!??? where are they keeping my paid amount in their accounts that AUTHORITY couldn't even find out differences in improper accounting. This is my 6TH (SIXTH) update regarding my Unresolved Complain ID:2379017 and how it comes possible that my complaint status is showing as "COMPLAINT RRESOLVED" Also there is nothing by tata sky put on their website to VIEW AND TO DOWNLOAD THE STATEMENTS SCREEN SHOWS BLANK WHENEVER I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD/VIEW TO SEE MY MLY DTH BILLS WHICH ARE NOT GENERATED TILL DATE AND TIME I WRITING YOU.

                            My complaint id:2309017 is till unresolved as I haven't received my mly dth bills for the month of MAY-2019 and JUN-2019 because TATASKY have not even GENERATED THOSE BILLS AS THEY ARE VIOLATING SERVICE NORMS..

                              I am mr. Pavankumar, booked tatasky connection on 25th may 2019 due to one of your executive who gave false commitments to sell the product. I have done the payment of 2200/- using paytm.

                              Then, i was allocated with a technician for installation and he played with me like anything saying that he will come for installation and he won't (Happend many times with in 2 days). He tortured me for 2 days and then i decided to cancel the connection. I myself followed up with tatasky customer care couple of times regarding my refund. Yet, there is no proper response from your side. Pl take this as priority and settle the issue as soon as possible.

                              The way Tatasky CUSTOMER CARE executive responds earlier is so annoying, that they are no where responsible for the customers who paid the amount to the agents for connections. Then, why Tatasky creates customer ID after paying the amount to the agents.

                              If Tatasky is not directly answerable to the customers, why should they encourage adulterated dealers / agents to loot public.

                              A ### B.Bhupati - [protected] along with Saranya from begumpet office, who are number one fraudsters from "Unisyn Enterprises" comes to home and cheats customers just for their commissions. No that ### is not picking my call at all, so that my money goes to his pocket. I am going to file a cheating case on this guy at kukatpally police station. Attaching Bhoopati pic to help someone from being cheated from this guy.

                              I need immediate resolution from Tatasky and i suggest to sell the products directly instead through Agents.

                                Dear sir

                                We are very old customer of tata sky with subscriber id[protected] since 2007. We had registered complaint on19th june. But the our complaint is still not resolved. Twice technician came but they needed assistance to relocate the dish in the terrace but never turned up again . Every time we have to place fresh request. We have paid annual membership. All the false promises. Simply tired now. No response. Pathetic service. Pls help us in this to get this resolved

                                    As per the plan of tatasky i have selected some pay channels and the amount p[payable per month is rs.84.00 pm.

                                    The channewl fees as per trai for primary channel rs.153.00
                                    Pay channel taotal amount as per my selection rs. 84.00
                                    Charges /fees for second tv as per tatasky rs.150.00
                                    Total subcription payable pm rs.387.00 pm

                                    This amount is very much dispalyed when i goto my tatasky account and it is clearly mentioed that my total fees pm including multi tv (! Main tv and one second tv)
                                    Despite above to make way fdor chaeting the consumer tv screen the amount mebntioned as monthly charges /fees as crs.437.00 pm/.

                                      We have subscribed for tamil mini hd pack and telugu mini hd pack in which all others are coming except star maa hd, vijay maa hd & etv hd.. However the tatasky has been deducting money even though the above channels are not showing up. After sending the unprofessional service guys, they checked everything and finally told need to change the lnb device to super lnb device.
                                      They have told for sure that usually super lnb device costs 800 however because we are the customer of tatasky hd+, we are supposed to get free.

                                      When contacted tatasky customer chat.. They never give resolution. Mostly scripted messages.. And they are now asking to pay 800 for super lnb. If we are supposed to have the hd signals for a hd setup box, why was the super lnb not given in the first place?

                                      This is just that the customer is unaware initially they are fixing lnb and when we try to raise complaint that we are not able to see some hd channels they are trying to grab an oppurtunity to take money.

                                      They have drastically added something called ncf. We are paying all these apart from these they are trying to charge service guys visits for their faults.
                                      Finally saying material replacement.

                                      This is very unfortunate. This is taking customer for granted. We don't even get a refund for not seeing the subscribed channels they continue to charge for that also.

                                        Not able to view Channel even if paid for channel, then tatasky charge for it to solve this problem by sending technicaina to home.there is is no technical problem our side/settop box/antenna, service enginner then taken snapshot of channel message on mobile and sent to his tatasky office, then channel started comming, customer care told that 150 rs will get deducted from accounnt.

                                        I told Customer care there is no technical problem from our side still charged
